Things Biden and the Democrats did, this week #11
March 22-29 2024
The Administration, with Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg in the lead responded to the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore. Working with Governor Wes Moore and Mayor Brandon Scott (both Democrats) The Department of Transportation promises to clear the harbor and rebuild the bride. DoT has already released $60 million in emergency funds as a "down payment" and President Biden is expected to seek $1 billion from Congress.
Vice President Harris announced a number of actions and investments designed to improve the quality of life of the peoples of northern central America. driven by poverty, lack of economic opportunities, and out of control crime people in Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras are taking great risks and trusting criminal human traffickers to try to reach the US. The Administration is working to improve conditions in the Northern Triangle so that is no longer necessary. Vice President Harris announced $1 billion dollars in new investments as part of the Central America Forward public-private partnership, since 2021 it has invested $5.2 billion in the region. Harris also announced $175 million dollars of direct aid from the US to Guatemala at a meeting with Guatemalan President Bernardo Arévalo.
The Department of Energy announced a $1.5 billion dollar loan to help restart the Palisades Nuclear Plant. This would mark the first time a nuclear power plant was brought back online after being decommissioned. The hope is keep the plant running till 2051, this 100% green power source is projected to prevent 111 million tons of CO2 emissions in its new life time, the same as taking 100,000 cars off the road. Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer touted it as key for her state reaching its goal of 100% clean energy by 2040.
Vice President Harris launched a social media push to inform the public about the Biden-Harris Administration's SAVE Plan. The Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) Plan was launched last year as part of President Biden's efforts to bring student loan forgiveness to millions of borrowers. Currently 7.7 million people are enrolled in SAVE, under which anyone making $16 a hour or less has a monthly payment of $0 on their student loans. 4.5 million SAVE enrollees are making $0 a month payments and another 1 million pay less than $100 a month on their loan repayment, over 150,000 people so far have had their loans totally forgiven. Republicans are suing to try to shut down the SAVE Plan
President Biden took keep steps to ensure quality healthcare this week. Biden extended the window for low-income Americans to apply for Obamacare. The original deadline of July 31st has been pushed back to November 30th. Biden also rolled back Trump era rules that allowed subsidies for "Junk Health insurance" These plans offer very little coverage and often mislead consumers into believing they have insurance when they aren't covered. These short term plans also don't have meet Obamacare standards and can refuse coverage for preexisting conditions.
The EPA announced new regulations aimed at "turbocharging" the number of electric trucks on the road. The new rules aim to have 25% of new long-haul trucks, the heaviest often diesel trucks on the road, and 40% of medium-size trucks (box trucks and landscaping vehicles) be nonpolluting by 2032, currently just 2% are. The regulation would apply to more than 100 types of vehicles including tractor-trailers, ambulances, R.V.s, garbage trucks and moving vans. The new tailpipe limits are expected to prevent about a billion tons of greenhouse gas emissions by 2055.
the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services  announced that thanks to President Biden's Inflation Reduction Act, 41 different drugs will coast those on Medicare Part B less money than it did last year.  An estimated 763,700 people on Medicare use at least one of these drugs every year. Some enrollees will save as much as $3,575 per dose.
The Department of Energy announced $6 billion for an effort to decarbonize energy-intensive industries. The investment in 33 projects across 20 states will eliminate 14 million metric tons of CO2 emissions each year when finished. Each project is meant to be highly replicable and serve as a blueprint for future private sector ventures.
President Biden signed an Executive Order to Strengthen the Recognition of Women’s History. The Order will launch a review of all historic sites run by the National Parks Service to determine ways to better highlight the role of women, from all backgrounds, in American History.
The Senate Confirmed President Biden's nominees, Ernesto Gonzalez, and Leon Schydlower to federal judgeships in Texas. This brings the total number of federal judges appointed by President Biden to 190.

genshin men x driving
this is so dumb but it had to be said. I've been driving for a while so a lot of these are taken from irl experiences I've had myself or from friends. also I'm american so this is based on driving in the u.s. | modern au, humor, fluff, reckless driving
𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐭
albedo ;; he has a habit of driving on the inner most lane of the highway but he doesn’t start switching to the exit lane until like 1 exit before. drove klee to the beach once 2 years ago and is still somehow finding sand in his car. all his turns are super wide
diluc ;; probably drives a very classic luxury car, like an aston martin or something. it’s sleek, it’s black, it’s giving batmobile because he drove with his high beams on for like 6 months and doesn’t get why it’s bad. it makes the road brighter he says as he blinds everyone going the other way. drives stick shift (manual), very hot when he reverses and puts his arm around the passenger seat
kaeya ;; he was the first person to get his license and everyone would ask him for rides, so now he drives a tiny sports car that doesn't fit anything. it’s also a luxury car but it’s flashier than diluc’s. follows driving laws to the T except for the fact that he never fully stops at stop signs
venti ;; an okay driver but it’s a terrible experience. you're amazed at how he hasn't run into any trouble yet. like at all. the kind of person who would try to run the yellow light except he’s doesn’t make it and is forced to brake really hard and just goes like "is everyone ok ehe.” you almost die and he says “oops”
𝐥𝐢𝐲𝐮𝐞
xiao ;; pet peeve: slow drivers. absolutely cannot stand sitting in traffic so he rides a motorcycle. always weaving in between cars but does it significantly less if you’re riding with him. has yanfei on speed dial in case of an accident. doesn’t know he’s super hot when he takes off his helmet and shakes his hair
zhongli ;; a slow driver. goes under the speed limit on the highway and gets cut off like no tomorrow. he doesn't think he's the problem though, just complains about how everyone is going way too fast. safety king. fakes injury for insurance money when someone hits him; only feels kind of bad
𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐳𝐮𝐦𝐚
ayato ;; has a driver that takes him everywhere because he does not drive, doesn't even have a license. passed his written exam with flying colors but failed on all three tries behind-the-wheel. his younger sister drives the car their parents bought for him. always likes tweets that are like “hot people don’t have their license”
gorou ;; family van kind of guy. very reliable and will drive you to the airport or help you move. doesn’t signal when switching lanes though which is kind of annoying. gets anxious driving in areas where there are a lot of one ways. always buys fruits from vendors selling it on the side of the road
