does anyone else do this thing where you kind of, like, notice which fics of yours a reader's gives kudo to, notice the patterns of the the fics. because ao3 sends out the daily kudo emails which summarize the kudos within that day, when grouped together you can sometimes sort of notice these things. and i like noticing patterns it's fun.
it's usually like, this user left kudos on 7 fics with pairing AB -> ah they probably like AB. cool! this user left kudos on several fics with pairing CD -> they like CD. that's fun! this user left kudos on a fic that has pairing AB, another fic with pairing AC, another fic with pairing AD -> ah they probably like character A and enjoy different A pairings. so do i! this person left kudos on fics with different femslash pairings, including the ones that the two characters that have not canonically met -> HELLO FELLOW F/F RAREPAIRS LOVER <3. this user leaves kudos on several explicit fics of a specific pairing, and the same character tops in all of them -> ah i see you have a preference
and i just think that's cool. and sometimes you can tell they're likely going down a specific character tag or pairing tag, by the pattern. kind of like how you can tell when someone reblogs a string of posts from you that all has the same tag, something like that.

I couldn’t sleep well tonight so I started thinking about the logic behind the alphabet, if you assume that at first, they were written with sticks. The only letters that I have not found a pattern yet are the K, S, T, Z because I think they’re not well placed:
-AB: If you add another circle to the A, you get a B
-CD: They’re the shapes of the moon phases
-EFG: An F is an E without the stick below. G was a bit trickier, but I think is also an E without the stick above
-HIJ: This font is awful for this one, but an H turned 90Âș to the right is an I. Move the below stick to the left and you get a J
-LMNÑ: If you move the stick of I to the right, you get an L. Two L make an M. You get a stick out of the M and get an N
-OPQR: the Q and the R are the O and P with an additional stick
-UVW: V is a pointy U, W is two V connected
-XY: Y is the X without one stick below
T should be with the HIJL group, K with the XY, and SZ another group
I apologise, at 3 am this seemed like a revelation to me

AI-Powered Load Testing: The Foundation for Intelligent Performance Planning
Tumblr media
In today’s digital-first business landscape, where users expect seamless performance across every touchpoint, ensuring application reliability is no longer an afterthought—it’s a strategic imperative. Modern applications must be scalable, resilient, and responsive under varying traffic conditions. However, traditional performance testing approaches are proving insufficient in the face of complex, distributed, cloud-native systems.
This is where AI-powered load testing steps in—offering a smarter, faster, and more adaptive approach to performance assurance. It’s not just about simulating users anymore; it’s about creating a foundation for intelligent performance planning. At Robotico Digital, we bring the future of performance engineering to the present through advanced load testing services that leverage artificial intelligence to eliminate guesswork and deliver data-driven decisions.
Understanding Load Testing in Software Testing
To appreciate the role of AI in this space, we must first understand the core of Load Testing in Software Testing. Load testing is a type of non-functional testing that measures a system’s behavior under a specific expected load. The goal is to determine how the application performs under normal and peak conditions, focusing on response time, throughput, and resource usage.
Traditional Load Testing Involves:
lSimulating virtual users to interact with the system.
lMonitoring server performance metrics such as CPU, memory, and I/O.
lIdentifying bottlenecks that cause slowdowns or crashes.
lValidating the system's ability to meet predefined performance criteria.
While essential, conventional load testing has several limitations:
lStatic test scenarios that don’t reflect real-world user behavior.
lHigh maintenance costs due to fragile scripting.
lDelayed insights that hinder continuous integration (CI) and delivery (CD).
lManual analysis that’s prone to human error.
The AI Revolution in Load Testing
AI-powered load testing changes the game by adding intelligence, adaptability, and prediction to the performance testing process. Instead of simply running scripts, AI-enabled systems learn from user behavior, predict traffic surges, and autonomously optimize test execution. They transform load testing from a reactive task into a proactive performance planning strategy.
At Robotico Digital, our AI-enhanced load testing services do more than simulate traffic—they help organizations design resilient systems that are production-ready by default.
Core Benefits of AI-Powered Load Testing
1. Smart User Behavior Simulation
AI analyzes logs, telemetry data, and historical patterns to create dynamic user scenarios. This goes beyond hard-coded scripts to simulate more realistic and unpredictable usage, covering edge cases that manual testers often miss.
2. Predictive Bottleneck Detection
Machine learning models analyze test results and system metrics to identify performance degradation before it becomes a critical issue. AI can flag early signs of instability, memory leaks, or throughput decay with far greater accuracy than manual testers.
