Had a dream last night where it was a random group of the Yellowjackets characters doing random shit. At some point I was in the pov of teen Nat and we were trying to get back into a school but kept getting lost and taking wrong turns and ended up in the weird basement?? Another point is was 3rd person and adult Misty, Lottie, and I think Tai were supposedly all dead but were just faking it and trying to get away with it. Including when the fire alarm in a building went off they went around and turned it off everywhere?? And the cops or something, one of which they knew, were frantically trying to figure out what was happening?? And then at some point I think it was adult Shauna and Misty talking and Shauna was pretending to know nothing about this situation but accidentally let it slip that she knew about the fire alarm but then covered it up by saying she was at some food place down the street. To which Misty was like “there is no food place down the street, don’t you mean the bar 🤨” And Shauna was like “oh right the bar… the bar… it was a bar…”

underrated yellowjackets scene is misty storming through the door of nat‘s hotel room while nat is mid-relapse, bodyslamming nat into next week, just fucking snorting all the cocaine before nat can get to it and then fighting for her fucking life because, evidently, misty quigley has never done cocaine ever before. zero thought process, zero consideration, zero alternatives. misty quigley woman of all time.

The way Nat sobs like a little kid in this scene absolutely broke me. We have never seen Nat openly sob like this— not when her dad died, not when the plane crashed, not when Javi or Jackie died, not even when she killed Coach. This is Nat finally losing any hope or resolve that she had left.

hey nat!!! i believe i have seen your cats and they're adorable. i also have two cats, finch and fergus, and a dog named sprout! finch is an old man and he only has one working lung, but he's my favorite (don't tell the others). fergus and sprout are two balls of energy in opposite directions and they're delightful. fergus has a very one-track mind in that he will think of something he wants to do and then immediately do it. sprout, on the other hand, is extremely smart and kind of a people-pleaser, but she's sort of ridiculous (she sleeps on her BACK). i love them all dearly
