I know that as each season of Race to the Edge was released, there was a trailer put out beforehand. Season 3 is the only one that didn't get a trailer. But 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 did. I definitely remember how wild us here on fandom went over Season 6 trailer. I will admit I legit tear up whenever I watch it.
ANYWAY
I also vividly remember the Riders of Berk trailers, know that those actually were placed in DreamWorks movies.
However I've never known, where were the RttE trailers aired? Can anyone name me a DreamWorks movie they could have put those in?

one of my favorite things about hotd is how we get exposed to the differences in the dragons' personalities. one great way to see this is through how each dragon forms a bond with a new rider. when aemond claimed vhagar, she bucked around like a bull and tried to throw him off to make him prove his worth by staying in the saddle. when seasmoke claimed addam, he hunted addam down and basically claimed addam himself. when hugh claimed vermithor, he stood up to him and roared in his face. and when silverwing claimed ulf, she headbutted and sniffed him before deciding to take him for a joyride. each has such a distinct personality and you can see a clear dichotomy between dragons pursuing their riders and riders pursuing their dragons.

It's kinda insane to me that The Giant Aaravos theory got confirmed but that also explains how he eats people like they were popcorn and all that.

listen i've accepted dean winchester sleeping fully clothed and occasionally wearing shoes on top the covers for six seasons now as a fact of the hunting life and possibly symbolic of his constant existence in a state of Fight but I just watched s6 ep8 and dean (who has just woken up on top the covers wearing JEANS) tells sam to "let him get dressed first" DRESSED??? IN WHAT??? YOUR OTHER JEANS???

This show started with children making a different choice from their parents and elders, and returning a lost child to its parent.
And it turns out this all started because, millennia ago, a parent lost his child and turned his grief into vengeance.
