Minho unwraps his last present and tilts his head curiously as he sees the plain notebook. He glances up at his boyfriend and only then notices the shade of red creeping up Seungmin's neck. 

“I uh, I just wrote down some nonsense in there,” he starts out, not very convincingly. 

“Nonsense?” Minho laughs and blinks at him in confusion. 

“Yeah, so, like, whenever I thought of you in the past year. When you were working or we didn't have much time due to a tighter schedule. Or when you did something that made me really happy. Or pissed me off. Or when we got into a fight,” Seungmin rambles on and starts fidgeting with his hands nervously under Minho's observant gaze. “I just wrote down whatever came to my mind. Why you make me happy or feel loved. I came up with reasons to stay with you when you really pissed me off. Reasons why I love you and what I admire you for. Sometimes, it's just little bits that don't make any sense. Nonsense,” he tells him. 

Minho's heart warms, listening to him ramble on, and he lowers his eyes to the book, flipping a random page open. Seungmin's handwriting paints the page and he flips a few pages, noticing there are a few pictures of them as well. He looks up and Seungmin's still rambling on about knowing it's cheesy or something similar. He can't help himself, heart bursting with love for the younger man in front of him. 

Seungmin's eyes widen as Minho surges forward and kisses him hard on the mouth. He welcomes the feeling and kisses back, feeling a sense of peace wash over him. Minho pulls back and smiles at him fondly. “What was that for?”

“You were rambling so much, I couldn't quite follow anymore,” he smirks, fondling the notebook resting in his lap. “This is almost as sweet as you are.”

“I'm not-”

“Shut up, will you?” Minho giggles, pulling him close again. “Don't ruin it,” he tells him fondly, kissing him once again as Seungmin starts protesting again.

Minho nipped his nails, arm clutching his ski board. He sighed, gulping deeply as he watched his feet dangle below the ski lift. A shaky exhale escaped his lips. He inhales sharply, eyes looking around frantically "There seems to be a problem with the ski lift, we'll look into the matter immediately. For safety precautions, please do not move. Thank you," speakers blared the announcement. Minho chuckled nervously, "Fuck me," he cursed under his breath. Seungmin looked over to the older "Are you alright, hyung?" he asked, noticing the slight tremble in the older's palms. Minho smiled weakly "Of course not, I'm stuck with you," he said, chuckling lowly.

Seungmin rolled his eyes "It's not like I wished to be with you either," he grumbled, holding onto his skis. Minho chuckled, wiping a stray tear from his eyes "I didn't know you disliked me that much, meong,"  he teased, smirking softly at the younger. Seungmin scoffed "I can't stand being near you too long, hyung," he said coldly. Minho flinched at the younger's tone, "Ouch," he said, chuckling weakly. "I didn't know my presence makes you that uncomfortable, Seungmin-ah," he said, picking at his fingers. Seungmin huffed out a puff of warm air "Well at least now you know," he said bluntly, staring down at his boots.    Minho nodded softly "Yeah, thanks for clarifying," he mumbled, looking away from the younger. Seungmin bit his lip, sighing softly "It's not that I hate you hyung, I just-," he said, cutting himself off by raising his hand softly. Minho flinched away, looking at the younger with wide eyes. Seungmin gasped, pulling his hand back "Hyung," he said weakly, looking at the older. Minho's eyes wavered, breath getting laboured. Seungmin noticed, slowly sliding his hands on the seat of the ski lift "Can I touch you, hyung?" he asked, looking for the older's permission. Minho exhaled shakily and nodded.

Seungmin sighed softly, holding the older's hand "You're alright, hyung. It's okay. Can you feel me holding your hand?" he asked, holding onto the older's trembling hand. Minho gripped the younger's hand "Yeah," he whispered. Seungmin nodded "Good. Can you feel your board?" he asked, gesturing to the older's ski board. Minho hummed "Yeah, I can," he said, voice slowly getting clearer. Seungmin smiled softly "Can you feel the chill wind blowing, hyung?" he asked, rubbing the older's palm with his thumb. Minho nodded "Yeah, I feel it," he said, exhaling deeply. Seungmin kept smiling softly, releasing their entwined hands. 

