The way Lando (and Carlos) immediately go back to each other after having a hard time and being down needs to be studied. They probably find comfort in each other due to the fact it reminds them of much simpler days aka their McLaren era. They’re soooo Call it what you want by Taylor swift coded

this is exactly how i look and feel like whenever they try to convince us that they're "just rivals" and nothing more until one of them retires, and then go and do this everytime.

Hello! Could I request some Xianyun, Guizhong and Rukkhashava x Immortal genius yet somewhag lazy Gn!Reader? (The reader is one if not the most intelligent people on all of Teyvat. Their craft so top tier that most people considered them a deity for their impressive knowledge and craft. They are basically unrivaled in terms of intelligent solving the most complex and complicated problems in a matter of seconds and have the besg stategic and organization skills. But because of this they often find themselves unmotivated or bored pretty quickly not giving them enough motivation to work much)
Genshin women with a lazy Immortal!Reader. | Rukkhadevata, Xianyun, Guizhong x Gn!Reader

Hello Anon!! Thank you for your request, and I am sorry for taking so long. I hope you'll like this!<3
Content: Immortal reader, unserious, established relationship, sfw
Reader has no set pronouns!
((Not proofread))

》RUKKHADEVATA
She loves your mind and the way it overflows with wisdom daily, despite your clear lack of motivation for anything. Working around your laziness to earn more of your cherished thoughts and opinions has become somewhat of a little challenge for her that she enjoys. You indirectly get her to theorize deeply and contemplate every crumb of knowledge you give her, something she craves.
With that said, your place as a near diety at her side is greatly respected by her own people. You are seen as a savior, as a second power to her home, and every opinion you do muster up the energy for to share is listened to gratefully by her. She therefore doesn't mind your lazy nature and perhaps even thinks that you're deserving of it. Someone so intelligent deserved to rest their mind every now and then after all.
She hopes to experience the world changing and evolving at your side, whilst you two share it's knowledge at your own pace.
》XIANYUN
Slacking off with her around is impossible, to say the least. Your highly respected status in Liyue is near disregarded by her every time she drags you out of your resting place to work with her on a new project. Attempting to hide is never an option, either. She sees your laziness as a self hindrance and doesn't want you to waste your talents so easily. She may nag you at times, but even you know she means it well.
Xianyun always has you inspecting her newest creations and demands you give her detailed feedback on each one. You indirectly push her to do better and match your own intelligence, but your easygoing nature often allows her to outdo you, something she's smug about. She, however, still often times wishes you'd find the motivation to craft something with her, which you do after enough (affectionate) nagging.
She respects you for the immortal genius that you are but doesn't treat you any differently from anyone else. If anything, she wants to see you grow even stronger at her side.
》GUIZHONG
She gets it. She really does. There are days when even she would rather slack off than work on her latest projects, something you take full advantage of. But when she is able to resist your lazy temptations, she makes you work alongside her and does her best to make the activities as fun as possible. Whether it was creating new battle strategies to aid Rex Lapis with or creating projects for the both of you, she was always able to spin things in a way that did get you to work in the end. She also would just kindly ask you for help often or for your expertise in general, as you rarely ever said no to her.
She never liked pushing you too much, though, as she feared somehow overworking you or making you feel like she only wanted you for your intelligence. Guizhong, therefore, allowed you to laze with her in her home whenever you have some downtime where she'd play instruments or sing for you. In a way, she worshipped you as a diety, too, even if quietly through her own special way.
Guizhong sees herself as lucky to have you, especially as she doesn't always understand how she was able to acquire such a strong and intelligent person like you.

Josh Futturman x gender neutral reader

Note: This was requested from a really nice person on wattpad: "I would definitely like to see some smut and fluff, either one is perfect. Since his character is like a janitor by day and a gamer by night, I think I would like to see this whole thing be, where Josh is getting ready for work but the reader is bothered by it because he never says goodbye and just lets the reader sleep in. It'll turn into a small argument but then turn into smut. Like slight fluff but mostly smut." Added in a personal idea at the start to create the ground for the request.
Warnings: You and Josh playing video games together! Long discussions about video games. Josh being a scaredy cat. Very minor gore moment. Argument between a couple. Smut. Make-up sex. Blowjob (r giving). Submissive Josh. Riding.