3. Adaptive Load Testing in CI/CD Pipelines
AI can autonomously decide which test cases to execute based on recent code changes, environment variables, and past results. This enables continuous performance testing during each code commit, seamlessly integrating with modern DevOps workflows.
4. Self-Healing Test Suites
AI detects and corrects broken scripts or outdated test paths by recognizing updated elements or APIs—dramatically reducing test maintenance efforts.
5. Intelligent Reporting and Root Cause Analysis
AI augments log analysis with NLP (Natural Language Processing) to generate human-readable summaries and automatically identify potential root causes of performance drops.
How AI-Powered Load Testing Enables Intelligent Performance Planning
Performance planning isn’t just about running tests—it's about making informed architectural and operational decisions to meet business goals. AI-powered load testing enables that in the following ways:
1. Data-Driven Capacity Planning
Using AI to model traffic trends and resource usage, teams can forecast future capacity requirements with high precision. This reduces both under-provisioning (leading to outages) and over-provisioning (wasting resources).
2. Risk-Based Testing Prioritization
Not all services or user journeys are equally critical. AI can help prioritize testing based on risk factors such as traffic volume, recent changes, or past failure history—ensuring that the most business-critical paths are always tested.
3. SLA Validation and Enforcement
AI tracks SLA adherence automatically and flags potential violations based on usage patterns, helping businesses proactively maintain compliance and customer trust.
4. Auto-Scaling Strategy Optimization
For cloud-native systems, AI-powered load testing can simulate varying loads to test auto-scaling triggers, cooldown policies, and provisioning latency, helping DevOps teams fine-tune configurations.
Robotico Digital’s Approach to AI-Enhanced Load Testing Services
At Robotico Digital, our load testing services are built from the ground up with intelligence, automation, and scalability in mind. Here’s how we implement AI to deliver superior performance insights:
Behavior-Driven Simulation Engine
Our platform uses AI to mimic real-world user behaviors, such as browsing depth, click patterns, think times, and conditional flows. This ensures tests reflect actual user activity, not synthetic sequences.
AI-Driven Traffic Modeling
We build traffic models based on seasonal data, time-of-day trends, regional user density, and campaign projections—helping clients anticipate performance issues during high-demand scenarios.
Performance Anomaly Detection
Our AI models are trained to detect outliers in response times, transaction throughput, and system resource metrics. This allows us to flag anomalies the moment they arise during a test.
Automated Root Cause Diagnostics
Our platform doesn’t just detect a bottleneck—it explains it. AI analyzes system logs, correlates events, and generates detailed diagnostics, so developers can resolve issues faster.
Feedback Loop Integration
Insights from AI-powered tests are pushed back into the development cycle, enabling developers to refactor high-risk modules and improve application robustness over time.
Key Use Cases for AI-Powered Load Testing
E-commerce
High-traffic shopping events like Black Friday demand intelligent traffic simulations and predictive capacity planning to avoid downtime.
Mobile Applications
Mobile networks and user behavior are unpredictable. AI-powered load testing helps simulate real-world usage conditions across devices and networks.
Banking & Finance
Regulatory pressure and transaction sensitivity require robust, repeatable, and real-time performance checks. AI provides both speed and accuracy.
SaaS Platforms
Multi-tenancy, dynamic user provisioning, and frequent deployments make SaaS platforms a perfect fit for AI-enhanced load testing.
Healthcare Systems
High stakes, high concurrency, and strict SLAs make AI-powered load testing indispensable for electronic health records, telemedicine, and diagnostics apps.
Challenges in Adopting AI for Load Testing—and Overcoming Them
While the benefits are significant, integrating AI into performance testing isn’t without challenges:
lLearning Curve: Teams may need upskilling to work effectively with AI-powered tools.
lData Dependency: Poor-quality logs or incomplete metrics can reduce AI effectiveness.
lTool Integration: Legacy test tools may not be compatible with AI-driven platforms.
lCost Considerations: Initial setup and cloud resource usage can be higher.
Robotico Digital addresses these barriers by offering:
lExpert training and enablement support.
lSeamless integration with leading DevOps tools.
lIntelligent test orchestration to optimize resource use and reduce costs.
The Future of AI in Load Testing
As AI continues to evolve, we expect several emerging trends to redefine the performance testing space:
lAutonomous Performance Optimization: AI engines that not only detect but fix performance issues automatically.
lMulti-Model Intelligence: Combining rule-based engines with large language models for more contextual performance recommendations.
lHyper-Personalized Testing: AI-driven segmentation of user behavior based on demographics, region, and device to drive deeper insights.
lReal-Time Load Feedback: In-production load testing that reacts in real-time without impacting end-users.