heizou ;; drives with the top down, windows down and will make you feel like a coming of age movie protagonist. has the best driving playlist but will still hand you the aux if you ask. doesn’t pay for street parking though; parking meter? never heard of her
itto ;; car guy ™ who goes to car meets and mods his car. revs his engine when he sees his friends on the road but other than that he's actually a really good driver. takes very good care of his car— that’s his baby. he’s hot when he backs into parking spaces perfectly. blasts his music too loud at night though
kazuha ;; public transport icon. somehow never misses his bus/train/whatever and always manages to squeeze on even during rush hour. he tells people it's for the environment but that’s only half true. it's not that he can't drive, he just has the jankiest car; it's old as hell, has a dent on one side, and the passenger door doesn't even open from the inside
thoma ;; shining example of a perfect driver, the dmv wants him to do all their instructional videos. was only ever pulled over once before for swerving, but talked his way out of a ticket because he was trying to avoid hitting an animal. has those family stickers on his rear windshield except it's one man and like 3 dogs
𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐮
al haitham ;; probably has an suv because he thinks it’s the most useful car and can get the most out of it. almost exclusively listens to audiobooks while driving. he had a great record until he accidentally rear ended a bus because he turned around to argue with kaveh in the backseat and now his car insurance is insanely high
cyno ;; super responsible driver, both hands on the wheel at 9 and 3 at all times. secretly really wants a retired police car because he thinks the idea of people suddenly slowing down when they see him on the road, thinking it’s a cop, is hilarious. names his car something stupid like attila the hyundai
kaveh ;; terrible at directions, his gps is constantly saying “rerouting” because he keeps missing turns and exits. cannot parallel park to save his life and will ask you to switch and park for him. generally a polite driver but if he's ever behind al haitham at a stop light, he beeps his horn at him 0.2 seconds after the light turns green
tighnari ;; his trunk is always full of plants and bags of soil, fertilizer, etc. has mild road rage; if he’s forced to brake hard because someone cut him off, especially while he has the right of way, he’s yelling in the car like “I should’ve hit you” because insurance would be on his side. carries snacks in his glove compartment, soccer mom energy
𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫
childe ;; exclusively uses the term 'my tesla' instead of 'my car.' he insists on having it self drive to you from the parking lot; it takes forever and more often than not, it'd be faster to just walk. doesn't matter how far away he is, he's gonna go for that yellow light, it's a race against time and he's gonna win. one hand on the wheel, one hand on your thigh
dainsleif ;; drives in silence, no music no radio— nothing; sometimes he'll listen to self help podcasts though. a lot of the times he zones out and doesn’t know how he got from point a to point b. sits in his car for like half an hour after arriving home. likes holding your hand while driving
dottore ;; mutters “this would be a good place to dump a body” whenever he drives past a ditch. got pulled over for driving in the carpool lane by himself and using a mannequin to fake a passenger. they also found a bunch of questionable things in his car that he swears is for science. no longer drives because his license got revoked
pantalone ;; his car is immaculately clean. charges you for gas and makes you wipe your shoes before stepping in. always wants to stop for coffee first before going anywhere. has a lot of money but doesn’t know shit about cars so he gets way overcharged at bodyshops
scaramouche ;; says things like “I will crash this car right now” if he’s arguing with someone. hates backseat drivers and will threaten to kick you out if you are one. sometimes speeds down an empty highway at night just to feel something but drives extra carefully when nahida’s around. parks in the far corner of a supermarket parking lot to cry

OKAY OKAY, I swear I’ll stop requesting Asa Emory, (never 😔) but I js thought abt this, okay so what about a police officer, that has 2 jobs, 1: police officer trying to find the murderer, ‘Asa Emory’ but the 2nd job is like teaching in a class in the same building Asa teaches in 👀?
How would Asa Emory react to a co-worker leading his cop case? (Nsfw)
Tumblr media
Asa Emory x Police!Gn!Reader (Nsfw)
Requests are open!
This dynamic really reminds me off Mark Hoffman and Peter Strahm and I love it, I’m fixating on saw so hard right now so I’m excited to write this!
You had to die. There was no other way around it. If Asa wasn’t already stressed out enough with his collection then he definitely was now. You were like a moth to a lamp, moving wherever he did despite his best efforts to shake you off, always finding your way back to him. Usually he adored moths but you’re a different story.
with the kind of ‘extracurricular’ work Asa did cops were a given, the threat of being discovered always hovering over him like flies to putrid meat. He could handle that, people were going missing all over the city and never turning back up, and if they did somehow make a reappearance they hardly resembled humans at that point. He was used to it, no skin off his back.
However when it interfered with his teaching work..this unnerved him. Here he was supposed to be Mr.Emory, unremarkable and flying under the radar, at most people may think of him as “that one kind of quiet entomology lecturer” some people may consider entomology a weird major to choose but that was neither here nor there, if anything Asa was glad it drew in the more reserved types.
It had been quiet until you began working in the same building, he had no idea what you taught, he just knew you worked in the class next door, and that you worked part time as a cop. That was enough for him to avoid you like the plague. Realistically it probably wouldn’t hurt to just introduce himself but he’s not taking the risk.
Unfortunately you didn’t seem to get the memo, too friendly for your own good he supposed. After a week of classes you finally introduced yourself in the staff lounge. Asa couldn’t brush you off or bolt here, not wanting to disrupt or cause a scene amongst the other teachers. It’s almost like you did it on purpose. He swore he had seen an almost sadistic glee behind your eyes as the realisation dawned on him.
Still, he couldn’t find it in him to be upset even after you’d put him on the spot. It felt odd to be the one squirming on the other end, Asa was used to making his projects uncomfortable, not the other way around. It awakened something in him, the way you ushered him over to the staff sofa, prompting him to introduce himself to the other teachers expectantly, making a point of leaving to make you both a coffee, by proxy leaving Asa the centre of focus to these strangers.
Asa’s face was heating up despite his best efforts to calm his breathing, he had wanted to stay a nobody here, now he was on a first name basis with half the staff, brilliant. You throw Asa a knowing look whilst waiting for the styrofoam cup to fill, confusing him even more.
None of this was a coincidence for you, having been working on “The Collector” case for months. Even transferring uni to here was carefully timed, down to the classroom you would be working in. All missing people had records of using a pest control service weeks or months before their abduction. That was the first lead, tracking down said services and requesting them, seeing who turned up and if they were suspicious. It was difficult considering multiple people worked for the company and were sent out in groups, but sure enough one person always snuck off when they thought no one was looking.