You and Josh have been inseparable for years, ever since you first crossed paths in the virtual realm of "Biotic Wars." Your relationship, which began with playful banter and late-night gaming sessions, has grown into something deeply meaningful. Josh's quirky humor and your mutual love for video games have always been the glue holding you two together.
Today was supposed to be a special gaming day. Both of you had been practicing tirelessly to finally conquer Biotic Wars, a challenge that had eluded you for months. Josh, with his expertise and quick reflexes, often led the charg, while you provided backup with your strategic mind and occasional bursts of brilliance. The game was notorious for its unforgiving difficulty, requiring not just skill but also perfect coordination between players.
As the game loaded, you felt a familiar thrill course through your veins. The virtual world came alive with its intense graphics and pulsating soundtrack. Josh, sitting in his well-worn gaming chair, wore a reassuring grin. "Ready to finally take down these biotic beasts?" he asked you through the headphones, his voice brimming with excitement.
"Absolutely. Let's show them what we're made of" you replied, tightening your grip on the controller.
The battle began with an explosion of colors and sounds as you maneuvered your characters through the treacherous terrain. Josh, as always, took the lead, deftly dispatching enemies with pinpoint accuracy. You followed closely, providing cover and eliminating threats as they appeared. For a while, everything was going smoothly, and you could feel victory within reach.
Then came the final boss.
You were both in sync, executing strategies and dodging attacks with near-perfect precision. But just as victory seemed assured, a split-second lapse in concentration caused your character to fall into a trap.
"No!" you exclaimed, watching helplessly as your health bar plummeted. Josh fought valiantly to cover for your mistake, but the boss proved too powerful, and soon both your screens flashed the dreaded "Game Over" message.
You sighed heavily, disappointment washing over you. "i'm sorry, Josh," you said, genuinely frustrated. "I messed up. I should have seen that coming."
Josh, ever the optimist, chuckled softly. "Hey, it's all part of the game. It's hard to follow a master, I get it." he added, his voice dripping with playful cockiness.
You couldn't help but laugh at his teasing tone. Despite his jesting, there was no malice behind his words, just an attempt to lighten the mood. "Oh, you think you're so great, huh?" you challenged, grinning at him.
"Well, I did just carry us through most of that level," he replied.
"All right, Mr. Video Game Prodigy," you retorted, your competitive spirit ignited. "How about I challenge you to a game I'm actually good at?"
His interest piqued, Josh agreed immediately, his confidence unshaken. "Bring it on," he said, leaning back on his chair with a smug look. "I'm ready for whatever you've got."
An hour later, he arrived at your place, his energy and excitement palpable. The moment you opened the door, he enveloped you in a warm hug, peppering your face with kisses until you were both laughing uncontrollably.
"Okay, what's this mystery game of yours?" he asked as you led him to your gaming setup.
You handed him the CD case, watching as his confidence wavered slightly upon reading the title.
Friday the 13th: The Game.
The look on his face was priceless.
"You've got to be kidding," he muttered, examining the cover with a mix of disbelief and amusement.
"You can back out if you're scared," you teased, knowing full well that Josh would never back down from a challenge.
His expression shifted to a mask of determination, resignation in his eyes. "Scared? Me? Never. Let's do this."
Settling into your chairs, you loaded the game. Friday the 13th was a stark departure from Biotic Wars.
The horror game was designed to be tense and thrilling, with players taking on the roles of camp counselors trying to survive the night while being hunted by the infamous Jason Voorhees.
As the game loaded, the iconic and haunting music filled the room, setting the stage for the tense and terrifying experience that lay ahead. Josh's character, one of the playable camp counselor, appeared on screen, standing alone in the dimly lit forest of Camp Crystal Lake.
The objective was simple yet daunting: survive the night while being hunted by Jason Voorhees, the relentless killer.
Josh's initial confidence waned slightly as he adjusted to the slower pace and eerie setting of the game. The dim light flickered on the screen, casting shadows that seemed to move of their own accord.
The game's mechanics, designed to induce fear and suspense, were a stark contrast to the fast-paced action he was used to.
Every sound, every rustle of leaves, seemed to put him on edge.
"You got this," you encouraged, trying to stifle your laughter as you watched him nervously guide his character through the woods.
"Easy for you to say," he muttered, his eyes glued to the screen, fingers tense on the controller.
Josh carefully navigated his character through the cabins and open areas, occasionally stopping to collect useful items like health sprays, maps, and weapons.
Despite his best efforts to remain calm, it was clear he was fully immersed in the experience, jumping at every unexpected noise and shadow.
"Okay, this isn't too bad," he said, trying to maintain his bravado as he directed his character to a nearby cabin, securing the doors and windows.
"Just wait until you hear the music," you teased, knowing full well what was about to happen.
Then it happened.
The screen flickered, and the ominous glitching effect announced Jason's proximity, triggered by his shift ability.
The sudden distortion, a signature move that allowed Jason to cover ground quickly and catch players off-guard. Josh flinched, his entire body tensing up as Jason seemed to materialize out of nowhere.
"Whoa!" he yelped, his voice a mixture of surprise and nervous laughter as he instinctively mashed buttons to make his character sprint away from the unseen threat.
As the character's fear level spiked, eerie music blasted through the room, and the screen darkened, mirroring the rising dread of its player.
You burst out laughing, unable to contain your amusement at his reaction. "Run, Josh, run!" you hit rapidly on his arm, tears of laughter in your eyes.
"Why didn't you warn me about that?" he protested, his voice rising an octave as he attempted to escape Jason's clutches.
"Because this is way more fun," you replied between giggles, thoroughly enjoying his startled expressions and frantic button-mashing.
"He's behind you, Josh!" you shouted, adding to the tension with a mischievous grin.
"I know, I know!" he replied, his voice laced with mock panic as he desperately tried to maneuver his character to safety.
Despite his attempts to evade Jason, the chilling music intensified, signaling the killer's approach.
"No! No!" Josh exclaimed, trying to break free the second he was grabbed by the killer, but it was too late.
The screen erupted in a blaze of light as his character's head was violently severed, sending it spiraling through the air. His jaw dropped in shock, mirroring the dramatic fall of the counselor's head.
You were laughing so hard that tears streamed down your cheeks, your sides aching from the hilarity of the situation. Josh joined in, his initial fear giving way to the absurdity of it all.
"Okay, that was terrifying," he admitted, a sheepish grin spreading across his face. "I wasn't expecting it to be that intense."
"Welcome to the world of horror games," you teased, still catching your breath from the laughter. "Do you want to go again, or should I show you how it's done?"
Josh handed you the controller with a dramatic flourish. "Please, show me the ropes. I clearly need some pointers."
Taking the controller, you settled into the familiar routine of the game, your confidence evident in your posture and movements. As your character spawned in the same erie campgrounds, you immediately began to strategize, quickly gathering supplies and coordinating your escape plan.
Josh, sitting beside you, was eager to learn the ropes, hoping to match your skill level and make the experience even more fun and collaborative.
His curiosity about the game was endearing, but you knew it would be a challenge to focus on playing while fielding his barrage of questions.
As the game began, you immediately focused on your objectives, guiding your character through the dark, foreboding campgrounds.
Your mind instinctively strategizes the best way to survive the night.
Next to you, Josh leaned in, eyes glued to the screen, a mixture of awe and determination on his face.
"So, what's the first thing you should do when the game starts?" he asked, his voice eager and slightly urgent.
"You want to search cabins for supplies, like maps and weapons," you replied, deftly moving your character toward a nearby cabin.
He nodded, absorbing the information before firing off another question. "What's the best weapon to use against Jason?"
You smiled, appreciating his enthusiasm. "The shotgun is the best one, but it only has a bullet loaded. Anything you can find to slow him down will help, like a baseball bat or a wrench."
You hear the ominous music indicating Jason is nearby. Your heart races as you move to the opposite direction, seeing from afar how he hasn't noticed your presence yet.
Josh, oblivious to the tension, continues his questioning.
"What's the best way to escape?"
"There are a few ways: fix the car, call the police, or survive until time runs out," you say, finding a map and showing it to Josh. "There is also the boat but it's way too risky since Jason moves very fast in the water."
Josh nods, scribbling notes mentally.
You entered a cabin and began searching for items, listening intently for any sign of Jason.
Josh's curiosity seemed endless "How do you know which counselor to choose? Which one is better?"
"Counselor stats matter" you replied, still concentrating on your character's actions.
"Each counselor has different stats like speed, stamina, repair skills and stealth. It affects how well they perform certain tasks," you explain, dodging a trap set by Jason to start repairing the phone box.
"What's stamina do?" Josh asks, genuinely curious.
"It's that yellow circle around the mini-map. Stamina affects how long you can run or perform some actions before needing to rest," you reply, keeping an eye on your stamina bar as you sprint inside the cabin to call the police.
"How do you regain stamina?"
"By standing still. It's crucial to manage it well, especially when Jason is chasing you," you say, watching intently as your character called the police.
"All the stats can work for you, but right now if you have someone with high speed you'll definitely will have a much better chance of survival" you explained to him, noticing a red dot on the mini-map.
He was near.
"Speed, huh?" Josh pondered, watching every movement of your finger in the controller. "What exactly does speed do?"
You paused, momentarily distracted by the abourdity of the question. Turning to him, you couldn't help but laugh. "Are you serious?" you asked, your voice filled with amusement
Josh realized his mistake and burst out laughing, the sound filling the room. "Okay okay, dumb question" he admitted, shaking his head at himself.
The shared laughter was a welcome break from the tension of the game. It was moments like these that reminded you of why you enjoyed spending time with Josh. His ability to find humor in even the most stressful situations and his genuine interest in learning something new, even if it meant asking silly questions.
"You know," you began, the excitement in your voice unmistakable, "one of the things I love most about this game is how well the maps are designed. They're so detailed and true to the movies. It's like you're actually there, experiencing the terror firsthand."
Josh nodded, his interest piqued by your enthusiasm. "Yeah? I didn't realize they were so accurate. That's really cool."
"It is!" you continued, a sparkle in your eyes. "Each map is a nod to the different movies. The developers included all these little details that only true fans would recognize. It makes the game so immersive, like you're living out your own horror movie experience."
He watched you intently, captivated by your passion. You rarely had the chance to dive into these nerdy discussions with others, but with Josh, it felt natural and safe.
"And the counselors," you said, leaning forward in your seat, "they're all inspired by characters from the films. Each one has their own unique stats and strengths, which makes it interesting to figure out who matches your playstyle and I just love how it all comes together."
Josh listened, a soft smile playing on his lips. You could feel his attention solely focused on you, and it made you feel appreciated, like every word you said mattered.
"And the chase," you added, your voice tinged with excitement. "The burst of adrenaline when Jason is right behind you, the music intensifying, your heart pounding—it's such a rush. It's terrifying and exhilarating at the same time. I love that feeling of being on the edge, trying to outsmart him and survive."
Josh chuckled, seeing how animated you had become. "I can tell you really love this game. It's amazing to see you light up like this."
You paused, feeling a bit self-conscious now that you had rambled on for so long, but his expression reassured you. There was no judgment, only admiration and affection in his eyes. "Sorry, I didn't mean to go on and on," you said, a bit embarrassed.
"Don't be sorry," he replied softly, reaching out to take your hand. "I love hearing you talk about things you're passionate about. You know, the way you dive so deeply into something you care about, it's one of the things I adore most about you"
His words warmed your heart, and you squeezed his hand in return, grateful to have someone who appreciated you for who you were. Josh had always supported your interests, and his genuine curiosity about your hobbies made you feel seen and understood.
"Thanks, Josh," you said, meeting his gaze with a smile. "I'm glad I can share this with you."
He grinned, his eyes twinkling with affection. "I'm just happy to be here with you, learning about all the things you love. It gives me more reason to play the game and try to keep up with you. You make it look so easy," Josh commented, his tone filled with genuine admiration.
"It just takes practice," you replied.
At one point, Jason burst through a door just as you slipped out a window, narrowly escaping his grasp. You then led him on a merry chase through the forest, conserving your stamina to buy time and regroup with other players.
"Wow, you're way too good at this," Josh said, his eyes fixed on the screen as he watched you lead your character to safety.
"It's all about keeping calm and thinking ahead," you explained, enjoying the chance to showcase your skills in a game you loved.
As the game progressed, you managed to evade Jason long enough for the police to arrive, signaling the end of the round.
With one final sprint, you guided your character to the safety of the police line, successfully surviving the night.
Josh was beaming, clearly impressed by your performance. "THAT WAS AMAZING."
Raising your hands in the air in victory while your boyfriend hugs you tightly. Both of you were shouting with joy from the success. "I know, I know. It's nice to finally have the upper hand for once."
The rest of the evening was filled with more rounds, tension and horror while Josh's continued flinching and surprised yelps kept the mood light and entertaining. Each round, he improved, guided by your expertise and encouragement.
By the end of the night, as you both settled back into the couch, Josh turned to you, his expression one of genuine affection. "Thanks for introducing me to this. It was nice taking a break from Biotic War, even if I was terrified half the time."
You smiled, feeling the warmth of his gaze. "I'm glad you enjoyed it. And hey, you're getting better. We could play this sometime together if you want"
Josh laughed, pulling you close for a hug. "Only if you promise not to laugh at my screams."
"Deal," you agreed, snuggling into his embrace, grateful for the shared experience and the deepened bond it had brought.
You turned your face towards Josh, a victorious smile on your face. "As a reward for winning, I have a couple of requests," you announced playfully.
Josh raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh? And what might those be?" he asked with a smirk.
"First, a kiss," you said, leaning closer.
He obliged happily, pulling you in for a gentle, lingering kiss that melted away the exhaustion of the night. "And second?" he asked, a teasing note in his voice.
"Carry me to bed?" you requested, giving him your best puppy-dog eyes.
Josh groaned playfully, rolling his eyes. "Really? You beat me in one game and now I'm your personal chauffeur?" he teased. "Alright, fine, but don't think this is going to be a regular thing."
With exaggerated reluctance, he scooped you up into his arms, grumbling under his breath about your apparent weight. He took comically slow, deliberate steps, exaggerating every movement as if he were carrying a ton of bricks. "Why are you so heavy? Did you sneak rocks into your pockets or something?" he joked, pretending to struggle as he navigated the hallway.
Every few steps, he'd stop dramatically to catch his breath, pretending to wipe sweat from his forehead. "I might need to call in reinforcements," he quipped, pausing to pretend to call for backup. You couldn't stop laughing, the combination of his theatrics and your helpless position making the journey to the bedroom an epic adventure in itself.
"Almost there," he declared, as if conquering a mountain, taking unnecessarily wide turns and pretending to stumble. You kept giggling, holding on tight as he continued his overly elaborate trek.
Finally, he reached the bedroom, gently setting you down on the bed with a mock sigh of relief. "There you go, your majesty," he quipped, wiping his brow in mock exhaustion. "Next time, I'm getting a forklift."
You pulled him closer, your hands looping around his neck as you whispered, "Now, don't think you're getting away. Stay with me."
Josh didn't hesitate, climbing into bed beside you. He wrapped his arms around you, the warmth of his body and the steady rhythm of his heartbeat lulling you into a peaceful calm. Together, you drifted off, surrounded by the comfort of each other's presence.
The sunlight streamed softly through the curtains, casting a warm glow over the bedroom as you slowly stirred awake. You turned, expecting to find Josh next to you, but instead, the bed was empty and slightly cool where he had been lying. Blinking sleep from your eyes, you sat up, only to find Josh fully dressed for work.
Josh noticed you were awake and turned with a smile, walking over to the bed. "Morning, sleepyhead," he said warmly, leaning down to give you a quick kiss.
You leaned into the kiss, but something gnawed at you, a small feeling of frustration. This had become a familiar scene: Josh up and ready to leave without waking you, never saying goodbye properly. It seemed minor, but it had been building up over time, and today it felt like more than you could brush aside.
"Morning," you replied, trying to keep your voice light but unable to completely mask the tinge of irritation. Josh pulled back, noticing your tone.
"Everything okay?" he asked, a touch of concern in his voice, his brow furrowed as he looked at you.
You hesitated, not wanting to start an argument but feeling the need to voice your thoughts. "Josh, you always leave without saying goodbye. I know you want me to sleep, but it feels like...I don't know, like you're sneaking out," you admitted, looking down at the sheets, feeling a bit shy about bringing it up. Your heart fluttered with nervousness, unsure of how he would respond.
Josh's expression softened as he sat down on the edge of the bed, facing you. He reached out, his hand gentle as he tucked a loose strand of hair behind your ear. "I didn't realize it bothered you that much. I just thought it was better to let you sleep," he explained, his voice sincere and filled with understanding. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you feel like I was avoiding a goodbye."
His words were like a balm, soothing the frustration that had been building inside you. "I know you didn't mean it that way," you said, meeting his gaze. His eyes were full of earnestness, and you could see that he genuinely wanted to make things right. "But I want to feel like I'm part of your morning, too, even if it's just a quick kiss before you go."
He nodded, his eyes earnest and apologetic. "I get it. From now on, I'll make sure to wake you. I didn't know you felt left out."
A small smile tugged at your lips, the tension in the room dissipating "Thank you. I just want to be part of your routine, that's all."
Josh grinned, leaning in for another kiss, this one lingering and soft. "Consider it done," he promised, his voice a low rumble that sent a pleasant shiver down your spine, the warmth of his lips on yours was reassuring.
As Josh moved to stand, ready to leave for work, an idea popped into your head. Without fully thinking it through, you reached out and grabbed his hand, pulling him back toward the bed.
"Hey!" Josh laughed, caught off guard as he tumbled back onto the mattress beside you.
"What's this?"
Feeling a mix of shyness and boldness, you looked at him, your cheeks warming. "I was thinking...maybe a little extra time together before you go wouldn't hurt," you suggested, your voice soft but inviting.
Josh raised an eyebrow, clearly surprised but delighted. "Oh, really? I thought you'd want to go back to sleep," he teased, his voice playful as he shifted closer, his hand finding yours.
"I think I'm already awake enough," you replied, feeling more confident as you met his gaze, the familiar warmth and love reflecting back at you.
He chuckled, pulling you into his arms as you settled against him. "How can I say no to that?"
You found yourself on top of him, your bodies moving in a rhythm as old as time guided by instinct and desire. His touch was gentle, occasionally squeezing your hips and buttocks with a playful possessiveness that made you laugh softly against his lips.
The sound of your laughter mingled with the quiet gasps and sighs, creating a melody of love that filled the room.
Josh's voice broke the comfortable silence. "I really didn't mean to upset you, you know," he said softly, his eyes sincere.
"I know," you replied, your voice equally soft. "I just miss being part of your morning routine. Even a small goodbye would mean a lot to me."
light filtering through the curtains wrapped around you both like a warm embrace, casting a gentle glow that seemed to mirror the feelings swelling in your heart.
As you leaned in, the first touch of his lips against yours was electric, igniting a spark that raced through your veins.
His kiss was gentle at first, a tender exploration, as if rediscovering the familiar contours and taste that he cherished so much.
His tongue slipped into your mouth, tasting and teasing, drawing out a response that was both immediate and fervent. There was something intoxicating about the way he kissed you, a blend of passion and tenderness that made you feel cherished and desired. It was as if he were savoring the very essence of you, each kiss a promise and a testament to the love you shared.
Your lips met again. The kiss was tender at first, a gentle exploration, but soon deepened, a dance of tongues that communicated what words could not.
Josh's hands traveled over your body, fingers grazing your skin with a featherlight touch that sent shivers up your spine. Occasionally, his hands would rest on the curve of your hips, squeezing gently as if to reassure himself that you were real, that this moment was happening.
His touch was both tender and assured, as though he were an artist and you were his masterpiece. He explored with an intimacy that spoke of familiarity and affection, mapping every curve and line with the skill of someone who knew and adored every inch of you.
Your hands found their way to his hair, fingers threading through the dark strands as you pulled him closer, deepening the connection.
You let out a soft moan, a sound of pure delight that only encouraged him further.
Your hands moved over his chest, tracing his happy trail and the lines of his muscles.
Lips departed from yours, embarking on a tantalizing journey along your jawline, leaving a trail of electrifying kisses in their wake. The heat of his breath against your skin sent ripples of pleasure coursing through you, drawing you closer to him, as if pulled by some invisible force.
"I want..." Josh started, breathing unevenly, "I really want your tongue..."
You smiled softly with a nod, happy with Josh's request.
"Shift up, then," you suggested, sitting up to allow Josh to move, and he obliged, moving up on the bed to give you more space to home yourself between his thighs. Josh moaned softly as he watched you crawl up between his legs until your face was in line with his cock.
You leaned down to press a kiss against the throbbing, leaking tip,
Josh bit his lip and held his breath as your tongue peeked out between your lips to greet the sensitive head, lapping up the precum that was already collecting at the tip following your incessant teasing.
"You're teasing me," Josh stammered, screwing his eyes shut as you gazed up at him, tongue still running up and along the firm ridges of his length.
He pouted at your cruelty before you winked and wrapped your lips around the head, sinking your hot wet mouth down until your nose was flush with the base of Josh's cock.
He was beyond devastated. He grunted as you swallowed around his length, stuffing your face with his size. The scorching vision that had only ever existed in his imagination was now a breathtaking reality.
You slid your lips off after a pause, gasping for air as a string of saliva kept your lips connected to Josh's meat.
"I like this," you giggled, ducking down to leave open-mouthed kisses along Josh's length from the base, up the side of it, then to the head again, sucking the tip into his mouth once more. You loved the way his thighs shake after doing such things.
Josh shut his eyes again, avoiding your eye contact as you bobbed his head up and down, afraid to come way too soon and disappoint you.
Relentless as ever, your assault left him no respite. His fists clenched the blankets with a vice-like grip, knuckles white with tension.
"Pull off," he shouted, hips twitching when you moved your mouth away from him and looked at his face perplexed.
He sat up on the bed to restore your old position on top of him.
Josh's hands roamed over your body, tracing the curves of your sides before settling on your hips.
His fingers lingered there, a gentle pressure that pulled you closer until your bodies were perfectly aligned.
Your hips moved together, a slow, deliberate motion that mirrored the rising and falling of your breaths. You felt the heat of his skin against yours, each movement sending a ripple of pleasure coursing through you.
His hands slid up your back, fingers tracing the line of your spine before settling on your shoulders, drawing you down to him.
His lips found your neck, planting a series of soft kisses that made you shiver with delight. You felt his breath against your skin as your bodies moved together
His hands moved down to your thighs, squeezing gently as you rocked together. As the tempo of your movements increased, so did the intensity of the sensations, each one building upon the last until you were both lost in the shared rhythm of your bodies.
His lips found yours again, capturing them in a kiss that was both passionate and tender, a reflection of the bond you shared.
You lost track of time, caught up in the whirlwind of sensation and emotion that surrounded you.
Pressing your forehead to his, you feel the sticky sweat that binds you. Josh's heaving breath mixing with yours as you both come down from the intensity of your releases.
He followed almost immediately when your hole clenched around him, making you even tighter. He whined loudly and after a few more hard thrusts, he came.
Josh's brown eyes shine bright with pleasure- a contented sigh spilling from you both before you slowly disengage.
It's filled with lasting touches, long looks and warm smiles.
"Do you want to play a bit of your game before I go?"
The sound of your intertwined laughter, punctuated by soft gasps and sighs, filled the room.
"Won't you be late for work?" you asked while still panting, sweat starting to drip down your forehead, but you remained tight against his side.
"They never notice my presence anyway," he replied, panting and still trying to regulate his breathing.
You couldn't help but smile at his laid-back attitude, already in the process of reaching for the controller.
Note: Sorry if the start was boring and I probably went off-topic from the request. I just saw the chance to talk about something I enjoy as a personal video gamer and couldn't resist. :)