At Robotico Digital, we’re constantly innovating to bring these future-ready capabilities into today’s software lifecycle.
Conclusion
AI-powered load testing is not just an upgrade to traditional testing—it’s a paradigm shift in how businesses approach performance planning. It empowers organizations to simulate complex usage, detect issues early, and plan for scalability intelligently.
With Robotico Digital’s load testing services, teams gain access to cutting-edge AI capabilities that turn performance testing into a strategic advantage. Whether you're launching a new platform, scaling your infrastructure, or optimizing an existing product, AI-powered load testing lays the foundation for intelligent, data-driven performance engineering.

Come on a “Suno House”
Tumblr media
Gracing our Johnny’s share house feature is Snow Man who is looking forward to being more active this 2023! They were divided into 4 balanced groups and did cross-talks for this New Year SP project. Furthermore, we also did a round-table discussion full of laughs with the 9 members! We will be giving a more than 12,000-word interview. Let’s have a “Suno” start with the 9 members in their pajamas this 2023!
Fukazawa: The theme this time is “Who in Snow Man would you like to share a room with if we’re living in a share-house?”.
Sakuma: I would want a room to myself.
Fukazawa: (slightly aggressive feeling) I mean we wouldn’t be able to decide who rooms with us! On the other hand, do we really need to pick?
Sakuma: You can let them decide as they wish?
Raul: So we’re going to be unruly from the start (laughs).
Meguro: Ah, so we’re going for this atmosphere today?
Mukai: You’re on edge for the wrong thing (laughs).
Meguro: People in their 30’s are on edge (laughs).
Sakuma: I want to peacefully live in the share-house with everyone!
Fukazawa: Doesn’t that mean you don’t want to share the room with anyone?
Raul: Kyahahaha!
Miyadate: No, you two. On top of having a lot of preparatory meetings, TV Guide has proceeded with this project.
Fukazawa: Ah, so it was a lot of meetings?!
Miyadate: That’s right!
Fukazawa: I’m sorry, I was lying earlier!
Sakuma: I’m sorry! I’m always thankful for the opportunity!
Mukai: (laughs). Everyone, who would you like to room with? How about you, Shoppi- (Watanabe)?
Watanabe: I want to room with everyone.
Meguro: Ah~ (laughs).
Abe: We’re taking the conversation in this direction now (laughs)?
Raul: He’s raising his likability.
Watanabe: I really would lie to live with everyone! I’m fine sharing a room with anyone!
Raul: Yey~!
Sakuma: That person is a little scary!
Fukazawa: You (Shoppi) said it already! No take-backs!
Mukai: On the contrary, it feels disgusting.
Raul: Why would you lie like this!?
Watanabe: (angry) No! I am serious!
All members: Ahahaha!
Sakuma: Saying “I am serious” definitely means you’re lying (laughs).
Fukazawa: Then how about Date-san? Is there someone you’d like to room with?
Miyadate: Me? None.
Mukai: No one?! Even though you said something like “Think of the magazine staff!” earlier (laughs)!
Miyadate: Well if I really have to pick someone, okay? If I really have to pick someone then I choose Abe.
Watanabe: Fuhahaha!
Fukazawa: No, Date-san. This happened before too but could you please stop this pattern of choosing Abe (laughs)?
Iwamoto: In the special video for the CD.
Sakuma: Right, right. I feel like Ryota is always choosing Abe-chan.
Miyadate: I have already decided to choose “Abe” when asked to pick someone.
Fukazawa: Why?!
Abe: Hello, I am an Emergency Exit.
Iwamoto: Ahahaha!
Watanabe: an emergency exit (laughs)!
Raul: That’s right! Abe-chan’s member color is green!
Abe: Please come anytime (smiling sweetly).
Raul: Wasn’t that nice (laughs)? Won’t there be offers for the role of a personified emergency exit someday?
Sakuma: Then he’s a lock-in for the role of the emergency exit.
Abe: It won’t happen (laughs)!
Miyadate: It isn’t like anyone is fine. That’s exactly the reason why I chose Abe-chan, a person I trust.
Abe: You’re serious (laughs).
Watanabe:  That’s a nice reason (laughs). Maybe I should do that too next time?
Sakuma: How about Fukazawa? Tell us (who you’re choosing).
Fukazawa: If I were to choose a member to room with... then I’d go the opposite way and choose someone I haven’t roomed with.