You took inventory of the number plate on the van he arrived in and bid them goodbye. It was easy enough going through insurance records and finding the owner of the van. “Asa Emory?”
Considering the unique name it was easy to find information on him, as little as there had been. An article from a few decades ago about a family slaughtered by their father in cold blood, stuffed and sat at the dinner table. The only survivor in the massacre was a young boy, the article didn’t give a first name but did mention the man arrested was an Emory. your eyebrows rose in interest as you read further, the father had worked at a museum, pinning and creating taxidermy out of insects as a licensed entomologist. Supposedly he’d already had some issues leading up to the event but being exposed to the chemicals of the job is believed to have sent him insane.
That would definitely make sense that Asa worked as pest control if his dad had been an entomologist. The only other relevant information was a link to a “meet the tutors” page at a university about an hour from you. The page boasted its unique courses and top of the state tutors. After flittering through the pictures and descriptions for a few minutes sure enough the man who owned the van showed up. Also an entomologist. You deemed this enough reason to investigate.
After months of trailing this guy you knew his routine, you also knew he didn’t stay home long after a class, only being home for an hour or two before leaving in a different car. The location of his after work activities varied but more often than not he ended up at a dilapidated hotel.
Meanwhile in the present day you’d made yourself somewhat of a nuisance to the mystery man, always managing to corner him in the teachers lounge even if he only visited for a few minuets to grab a timetable. It all came to a head when you asked him out for coffee, Asa glanced around to the other teachers at the table and practically shrank behind his turtle neck, he couldn’t make himself look rude or cold in front of his co-workers, he didn’t need a reason for them to deem him an outcast. Asa coughed awkwardly and agreed as neutrally as he could, sending you a quick glare, not knowing what it is you want with him. Meanwhile you looked like the cat who had gotten the cream.
The coffee outing was..fine. Asa answering questions about his personal life as plainly as he could and you pressing despite him being visibly pissed off just to watch him struggle. He should be annoyed, disgusted even at your lack of tact, but at the same time it made his heart race, his face flush deeply, a feeling he never really reserved much time for stirring deep in his gut. He’d had to imagine unsexy things multiple times and will it away before the end of the date. It’s almost like you could tell regardless, pressing and laughing as he stumbled over answers.
Despite how conflicted Asa felt and how desperate and uncomfortable he was when you pried and taunted him for being shut off he agreed to see you again, and a handful of other times. He knew better than anyone else you were a cop and most likely trying to dig and find something on him, but it always ended up being the least of his concerns as you laughed on the other side of the booth at a joke he made, making him feel human again for a moment. He was a glutton for punishment, knowing you were getting way to close to him personally for his secret to be safe anymore but still turning up every week to feel the shame and adoration flood his veins.
Against Asa’s better judgment he had agreed to move from coffee to alcohol, not his smartest move but god were you convincing, all pretty lips and sweet words. Surprisingly to no one it ended in a messy clash of teeth and tongue in the dingy alley behind the bar, one too many drinks finally making the tension between the two of you boil over. Asa groaned as you panted into his mouth, pinning his hands to the grimy brick wall behind him. You lean in close, mouth tracing the shell of his ear before nipping at the lobe. A cold steely feeling envelopes his wrist, tearing his eyes open he sees his now cuffed hands. Before he can even start to wrestle you off you lean back in, spare hand rubbing between his thighs.
“You have the right to remain silent.”

Housed For Now!
[New]
AS OF DECEMBER 20TH, 2023, WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT OUR NEW LANDLADY WANTS US OUT WHEN OUR LEASE ENDS IN FENBRUARY. EDIT Dec 27th 2023: We just learned that she's adding an electric garage door to the garage. Her ex-husband is working on it with an electrician friend of his and I overheard them. She doesn't intend to move in, she wants to add the small ass garage onto the lease and thinks it's worth adding another $1K+ dollars to the rent.
[Old]
Dave just doesn't get how finances work. Because he's so unhelpful and doesn't fucking listen when people speak, he's whining about how after getting paid, mom has nothing left for the month. "But we don't have to spend $230 on the storage unit anymore!" "That went into other bills, Dave!" He thinks that cuz we don't have that one issue holding us down, we're going to be able to handle everything else easily and have money left over for whatever he wants to waste it on. Because mom has had to pay one bill and let another slide as a result every month. It's how she's had to handle our financial problems this entire time. And people all over have to do things like this, it isn't a new tactic.
Mom finally paid off the bank after Dave bounced her account several times last year. She's been paying $100+ a month for ages to get that handled. That should make things a little easier now.
The car insurance has increased by several dozen dollars so it's over $150 a month now. (EDIT: Dec, 2023: It was increased again.)
Her phone and Bethy's phone have to be kept on because of her schooling and we need a functioning phone number or else we'll be in big trouble in many ways. $100+ just for 2 phones. Dave is in charge of his own damn phone.
She has to handle her Discover and Capital One cards since she's had to use them to save our asses a few times. She NEEDS to pay them off so her credit score doesn't tank, and many places won't give you a chance if your credit is low. She's got monthly payments for those around $100+ in total.
The P.O. Box price has increased. Almost $50 now. (EDIT: Dec, 2023: We had canceled it since we finally got a place to live, and now we'll need to get a new one. I'm so tired.)
Dish Network has been on pause or almost 2 years cuz she can't cancel it before the full year she paid is used up or the fee is astronomical. They keep suspiciously unpausing it and trying to lob thousands in fees at us. (EDIT: Aug, 2023: Mom finally got it taken care of by going to the Better Business Bureau with dozens of emails of proof for her case and they came down hard on Dish Network. So we're fine on that front now.)
Then we have gas for a minivan, that Dave should be paying for, but isn't. A mostly full tank is around $80 every 4-5 days. Gas is average rn. So over $400 monthly in gas. (EDIT Dec, 2023: $20 gets 4 1/2 Gallons right now. It is hell.)
We need the part for the van which is $800+. The van is just so old that finding parts for something considered an antique now is damn near impossible, and not having the money up front makes it worse. (EDIT: Dec, 2023: The van is dead and despite how the alternator was replaced and the battery and starter are fine, there's no vehicle.)
She has to pay for her medication cuz we have shit medical. She's already going without many of them but some health problems, like Asthma, can't be ignored so the inhalers are prioritized. (EDIT Aug, 2023: Our medical changed out of nowhere at the beginning of the year and all of our doctors no longer take it. No doctors take it, in fact, so our attempts to get better help have to start all over again.)