Minho felt the younger's palm leave him, a soft shiver ran down his back. Seungmin sighed deeply "I didn't mean to trigger bad memories, hyung," he said, gripping his skis. Minho smiled weakly "I know, Seungmin-ah," he said, leaning against the ski lift. Seungmin looked over to the older "He left deep wounds didn't he?" he mumbled softly. Minho chuckled lowly "I guess you can say that," he said, sighing defeatedly. Seungmin scoffed "I didn't like him since the beginning," he grumbled, holding his skis closer. Minho chuckled softly "At least, it's over now," he said, a soft smile etched on his lips.

Seungmin rolled his eyes "He was a red flag since the beginning, hyung. You were just too blind to see it," he said, looking at the older. Minho gasped softly "He was nice in the beginning. How was I supposed to know that he was an abusive asshole?" he shouted, offended that he was being called out like this. Seungmin looked away, tongue pressing against his cheek "I hate you," he mumbled. Minho scoffed "Real mature, Seungmin-ah," he said, looking away from the younger. The duo stayed silent for a while, cold slowly crawling into the warmth of their padded coats. 

Minho sighed, blowing warm air into his mittened hands. Seungmin noticed and took the older's hands. Minho looked at him with widened eyes. Seungmin rolled his eyes "Don't look at me that way, I'm just warming your hand up," he grumbled, burying his chin deeper into his coat. Minho gulped, entwining their hands together "Seungmin-ah?" he whispered, staring at their entwined hands. Seungmin looked up "What is it, hyung?" he mumbled, softly tightening his grasp. Minho blew out a puff of warm air "Do you hate me?" he whispered, downcasting his gaze.

Seungmin licked his lips, looking away from the older "I don't," he mumbled, gritting his teeth. Minho frowned softly "Then why?" he asked vaguely. Seungmin sighed, knowing what the older was asking "I hated how you filled my every thought, I hated that whenever I saw you with him jealousy burned in me, I hated that he stole your heart first," he ranted, sighing deeply. Minho stayed quiet, letting the younger spill his desires. "I hated that he broke you, hyung. I hated that my feelings were still in your grasp," he cried, gripping his skis until his knuckles turned white. 

Minho gulped, "I didn't know," he mumbled softly. Seungmin chuckled shakily, "I didn't let it show, hyung," he said, looking at the older. Minho bit his lip, fidgeting with his gloves. Seungmin huffed, poking his tongue against his inner cheek, "Hyung, I hated that you weren't mine. My emotions were yelling at me to despise you. Anger and annoyance were my only ways of coping," he spilt, looking at the older's guilt-ridden face. Minho stayed silent, slowly taking in the confession. Seungmin sighed "I hate that still I love you, hyung," he said, pressing the older's palm against his cheek. Minho blushed softly, ears and cheeks stained red from the cold and the blood rushing through his body.

Creaking echoed when the ski lift started moving again. Seungmin looked at the older, raw emotions pouring through his eyes "I know that you used to despise me too, hyung," he mumbled, dangling his boots softly. Minho shook his head, groaning softly "I don't hate you, Seungmin-ah," he mumbled, jutting his lips softly. Seungmin licked his lips and traced the older's "Plump," he whispered under his breath. Minho's breath hitched, "What?" he whispered, staring at the younger. The person he was currently staring at, was not the dongsaeng that he knew. 

Seungmin slowly pulled away his thumb from the older's lips "Do you know how long I had to control myself, hyung?" he asked, looking down. Minho bit his lip, gulping softly. Seungmin hummed "Too fucking long. I should've decked the man when I saw bruises on you, but you stopped me," he gritted, staring at the older. Minho felt the younger tighten his grip. Seungmin brushed the older's hair behind his ears "My body is now yours, hyung," he said softly. "You can despise me all you want just don't discard me," he added, lifting the ski bar over themselves. 

