My work just denied my disability accommodation. Apparently having a chair nearby the register to sit in when I'm having a flare-up is not "reasonable" because it inherently interferes with my ability to perform the job (not true). I spoke to my store manager and he looked me in the eyes and said they "don't do that". (I'm not sure if it's even legal for them to deny this?) I felt like I handled the interaction very well & calmly & professionally and I have no regrets about it but I'm not really sure what is next. Can you please pray that God will provide whatever it is I need going forward.