Bethy needs school supplies regularly.
But Dave just thinks that she should have all this extra money left over at the end of paying everything off. Many of these things come out instantly on the 1st of each month btw. She has to then work through what is left for the bills that aren't instantly paid off. He thinks if he works with his friend for 3 weeks, he'll have enough money for an apartment, completely ignoring that he'd only have about $1800 for a full month of work with no breaks. The cheapest 2-bedroom in Delaware requires almost all of that, which is why we're waiting on housing which charges based on your monthly income. Even if he handled the monthly rent of $1400-$1700 for a 2-bedroom, mom still has all this stuff to worry about... and then gas, water, electric, sewage, etc... Dave doesn't listen. In public housing, those things are included. Outside it, they are separate expenses.

[NEW Dec, 2023]
I was right to keep on my toes about this. Dave does not read or pay attention and he just rushes into things without thinking. He's made every excuse possible to defend this lady saying she'll see how clean the house is a let us stay, but when she made a point to say she's thinking of moving in here, she isn't looking for a ruined house. She already has the reason for why she wants us out and she put it in writing, and it's because she claims to want to live here now. She doesn't need any other reason; she owns the property and that is good enough.
So, we have to be out by mid-February, which means more moving. And we just have no money and nowhere to go.
[NEWER Mar, 2024]
We need food, heat, hot water, etc... and Dave's getting scammed by a blackmailer that he's now given over $3K to... His dumbass was cheating, as he always does, and within a few conversations felt safe enough to tell this bitch all his personal business, as well as everything about his kids and grandkids. And now, cuz he offended her, she did a search on him and found his family and is how holding them over his head to Apple gift cards.
Yet he stomps in the house every day demanding to know if anyone 'gave us money'. And then got mad when mom finally snapped at him with, "No, actually Helen has gotten any commissions this month, so there's nothing in the PayPal." All cuz Dave doesn't want to admit that I've brought $16K in just through commissions alone.

Oh nerds, I have had a week of a week. Frist off; house keeping. I got the job in Vancouver and my last day at Camel Town was yesterday. I start in Van in 7 days.
Now for my week of weeks,
While still interviewing find the Perfect Place to live. A 2 bedroom condo in my price range available in time for my start date. Stop looking for other places.
Get job offer, tell new landlord to move forward, get emails from his rental company, look up rental company and see it is a real one that exists.
Make plans with Sister to transport Ianto and I to Vancouver. Sister's partner takes a day off work to help.
Send deposit of 3400CAD to rental company [deposit consists of 1 month rent 1700, and two damage deposits - one for Ianto -totalling 1700]. Normal and legal in Canada. Most places just ask for one of the deposits but not illegal.
Do all that by Friday [9th]
Walking Ianto at 6;30am on Monday 12th - 4 days before planned move in date - and get email from rental company asking for another deposit of 3400 as 'insurance' because they have been 'having issues with transactions from Canada and the United States'. Will not send keys and paperwork before getting the additional funds.
Think for a minute and reply something like 'Landlord and I agreed on 3400, which you have just confirmed you received. Please send the keys etc asap.'
Alarmingly quickly Landlord [not company] emails me to say company got in touch with him and this is their policy. He will give me 20 per cent off rent for first 6 months if I just send the money. [This is the first red flag I actually notice]. I replythat I am moving in 4 days and if the transaction takes as long as the first one, I won't have anywhere to live but be out a fuckton of money.
Calll my parents. It's 6;30 in BC but they are visiting Ontario where its 9;30. Not worried about waking them. Mum immediately offers to transfer the money for me because part of the issue is that I have to move money around to get that much which takes up to 48 hours. I cut her off and say 'I feels scammy' which dad agrees with.
Dad is a retired real estate agent, gets in contact with folk in BC a few hours later while I go to work and freak out [had already packed my anxiety meds... not fun]. Turns out 'Landlord' doesn't have title for the condo.
Also Rental Company email is very obvious fake. I googled the company but didn't check the email. Like a fool.
Tell 'landlord' that I cannot move that amount of money in the time allotted and would like my deposit back please [didn't expect to get it back but... its the presidency.]
Looked for another rental. Found one that wasn't dog friendly. Ianto is a service dog but is not yet certified to BC standards. Thought I'd give it a shot anyway. Called and was very frank; just got scammed, moving at end of week for work, have a dog. She gave me a short list of other rentals she knew accept dogs because she could not allow Ianto before his test.
Contacted a few, Ianto was too big for a few, filled out an application to one, and got a virtual tour set up for the other [this takes us to Tuesday].
Tuesday email my contact at job in Vancouver to let her know that I might not be able to start on the 22nd because no home. She [witn permission] then contacts my board to let them know. One has a line on an apartment.
Discover my mattress is very mouldy.
Application denied with no option to contest, virtual tour cancelled because property manager got sick and couldn't reschedule until this coming Monday.
Call my bank about the scam. They start an investigation which will take about 10 days and cancel my debit card because... I don't know. [bringing us to the end of Wednesday]
Application to board member's suggestion accepted. Need to pay the down payment which is just one of the damage deposits. They take in-person payments or money orders. Because my card is currently... gone. I cannot do online or app banking. Would have to do in-person or phone. Nearest branch to me is 2 hours away by car and I don't drive. Try calling. It takes over an hour to discover that because of the investigation I cannot get a money order done via the phone. Because that would be too easy.
Call my parents - they were busy - texted my brother. Asking both if they could help. Brother puts me in contact with his partner who would have their car tomorrow at the same time my parents offer to do a money order for me. Get the address etc from new rental company [legit]. Send confirmation.
Move in date is [probably] Saturday.
So, a very week of a week if I do say so myself and it's not over yet. I need to finish packing still [wall art, blankets, the last of Ianto's stuff and odds-and-ends]. Still need to get there. Chance the Money Order won't get there in time - as it has to go from Ontario to BC and tomorrow is Friday. but... Better position by miles than on Monday.
There is a small chance my bank can get my money back but.... Unlikely and it was a painful lot of money to say the least.

Sins & Amends Chapter 55
Tumblr media
Billy Russo x Female Reader (60 part story)
This follows pre- the punisher into the storyline of daredevil, punisher season 1 and beyond
This is NOT Canon Billy. This is decent human being Billy left with bad options over worse decisions
This was also posted to A03 under: WaywardGaPeach. That account and this one is the only place you'll see me post this. If you see it on any other platform/account know it's not me.