Abe: Oh, that’s nice!
Fukazawa: The interesting choice would be Date-san.
Miyadate: (cutting in) It’s impossible.
Meguro: How fast (laughs)!
Sakuma: Good work today~!
Fukazawa: Why?! I had to chance to room with everyone except Date-san!
Miyadate: Now that you’ve mentioned it, we really haven’t roomed together.
Raul: Even once?
Fukazawa: Not even once right?
Miyadate: Not even once, and not even in forever.
Fukazawa: What do you mean “even in forever”!?
Iwamoto: He means “Now and forever”!
Fukazawa: No, I heard everything! You don’t have to repeat it!
Miyadate: But I’m thankful.
Fukazawa: It’s no problem. It also feels like I would enjoy being with Date-san again.
Iwamoto: I choose Sakuma.
Fukazawa: Oh!
Watanabe: Hyu~!
Iwamoto: Because Sakuma becomes really quiet when it’s just the two of us.
 Sakuma: Nyahahaha!
Mukai: Eh? That sounds like a lie!?
Fukazawa: Stop it!
Raul: That was an unnecessary (personality) gap.
All members: Ahahaha!
Meguro: I don’t want to see a Sakuma-kun like that (laughs).
Sakuma: I... I can’t show my quiet form unless it’s the two of us.
Fukazawa: Ahahaha!
Raul: No, I don’t want to see it!
Miyadate: Furthermore, it’s a gap from his whole body (laughs).
Sakuma: I was also quiet when I roomed together with Raul right?
Raul: Yeah, you were quiet then.
Iwamoto: That’s about right. It feels right (laughs). He becomes really considerate!
Sakuma: Kuhihihihi...!
Fukazawa: Then, how about Sakuma?
Sakuma: Eto, then...
Mukai: Think it over!
Sakuma: (in a soft voice) Which part should I choose...?
Mukai: It’s not “Which part should I choose?”!
Sakuma: Then should I choose Mukai Koji?
Mukai: Oi! You just chose me because our eyes met just now!
Sakuma: Nyahaha! I chose you because I want you to teach me how to do doumyaku peace and okay cuff.
 Mukai: That’s definitely a lie.
Miyadate: A late-night practice?
Abe: That’s a reason you thought of for 2 seconds.
Sakuma: That’s right (laughs). But I was thinking maybe it would be fun if we were together.
Mukai: I would make it fun~!
Fukazawa: But won’t Sakuma become quiet when it’s just the two of you?
Sakuma: Yes.
Mukai: Leave it to me, Sakkun. I’m also quiet. Let’s play games together!
Sakuma: Let’s play~!
Raul: So you’d play games silently (laughs).
Fukazawa: It would be really bad to be in a super quiet room as these two (laughs).
Abe: As for me, I would really like to be alone.
Fukazawa: Oi~!
Mukai: Don’t bring back the conversation there!
Sakuma: The conversation had that flow earlier!
Miyadate: Don’t turn it into a variety show!
Iwamoto: Variety- (laughs).
Raul: If you had to choose after that introduction?
Abe: U~m, well if I had to choose then maybe Fukka?
Fukazawa: Thank you!
Abe: I want him to teach me how to solve the Rubik’s cube.
Mukai: Right now, isn’t Fukka-san doing it in front of you?
Iwamoto: You also just thought of that reason for 2 seconds didn’t you?
Abe: Ahaha!
Raul: As for me... maybe Meguro-kun?
Fukazawa: Rau would choose him!
Watanabe: You two are friends.
Raul: I’m thinking of having him teach me how to do the okay cuff.
Fukazawa: Learning from Meme?
Meguro: Eh~ I won’t be able to teach you the okay cuff!
Raul: Weren’t you the first one to ask Koji-kun about it?
Mukai: That’s right; he’s the first one I taught it to.
Meguro: That is right, I was the first one.
Abe: Then you’re his first student.
Fukazawa: That title is the worst (laughs)!
Raul: Should I also ask for the sign language of the okay cuff~?
Meguro: Then, I’ll choose Raul as the member I want to room with because he also chose me. Also, I heard that Raul has been getting better at cooking lately.
Mukai: Eh? Really!?
Raul: Wait, don’t tell anyone~!
Meguro: I want to room with him and have him cook for me.
Fukazawa: Isn’t that nice?!
Sakuma: What can you cook?
Miyadate: How is it?
Raul: The other day I made cheese dak galbi.
Mukai: Eh? Amazing!
Raul: But I only cut it!
Sakuma: That’s definitely yummy~!
