#おでかけ #乳岩峡

乳岩洞穴に辿り着きました。結構有名なフォトスポットなので乳岩峡めぐりの遊歩道を歩いていれば辿り着くものかと思いきや、実際は遊歩道から分岐していて非常に分かりにくい。分岐点に目立つ表示も特になかったので、危うくスルーして帰途に着いてしまうところでした。

一回通り過ぎて、そういえば写真映えするというあの洞窟みたいなところ見てなくない？と気付いて戻り、その途中で「何だろうこの細い登り坂は？」と興味本位で入ってみたら目的地の乳岩洞穴だったというオチです。好奇心に従っておいて良かった。

広い空間の真ん中を突っ切るように歩道が設置されています。洞穴の奥にはお地蔵さまがずらりと並んでいて、何となくそっちにカメラを向けると罰当たりなような気がしたので撮っていません。

それほど人も来なかったので(やっぱり入口が分かりにくいせいだろうか)、洞穴の中で座って暫しぼんやり。

12月にしてはとても暖かい日で、秋ぐらいの軽装でも普通に過ごすことができました。時折少し冷たい風が吹いていたけれど、洞穴の中までは入ってこず、入口に垂れ下がったツルだけがゆらゆら。この洞穴の中だけは別世界で時間の流れも違っているようで、昔の人がここにお地蔵さまを祀ったのも分かる気がします。異世界というか。

気候が良くて人が多い時期だとこの異世界感は味わえなさそうなので、できるならシーズンオフの平日に来た方が良さそうです。

虛擬世界的棒球場上也有許多經典的可愛輸家，像是花生漫畫(Peanuts)中的主角查理布朗(Charlie Brown)。

 花生漫畫是美國報紙連載漫畫，作者查爾斯·舒茲(Charles M. Schulz)以小狗史努比(Snoopy)、飼主查理布朗及其生活中多位小學生為主角，從兒童們的世界反映成年人內心的情感，成為老少咸宜的經典作品。從1950年問世直到千禧年前作者因病封筆為止，超過半世紀的連載讓劇情逐年完善，人物刻劃豐富飽滿，史努比和查理布朗也成為流行文化的象徵。

  大多數讀者都認為史努比才是漫畫主角，而身穿鋸齒狀黑橫紋黃衫的查理布朗因為個性和能力問題反倒更像寵物，尤其在運動場上他也是著名的可愛輸家。

総仕上げとばかりに、最後はこのハシゴが立ちはだかっておりました。まあでも、さっきのアレのせいでハシゴがあるだけマシだと思えてきました。しかもこのハシゴ、手すりまである、優しい。

そしてやっと！外に出られました！青空が目に染みます。ものすごい冒険を越えてきたかのような達成感があるんだけど、果たして二度目挑戦したいかと問われると、怖さの方が勝つ気がします。いのちとほね、だいじに。

大きな大きな自然のトンネル、石門をくぐっていきます。今まではずっと上ってきたけれど、ここからは下りになります。

今の乳岩川はだいぶ下の方を流れているけれど、かつてはこれぐらいの高さを流れていて、川の浸食→岩の風化→割れ目から大きな岩が崩れ落ちてこのような門の形になったと考えられているんだそう。

今の川の位置とかなりの高低差があるんですが、長い年月でこんなに川の流れる場所って下がってくるもんなんですね……驚きです。

よく乳岩峡の観光案内ページに出てくるのはこれから向かう乳岩洞穴の写真なんですが、洞穴内には子安観音と三十三ヶ所観音が祀られているとのことで、そこに向かう道端にもぽつぽつとお地蔵さんの姿がありました。石もそこここで積まれていて、何だか違う世界へと迷い込もうとしているかのよう……。