Minho nodded softly "Can we take a breather Seungmin-ah?" he asked, looking at the younger. Seungmin nodded "Anything you want, hyung," he said, smiling warmly. Minho smiled back softly "Let's take our time to understand each other, Seungmin-ah truly," he said, leaning his head onto the younger's shoulder. Seungmin chuckled softly "Of course, hyung. We don't have to rush," he said, reassuring the older. Minho smiled warmly "Thank you, Seungminnie," he said, placing his board on the soft bed of snow. "Shall we?" Seungmin asked, reaching out his palm. Minho chuckled softly "We shall," he said, taking the younger's hand. The love that stemmed from hate slowly started blossoming like tulips in spring.

So I got this thought… Taemin covered with sweat after his solo concert and goes to the dressing room where Minho waits for him and yeah… he kinda cannot resist (I couldn’t either) and closes the door to have some fun with his fav maknae 😋 Taemin fills the room with soft moans but Minho begs for him to keep saying his name while he sucks Taemin’s boobies and goes down south. Oh and of course all this starts with undressing, forget those stage clothes they’re so uncomfortable ;))

This is my first time writing a review for a voice pack! I tried to convey my thoughts the best I could. Text only version of my review is under the cut.

Fulgur’s Voice Pack | All Niji EN Sakura Bloom Voice Packs Sales end 23:59 May 8, 2022 (JST)

Fulgur Ovid Sakura Bloom Voice CAUTION: This review contains contextual spoilers for Fulgur's 2022 Sakura Bloom Voice!

General: It's Legatus, the character, not the Archivist! So Fulgur is using his more cool voice! As edgy as Legatus may be, the way he acts towards the listener is a bit of a surprise! It's a scenario so you, the listener, take part of the story. If a close distance is uncomfortable for you, this voice pack may be more your preference.

TRACK 1 & 2:  States the theme and quickly establishes what activity you will be partaking. (5sec each)

TRACK 3: Though this is Legatus, it's quite sweet. He takes the role of a good friend doesn't want you to not miss out on a fun opportunity alone. The bit of audible embarrassment and reluctance is very cute. I don't want to say he's a little tsundere, but-     (~1min)

TRACK 4: It seems that we get a little peek into what may be an insecurity of Legatus. (This makes me wonder how close the Legatus of Fulgur's voice packs will be to Legatus from Legatus 505 from this voice pack onwards.) He's very glad and thankful to have the chance to have this experience with you. You can almost hear a slight gentle smile in his believably genuine tone.     (~2min)

TRACK 5: Legatus throughout is very kind, but in this track he really makes sure that the listener feels taken care of; it's very sweet, like he is on stream (though it's Legatus). You, the listener, does something cringe! How dare.     (~2min)

TRACK 6: You do something else that's a bit cringe! And Legatus returns that action with a surprise! Despite that, the atmosphere is very light, playful, and sweet. The very last phrase can be interpreted in two different ways (platonic or... ), it's really up to the listener to decide the distance of the relationship!     (~2min)

Final Thoughts: I've probably said "sweet" dozens of times during this review, but the dialog and scenario is just that, sweet. Despite Legatus's cool exterior he cares for others and Fulgur conveys that well through his voice acting and approach. The idea of enjoying your time and making lasting memories is a reoccurring theme throughout. It's a nice sentiment especially with how busy life can be. Overall, Fulgur's Sakura Bloom voice pack is a pleasant experience that can provide you with a small pause of comfort.

How to Deal with Stress at the Workplace?

A little push can be an accelerator in giving you better results. But when that push turns into pressure, it ends up becoming detrimental to the mental well-being of a person.

One of the most common challenges faced by workers on most days is stress. And there happens to be multiple reasons behind this. 

Often at workplaces, workers are overwhelmed with their work. They take up more than they can do or have impossible deadlines to accomplish. They might not even possess the skill required to get the job done while their team members are counting on them for it. And when one challenge piles up over the other, workers face difficulty in prioritising their work and tasks. 

It is quite natural to feel overwhelmed in such a scenario because there seems to be a lot to deal with all at once. And everything seems to be slipping from your hands. 

However impossible it may seem, surely there are ways this can be made easier.

