SOME readers think that bc he had a crush on someone, that he needed to stay chaste for them even tho they weren't in a relationship yet. Typical purity culture and jealousy issue stuff. There's also some ppl claiming that an act of consensual sex in a fic was SA bc one of them did it for a bet. Regardless of if u believe that or not, fanfics often have dark themes, if u don't like it don't read it