Your Father's Daughter
Mizu x Reader story

Word count: 2.2k
Chapter 1.
“(Y/N)”
It was like summoning the spirit of a shadow to your beck and call. Wisps of silence followed by your silent footsteps. Your presence now known, you made yourself available for whatever he requested of you. The light of the candle bouncing off the walls and onto your face, creating illusions of shapes and figures on the wall and onto you.
Straightening your back, and correcting your posture you approached his side, standing far enough to leave a little distance for respect. He hovered over you greatly, his back turned to you. His presence was overwhelming to many, but not as overwhelming to you like it used to be. After years of being close to him, and standing by his side you’ve learned to enjoy the warm rays of the sun. To bask in its light and let it warm the cold corners of your mind with its reassurance and comfort. To take in its greatness.
“Father, I’m here.” Your voice is quiet, stable. Not that he needed a confirmation that you were present. No one could tell if you were in the area or not, as you were skilled at what you do. You had built yourself a reputation for being as silent as an empty room. No one could detect your presence as quickly as your father could. He always knew when you were around, he could sense you. That’s how close your bond was. To others though you slipped between the shadows of a room, as quiet as
“My little mouse, ” A nickname from years ago. Early childhood. The first nickname you’ve ever received actually. From anyone else you would have found it an insult as they were comparing you to a rodent that scavenged for trash outside on street corners, but coming from your Father it made the world feel at ease. Like it was a safe place to be. His voice was low and soothing, beckoning you to come closer, and you did. Finally stepping to his side, you were able to stand over and view what he was waiting for you to see.
His attack plans and strategies were always thought out. Organized. Detailed. Precise. No piece or plot left missing, no turn or corner left unchecked. Displayed on the table before him, adjusted to his liking. With a mind as grand as his, and plans even bigger there was no room for mistakes. Honor and pride filled your heart whenever he shared any details with you of his goals, and even more when he sent you on missions to help him achieve them.
There was a reason you were called his “Mouse”. Your father was the sun, and every light casts a shadow. You were that shadow. Your father, as grand as he is, couldn't be everywhere at the same time, but with you it’s almost like he could be. Unlike everyone else, he stands out quite a bit. Not a lot of people living here in Japan have seen a man of his color. A white man from a foreign land, here to do foreign things. Most people gawk and stare at him if they get the chance to see him, as he looks far from your ordinary japanese citizen. His hair seems to be in competition with the sun as it is as golden as the great star in the sky, and his eyes are the lightest shade of blue, like the sky it inhabits. He towers over most of the people here with his height, and his build is different, more broad. Though he is different from everyone around him, he finds no shame in it. You watch him from corners as he strolls into rooms with a silent confidence that demands attention. He is the sun, resting gently on the horizons of Japan.
You are not the moon, you’re not even the stars. You don’t mind it now as it makes performing tasks for him a lot easier. Wherever your father tells you, you go. Slipping into the shadows to find whoever and wherever. For years, your father has trained you to be his eyes and ears for where his grande presence would become too much of a distraction. You're his sight into the rooms he can't explore, echoing back the words and plots being whispered behind closed doors. Sometimes, you're his final say. Slipping poison into the cups of those who drink to betrayal, or cold sharp iron to the necks of those who have removed the collar of obedience to your father. Everything you’ve been taught, from spying to assassination, has been taught by this man. Everything you do is for this man.
Your mind begins to slip, stepping into the doorway of the past. Memories dance behind your eyes, reminding you why your gratefulness will never find an end. You never find peace in this specific room of memories. There is no tenderness or love in the beginning as it opens up to you, dragged by your thin, fragile elbow and thrown onto the floor like a rag doll.
“Take her.” The voice of your mother that night still rings in your mind like it did fourteen years ago. Cold, and desperate. You’ve heard farmers speak over their cattle with more kindness.
You dared to turn your gaze from the floor to meet her eyes. You could smell the fear that lay under her skin, how it furrowed her eyebrows, how it oozed out her temples and dripped down her face. She finally made eye contact with you, and for a quick second you thought you had seen a look of regret before disgust crossed it.
“She’ll do him good. She’s young, learns quickly.” she spoke over you like a desperate merchant trying to make his last sale.
“A girl holds as much value as a rat,” the man spoke, his voice booming through you and your mother.
“What he wants is the information you owe him. He’s given you enough chances to do what you do to make it. Now, where is it?”
At this point he gets into your mothers face, his height towering over hers tremendously. She stutters over her words, still trying to sell you off, and they begin to argue. The sound of two adults voices rising, sending fear running up your spine. Men arguing with your mother wasn't new to you, but it didn't mean you enjoyed the sound. Lucky for you, you’ve always been a quiet girl, attention never seemed to follow you and it didn't here as you slipped out the room into the night. You crawled to the front of the little hut you and your siblings called home. There was little to no room for any of you, and even less food to spare amongst all of you, but you found ways to sneak scraps from your older siblings whenever you could.
You noticed a shadow overcast you and realized you were kneeling in front of a carriage. You had never seen one this grand before. It looked foreign, and new. The horses that carried it were sleek and as black as the night. The windows were too dark to look into, but you felt someone was looking at you from inside.
The sound of a woman screeching, and the smell of smoke washed over your curiosity as you quickly turned your head to catch what you had been missing behind you. Your little corner of the world that you had called home was now a blaze, and you could hear your mothers voice from the inside. You couldn't tell if she was pleading or just screaming, but it shook something inside of you that you had never experienced before. The man who was arguing with her finally stepped out, using the fire that reached behind him to light his kiseru pipe, adding the scent of tobacco to the night sky. Smoke left his nostrils like a dragon as he exhaled, lifting his head towards the moon, a look of relaxation crossing his face. You could hear conjoined screams and realized it wasn't just your mother being burned alive, but the rest of your siblings. Your family and you didn't have the sound relationship a mother and daughter or sister and siblings should have, but they were all you knew. All you had. You choked back tears, the sound catching the attention of the smoking man burning your past away.
“Ah,” he spoke, taking in another puff. “There you are. I didn’t see when you slipped out. Little rat-” he began to approach you, his footsteps shaking the ground around you as you sat there frozen to it. You could run into the woods, but how soon until he caught you. If he doesn't, surely the fire will spread and catch up with you soon. If you make it, then what? Who would take you in? Your mother wasn't very popular amongst the women of the town, so no one owed her any favors. Men around here rarely paid attention to the children wandering the streets, but when they did it was never good. Your options were limited and you didn't believe in the kindness of strangers.
Before he could lay a hand on you, towering over you already, another voice spoke behind you. You didn't know when he arrived, or why you didn't hear him, but you could hear the authority in his voice. Calm, powerful.
“Leave her.” The new presence spoke. Slowly, you turned your head to catch his shoes. Those too were foreign. They had traces of gold, you had never seen gold this close before, and a material that you could tell was also expensive. You trailed your eyes up his attire, finally meeting his eyes just to see that he was already meeting yours. His head blocked the light of the moon like an eclipse, and his eyes scared you at first. You had never seen eyes that shade of blue before ever in your life. You had never seen someone who looked like him ever in your life.
“Can’t you see you're scaring her?” he began to kneel, the clean cloth of his pants touching the dirt you sat on.
“My apologies, Sir. The damn thing was so quiet I didn't notice she left. I can get rid of her quickly and so we can continue-”
“That won’t be necessary.” You were face to face with the strangest man you had ever seen, as he was now at your level. You were still processing his face. Eyes blue, and not a dark brown like your neighbors, hair golden even in the night light and not as black as the raven's wings. His face was long, angular and his eyes were round. Even his nose was shaped differently. But you didn't find him ugly. You could tell that where he was from he was well groomed, and would be considered handsome.
The sounds of frantic screaming broke out again as the fire spread. You recognized one of your siblings, and immediately tore your eyes from his. Though life wasn't the best, you were reminded that all you knew was being burned to the ground. All the scents in the air were beginning to make you sick, and your heart was breaking, sharp shards falling into your stomach, adding to the queasy feeling you felt. You choked back another cry, but the tears were threatening to break through. Turning back to the man who kneeled, you noticed he never stopped looking at you. He wasn't looking at the fire, or the other man apologizing for his lack of duty. But at you. A small child he just met by chance on this red night.
“Why do you cry?” he asks you finally, his eyes never breaking yours. It is then that you realize that the dam had broken, and the ocean behind your eyes had won.
“Not everything lost is a loss,” he spoke to you with calmness in his tone. Words that fell from his mouth felt like the final say. If he said the night sky was now day as long as he spoke it, it would become true.
And yet you still quivered. From fear of the unknown your future had instored for you, from the tears and sadness that left your body, from the coldness of the night. There was so much to shake for, and he was as steady as a rock, no mind the ocean waves washing against it. Nothing affected him. Nothing moved him. Not the fire, not even your tears.
He pulled you in close, his large arms engulfing you and shading you from the heat of the flame. It was then you allowed yourself to cry. Truly and fully cry. The sobs broke through you, the sound of weakness threatening to echo through the night now muffled by his coat that your tiny hands clung onto. Soft words you've never heard before spoken from a man filled your ears and settled in your young mind. His voice, soothing and cool, offered a comfort you had yet to experience. They drowned out the flames behind you, and they tamed the racing thoughts in your mind. They were your final say.
“I need you to be here.” his voice brought you back to the present. Your father, the man who saved your life, was now looking over to you. His face warm, and patient. His eyes never leaving yours. You straightened your back, corrected your posture. In the presence of greatness. The shadow of the sun.
“I am here.” Always.