Raul: Un, I loved it (ore daisuki).
Sakuma: I’m Daisuke (ore daisuke).
Iwamoto: Kukuku...!
Miyadate: Then you’d be cooking while doing the okay cuff, right?
Raul: Okay cuff!
Sakuma: Okay cuff!
Mukai: Here’s an okay cuff and zoom in!
Fukazawa: No, that’s not really interesting (laughs). Could you please stop deriving things?
Meguro: Ahaha!
Raul: That really didn’t become popular (laughs).
Fukazawa: Isn’t it only today when the okay cuff was used a lot?
Mukai: That’s nice. Continue using it a lot~!
Abe: It will become really popular!
Raul: As expected, it gets popular when you say it at places like these! It will be difficult to enter if the entrance is too big.
Sakuma: Right. We wouldn’t know what to do if you suddenly did this for the first time on TV.
Mukai: You’re right. Thanks for telling me.
Abe: This is a very realistic strategy meeting (laughs).
Mukai: Next is me? Maybe I’d choose Shoppi-.
Meguro: Why did you choose Shoppi-?
Mukai: Because he seems like he would be good even if I act spoiled. Then in our room, I’ll play the guitar and Shoppi will sing acapella.
Raul: That’s nice; so melancholic.
Mukai: We have to make the okay cuff song popular.
Fukazawa: Okay cuff song...? How about Nabe (Watanabe)? Earlier you said you’d be fine rooming with anyone, but what will you do?
Watanabe: I’ll choose Kikuchi Fuma.
Mukai: Why?!
Raul: Kyahahaha!
Mukai: I won’t forgive you!!
All members: Oh~!
Sakuma: A classic example!
Raul: Fantastic!
Meguro: Just now, Shoppi thought “Guwa~!” right?
Watanabe: Fufu~
Fukazawa: Also, Raul will turn 20 years old this 2023.
Sakuma: I’ll stop spoiling you once you turn 20!
Mukai: You’d definitely spoil him.
Fukazawa: I’ll buy you anything you want, okay?
Raul: No, even if you say something like “You’ll buy me stuff even if I turn 20”... you don’t even buy me anything now (laughs).
Abe: I want to make a toast and drink with everyone.
Fukazawa: Right? But I’ll probably get smashed~.
Mukai: Fukka-san’s weak.
Meguro: But it will be a gap moe if Raul ends up being weak to alcohol!
Fukazawa: Right, if he ends up being weaker than me despite looking like he’d be strong.
Raul: I want to stay cute~
Abe: I’m looking forward to it~
Mukai: Me too.
Sakuma: Raul will also turn 20; Snow Man will do our best!
Abe: We look forward to working with you this year!
All members: Thank you very much!

FFxivWrite ‘22 - 4 (Free Prompt)
[Endwalker spoilers]
“Wait, but... That’s not a name, is it?” asked Chattingway.
“Indeed. By all accounts, beef is the butchered meat of an animal known as an aurochs. Most Lalafell of the Plainsfolk clan bear names with a rhyming pattern of ‘AB-CB’ for males, and ‘ABB-AB’ for females. Generally each syllable is two to four letters long.” Explainingway helpfully explained.
“Actually...” Snoopingway leaned in close to the rest of the little circle of curious Loporrits, “I overheard one of them calling him... U’bifu!”
“Oh, so his name must be something like, ‘Ubi-fu Gana-fu’?” added Ponderingway.
“Well that just isn’t correct,” cut in Correctingway, “Because my understanding is that his name is U’bifu Tia.”
The growing group of Loporrits clamored about and scratched their ears in thought.
“What is that, AB-CD? Is that still a rhyme?” asked Ponderingway.
“I can ask Rhymingway, she would know.” replied Chattingway.
Explainingway raised a finger and began to explain again. “Well, you see, Tia is one of two surnames for males of the Seeker of the Sun Miqo’te clan - the other being Nunh. These surnames are almost like titles, they serve to indicate both leadership and bree-”
“But surely he’s a Lalafell, not a Miqo’te!” exclaimed Shoutingway, “He doesn’t even have a tail!!”
“Well, yes, but-”
“And the one with the nice ears uses a name like that!! But without Tia or Nunh!!!”
“Not to interrupt, but that isn’t quite correct. There are two of them who share our auditory charm points, and while one uses-”
“Fufufu... So not one, but two of them lack a surname...”
“What could this mean?”
“Has Namingway heard about this?”
“But... but wait-”
“Oh don’t involve them in this, we’ll be here for cycles!!!”