Chapter Summary/Warnings: Billy comes home with you and Adi
"Thanks for doing this Frank" you told him as the two of you walked down the line of cars at the dealership Curtis had recommended. Adi was with Sarah for a few hours so Karen could head in to work long enough to drop off her assignments. Curtis had volunteered to stay at the hospital with Billy so you could go home and grab clean clothes and a shower then head car shopping with Frank.
"Hey Y/N what about this one?" You glanced up to see Frank was standing next to a dark grey fusion. It was four door which was what you needed with Adi and according to the paperwork it got pretty good gas mileage and it was a decent price.
"I bet I can get it down further" he said with a wink as the salesman spotted the two of you and headed over.
Tumblr media
"How are we supposed to explain going shopping for a car and you ending up buying a truck Frank?" You asked with a laugh as the two of you walked down the hall of the hospital together. He shrugged "me and Karen need another vehicle. It's got four doors too so Adi's carseat will fit fine plus we now have three cars, a van and a truck amongst our weird ass little group so we're all covered"
You shook your head at his logic. Once the two of you had finished up at the dealership you'd made a stop by an insurance company and a store to check on car seats for Adi since officially the only one you had was the one Sarah kept. Now both your fusion and Frank's F250 had pink car seats in them that would transition with Adi up until she no longer needed one.
Karen had called when she got off work to let you know she was headed to the hospital because apparently once Adi figured out it was getting closer to the afternoon she'd put together that Billy could only have visitors until a certain time. Sarah had picked Karen up from the bulletin then dropped the two of them off with Billy and Curtis.
--------------------
The closer you got to Billy's room the clearer you could hear Adi's voice telling all of them a story. You stopped Frank with a hand on his arm and held one finger up to your lips with a smile. "I don't remember what happened next but I know in the fight the princess helped save the prince"
A crooked smile slipped onto Frank's face when he heard her talking about the latest movie she'd watched with him and Karen. "Kind of like how your mommy is always saving me?" Billy asked and Frank winked at you before the two of you stepped into the room and he added "and how aunt Karen likes pulling uncle Frank out of stuff."
----------
Adi was sitting cross legged near Billy's feet with Coco tucked under her arm. Billy was sitting up and from the looks of it had gotten into the shower and changed into the t-shirt and sweatpants Curt had bought him. They both smiled when they spotted you "Mommy! Did you get a car?" Adi asked and you cut your eyes at Frank before saying "Actually baby mommy got a car and uncle Frank got a truck!"
Karen leaned up from where she was sitting next to Billy's bed and Curtis laughed from his window seat when she said "Frank you got what?" Frank started going into specifics about the truck they now owned so you clicked onto your phone to show Billy and Adi your car.
"Did you have enough?" Billy asked and you nodded "Paid the car off and insurance for the next few months and had enough left to get Adi a car seat that will grow with her. Frank got one too"
"Hear that babygirl? You got two new cars" Billy told Adi with a grin then glanced up at you "Mommy do you want to tell her what we talked about last night?"
You realized everyone's attention had turned to you and Billy so you glanced around at Frank, Karen and Curtis before turning your full attention to Adi "Babygirl how would you feel about daddy moving in with us permanently?"
"I say it's about damn time" Frank grumbled before Adi could answer which caused Karen to stifle a laugh. "You are?" Adi asked with wide eyes and Billy nodded "If it's ok with you"
Adi slung herself at Billy careful not to hit his stomach as she hugged him "I'll take that as a yes?" He asked grinning at you over her head before she said "Don't be silly daddy."
Tumblr media
The day Billy was finally released from the hospital it felt a little surreal. Curtis and Frank had already moved what belongings he had from his apartment to yours. You'd cleared out closet space and dresser space so his clothes were put away and what photos he'd had you added to the wall in your living room.
You stood in the corner of his room listening while Doctor Morales went over his after care instructions once again then glanced over at you "I'm sure your fiancee can handle it Mr Russo"
Billy raised an eyebrow at you like he had every time someone had referred to you as his fiancee "I'm sure she can doc" you smiled when Doctor Morales told Billy the nurse would be in soon with the paperwork for him to sign then left out.
-------------
Once the two of you were alone Billy held out his arms so you walked to him gently wrapping your arms around his waist taking care not to hit his bandages "Fiancee huh?" You hid your face in his neck and mumbled "In my defense Frank said it first. I just let them continue with it"
You felt him kiss the top of your head before he said "I like it sweetheart. Gives me something to work for when it's finally official" you leaned back and looked up at him.
For a second you simply stared at him, losing yourself in those dark eyes you'd loved for years. Every scar that ran across his face had become so familiar to you, the way the one on his cheek moved when he smiled. You loved him more now than you had way back when you first fell for him. You'd been through hell and had still managed to find your way back to each other "Billy you know I don't need a ring or even a big ceremony. I'd marry you today if you wanted"
He smiled that same smile that had made you weak from the day you met him "I know Y/N but you deserve a ring, a dress, a ceremony. It is a miracle that you still love me. You gave me a beautiful daughter and have drug me out the worse parts of hell. You're gonna get a special day and a ring. That's the least I can give you" you shook your head because you knew arguing with him about it wouldn't do any good.
The nurse walked in and smiled when she saw the two of you standing together "Well Mr Russo are you ready to get home with your beautiful fiancee to that sweet little girl of yours?"
He looked down at you then said "Yes ma'am. More than ready"
Tumblr media
You walked in first so you could catch Adi mid-air before she launched herself at Billy. "remember little bit your daddy's gonna be sore for a while" Frank cautioned with a laugh as she wiggled free from your arms and nodded "I remember uncle Frank"
Karen popped her head around the corner wiping her hands on a kitchen towel "Foods ready so you two have perfect timing"
Billy walked in behind you and glanced around nodding to Frank and giving a smile to Karen "How ya feeling Bill?" Frank asked while Billy was watching you pick up Adi and spin around with her on your hip "A lot better just to be home with our girls Frankie"
-----------------
After Karen and Frank left you were drying the dishes they'd washed and putting them away when Adi came running back in the kitchen with her mermaid pajamas on. "Mommy can I sleep in the bed with you and daddy?"