Girl Dad!Rhysand x Reader Headcanons
This male could pound me to town and I would say thank you.
A/N: Anyway, this Highkey sucks so I am so sorry. I feel like I have to ease back into writing, it has been so long since I have sat down and actually written something. It is all over the place and just not the best writing so I apologize for that. I just… my surgery rotation literally killed me. You can ask @augustinerose I was not in a good headspace. I feel like I am still recovering from that and idk… it just… I feel like it stole some part of me. I dunno, its hard to explain but it took out all the motivation I had towards writing. So easing back into things is gonna have to be the way to go. Again, I am so sorry, this is literally awful. I am gonna try to do some NSFW headcanons for girl dad!Rhys tomorrow if y’all would like. As always, a comment or reblog is much much appreciated. It always gives me the motivation and hope to continue writing.
Girl dad Rhysand is too good y’all I cannot.
Rhysand is one of the best girl dads out there.
He makes sure his baby girl and wife are taken care of to the fullest extent.
I am talking he wakes up in the middle of the night to take care of the babe, swaying her and humming Illyrian rhymes to her to calm her. He takes her out for flying, making sure to wrap her sensitive tiny wings in wool so that they can remain warm against the night court breeze whenever she is inconsolable, usually returning with her fast asleep, sucking on her tiny thumb with little grunts every so often.
The first month of the babe being home, he would sneak out of your bed just to lay down next to the crib so he could make sure that your darling babe was settled and comfortable.
He is a mother hen, glaring at Cassian for making too much noise when the babe is resting in his arms.
He likes to show her the constellations in the sky, pointing out each of the different stars and even using his powers to create mini galaxies above the crib. For her 5th birthday, he gifts her an actual star out of the sky, following the nickname, “my shining star.”
He adores her so much, there is nothing he wouldn’t do for her. She has him wrapped around her tiny fingers since the moment she grabbed onto his finger with her tiny fist. He loves reading stories to her, making sure that the nursery is filled with old children tales that are centuries old, first edition novels really, along with all of the new writings from the authors around each court. One sure fire way of calming down your babe whenever she is fussy is Rhys pulling out a book and resting back in the rocking chair with her in his arms, and reading to her the stories. He does all the different voices for different characters and even makes funny faces for your little girl to keep her entertained, and is the reason why your babe grows up to be an avid reader.
Rhysand always has the best clothes made for her. She is the best dressed babe in all of the courts, and grows up to be a fashion icon. Most of the clothes she wears are from Rhys’ mother who sewed them centuries before, just like she had for you.
He is the one to teach her how to fly, spending hours and hours, weeks and weeks away from his duties to spend some time with his favorite girl (besides you ofc) to teach her different skills. He teaches her self defense and different battle strategies, preparing her to become High Lady one day. He is patient and calm throughout the entire process, even when she throws tantrums or feels like giving up. He always knows exactly what to say, he knows exactly how to handle the situation by either giving her space or pushing her to keep going.
Your daughter loves to draw, and will often end up drawing on Rhysand’s arms and legs with a pink marker. He thinks it is the best artwork he has ever seen, and has gone as far as getting a drawing of a family of stars that she drew tattooed into left wrist.
At parties, he always makes sure to dance with her first. At first, he has her in his arms, twirling them both around while her little giggles and squeals resound against the music. Eventually, he has her standing on his shoes so he can guide the both of them, letting her grow with independence. Eventually, she learns the dance moves herself, and still to this day, they will be each others first dance.
Don’t even get me started on how girl dad Rhys takes care of you!!!!!
Literally the best husband and mate I am WEAK
This male screams self care. He wants to make sure that you are rested 24/7. No mate of his is going to be feeling exhausted. He has days where he schedules full body massages, facials, hair care treatments, manicures and pedicures. He has Morr meet you after so you can go browsing for new dresses, shoes, purses, jewelry. Whatever you wish for, it is already yours. You only need to stare for a second, and Morr is going inside to buy it, “Rhys told me to honey, you can talk to him, but honestly you deserve it” anytime you complain that she is spending too much on you.
When you come home, he has Az and Cass watching the babe for the night so he can take you out to dinner, or even just for an evening in. You cuddle up with the babe for a little while before he whisks you away into whatever extravagant things he has planned for you.
He loves having you in his lap during these free nights, one arm wrapped around your waist or hips while the other feeds you or plays with your hair, muttering to himself about how stunning you are, how lucky he is to have you, how much he adores you really.
I like to think you face each other in bed while he intertwines your legs and pulls you close into his chest, and you just get to talk about anything and everything. Any of his worries about the relations between other courts, any of his concerns regarding the night court, his desires to wanting to better the world for your daughter, he always feels like he can spill whatever he has on his mind to you in a way that he has never been able to before.
After your daughter is born, he often spends time telling her all of the things he thinks about while she lays on her belly and allows for her wings to flutter to build muscle strength.
Remember how I talked about your daughter being Rhys’ first dance? Well, you are his partner for every other dance, and always the last dance. Your poor babe is passed out in one of the chairs with Amren watching over her like a hawk, her hand patting the babes back (she has a soft spot for her, what can I say?) and you both dance and dance. Sometimes, he flys you up into the sky and dances with you among the stars, “they lie in witness to our love darling”
Again, this was terrible so thank you for sticking around if you actually read through this!
Edit: part 2

Chan
District 3 - Technology
He does not want to kill anyone.
Like, he jumped in because his sister was reaped but he has no intention of killing anyone, though he knows it’s kind of inevitable.
However, he wants to try and escape from the arena somehow so he creates an alliance with that goal.
He is a Capitol darling with his kind and responsible attitude and gets countless sponsors.
His main tactic to stay alive would be to create defensive traps that won’t kill anyone.
Lee Know
District 10 - Livestock
He wasn’t surprised when he got picked and he immediately thought about how to win.
He joined Chan’s alliance with no intention of following through, just biding his time to kill them all once they were the only ones left.
He is quite handy with weapons and knife and he is fairly lethal, having seen livestock being put down and simply trying to recreate that.
He is fairly realistic about his chances.
He is one of the runner-ups but his personality doesn’t get him many sponsors.
Changbin
District 7 - Lumber
Despite his big build, he has no intention of fighting.
With him being jump scared by everything and everyone, his odds weren’t looking too good so he joined in Chan’s alliance.
While he may be good with his fists and stronger than anyone else, he isn’t good with any weapon and doesn’t want to kill or hurt anyone.
He does get some sponsors for his build but his personality doesn’t get him on the runner-ups list.
Hyunjin
District 8 - Textiles
This man almost fainted when he got reaped.
What the hell?
He was so dramatic the whole time but he is also a performer at heart that quickly captures the Capitol’s heart with his fashion style and charming attitude and looks.
He gets lots of sponsors and his main strategy (which he didn’t think much about) was running away and hiding.
He joined Chan cause the other districts didn’t want him.
Han
District 1 - Luxury
First of all: this man was not a career. At all.
He was just minding his own business, called over and waiting for someone to volunteer, as usual.
No one did.
Once that reality settled in, he started to panic.
He wasn’t built for the hunger games.
He was an artist, a creative soul.
What was he gonna do?
Sing a song and hope to bore someone to death?
He was a nervous wreck but managed to put up a nice performance that got him sponsors.
Unfortunately, his skill set was… almost non-existent, as he always thought a career would volunteer in his stead, though he was fairly quick on his feet and death threats were good motivators.
He was the underdog of the underdogs, with bets saying he wouldn’t last the first five minutes (which, to be honest, wouldn’t have been far from the truth if he didn’t ally himself with Chan and the others).
His strategy? Run and hide but he wasn’t really that good at that either so he just followed Chan around and got offered a spot in the alliance after a bit of pleading.
Felix
District 4 - Fishing
The boy was terrorised but he managed to act so sunny, he got the most sponsors ever.
His sunshine disposition made him a darling of the Capitol in no time.
He was quite athletic too, so his odds weren’t that bad.
He was proficient with tridents and nets too, though he mostly did nets.
As he had no intention of killing, he decided to join Chan.
Seungmin
District 12 - Coal mining
Was he surprised? Not particularly.
He knew it was highly possible so he just focused on how to survive.
When he heard about Chan’s alliance he couldn’t help but smile at the opportunity.
He studied poisonous herbs so that he could suggest one last day of truce after all opponents were dead and slip in the others’ water a lil lethal poison.
His main plan was to make others kill each other and then poison the survivors.
Easy, as it could get.
Seungmin also charmed the Capitol, earning sponsors with his quick wit and ruthless attitude.
Jeongin
District 2 - Masonry
The boy was so confused.
He never would have volunteered for it because he was quite literally the clumsiest boy ever.
If he could bump in it, he was going to.
For that reason, his main strategy was hide and pray, though he did resign to his death quite early on.
Chan managed to convince him to try out the alliance plan and he really had no better option.
Only thing that helped him place above Han in the betting list was his physical strength.