“Actually-”
“I thought that families all shared the same surname?”
“No, no, that’s not-”
The chaotic crowd of Loporrits engaged in heated debate over their guests’ nomenclature, but were ultimately unable to understand the many inconsistencies with standard naming conventions of the races of Etheirys.
“Excuse me,” came the voice of one such guest, her voice rising above the din, “is something the matter?”
Immediately the moon’s stewards crowded around Eryna and Beef, fawning over the former out of concern for her recent battle with the elder primal.
“Oh- p-please, one at a time!” Eryna said.
After a few short moments of whispered conference, the Loporrits all took turns nodding at each other and one stepped forward with their question.
“Where do your names come from?” asked Leadingway.
“Well...” Eryna considered the question for a few moments. The bags under her eyes looked more pronounced as she closed them in contemplation.
Beef and the Loporrits looked up at her as she thought.
“I suppose... many people, such as myself, get their names from their parents. And others, such as Beef, grow into a name bestowed upon them by those who care about them. Yet more may inherit the name of another, such as L’kozu.” A shadow of tender sadness passed across her face. “And some few decide to abandon their name altogether.”
The Loporrits murmured in confusion over their incomplete understanding, prompting Eryna to clarify:
“What I mean to say is that a name is made by the individual who wears it. The same is true for you and yours, is it not?”

4 Trade Ideas for Johnson & Johnson: Bonus Idea
Tumblr media
Johnson & Johnson, $JNJ, comes into the week after a strong move higher off the 200 day SMA and 61.8% retracement of the last leg higher. It ended the week making a higher high. The RSI is rising in the bullish zone with the MACD crossed up and about to turn positive. The Bollinger BandsŸ are starting to open higher as well. An AB=CD pattern gives a target to 198.50 in mid-August.
There is resistance at 184 and 186.50. Support lower comes at 181.50 and 179 then 176 and 174 before 172.75 and 169.50. Short interest is low under 1%. The stock pays a dividend with an annual yield of 2.48% and has traded ex-dividend since May 23rd. The company is expected to report earnings next on July 19th.
The July options chain shows strong open interest on the put side every $5 strike down to below 160, biggest at 175. On the call side it is biggest at 180 and 190. The July 22 Expiry chain covers the earnings report and shows an estimated move of about 4.5% between now and expiry. The open interest is light but biggest at the 170 put and 180 call. In the August chain open interest is spread from 180 to 160 on the put side and 10 time bigger and focused at 190 on the call side.

After reviewing over 1,000 charts, I have found some good setups for the week. These were selected and should be viewed in the context of the broad Market Macro picture reviewed Friday which with only 4 trading days left in the 2nd Quarter, saw that equity markets had mounted a strong rebound off of the lows and set up for at least short term continuation.
Elsewhere look for Gold to continue to consolidate while Crude Oil pulls back from the highs. The US Dollar Index pause in its move to the upside while US Treasuries continue their downtrend. The Shanghai Composite looks to continue the trend higher while Emerging Markets continue to move lower.
The Volatility Index looks to slowly ease from elevated ground making the path easier for equity markets to the upside. Their charts are looking stronger following the week’s move, especially on the shorter timeframe. On the longer timeframe the moves required to call a confirmed reversal are still far above, about 5% more for the QQQ and 7% for the SPY to make a higher high. It will take another 9% for the IWM to get there. Those moves would only be first steps. Use this information as you prepare for the coming week and trad’em well.

—
This very elegant model is made of silk, with a shaped and pleated ruffle; it can also be made in alpine, wool moire or wool satin with a plain ruffle or trimmed with lace.
It consists of 4 pieces:
No. 1. — Front strip; is double cut without seam, that is to say the middle of the front laced on the folds of the etone.
No. 2. — Side strip; connects to the front strip at AB.
No. 3. — Back strip completely straight grain; connects to the side strip via CD.
A dotted line on each strip marks the place where the ruffle should be sewn.
No. 4. — Steering wheel; connects to the front strip at E, to the back strip to F.
This piece is given as a one-piece pattern; but as it is impossible to be able to cut it in a single piece in fabrics of small width, we give in the sketch how to take it from a fabric 0.56 m wide.
Part 1; cut double straight grain, the center of the front on the fold of the fabric.
2nd part GHIJ; is caught between the two edges.
3rd part IJ; gets caught on the edge.
To be pleated, this ruffle must be placed on the fabric prepared in advance, with the pleats wider at the bottom than at the top.
7 meters of silk in 0.56 m with flat ruffle; 11 meters with pleated ruffle.