You glanced back at Billy who nodded then said "sure baby but you just have to be careful ot daddy's tummy ok?" "Ok mommy" she ran off playing some game and you turned back to the cabinets right before you felt Billy's hands slide around your waist "This doesn't seem real"
You turned your head slightly to be able to look at him and knew the concern was plain in your eyes because he smiled "Don't worry love not a TBI thing just a grateful thing" you smiled and leaned closer to press a quick kiss to his lips "I love you Billy. You belong here with me and our daughter"
About the time you got daughter out your mouth Adi was coming back around the corner dragging her blanket behind her with coco tucked under her arm "Daddy will you come tell me a story?" "Of course babygirl. Mommy you coming?" You motioned to the few plates left "As soon as these are put away so save me a spot" he kissed your cheek then pulled away to hold a hand out to Adi.
You watched the two of them disappear into your bedroom with a smile on your face.
----------------
After you got through in the kitchen you did a check for any toys left out in the floor and double checked the locks on the door before walking into the bedroom. Billy held a finger up to his lips when you walked in and you smiled to see Adi curled up next to him with a pillow tucked firmly against his stomach.
You glanced at the pillow and he smiled then whispered "So she wouldn't hit my tummy" you leaned across his chest to press a kiss to her forehead then said "She's happy you're here"
He eased out from next to her slipping another pillow in his place then stood next to the bed staring at you for a second before he scratched the back of his neck "Are you gonna grab a shower?" You nodded and motioned to his bandages "I need to cover that with the plastic they gave us if you plan to take one after me"
A smile ghosted across his face "I took one at the hospital before I left so I may wait until morning. You can change the dressing at the same time"
You turned to grab clothes to change into then remembered you hadn't shown him where his clothes were "Oh yeah the first two drawers in this dresser has your t-shirts, boxers and socks. Third has some jeans and sweatpants. Everything else is hanging in the closet"
"Thank you Y/N" you stopped with your hand on a pair of sleep shorts then turned back to look at him "For telling you where your clothes are?" He shook his head and motioned around the room "No for letting me back in" you scoffed "Yeah and it only took you nearly dying because of me"
You started to walk past him into the bathroom but he grabbed your arm. "Don't do that to yourself" you glanced over at the bed where Adi was fast asleep then tilted your head towards the bathroom "Walk in here if you wanna keep talking. Let's not wake her up" he held onto your arm gently as he followed you in.
----------------
Once the two of you were in the bathroom you laid your clothes on the sink then turned to face him before he could even try to speak "I'm sorry for brushing you off like that but no matter how happy I am that you're here which I hope you know I am soo happy..I still close my eyes and see you bleeding out in front of me..Its gonna take more than five days to get over that Billy"
He stepped closer to you and when you didn't move away he pulled you into his arms. You moved a little to the side to not hurt him then leaned your head over on his chest "Listen to me Y/N. If I would've died at least my last act would've been protecting you. I've done a lot of things you should've never forgave me for yet you still love me so forgive yourself for what some junkie did ok?" You nodded then barely spoke when you said "Ok"
He pulled back then smiled "Now can I kiss you?" "Of course" you replied meeting him halfway. You sighed contentedly when your lips met and pulled him as close to you as you could without hurting him.
When he stepped back breaking the kiss he licked his lips and stared down at you, his eyes darker than usual "How long until I'm cleared for physical activities?" You smiled innocently "A few weeks why?" He ran a hand over his face then pointed to the door "I'm gonna go back out there before you take your clothes off and I have a hard time remembering not to rip my stitches"
You couldn't help but laugh which caused him to give you a playful glare "I love you Billy" you offered trying to stow your laughter. He let out a small laugh himself a broad smile slipping onto his face "I love you too Y/N"
Tumblr media
You were used to waking up with Adi in bed with you from times she'd have a nightmare or when you would have a nightmare and not be able to fall back asleep without her being close.
Waking up with her fast asleep between you and Billy you nearly felt the need to pinch yourself. Bless your babygirl she must have moved the pillow with her throughout the night because she was using coco to lay her head on and her pillow and frozen blanket had formed a barrier between Billy's stomach and her but her little head was still laying on his left arm that was stretched across the pillows at the head of the bed.
You lost count of how long you laid there watching them sleep before Billy opened one eye and smiled when he saw you "Thank god it wasn't a dream" you hid your face in your pillow to hide the huge smile on your face then finally said "No you're really here. I'm gonna start coffee and breakfast. When sleeping beauty wakes up feel free to come and join me"
"Can I have a good morning kiss?" He asked after you climbed out the bed so you walked around to his side so you wouldn't disturb Adi and leaned down to kiss the scar on his right cheek "Really the cheek?" He almost seemed actually offended when you laughed and ran a finger over your bottom lip "Morning breath baby. Don't want to run you off after all" "No way that could ever happen" he replied before laying his head back over to wait for Adi to wake up.
-------------------
You had just poured Adi a glass of orange juice when she came walking out the room with her hair sticking up in ten different directions, rubbing her eyes. "Good morning babygirl" you said and she smiled at you "morning mommy"
Billy walked out right behind her and smiled "She wakes up like you do. Little growls and groans but still beautiful" you shook your head but couldn't hide the smile when you turned to follow Adi so you could help her up into her booster seat then looked back over at Billy "Coffee is made. I made a few extra pancakes when I made Adi's or there's cereal or bagels"
He nodded and seemed to break out of whatever trance he'd been in watching you and Adi then said "Coffee and pancakes sound good to me" and winked at Adi as he took a seat next to her.
Tumblr media
Billy's head was still spinning around. Waking up with Adi's head on his arm and you laying close enough to touch had been like a dream. He'd been afraid for a moment it was until you smiled at him when he opened his eyes.
-------------
He helped you clean up after breakfast then grabbed a shower and was now watching Adi run around the living room engrossed in some game she'd made up with her stuffed animals while he waited for you to redress his stomach.
You were standing at the counter with your first aid kit open. The damn thing was bigger than some people's overnight bags but he was just happy you didn't insist on diving into your med bag. "C'mere" you called waving him over so he stood in front of you leaned back against the counter.
You raised an eyebrow and touched his t-shirt "This has to come back off baby" he smirked and raised his arms "Be my guess. It was a bitch getting on alone so you gotta take it off" you shook your head but when he felt your hands slide under his shirt and gently touch his side he had to swallow hard and remind himself that your daughter was in the next room and he was still injured.