I wonder, is it possible to look at the way Raditz, Nappa, and Vegeta fight (maybe Bardock's team, too, if you think Toriyama had enough involvement in those animated projects) to reconstruct any general principles of Saiyan martial arts training?
I talked a bit about Raditz and Nappa here as well as going into a particular Saiyan technique I find interesting here.
It is interesting to note that both Nappa and Vegeta are proficient in that technique to varying degrees, while Raditz is not. Raditz is completely basic as a fighter, having not even trained out his tail weakness when Nappa and Vegeta have.
Though it's not clear if this implies that the elites as a whole receive better instruction than the low-class Saiyans, or if Nappa's simply reaped the benefits of following Vegeta around more closely than Raditz, and doing whatever he does.
Though they do have some distinctive arts, such as the previously discussed remote detonation technique. That both Nappa and Vegeta are familiar with it implies a bit of standardization. In fact, Vegeta knows all the top-tier Saiyan arts.
He can even rattle off the science behind Oozaru transformations. He's kind of a nerd. That's an interesting note to keep in mind when thinking about his relationship to Bulma.
(He's also vain about his beauty, fun fact.)
Dude was putting off the Oozaru transformation because it's ugly so he didn't wanna.
By Vegeta's admission, the fake moon technique is one of the most advanced techniques in Saiyan martial arts. And. Uh. Yeah. Yeah, compressing the planet's atmosphere with a continuous ki sphere in order to create a finely tuned reflection of sunlight that produces a certain kind of radiation....
Yeah, that sounds complex as fuck. No wonder only nerds super-elites like Vegeta can do it.
The Oozaru is the primary mechanism by which Saiyans destroy worlds.
With that in mind, it makes sense that the ultimate and most complex Saiyan martial art is the ability to manually induce this transformation. The most devastating thing a Saiyan can ever do in a fistfight is find a way to become the Oozaru despite environmental limitations.
Their battle plan revolves so heavily around this transformation, they've even developed battle armor that stretches to accommodate the vast increase in size. Everything they do as hand-to-hand fighters is a fallback for when the Oozaru is not available.
As he notes above, Vegeta specifically chose a full-moon night to attack Earth on in order to let him and Nappa access their full power - Though Nappa died before the moon came out. And also Piccolo blew up the moon after Nappa and Raditz entered their spaceflight stasis sleep, so that was a non-starter.
Raditz wasn't intending to fight when he came to Earth; He was just here to pick up his brother and things spiraled out of hand from there. So he didn't have the luxury of the full moon or the technical skill to compress atmosphere and compensate.
What this means is that a large portion of Saiyan battle strategy has never really been depicted. The only properly trained Saiyan warrior in Oozaru state we've ever seen was Vegeta here.
And he's fighting a Goku who already burned out his body from a Kaio-ken x4 he couldn't contain, so the competition is next to zero. Goku lands some solid hits on Vegeta because... Well, he's Counter-Fighter Goku. He's the master at breaking down his foe and making the most of whatever he's got.
Motherfucker you've been on death's door for the last five minutes how dare
Goku is obnoxious to have to fight. Truly.
But because the only proper fight we ever with a fully-trained Oozaru is against the like 5% Goku has left in his tank, we never get to see the Oozaru properly tested. Whatever its full capabilities truly are, that remains known only to them and the races they've destroyed.
As for Bardock, Toriyama had little involvement beyond assisting with character design, as is typical of his involvement with the anime specials. Though it's interesting to note that he loved the Bardock special. Toriyama rarely even bothered to watch the anime of his own work, but he had high praise to sing of Bardock.
"I really like the story of Bardock, Goku’s father. It’s quite dramatic, and the kind of story 'I absolutely wouldn’t draw' if it were me. It was like watching a different kind of Dragon Ball in a good way, so I thought it was nice."
Bardock captivated Toriyama for being a take on Dragon Ball he, himself, wouldn't have been able to make. Which. Made it funny. Years later in Dragon Ball Minus. When he tried to make it. And arguably proved himself right. But I digress.
Toriyama liked Bardock so much, he even canonized the special for the manga.
Toriyama fucking loved this special. This rarely happened. The only other time a character created for the anime ended up appearing in the manga, it was to canonize the concept of the Kaios being a set of Four Heavenly Kings rather than the one guy.
Papaya is a fruit and fruits work for Frieza. What are you not telling us, South Kaio? I'm on to you.
And then, decades later, the bestest boy of Dragon Ball Super.
Love him so much.

Speaking of Marcel's chess game, it got me thinking about how he thinks, especially in relation to things like duels or what have you. Marcel is skilled at chess and fencing, which are both incredibly strategic activities but also ones that have, for lack of better words, "tried and trued methods". Kind of similar to how video games have "metas" or basically, "a generally agreed upon strategy by the community", which can also be seen by the community as "what is currently THE general best way to play and win".
I played with a Doctor background and chose to train under Marcel to unlock Path of the Shadow, so I don't know if this affects anything regarding blocking mind reading since I assume any mental powers would be in the Path of the Masters.
Regardless! I went into the chess game with this hypothesis about Marcel's character and how he approaches situations like chess matches or even fencing matches (I'm an ex-fencer, so I did consider the connection): as mentioned above, there are "generally agreed on strategies". With that in mind, the thing is, sometimes complete newbies can best masters at their given skill because they have no understanding of which moves are exactly the best. For example, choosing a "non-standard", or more accurately "nonoptimal" starting move at chess to force chess masters to adjust in real-time rather than go by a memorized opening theory. This then may frazzle someone because now their opponent is no longer going "by the book" and they are under pressure to adapt quickly.
It's basically a complete noob beating a master because the noob isn't employing Finklerunger's Gambit even though EVERYONE uses Finklerunger's Gambit! And the master has no prepared counterstrategies against people who don't use Finklerunger's Gambit!
This idea of "noob-fu" can be applied to fencing, and even video games like competitive Pokemon! Because the idea here is that masters at these games are so used to (and sometimes outright wedded to) what is the tried and trued strategies or the meta to the point that they can be blindsided by unpredictability or people who don't play the game by the rules they and other masters like them know. They are confined by the strategies they and other masters typically employ to the point that they hadn't even considered the very possibility of someone doing something that ISN'T The Very Best Possible Move, even if that possibility was always right under their noses.
Where was I going with this? Right. I just thought it was an interesting thought regarding Marcel and his strategic thought process. Since we're still pretty early in the game, I don't think that it's a case of Marcel being unable to think creatively or outside of the box at all, so much as I think he likely tends to put more trust in what he knows. He sees an opportunity and he takes it. He creates situations to put pressure on one of your most important assets and expects you to scramble.
At the same time though, I think the chess match comes down to knowing your opponent. Again, very, VERY applicable to fencing matches (or really any sort of one-on-one martial art) and competitive video games: a big part of the game is knowing your opponent and how they will behave, predicting what they will do, and playing around them.
Skip this paragraph for light spoilers about the Ch5 chess match: For example, you know that Marcel is too good of a player to make simple mistakes like leaving certain pieces vulnerable, so you don't take the bait, which opens up the avenue to win (or at least it did in my file).
It also kind of got me thinking. Again, I may not be 100% right about this read of Marcel's character because it is still fairly early in the game, but it did manage to lead me to victory in this situation. It made me think about the ways in which the MC and Marcel have gotten to know each other and what they may not know about the other yet, if ever. I dunno. I just like him very much lololol
Anyways I am sorry for this gigantic word vomit! (シ_ _ )シ It was just an interesting thought I got while playing against Marcel and I wanted to share it. As someone who has never played chess ever, I was proud of myself for beating him on my first attempt (or I guess technically my character's fourth attempt lololol) I didn't expect to fall this deep for Thicker Than and its characters, especially considering that I haven't played Blood Moon yet! (it's now on my next to play list o(^∀^*)o)
from: @binteractive
💙💙💙
You're right... about pretty much everything. He's been playing this game (be it chess, fencing, or being a vampire) for a long time and is very good at it. The way to beat him (and to seduce him funnily enough) is to be a bit unpredictable.

About Aeri
Name: Aeri (last name unknown) Pronouns: He/Him Sexuality: Bisexual Age: 16 Birthday: 3rd August Homelands: Afterglow Savannah Height: 189cm/6'2 - Mother: Unnamed, abandoned him & his sister Father: Unnamed, abandoned him & his sister Sister: Named Calliope, deceased - First Year Dorm: Scarabia Roommate: N/A (open if anyone wants to take this spot!) The longer the sigil remains on the individual, the more they start to decay. After 24 hours they will die and Aeri will be notified of their location via the sigil's disappearance. > It can be stopped via barrier & removal spells -
A vulture beastman from the Afterglow Savannah, Aeri grew up surrounded by grief and suffering in his poor town. From the very day he turned 13 and gained his unique magic, it was taken advantage of by the townsfolk and he became a skilled scavenger. He was rather perplexed by his invitation to NRC, assuming it was a mistake, but he showed up and got sorted into a dorm, much to his surprise. The aforementioned home was situated in the same area as Ruggie's and much like Ruggie, he will eat literally anything (including rotting meat). They were good friends in childhood. (psst, any Ruggie blogs out there, please please interact with Aeri- they would be such a chaotic duo) Personality wise, Aeri is extremely intelligent with an eye for bargaining and scheming. He's a very patient person; having grown up waiting hours for his prey to decay. While he is a very sufficient scavenger, after an accident with his unique magic, Aeri gave up on ever using it again and relies on other forms of magic. Most people find him cocky and overconfident. He despises admitting when he's wrong.
He has a habit of accidentally coming off as creepy when trying to compliment people and also acts like an asshole in general because he'd rather continue pushing people away out of fear of hurting them than have friends.
- Likes: Skateboarding, Blastcycles (It was the first thing he did after leaving his hometown once he could afford to hire one), Altering clothes/Thrifting, Boardgames (Especially the strategy based ones), Fishing (He likes the waiting game) and Daydreaming (Mostly about how cool he wants to be). Dislikes: Most sports (finds it too easy when he can fly while playing but dislikes how hard it is when he isn't allowed to fly), Being a guest in someone's home (He doesn't like being seen in an awkward light by other people), Asking for food (He finds it embarrassing and also hates eating in front of others), Taking medicine/Being sick/"Bothering" people (Once again, yet another thing he finds embarrassing) and Drawing (Because he's bad at it). Talents: Skateboarding, Strategy, Scavenging and Star Gazing. -
Other Notes
If he wakes up early enough, he spends ages styling his hair into a mohawk. Since it takes so long and so much product, he gets easily pissed when his hair is messed with or touched.
All of his jewelry is stolen (he's run from the police a total of twice in his life)
Comment under this post for a starter from Aeri :3