Since the pattern is only given up to the flounce frame, add to continue the bottom of the petticoat: 1st center front strip FK 0m.29; seam on LB side, 0m.31. Bottom width, 0m.27.
2nd strip: seam LB, 0.31 m; MD sewing, 0m39. Bottom width 0.44 m.
3rd strip: MD seam, 0.39 m; FN seam, 0m.52. Bottom width, 0.44 m.

HOW TO FIND YOUR SPIRIT GUIDE
Hello fellow christian witches, and all pagan witches and wiccans out there, so today I want take a look at some of the most popular methods of finding a spirit guide. Do keep in mind that not all of these will work for everyone every time – it’s a good idea to try different approaches to see which one works best for you. Also, it’s worth noting that not every single person is going to have, find, or meet a spirit guide right off the bat – if you try these methods and nothing happens, just give it some time and try again at some point in the future.
1. INTUITION Ever hear that soft little voice in your head that tells you it’s time to do something? Turn right at the stop sign instead of left, make a big change even though it’s scary, or sit back and listen to what people are saying
all of these are things that the little inner voice might be telling you, and yet often, we dismiss it. Some people believe that this intuitive voice is actually indicative of the presence of a spirit guide. Learn to evaluate your intuitive ideas, and see if they’re correct. If they are, it’s possible that this is your spirit guide talking to you.
2. MEDITATION Some people seek out their spirit guides using meditation. While there are a number of guided meditations you can do to meet spirit guides, available commercially, there’s no need to spend money on a CD or download. Instead, take some time to meditate on your own – be sure to read our Meditation lessons in MAGICAL MEDITATIONS for basics on getting started. As you begin, make sure you’re clearing your mind out of anything that’s not related to meeting your spirit guide. And always, ALWAYS pray first. For many people, this mediation takes the form of a journey. Imagine yourself walking in a remote place, far from the madding crowd. Perhaps you’re in a forest, or on a mountainside, or out in the plains of the Midwest. As you wander, chances are good that you’ll meet someone along the way – and this person could be your spirit guide. Often, spirit guides are representative archetypes – that means they can be someone who symbolizes other things. For instance, your spirit guide might look like Abraham Lincoln. That doesn’t necessarily mean that Honest Abe is your spirit guide, but that he represents certain things to you – honesty, freedom, perseverance, and so on.
3. DREAM JOURNEYS Similar to meditation, a dream journey – which some people refer to as a vision quest – is a way of finding a spirit guide through the subconscious. However, unlike in meditation, during a dream journey, you’re actually asleep. Lucid dreaming is the practice of dreaming with a purpose – as you go to bed, focus on what you wish to dream about. In this case, focus on meeting a spirit guide. Lucid dreaming can be a little tricky to get the hang of, but once you’ve done it a few times, you’ll be able to pre-plan the basics of where you’re going in your dreams, and what you might be doing there. Because we tend to forget our dreams fairly quickly, it’s important to write down any messages you get during a dream journey, as well as information about anyone you happen to meet. You can go back later and evaluate it for patterns and meaning.
4. SIGNS, SYMBOLS AND OMENS We often talk here about people looking for symbolism where there isn’t any and then failing to recognize it when it’s right in front of them. Some spirit guides will make themselves known to you with a series of symbols and signs. These may be very basic ones – perhaps you keep seeing blue things, and you’ve never noticed them before – or they may be more complex. Many people believe that if you want answers from your spirit guide, you need to ask them a question – don’t just assume that they’re going to spoon feed you information that’s beneficial. Ask a question, or at the very least, ask for a solution to a dilemma, and then watch for signs or omens that provide an answer.
5. DIVINATION Ideally, most people find they want to discover their spirit guide on their own. If you're skilled at divination, you can try a variety of divination methods yourself to see if you can contact a spirit guide - you don't necessarily have to pay a psychic to do this for you.
Remember, some people may not have a spirit guide at this time, and some people have many of them working together or in turns. If you do have a spirit guide right now, you may not find them available to you all the time. Often, they only appear when needed – after all, the purpose of a guide is to offer guidance. If you’re doing just fine, there’s a possibility that they’re off helping others who need it more than you do.

I have decided to use the NESARC study. I am interested in personality disorders, specifically anti social personality disorder ASPD. I am interested in examining the correlation between anti social personality disorder in individual and the family history. Is ASPD caused by hereditary or are individuals who have a family history of ASPD more subjected to have this personality disorder. I also want to examine the association between having ASPD and other personality disorders such as Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder and Avoidant Personality Disorder.