------------
It had been too long since he felt your touch and he'd be lying if he said it didn't make so many memories run through his mind but he pushed them down as you stood on your tip toes to pull the shirt over his head then laid it on the counter beside you "Let's see what we have here"
-------------
Billy had left the waterproof covering you'd put on his wound even when he'd pulled his shirt on so you gently peeled it away then went to work cleaning the wound then started redressing it.
The doctors had done an amazing job on him and you were glad to see there was no leakage or anything around the area. You were also glad to have the distraction of the medicinal side of what you were doing because this was the first time you'd touched his bare skin since Adi had been conceived and a part of you wanted nothing more than to leave a kiss on the smooth expanse of his chest.
As if on cue Adi came running in and stood watching wide eyed while you finished what you were doing then moved to grab Billy's shirt. You helped him get his arms in then cut your eyes at her "What ya doing babygirl?" She grinned "watchin you help daddy"
Billy smiled and pulled his shirt down over his stomach "Well since mommy's done why don't you pick a movie and I'll come join you on the couch?" She giggled and ran off.You watched her for a second before asking "Are you sure you feel like wrangling her? I've got to go in for a few hours. I'd get Alice to do the paperwork and all but I'm p.i.c."
He stepped up behind you and slid his arms around your waist "We'll be fine. I can always call if I need you. I have Sarah's and Karen's numbers too" you nodded and felt his lips brush against your neck which caused a slight trail of goosebumps to pop up on your skin.
"I love you Y/N" you turned around to face him and smiled "I love you too Billy" then leaned up to press a quick kiss to his lips. When his hands went to your hips to try to pull you closer you broke away and shook your head "Nope. I've gotta go, you've got frozen to watch and besides you're hurt"
He laughed and pulled you back for another quick kiss then whispered into your ear "I'll heal up eventually" then pressed a kiss to your cheek before heading to the couch where Adi was waiting. You shook your head then quickly went to gather what you'd need for the day. When you walked back into the living room Adi was curled against his side watching the movie like it was the first time.
You grabbed the remote and paused it then squatted in front of her "Give me some love babygirl. I'll be back in a while. Watch over daddy for me" she gave you a hug then a kiss on the cheek "I will mommy. love you" "Love you too baby" you clicked play once she was sitting back down then leaned over to kiss Billy on the cheek "See you in a few hours. I love you and don't overdue it.. You're weeks out from being healed"
He grinned and said "I won't! And I love you too. Now go. We're good here"
You glanced back at the two of them when you stopped to grab your car keys and smiled. The two loves of your life. How lucky could a woman get?

Hey Chicken! Out of curiosity: what do you do money wise? This is such an inelegant question to ask on tumblr but I’m always interested to hear what magician practicioners do outside of magical practice. If the question is too personal I understand. Alternative/follow up question is: what do you think of creating a career out of magic/divination etc?
Pffft.
I'm a professional burnout.
After I dropped out of college (probably for the last time) I worked full time for a few years and had the good fortune of being able to save several thousand dollars, which I used to purchase a cargo trailer and a van. I converted the van into a camper.
I then quit working (here is the thing: I do not like 9-5 jobs) and I have not had an actual job since the summer of 2021.
I now live with my boyfriend where I make money by writing and self-publishing stories on Amazon (which to date I have not made very much money from), and from doing professional readings from time to time when I've got to pay vehicle registration or something like that. And that's pretty much it.
I'm able to live this way in part because I don't pay rent (thanks, bf) but I've also had the fortune to organize my life to where I don't have monthly payments on anything (I own my vehicles, I pay my phone ahead 1 year at a time on a discount plan, I pay for 6 months of car insurance at once, etc) so my monthly cost of living is very rock-bottom.
I think it's fine to make a career out of magic or divination. I've toyed with the idea of trying to rely on professional sorcery as a permanent career, but I don't think it's possible for me. I enjoy reading on the side for many reasons, but I'm happier putting a majority of my productive energy into writing.

Walmart does not work with goodrx. No matter how much I try. My insurance will only cover 7 days of my medication. The rest of the month will cost me $124.60.
Tumblr media
I have run out of options. I spent the last $40 I had on some groceries. If any of you were on the edge of buying one of the super cool pieces of jewelry I make, now would be the time to surprise me and gift yourself. I desperately needed some personal care items, my car insurance is due, and I have another Dr appt coming up in kc on the 14th, and the electric bill due right after that.
What I'm saying is... if you have the ability to help, I really could use it. Even if only $1.

Just About To Give Up
It's been 15 months since we lost our home. During that time, I have put in a multitude of applications to various low-income housing developments and a slew of public housing sites in 6 different states.
I applied for Delaware Public Housing Authority almost 2 years ago. I have not heard a thing since other than three sites that contacted me to make sure I was still interested in housing. Each of those three sites was out of state.
I have contacted the Salvation Army, Welfare, Social Services, Delaware 2-1-1, Hope Center, Hope House, Lutheran Ministries, Catholic Social Services, Neighborhood House, Children & Families First, First State Community Action Center, etc. The list is long.
Welfare put us up in a cheap motel (roaches included) for a month. This fell under the Covid benefits. Unfortunately, those benefits ended which left us where we started, living in the van.
The other places all gave me relatively the same answer. They don't help with finding housing for people or they cannot financially help. The Salvation Army did say that they would help pay back rent but that doesn't do us any good since we would need to have an apartment to rent to get back on the rent. They also said that they may help with security deposits if we found a place.
We reached out to every homeless shelter in the area and were told the same things by each of them. Since I am physically disabled, they cannot allow me to go into their shelters. They do not have the zoning for that and I am an insurance risk. I even told my family to go stay in the shelter and that I would stay in the van. They refused.
During all of this, I have been paying for 2 storage units that contain all of our belongings including furniture, clothing, appliance, and everything from our house. The two units are very expensive and I am on a fixed income due to my disability.
Now, due to the fact that the storage facility changed owners, the rent is higher, and I cannot afford it. We are now behind and are in danger of losing what we have left.
But that's not the worst of it. Our van is breaking down. The power steering is going. Brakes, motor mount, shocks/struts, water pump, etc. The list continues to grow. Dave was a mechanic for years and could do the work as long as someone helps him. It's cheaper than putting the van in the shop. The problem is that we just don't have the money to buy the parts needed.