Wolfe (my tav) and his relationship with his companions!!
In general as stated before he is not someone who likes spotlight attention or authority, so generally leans towards people who prefer that leadership.
**Minthara** is one of the people he most respects, despite his general dislike of her hating on the lower gender. She is strong willed, she has clear goals, understands the need for hiding and proper communication between party members and most of all she loves to strategize with him!
She reminds him of mother/boss Beidh—another Tav of mine I’ll go into detail later— and he gets a similar feeling of admiration for her as a result. It can and most definitely does annoy minthara because at times he follows her every word like a puppy, but her ego is being fed so she doesn’t berate him *too* much
I also hc they both have the love the sleep knife (from one of my favorite mutual @/karz_2 on TikTok if you haven’t followed her already do it she’s hilarious) because it's convenient! What if you get ambushed while sleeping it is fully possible!! Why are you looking at him like that.
Since Wolfe is male she does see him as less than because ofc she’s a dick, but their relationship is not really about friendship it’s about respect. He’s used to being looked down on because of his general lack of experience and his status as a refugee back home so her animosity in the beginning wasn’t any new.
What was new was Minthara being a drow! Drow of course exist back in Birmet but he’s rarely ever seen one on the surface, and since the underdark is not often looking for landwalking hunters he doesn’t get a chance to ever meet one face to face. Wolfe vaguely remembers a meeting at the hunters guild when he was still in training seeing a small party of them but that’s about it.
Sometimes she reminds him too much of his mother/boss so it screws with his head, he has to stop himself from calling her boss on many occasions
Overall their relationship is cordial, both understand what eachother want from it and respect each other's skills and input when it comes to strategy and other aspects. They do not really speak outside of that, and both are fine with it. Very much coworker behavior.
**Lae’zel** is in a similar situation with him as Minthara, strong and dependable fighter who understands the need for strategic planning in most cases
She however is a bit too aggressive for him, not in the sense of being aggressive to him but just in general how she approaches things
Lae’zel does not care for creating relationships and diplomatic dialogue and with his already lackluster skills being around her makes it almost impossible for him to try to get on people’s good sides
In the beginning they grated against each other a lot when not discussing strategy, her being very competitive and confrontational and Wolfe almost screeching when she Did. Not. Listen. To his plans because he ticked her off.
Eventually around the end of act 1 and beginning of act 2 they settle down and start talking about non battle things, specifically both of their lives
He’s fascinated by her, her biology and the Githyanki culture. They are similar to most beast hunter myths and definitely is jealous of her people riding dragons
Despite the general grating nature they both have he has a fat crush on her, it’s very funny because he’s not used to it. At all.
He’s never had romantic dynamics between party members so he is out of his depth when this angry but pretty lady is yelling at him and he can’t decide between screaming back or just saying whatever because girl pretty…,,
It lessens over time but her very blunt nature does make him jump
I think her devotion to Vlaakith confused him, and he’d not really care too much until he figured out she didn’t really care or respect Lae’zel or any of the other gith.
She reminds him of a beast, and this must be defeated and watching the failure of the purification despite Lae’zel’s faith it really dawns on him she is not someone he should dislike.
Wolfe doesn’t have much connection to religion as gods don’t intervene too much in Birmet, but he does understand the lack of care gods have for the mortals.
Friends at the end of everything, definitely is cheering her on her bloodbath to Vlaakith
**Shadowheart** oh he does not like her at the start at all. She reeked of godly magic and he always gets peeved around clerics/paladins because of his general dislike of gods
But he understands she’s a good fighter and they need a healer, and despite her abrasive natives and general lack of information he will keep her around
Does not understand her devotion to Shar, isn’t really aware of who she is anyways and since he doesn’t like the gods anyway doesn’t care
Does though in act 2 and when Wolfe learns how much of bitch Shar was, and he is easily irritated by Shadowheart because of her uncaring nature of all the destruction she and her church has caused
Isn’t good with people but does listen to her and Astarion gossip, still it take a while for him to be actually nice with her
He does not like the gods, they never helped his people or anyone really and their inherently selfish nature makes him look down at most paladins or clerics to at least some extent
He won’t outright say it of course, he has manners. That’s thrown out the window for Shar though he fucking *hates* her seeing Act 2 and all the corruption around.
He’s aware and has dealt with beasts and corruption before and seeing a god/it’s worshippers do this reminds him of all the towns he’s had to clean though.
Very flighty in the gauntlet of Shar, would most definitely have a breaking point with her during the trials because of everything piling up
If he didn’t have outside influence he would simply remove her at that point because her blind devotion to something evil makes him mad
When Shadowheart does eventually turn away from Shar he’s significantly more cordial, at least she now is trying someone who isn’t asking the loss of everything
Alongside Lae’zel he will help her with her entire process with embracing Selune and finding her parents
Will also learn about the good sides of worship, he’s unused to churches and temples but with her along he’s learning!
**Karlach** is one of his friends, reminds him of his sister
Metal buddies! Definitely tries his best to help ease her pain with her heart as much as he can with his limited knowledge but he can only do so much
Wolfe also has a friend crush on her, a strong and nice lady with big arms…
Definitely understands and engages with her anger with Zariel, would honestly join her in hell if he didn’t have plans to go back home to his family/party
They both have valves! For different reasons he needs to have a consistent exhaust of corruption so his arm doesn’t deteriorate more and she needs to release steam!
Is a bit obsessed with the technology he’s seeing, it’s rare to see similar work to his Boss/mother and even though there’s clear differences he does appreciate the way she’s been handling it
She’s his favorite tank. She’s perfect for his plans for distractions or anything needing a big ol “fight me!!” Sign
Definitely is the one he’s chucking the most healing potions at
Is also the one who can’t ever hide so he gets to get creative with sneaking her in places!
She! Likes! Hugs! Once she gets her second fix up will probably sleep near her more since most people in the party don’t want to.
He’s so used to doing things with a group of people and now he can FINALLY sleep well
Sleeps on top of her. It looks very silly.
Understands her perception on her death, as it’s common for people to have a timer on life like himself
Wolfe is angry he isn’t smart enough to figure out a way to help her, curses himself 1000 times over when she asks him to be there when she goes
Very attached, does not like it. He doesn’t like dealing with death, and not someone who he could possibly save
Does his best to entertain and enjoy her company, he understands the importance of her being so close to death and wants her to have a good life
Will try all the stupid silly things she asks to do
Pretty much one of the only things keeping him sane in this place, he needs her positive energy
Both say they can’t read to annoy Gale, he doesn’t tell either he actually can’t read. Somehow convinced other he can read and he spirals slightly when he’s told to go into a library
**Astarion** the man that you are.
Wolfe’s expertise with monsters didn’t really translate over to the more humanoid but he definitely got the vibes just REEKING off this guy from the get go.
He likes him, he’s reliable in battle and is more importantly quiet when doing deals!
He’s still annoyed when he can’t muster up enough fucks to help people, very much at odds with that part
He almost killed Astarion when he tried to feed but was able to calm down, and he does let him feed sometimes but it’s rare. Mostly it’s during the shadow cursed lands part of the game as not much food is available for him to eat and he doesn’t want him to starve
A bit awkward around him as his status as a monster hunter and the typical monster being his companion but after learning the general things Astarion has set out he understands
Absolutely fascinated in his ability to day walk. It’s almost hilarious because that’s pretty much the only reason stopping him from immediately clocking this man as a vampire spawn
Internally he was screaming “I knew it I knew it you mother fuck—“ but doesn’t say anything
Loves the sass, incredibly entertaining for him! Too dense to realize a lot of it is flirting but who cares, not Wolfe
Did I mention Wolfe is a bit dumb when it comes to anything romantic? Hes basically friend zoned every single person who tried approaching him it’s honestly hilarious
With this I feel like Astarion would be more comfortable with him since he does care for him and doesn’t see him for his body which is definitely a breath of fresh air
Is the second most common sleeping pile person. Astarion is vaguely reminded of a cat and Wolfe just likes his hair for the most part, and also understands that friendship=protection and he’s trying his best
Wolfe would definitely work with Astarion with most fight situations along with trap disarmament. He learns a few tricks from him and Astarion learns a few tricks from Wolfe.
Will help Astarion with his killing of Cazador, added bonus that he hasn’t really fought vampires and finds this sweet. If allowed he’d take a fang from Cazadors body
Struggling with not ascending him, one because having that many spawn released just sounds like a problem waiting to happen but thinking of ascended Astarion he doesn’t think he’d be respectable as a person soo…
Wouldn’t ascend him, but still nervous about the spawn, if he could he’d like to keep an eye on them all but he still wants to go home
In general their friendship is oddly wholesome despite both demeanors, oh and he most definitely makes Astarion deal with the clown :)
**Wyll** understands. He gets his standing as a monster hunter and most things that come with the occupation.
Would’ve likely met many similar folk but what’s most interesting to Wolfe is just his sheer goodness
He’s not entirely convinced Wyll isn’t a hero straight from one of the myths he’s heard of. Perfect chivalry, charm and a sense of duty to protection and the defeat of evil
Not unused to pacts within certain circles but was surprised since this guy didn’t seem the slimy sort, but quickly recovered from learning of his story
Wyll and Wolfe’s relationship is very sweet, Wolfe looks up to him for a lot of his similarities to his childhood heroes and Wyll appreciates someone who wants to do good and enjoys his funny quips!
Visual differences aren’t something he cares about so finds it funny that Wyll thinks his new form is ugly at first.
He’d get annoyed at his consistent goodness at some point, not because he is doing good but because his optimism reminds him of himself
Was the main influence of helping the Tieflings with the grove and when half of them died he got shot right back home
He got fighty to him about his attitude around people more often than not after this
In general though he still likes Wyll, which is a shame because they kind of push at each others lack of self-preservation which if too far gets each other in situations that could end poorly
Respects and understands his want to save people it’s a bit endearing for Wyll as it’s like looking at a younger version of himself in many cases, still having lessons and things to learn
Wyll is one of the main people teaching him to read common, and Wolfe in turn teaches him his own mother tongue!
They egg each other on and he will join Wyll in dances, annoys the shit out of the party (mostly Shadowheart and Astarion, bitchy)
Very funny because Beidh romances Wyll so every time they interact I think of that one movie quote of “did you fuck my mom?!”
They are like step dad and step son to me ok.
**Gale** is the guy he goes to annoy. Mosley on purpose he just gets a kick out of harassing wizards
Is the main person teaching him words in common, adopts his stupid vocab it’s awful I love it
Curse buddies! He has a tiny collection of trinkets for him to eat at all times
Really enjoys this man’s rambling even though he can’t understand half of it, just likes the noise
Is fascinated by the weave, magic is much more rare in his own land and more fickle so he definitely fan-boys seeing all the cool things he can do from just reading!
Might actually learn to read to learn spells
He’s slightly magically inclined mostly because his arm is meant to channel it through the valves as that’s one of the ways he needs to clean it
Gale loves the handiwork on it, an almost perfect mix of machine and magic
Also fascinated by his curse, understanding the need for upkeep to prevent problems (though in Wolfe’s case he doesn’t blow up)
He was going to punch elminster. He really was.
Again his hatred for gods shines through and he rolls his eyes at mystras command
He understands Gales affliction is a struggle, but he also thinks giving in to the commands of such careless gods is stupid
He’s impressed he even tried to romance Mystra in the first place, look he doesn’t respect the divine but he does respect the audacity!
Is blown away with his skill, can’t believe he’s limited right now! Fan boying next him as he casts fireball for the billionth time
When he meets Tara he freaks out
“Miss Tara Ma’am” he’s so used to being polite and she reminds him a sphinx
He’d try his best to sway Gale away from trying to become a god, pushing him to live despite his current conditions
Besties
Bonus:
**Rolan** is the most likely person he’d ever have a romantic relationship with
I think he goes insane because he’s so fun to harass and also he finds him so skilled and talented and everything
His hair is so nice and his horns, it’s almost hilarious how this guy would be an absolute puppy in love if the game allowed it
Punches Lorroakan.