Accept and acknowledge the situation

In a situation like this, the first thing to do is acknowledge how you feel. Yes, whatever it is that you are going through is stressful. Yes, it is difficult. Maybe, you weren’t mentally prepared for this, but you can always ask for help. 

You must have someone in your workplace or team that you trust. It could be your manager or your fellow team mate. Talking to your colleagues about your challenges at work can not only help you feel comfortable but also find solutions to your challenges. 

What is in your hands?

Now that you are ready to face this challenge, let’s figure out what you can really do about it. Make a list of things that are in your control. Break down the whole thing into small doable actions, and take it one step at a time. 

But how do you know what needs to be done right now, what can wait? 

You can use Eisenhower’s Urgent/Important Principle to prioritize your work and plan accordingly. If something will take less than 2mins to complete, do it now. 

All you’ve got to do is start, the rest will fall into place automatically. Ask for help when needed

We are going to say it out loud for the people in the back: It is okay to make a mistake.

If you are facing a problem and you are struggling, you need help. The reason why you landed on this blog is because you were looking for help, and that is completely okay. If you can ask a search engine to help you solve your problem, you can also ask your peers or your team leader to help you solve your problem. 

You are a learner just like everyone else. You are here to learn from your mistakes, and if your learning needs guidance/help from someone else, take it. There is a high chance you are expected to ask for help with those things. Even if you’re not, at least you won’t regret putting in all of your effort.

Practice good communication

More often than not, conflicts, misunderstandings and confusion arise because the two parties in question didn’t communicate properly. The message was either not clearly delivered or understood. 

In effective communication, there is a clear understanding of the information exchanged between the individuals. You are able to share your ideas, articulate your points and understanding of the matter. 

Whatever confusion you may face, if you can communicate your issues in an effective manner, some sort of clarity will be achieved in that conversation. No one would be operating on assumptions, which will reduce the chances of mistakes or conflicts.

Make room for error

You did everything in your power to give the best possible result. It’s great, but somewhere there still is a loose end you need to fix is what your supervisor tells you. Don’t be disappointed in yourself, take the feedback and use it to reconstruct your work in a better way. 

Accept that the need for improvisation in your work is only improving the quality of your work. Be open to being notified of new flaws in your work and fix it. Learn from your mistakes and strive to do better.

Figuring out the root cause

It is always better to get to the root of the problem to solve it in the long term and find a sustainable solution. Whatever issue is bothering you on a surface level, has some sort of reason or a chain of questions behind it. 

Ask yourself those questions, one by one, until you get to the root of the problem. You will definitely become aware of valuable information at the very least, and get closer to solving the issue for sure.

Modern solutions for stress

In today’s technologically advanced world, there are tools that can help you manage your work life a thousand times better. You are facing difficulty in managing your team’s actions, use an action management tool. You need help in keeping your work organized, use a tool that will help you in organizing your work in a systematic way. Want reminders for your deadlines, use a tool to help you with that. Need effective communication between your teammates and your customers, you have a tool for that too. The market is vast, what you need might just be there. Utilize the availability of such resources. This will take loads of stress off your shoulders, and make work easier for you.

We can’t deny that facing stress at the workplace is inevitable. On some days, it will be less while on other days it might be more. 

Sometimes if we don’t deal with it effectively, it can prolong and not only impact our productivity but also disturb other aspects of our life. Therefore, it is of utmost importance for us to deal with it.   

Hopefully this article gave useful insights and drew attention to valuable solutions to counter stressful situations at your workplace.

Ok forgive me if im wearing my clown suit here, but despite the vagueness of a 2023 release date, im feeling kinda optimistic about what the actual release date will be. Like I was just thinking, they gave us way more content in tudum than I was expecting, like I was thinking a tiny clip best case scenario. But the teaser trailer was 1:22, which was almost as long as the s2 trailer (2mins) which released 2 weeks prior, while the s2 teaser (53 secs) released about a month prior to release I think

They also gave WAYYY more than I was expecting! I was over here like no we won’t even get a teaser trailer it’ll be a scene. So glad I was wrong and so happy to see all my babies again.