Our daughter's 16th birthday is in just 16 days, and we have no money to do anything special for her. This is a big milestone for her. She is in driver's ed and will be going for her license soon. I cannot even celebrate her special day and spoil her. This makes me feel like a failure. I sent her to stay with a family so she wouldn't have to deal with being homeless, but she is still affected by it.
We keep getting hit while we are down, and I don't know how much more we can take. I have a Go Fund Me set up to help mitigate costs but it takes so long for the money to go through. I also have Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal which are quicker.
Please donate and share. Our backs are against the wall. The van is barely hanging on and we desperately need it.

Temporary Van Insurance for Business Purposes: Flexibility and Cost-Effectiveness ?
Tumblr media
Temporary van insurance offers businesses the flexibility and cost-effectiveness they need to manage their fleet efficiently. Whether you require coverage for a single day or up to a month, temporary van insurance provides the protection you need without the long-term commitment. Here’s why it’s becoming increasingly popular among businesses in the UK.
Flexibility: With temporary van insurance, businesses have the freedom to tailor coverage according to their specific needs. Whether you need insurance for a one off delivery, a short-term project, or to cover a temporary increase in workload, temporary van insurance offers the flexibility to adjust coverage duration and level as required.
Cost-Effectiveness: Opting for temporary van insurance can often be more cost-effective than traditional annual policies, especially for businesses that require coverage for short durations. Instead of paying for a full year of insurance, businesses can save money by only paying for the period they actually need coverage, helping to minimize overhead costs.
Quick and Convenient: Temporary van insurance policies can typically be arranged quickly and conveniently, allowing businesses to get the coverage they need without the lengthy application process associated with traditional insurance policies. This speed and convenience are particularly beneficial for businesses that need immediate coverage for urgent or unexpected situations.
Coverage Options: Temporary van insurance policies offer a range of coverage options to suit different business needs. From basic third-party coverage to comprehensive insurance that includes additional benefits such as breakdown assistance and legal expenses cover, businesses can choose the level of protection that best aligns with their requirements.
Temporary Situations: Temporary van insurance is ideal for businesses that operate in seasonal industries, experience fluctuating demand, or have short-term projects or contracts. Instead of committing to a long-term insurance policy that may not be necessary year-round, businesses can opt for temporary coverage to meet their immediate needs.
In conclusion, temporary van insurance offers businesses the flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and convenience they need to effectively manage their operations. With customizable coverage options and quick arrangement processes, it’s a practical solution for businesses seeking insurance for short-term or temporary situations in the UK.

The number of humans that don't understand JUST STOP OIL's protests are astounding to me.
Everything they do targets the 1%, yet people claim they work for an oil company that no longer exists, their protests are dumb & most complaining of their tactics have zero understanding of what ART Museums are.
How are protests dumb if you, an absolutely nobody, an average taxpaying knuckle dragger, are on every single social network posting & ranting & railing about it? I'd say the protest is working exactly as intended. You just don't understand. The papers are picking it up. It's on all the news networks & even the lowest wage earning taxpayer has an opinion about it.
Yep. Misson accomplished.
Some of you are fine with billionaire jets getting targeted, but not billionaire owned art? King Francis the I of France purchased the Mona Lisa. Directly from DaVinci. No average person ever had it in their possesion. Same with almost every single piece of art in every museum in the world. Most of it, on loan from a rich family or estate or stolen by the rich, and the taxpayer footing the bill for the housing, enviromental stability, insurance, the whole damn museum, it's staff, etc. The owners get to take millions off on their taxes for that Van Gogh they've loaned the marble museum that the peasants go to. They don't have to insure it because YOU are. Most of the art you get to see was commissioned, curated, chosen, or stolen by the 1%, kings or colonial governments.
As an artist, yes, some of it is amazing. I'm 100% in support of art museums, although I do believe the tax laws need changed & local artists should be showcased as well. Of course, if you did that, art museums would cease to exist.
Don't let the rich fool you. They don't give a shit about Van Gogh, DaVinci, Monet, O'Keefe, or any other artist. What they do care about is the $$$ having those things SAVES them. Take that away & it all would disappear over night.
So, that's why throwing soup on a Van Gogh does actually mean something. It is a message to the 1% & you. Here you are, absolutely clutching your slave wage produced clothing in fury that someone would DARE attack sacred public art that you pay to house, insure, & keep while the rich laugh all the way to the bank & continue to rape the earth for resources, that eventually will run out & you will lose all access to. You get to see art because they allow you to & they make $$$ off you seeing it. You get AC in your house because they allow you to. You use the resources their family owns. When those resources start to dwindle, do you really think you will be allowed acess them? Air Conditioning? Heating? LMAO. They're already suggesting you turn your AC to 78°F to "save" energy. Eventually, they will enforce it. You gotta turn up your AC, but they don't. They need that energy to cool/heat their mansions. Fly their private jets to your taxpayer funded Van Gogh opening at the huge Marble Museum you pay for but can't get into until tomorrow because the Van Gogh opening is limited & tickets cost $150. There's wine & cheese & delicious pastries & caviar, that YOU paid for through taxes, & they all hobknob in the climate controlled chilly 68°F cooled building as you sit in your 78°F house with a crying baby that's fussy because it is uncomfortably warm & you hope you can afford diapers & formula & rent next month.
Van Gogh's "Sunflowers" that had tomato soup thrown on it? Do you know who owns it?
Do you?
Sunflowers was bought in 1987 by the Yasuda insurance company to display in an art museum on the 42nd floor of its Tokyo headquarters. In 2002 Yasuda was incorporated into a new company named Sompo.
Go look up who owns Stonehenge. Look up the whole sordid history.
These aren't "random attacks".
They can't do ALL the work for you. You've got to do your part. Investigate. Actually see what they are showing you.
It's absolutely astounding how easily the propaganda machine turns the average taxpaying citizen against those fighting FOR them.
Getty Oil no longer exists. You can research that, too. How the heir feels a tremendous responsibility to correct past horrors committed by her ancestors. But they've convinced you ALL rich people are evil. If it looks like they are trying to help it's some deep state conspiracy, right?
It's a much easier pill to swallow that she's an evil psyop. It requires no research & 0% activism or support from you.
Astounding.
I challenge you to look up every owner of every target of JUST STOP OIL. The history of the targeted object. Then use context & comprehension to understand WHY that makes sense. It is working. It's why your reading this right now. It's why you're feeling all these strong emotions about this post. Because it IS working.
