I asked Jaime at wcc if he can get Jensen next year and he said hell no, too expensive.

So no, it has nothing to do with 2 days vs 1 (especially since Jared also did 2 days...) its about his prices. Jamie was able to get Jared for WCC but says Jensen is too expensive. That tells you that their prices are not comparable fo overseas cons. Who tf cares if they make the same for CE? That's a different beast for a lot of reasons - going on for years, J2 being the headliners and writing their own tickets there for years, J2 negotiating together for fees so its equitable - but the same can't be said for the overseas cons (minus JIB but JIB is closer to CE than other cons over there are). When they aren't negotiating prices together, Jensen clearly raises his rates to an exorbitant amount while Jared does not.

Well, I guess that at least proves the anon's math skills, but you're right, it wouldn't be an issue if Jensen's appearance fees weren't so ridiculously high. That is solely on Jensen and if he can't make up those fees with the number of autos and photos he does, he certainly won't be invited back to that convention, at least, not at his current prices.

That anon was just pressed that somehow Jensen's being compared to Jared once again and coming up short lacking when it comes to caring about fans. It's obvious that Jensen's sole goal is to make money. (Not a bad goal, per se, we all want that, but at what point does it become too exploitative of the fans?)

i want to clarify re: hamricks bc i went back and read those posts and i think i sound a little silly. when i said one guy threatened to shoot another guy. i didnt mean one guy said "im gonna shoot you." what i mean is that the other guy said "take that fucking gun off me." like there was fully a firearm being brandished. i was not freaking out over nothing. also i found out later that apparently the guy had done this not once but AT LEAST two or more times because when my mom told an employee she turned to a different employee and went "he's back again." i don't know what could possibly possess anyone to pull a gun at a hamricks parking lot the FIRST time let alone as a REPEAT OFFENDER
