💪🏻 feelin good as hell 🔥 Body shaming is something I’ve always wrestled with in the past. People have often told me to eat more or that I don’t need to work out because I’m so skinny and those comments have always made me feel guilty and shameful towards my body. Anybody that actually knows me knows I eat a lot (& work hard to eat healthy) and when I work out I do it to feel fit and exercise my heart. Not to lose weight. Some people, like myself, are blessed with fast metabolism and others not - yet I have never understood why anybody should be shamed for what they were born with. Your body does so much for you on a daily basis. Love it and appreciate it and stop comparing yourself to societies view of what’s beautiful.