How’s about another round of headcanons? This time Emily and/or Sir Pentious?
color me curious, I haven't had too many thoughts about them. I really ought to draw them at some point. one thing at a time.
Emily:
Don't let her cuddly demeanor fool you, as a Seraphim, Emily is technically in the same power category as Lucifer and Sera... she's just never had to use that power for violence and hopes she never has to. She honestly wouldn't know what to do in a fight anyway. Still, she is fully capable of feats such as using magic to bless items, create entire structures out of thin air, appear in multiple places at once and all other kinds of miracles. makes her really, really good at managing all her responsibilities and the many needs of the mortals of Heaven.
Much like the Exorcists, Emily is an angel with an innate purpose given to her upon her creation. God created her to care for the mortal souls and keep them happy, a task she takes to with great gusto. Naturally cheerful and deeply empathetic, she is also a lot smarter than her goofy nature might imply. To help her better understand mortals, she is very easily able to take in and understand information. She knows just about every single language spoken in Heaven, knows the ways and customs of dozens of cultures, and can pick up a base understanding of any topic with minimal study as it helps her relate to the unique interests of the many souls she works with.
she very much laments her ignorance of the suffering of Sinners, she always knew that Hell was not a happy place but... it was where bad people went and she's known enough good people who were hurt by bad people to understand that punishment isn't an unreasonable idea... but hundreds of years of genocide? Nobody deserves that! Especially now that they can be redeemed.
Emily did... not enjoy her trip to Hell. The Hotel was nice and Charlie's friends were great but god, its so messy and there is puke and blood everywhere and she is definitely traumatized by what she saw happen to Lute. If she ever goes back, she will probably stay in the Embassy this time, no offense... Hell is Hellish.
Aside from having to work through stacks of official name change requests, Emily is surprisingly having a pretty good time working with the Exorcists. There was something of an adjustment period but the Exorcists have really taken to their new jobs and Glory has been a big help. Emily has found that once you get past their violent tendencies, a lot of the Exorcists are really nice and have been pretty welcoming. Still, she really ought to get around to finding them a new commander... but she has been pretty busy, it can probably wait a bit longer.
Emily has never dated, but she is ... curious. she's seen mortals falling in love again and again across lifetimes and thinks its one of the most beautiful things in creation. unfortunately, most of the Heavenly court either still thinks of her as a child or is too afraid of Sera to approach Emily with romantic intent. She has considered trying to flirt with mortals but fears it would become a conflict of interest with her purpose. Maybe she will get lucky and get swept off her feet by some brave guy... or girl.
Sir Pentious
I have touched on Sir Pentious being a war profiteer in life. He created and supplies many weapons to England and her allies throughout his life. While he never saw battle, he was often asked to consult on various battle plans and strategies which is how he developed the tactical skill for giving orders in combat that he display in the finale. Sir Pentious, Vaggie, and Alastor were the primary contributors to the battle plan.
As a surprise to both himself and Emily, Sir Pentious has retained his 'offensive' abilities despite his transition to Heaven, namely his poisonous bite and talent for light hypnosis. Emily is still rather new to the idea of even needing offensive abilities and has never really given thought to if other mortal souls in Heaven even have the same kinds of powers that sinners do. Food for thought.
One of his greatest regrets in life was that he was desperately lonely. He had few friends and only a few fleeting attempts at romantic engagements. He was often too focused on his work to give his attention to those around him and it drove people away, but being lonely only made him dive deeper into his work. Making his Egg Bois was merely a desperate attempt to alleviate his isolation but they never filled the void of true companionship. (he still cared about them, but more like pets than people, they are soulless afterall). this was why he was happy to put his life on the line and died without regrets, because his time at the hotel gave him the sense of companionship and community he craved all his life.
He isn't particularly... proud of this but his romantic interest in Cherri Bomb actually started because he was spying on her. He had thought her yet another ruffian trying to steal the territory he had claimed, until he used one of his spy machines and witnessed Cherri's habit of (surprisingly competently) re-engineering pieces of his broken tech and using it to design her own weapons. in the early days he would even occasionally drop pieces of equip he knew she would be able to make good use of to further observe her technical skill. what started as a mild fascination quickly turned to admiration and eventually adoration, not that he knew how to express that. He rather looked forward to their fights and banter, even if it often left him with bruises.
before anyone of you degenerate scoundrels think of anything untowards, he absolutely never used his spying equipment for lewd purposes. Sir Pentious is the definition of a gentleman and would never dare to do such a thing.

Saints are done. Time for the Stareater.
TW!! Mention of cannibalism and torture.
No, they don't actually eat stars, at least not eating in the classic way. Stareater are known for their ability to create the so called "red void." It works like a very thick, fog-like thing that consumes everything in its path. Suffocating even the brightest light. Each of them is able to create a smaller version of the "void.".
Getting trapped inside this "void" is a horrible feeling. Not only is it very hard to breathe, but it's also ice-cold and can take away the victim's sense of hearing and seeing. Beside using it as a weapon, they can also use it as a way of traveling.
Stareater are NOT good people; they thrive on pain, suffering and chaos. They don't care how much they hurt whoever they are attacking. Often sinking their teeth into the flesh of another person while they are still alive.
They resemble humans but there is one very obvious thing that makes them different from humans. Every Stareater has antlers. These antlers vary in size and color. However, only their creator has golden antlers.
Just like the Saints, Stareaters come into the world as grown adults. The dimension they live in is just way too dangerous for a kid. Their creator is called "Lacereil". Despite them not really believing in things such as a leader, most of them are clever enough not to mess with Lacereil or those closest to him. They know that they don't stand a chance against him.
The void? They actually have complete control over how bad it gets. It doesn't have to make someone blind during the time trapped inside. It also doesn't have to be as cold.
They have done many evil things, and one thing they are infamously known for is the attack on the Starborn species. During the attack, they didn't show any mercy. Almost all the Starborn died back then.
Stareater don't have to be monsters. They are capable of showing kindness. However, so far only Noire has openly shown this. This infuriated the others, and Lacereil banished him into a lonely forest. While Lacereil is a monster in most cases. Banishing Noire was not really done out of spite. He knew that Noire was not safe with them anymore. And he was also very much aware of Noire's skills.
Noire spends most of his time alone. Beside Lacereil he only gets visits from three other Stareaters.
Lynia, a female Stareater known for her strategies.
Ashem a skilled hunter who is even able to murder new and old gods.
And Carmient, Ashem's closest companion.
The bond between Ashem and Carmient is the deepest that has ever been seen between two of their kind. They might not openly show it, but both of them care deeply for the other.

World building and theories of Engage
The Grey of King Hyacinth
We actually don't get to know very much about the real King Hyacinth in the game because he spends most of it under Sombron's influence. The true personality of Hyacinth is mostly learnt about through secondary education vidence, for example the comments made by his daughters. On the positive sides of his personality, we learn from both Ivy and Hortensia that their father was a kind man who cared for his family and his kingdom. His wisdom earned him the name ‘The Sage King'. In Chapter 17: Serenity in Ruin, King Hyacinth's wisdom is confirmed by Hortensia when she tells the Corrupted version of her father that;
‘I want to live up to my father, the wise king of Elusia.’
Both of his daughters remark how their father changed after Sombron is awakened.
‘Ever since Lord Sombron has been released. Father has been acting weird. He used to be so kind to me.’ (Chapter 10, The Fell Dragon Dungeon - Hortensia)
‘Father stopped being king as soon as the Fell Dragon awoke. Since then true power has rested with Sombron, his daughter and the four hounds. If you want back now, you would become an instrument of their designs, just as father was.’ (Chapter 14, The Battle for Solm - Ivy)
Which of his actions and personality traits are truly him? One thing we know for certain was that he planned and worked to awaken Sombron? Does this make him underhanded, scheming, cunning, desperate or a mixture of these qualities? It is difficult to say. Personally I wouldn't call it underhanded or dirty, rather I would say that Elusia calling upon their deity for aid is a rational response. Brodia can call upon the Divine Dragon and the forces of Lythos to aid them if necessary. Brodia was created with the blessing of the Divine Dragon after all. Elusia awakening Sombron could be seen as levelling the playing field. Was it a cunning scheme? With hindsight it is easy to argue that Hyacinth was shortsighted. He aimed to use Sombron's power to protect Elusia from attacks by Brodia and in the end it was his undoing. I would suggest that while awakening Sombron was rational, it was not cunning. It is strange that a kingdom that values knowledge failed to fully research the potential consequences of awakening Sombron, that is why I believe that awakening Sombron was a decision made out of desperation. Hyacinth is not a warrior, he is primarily a healer and the Manga shows him feeble in body. He cannot protect his kingdom on his own. People are dying and the potential to reap the resources near the border is limited; it is understandable that Hyacinth would seek extra power in these circumstances.
Is Hyacinth cowardly? Could this cowardice be another reason why he desperately sought more power to defend from Brodia's attacks? The two times he shows cowardice are in situations where his life is threatened. Fear is not an unreasonable response to death and pain. I would not necessarily call someone fearing death cowardly. Hyacinth also displays his ‘cowardly’ reactions after Sombron woke, when his personality had changed. How much of his reactions are influenced by his ‘personality change?’ I suspect that he would display a fearful reaction even without the personality change. I believe his ‘cowardice’ is meant to be compared to King Morion charging fearlessly into the battlefield and bravely, some might say foolishly, accepting that death is a possibility. I still think that calling someone a coward for panicking when a large Dragon is about to eat them is rather unfair.
The strategy employed by King Hyacinth to capture King Morion is designed to be a contrast to King Morion depending upon his might and skills as a warrior. King Morion wants to use his might and only his might to defeat Hyacinth. It is that pride that results with him being killed. Hyacinth is not too proud to accept the power of the Fell Dragon or the emblem rings. The only way he could defeat King Morion one on one is with cunning and assistance. He knows about Brodia's sense of pride and that serves as the bait to capture King Morion. Their battle is brain vs brawn, in the end neither ends up willing.
At the time of the attacks on Brofia, Hyacinth is under the influence of the Fell Dragon, it is unclear whether he would have employed such a strategy without that influence or would have employed his daughters in the same way. I doubt a normal Hyacinth would have treated Ivy as disposable, not would a supposedly kind king taunt the Brodian royal with their corrupted father.I believe that there are still traces of him, as demonstrated by him continuing to give Hortensia emblem rings and his fear of death but the majority of his personality has changed.
One trait we are made aware of us that Hyacinth had mistresses and his court was toxic. He was not under the influence of Sombron when he acquired more women. This could be a demonstration of his feeble mind:
he was unable to resist the temptation of beautiful women and had many mistresses along with a wife,
he was unable to manage the competitive situation in his court which resulted in a toxic atmosphere for his children to grow up in,
he failed to protect his daughters from that atmosphere
he failed to manage the jealousy of his wife and was the cause of it,
Is King Hyacinth bad?
No, awakening Sombron could be viewed as a defensive response to Brodia's warmongering. He was naive about what would result from awakening the Fell Dragon, perhaps even arrogant for believing he could manage that power. I would argue that he is not a great father. The damage caused by his promiscuity is evidence that he puts his needs and desires before that of his children. As a father he is responsible for Ivy's lack of trust and Hortensia's obsession with her appearance. Hyacinth sits in that grey middle ground where his actions are not evil but they are seriously misguided, in his personal life he is definitely not very loyal and selfish.