I think March is a super reasonable month to clown for!!! It’s my clown month as well. I definitely don’t think they are making us wait until like June. Even S1 when they had no waiting audience it came out in April.

I’ve noticed lots of the time Netflix will release a teaser trailer about three months before the show comes out; sometimes closer to release date but usually not before that. Obviously since this was a big scheduled event it was different but I’m really thinking it’ll be out by April at least. I know that feels forever away but we can do it.

Why Ranma 1/2 is AMAZING and Why You Should Watch It by RynTashi

I'll finish watching this later, but I kind of disagree with Ranma Saotome having "different personas" between his 2 gender presentations.  He's the same guy.  It's just that being in a female body makes him feel more allowed to express certain things and act in certain ways, that he's too "macho" to allow while in his male body.  But slowly over the series, he does become more comfortable acting in certain ways in his male body, that he used to only act in his female body.  Like crying and eating sweets.  Eating sweets is considered so "girly" in Japan, especially decades earlier, that Pocky has a "Men's Pocky" line with explicitly less sweet, dark chocolate.  Anyway, Ranma is the same guy, not 2 different personalities or 2 personas.  He's just aware that he is prescribed different images between his 2 genders, by people who look at him, and he does take advantage of it.  But I just want to be clear:  Ranma isn't a split-personality character.  

I guess I needed to write this out clearly, because implying Ranma-kun and Ranma-chan were 2 separate personalities, even by unintentional misunderstanding, negates something very important about how the series effected me.  Ranma Saotome was one person, coming to terms with the different gendered expectations placed upon him by others and himself. (Same for Akane Tendo.)  One of the things that made Ranma 1/2 so important to me when I was younger, was that it was one of the few anime/series/media that discussed gender.  Most other anime at the time, only discussed gender in terms of the roles and relationship dynamics expected in heterosexual relationships.  Even a yuri series like Utena, veered its gender discussion a little more towards the romantic roles and actions expected of genders in romance.  But probably because the main couple in Ranma 1/2, Ranma and Akane, were not very focused on falling in love, Ranma 1/2 was able to stay focused on discussing gender in general.  And the series wouldn't allow you to think of Ranma and Akane in just the romantic way alone, since they had lots of other motivations in their lives.  Yes, they did come to care for each other, but compared to most other harem anime at the time, Ranma and Akane were not personally very romance focused, and that allowed the series to focus on gender instead.  

That was kind of the irony of the series.  From the outside it is a Harem genre series, and everyone can be described as “who is in love with who”, but the deuteragonists actually aren’t personally focused on romance.  Everyone around Ranma and Akane were trying to steer them into romances and make their lives all about romantic relationships.  Meanwhile, they're standing off to the side, trying to tell everyone how stupid this all is.  

...Which, incidentally, is one of my favorite Rumiko Takahashi jokes:  She's frequently writing scenarios  in all her series, where everyone is acting ridiculous, and it's such serious business to them, and they are taking it so seriously, but someone is standing to the side, with their arms crossed, giving them the side-eye, and just exasperated with all the unnecessary melodrama.  One of my favorite aspects of her humor!  lol   That was a lot of reacting for only watching 2min of this video essay. I’m sorry, but I'll finish watching this later.

Detailed timeline

-> Since we had only a month to finish the course, Kei gave us detailed timeline for it. From now on, I am going to focus on making final designs as well as testing prototypes.

Video prototype checklist

Your video-prototype should present your scenarios, giving a flavour for your interface design and how it will be used.

Your video-prototype should properly show the context for interaction (the backstory for the scenarios).

Your video-prototype should be appropriately edited and paced (neither too slow to keep a viewer’s interest nor too fast to follow).

Your video-prototype should run for 2min. (Kei advised us to keep it 1 min 10-20 sec. Because if the video passes 1 min 30 sec, it becomes boring and make viewers hard to follow the video flow. )

Your video-prototype should follow story boards or scenarios, and use acting techniques, physical props and settings, and simulations of the interaction.

Your video-prototype should communicate the function of product and interaction, the context in which relevant interaction took place and the experience of the user(s).