The Shocking Myth About Trading Everyone's Been Fooled By!
Honestly, when I first started learning about trading, I believed what most people still do:
To succeed, you have to predict the market. It sounded so logical, right? If you can see where the market is headed, you’ll win every time. But here’s the truth this is one of the biggest myths that keeps so many people stuck, frustrated, and, frankly, losing money.

In fact, trying to predict every single market move is not just impossible but also harmful to your success. I genuinely want to help you avoid falling into this trap because I’ve seen how damaging it can be. Let me walk you through why this myth persists, why it’s wrong, and how you can take a better approach to trading.
The Truth Behind the Myth: Why It’s Holding You Back

Let’s be real I wouldn’t want to be the genius trader who perfectly predicts the market? But the harsh reality is that no one can do it. Not even the experts. This myth thrives because it gives people false hope, but here’s why it’s such a problem:
It creates unrealistic expectations: You expect every trade to be a win, and when it’s not, you feel like a failure. But trading doesn’t work like that.
It encourages risky behavior: Believing in predictions can push you to take impulsive, high risk trades. Honestly, that’s a dangerous mindset.
It shifts focus from the essentials: Instead of learning valuable skills like risk management and strategy, traders waste time chasing something that’s not achievable.
What Successful Traders Actually Do

Now, here’s where the real magic lies. The best traders don’t focus on predicting the future they focus on mastering the things they can control.
Risk Management: This is genuinely the foundation of success. Great traders know that losing some trades is normal. What matters is minimizing losses and maximizing wins over time.
Consistency Over Perfection: Rather than chasing predictions, successful traders follow a clear plan that works in the long term.
Emotional Discipline: Let’s be honest trading stirs up emotions. But staying calm and making decisions based on strategy, not feelings, is what sets winners apart.
How to Succeed Without Chasing Predictions

I know you want real, actionable advice, so here’s a simple plan to set you on the right path:
1. Learn, Learn, Learn: In fact, knowledge is your greatest tool. Study market trends, explore strategies, and genuinely understand how trading works.
2. Start Small: Try the waters with small investments or demo accounts. This approach is ideal for building confidence without risking too much.
3. Set Realistic Goals: Honestly, expecting overnight success will only discourage you. Focus on small, steady progress instead.
4. Stay Updated: The market is always evolving. Keep yourself informed and adjust your strategy as needed.

Let’s Wrap This Up
Trading isn’t about predicting every market move it’s about building a strategy that works, managing risks, and staying consistent. Honestly, when you stop chasing the impossible and start focusing on what really matters, that’s when you’ll see true progress.✨
Tell me honestly in your trading journey, have you ever believed in this myths?
Comment ‘Yess’ or ‘No’ below I’m curious to know
Stay blessed 😊

How Freelance Digital Marketing Is Opening New Doors for Youth in Kerala
If you’ve ever felt stuck in your job or unsure about your career path, let me tell you — you’re not alone. Many young people in Kerala, especially in towns like Thrissur, are looking for new ways to earn money, work freely, and build something meaningful. That’s where freelance digital marketing comes in.
It’s not just a buzzword. It’s a real career choice that gives you flexibility, decent income, and a chance to work with clients around the world — even while sitting in your room with a cup of chaya and some pazham pori!
What Exactly Is Freelance Digital Marketing?
Let’s keep it simple. A freelance digital marketer uses online tools to help businesses grow. You’re not working as a full-time employee in one company. Instead, you work with different businesses, on your terms, as a freelancer.
Some tasks you may do include:
Running Google Ads or Facebook/Instagram promotions
Creating content for social media
Improving website traffic through SEO
Writing blog posts or email newsletters
Handling online reviews and customer feedback
You don’t need to do all of it. Many start by learning one area and slowly grow their skills.
Why This Works So Well in Kerala
Kerala is changing fast. From small businesses in Chalakudy to resorts in Wayanad, everyone is going online. Even the thattukadas and tailoring shops now have Instagram pages!
But most local businesses don’t know how to market themselves online. That’s why becoming a freelance digital marketer in Thrissur is such a smart move — the demand is already there.
Plus, Kerala has good internet, educated youth, and a culture of self-employment. We don’t mind doing things on our own — and that’s exactly what freelancing needs.
A Success Story You Can Relate To
Meet Akhil, a regular guy from Irinjalakuda. He used to work as a receptionist in a hotel. During COVID, he lost his job and started watching digital marketing tutorials on YouTube just to pass time. Slowly, he offered to handle a friend's bakery page. That turned into another client, then another.
Today, Akhil is a full-time freelance digital marketer in Thrissur, handling 6 clients and earning over ₹70,000 a month. No fancy MBA, no IT job — just passion and patience.
How to Get Started Without Spending Too Much
Getting into this field doesn’t require lakhs of investment. You just need:
A basic laptop
A good internet connection
Time to learn and practice
How to Get Your First Client
This is the part most people struggle with. But here’s a strategy that works well in Kerala:
Start with people you know — cousins, neighbours, friends who have businesses.
Offer a 1-month free trial — show results and convert them into paying clients.
Join local business WhatsApp groups or Facebook communities.
Post your work regularly on Instagram and LinkedIn — show your skills publicly.
If you do this consistently for 2-3 months, you will land clients. I’ve seen at least four new freelance digital marketer in Thrissur grow like this in the last year alone.
What You Can Earn
Your income depends on your skill, confidence, and the value you provide.
Beginners: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000/month per client
Intermediate: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000/client
Experienced: ₹30,000+ or even international clients
Imagine having just 4 clients paying you ₹15,000/month — that’s ₹60,000 from home. Plus, you save time, travel, and even food costs. Many freelancers also take on foreign clients through platforms like Upwork or Fiverr and earn in USD.
Common Problems (And How to Solve Them)
Freelancing is amazing, but not always easy. Some common issues include:
Clients who delay payments – always take advance or partial upfront
Unclear expectations – use a simple contract or WhatsApp agreement
No fixed income – plan your monthly budget and keep 1-2 months of savings
These are manageable. Once you learn how to deal with people and deadlines, freelancing becomes a smooth ride.
Local Touch: Why Thrissur Is Becoming a Freelancing Hub
Thrissur is no longer just the land of Pooram and gold shops. Many youth here are switching to online careers. The city has good co-working spaces, a rising startup scene, and young business owners open to digital growth.
In fact, several marketing agencies in Kochi and Bangalore are now outsourcing work to freelancers in Kerala — and many prefer hiring a freelance digital marketer in Thrissur due to good communication and quality work.
Final Thoughts: Should You Try It?
If you’re stuck in a boring job, or tired of job hunting, or even a college student wanting a side income — YES, give it a try.
You don’t need to quit your job or college today. Just start learning for 1 hour daily. Try a mini project for someone. Build your confidence slowly. Within 3-6 months, you’ll start seeing results.
In the digital world, location doesn’t matter. Your skill does. So, whether you're in Thrissur, Alappuzha, or even Idukki, you can be a successful freelance digital marketer in Thrissur — all you need is the first step.

The Real Reason Your Brand Needs an Advertising Agency
Let’s be honest—nobody wakes up in the morning excited to talk about advertising agencies. That might sound strange coming from one, but hear us out.
We get it. When most people hear advertising agency they think of glossy campaigns, expensive photo shoots, and maybe a few coffee-fueled brainstorming sessions involving whiteboards and sticky notes. And sure, we do all of that (and love it), but the real value we bring to the table goes much deeper.
It’s not just about ads. It’s about growth. It’s about connection. And more than anything, it’s about helping people fall in love with your brand—for the right reasons.
So if you’ve ever wondered whether working with an advertising agency is worth it, let’s have a real talk. No buzzwords. No jargon. Just clarity.
You’re Busy Running a Business—We Get It
Running a company is hard. Whether you're a solo founder juggling a dozen hats or a marketing manager drowning in spreadsheets, you already have more on your plate than one person should.
And while you might have some amazing ideas for promoting your brand, turning those ideas into reality takes time, consistency, and a whole lot of skill.
That’s where we come in.
Think of us as your marketing muscle—your creative partner who can turn your vision into something real, scalable, and effective. While you focus on growing the business, we make sure the world knows about it (and wants to be a part of it).
We Bring an Outside Perspective (And That’s Invaluable)
You’re inside the bottle. We’re reading the label.
You’re close to the product, emotionally invested, and surrounded by internal discussions that most customers will never hear.
We bring a fresh set of eyes. We ask the questions you might have stopped asking. And we help uncover the things that actually matter to your audience—not just what you think should matter.
Sometimes, the smallest insight makes the biggest impact. We've seen it happen time and again.
Creativity with Purpose
Every social media post, every ad campaign, every tagline—should do more than look good. It should connect. Convert. Move people to act. Whether that action is clicking, sharing, buying, or just remembering your name, it needs to be intentional.
Need more leads? We build for that. Want to grow your following? We design for engagement. Trying to reposition your brand? We’ll craft messaging that lands.
It’s Not Just About One Campaign, It’s About the Big Picture
Sure, launching a campaign is exciting. The buzz, the build-up, the launch day—it’s a rush.
But what happens next?
Not just in tone and visuals, but in strategy. A lot of businesses jump from one campaign to the next without any real continuity. The result? Mixed messages. Confused customers. Wasted money.
We think long-term. We help you build a brand that’s cohesive, not chaotic. We make sure every campaign builds on the last, moving you closer to your bigger vision.
Because good marketing isn’t a one-off event—it’s an ongoing relationship.
Media Buying and Strategy? We’ve Got That Covered Too
This part is where most people’s eyes glaze over—but it’s one of the most important.
You could have the most incredible ad ever made, but if it’s in the wrong place, at the wrong time, in front of the wrong people? It’s wasted.
We don’t just create—we strategize. From Google Ads and Meta to podcasts, influencers, and beyond—we make sure your message is seen by the people who matter most.
Data-Driven, Not Just Gut-Driven
Don’t get us wrong—we love a good creative hunch. But we also back everything with data.
We track, test, and tweak. We know which headline performed best, which call-to-action drove more clicks, and how much you’re getting back for every dollar spent. And we share that with you—openly.
No smoke and mirrors. Just transparent, honest reporting so you always know what’s working (and what’s not).
You Get a Whole Team, Not Just One Person
Let’s say you hire a freelancer—or even build an internal team. You’ll likely get someone good at one or two things. Maybe they’re a strong designer or a killer copywriter. But marketing today requires more than that.
You need content strategists, media buyers, analysts, videographers, branding experts, SEO specialists—you get the picture.
When you work with an agency, you get all of that, bundled into one collaborative team.
We’re Invested in Your Success (Like, Really)
Some people say this because it sounds good. We say it because it’s how we work.
When we partner with a client, we treat your brand like it’s our own. We obsess over your goals, celebrate your wins, and—yes—stay up late to fix things when they’re not going right.
Because your success is our success. When you grow, we grow. And that’s not a cliché—it’s how partnerships should work.
You don’t have to be a marketing expert. You don’t need to figure out TikTok trends, SEO updates, or the best time to post on Instagram. That’s our job. You just need to believe in what you’re building—and let us help tell that story in a way that sticks.
We’ll listen. We’ll ask the right questions. And together, we’ll figure out how to get your brand where it deserves to go.