I will include these variables in my code book;
Anti Social Personality Disorder Behaviors Variables:
·       S11AQ1A1 - often cut class, not go to class or go to school and leave without permission
·       S11AQ1A3 - ever have time when bullied or pushed people around or tried to make them afraid of you
·       S11AQ1A6 - more than once quit a job without knowing where would find another one
·       S11AQ1A7 - more than once quit a school program without knowing what would do next
·       S11AQ1A11 - ever time have when you lied a lot, other than to avoid being hurt
Antisocial Personality Disorder Family History Variables:
·       S11BQ1- blood/natural father ever had behavior problems
·       S11BQ2 - blood/natural mother ever had behavior problems
·       S11BQ3B - number of full brothers who ever had behavior problems
·       S11BQ3C - any full brothers ever had behavior problems
·       S11BQ4B - number of full sisters who ever had behavior problems
·       S11BQ4C - any full sisters ever had behavior problems
Other Personality Disorders Variables:
·       OBCOMDX2 - obsessive-compulsive personality disorder
·       AVOIDPDX2 - avoidant personality disorder
·       ANTISOCDX2 - antisocial personality disorder (with conduct disorder)
My research questions are:
1.       Are individuals who have a family history of Antisocial Personality Disorder ASPD more subjected to have this personality disorder than those who do not have a family history?
2.       Is heredity a reason for Antisocial Personality Disorder ASPD?
3.       Is there a correlation between developing an Antisocial Personality Disorder ASPD and an Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder OCPD?
4.       Is there a correlation between developing an Antisocial Personality Disorder ASPD and an Avoidant personality disorder APD?
5.       Is there a correlation between developing an Antisocial Personality Disorder ASPD and a Conduct Personality Disorder CPD?
My Code Book:

Literature Review:
Antisocial personality disorder, like other personality disorders, is a longstanding pattern of behavior and experience that impairs functioning and causes distress (Antisocial Personality Disorder, March 2019). In the book Anti Social Personality Disorder: Treatment, Management, and Prevention, the British Psychological Society explains that people who suffer from Antisocial Personality Disorder exhibit traits of impulsivity, high negative emotionality and low conscientiousness. The book associates the condition with inherited traits, while stating that people with this disorder also frequently grow up in fractured families where parental conflict is the norm and where parenting is often harsh and inconsistent (Antisocial Personality Disorder: Treatment, Management and Prevention, 2010).
In a study conducted by Viding and colleagues (2005), the researches have shown that by subtyping the antisocial behaviour in 7-year-old twins into those children with and without callous and unemotional traits (that is, AB/CU+ and AB/CU− respectively), there was a much stronger heritability in the former (of 0.81 versus 0.30 respectively) (Viding & Blair, 2005). Moreover, there is evidence that children who offend early and do so with greater aggression have an increased heritability for this behaviour. Hence, there is some evidence that this aggressive antisocial behaviour is ‘hardwired’ in the brain from an early age (Viding & Blair, 2005).
In support of the hereditary nature of Anti Social Personality Disorder, the article Antisocial Personality Disorder in Harvard Health Publishing states that researchers have found certain physiological responses that may occur more frequently in people with antisocial personality disorder. For example, they have a comparatively flat response to stress. They seem to get less anxious than the average person. They seem to have a harder time maintaining daytime arousal. They also have a weak "startle reflex," the involuntary response to loud noises (Antisocial Personality Disorder, March 2019).
The American Psychiatric Association's (APA) Diagnostic and Statistical Manual fifth edition (DSM-5), Cluster B personality disorders are disorders that feature behavior that is emotional, dramatic, or erratic. Antisocial Personality Disorder is an example of Cluster B personality. However, anxiety and fear underlie the behaviors that occur with Cluster C disorders. Examples of Cluster C disorders are Avoidant Personality Disorder and Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorders (Brazier, 2019). Little research has been done to show the correlation between ASPD and other disorders from other clusters. Two of my research questions attempt to test the correlation and see if positive association does indeed exist.
Considering the above review, I have developed the following hypothesis;
1.       H1: Individuals who have a family history of Antisocial Personality Disorder ASPD are more subjected to have this personality disorder than those who do not have a family history.
2.       H2: Heredity is one of the reasons for Antisocial Personality Disorder ASPD.
1.       H3: There is a weak positive correlation between developing an Antisocial Personality Disorder ASPD and an Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder OCPD.
2.       H4: There is a weak positive between developing an Antisocial Personality Disorder ASPD and an Avoidant personality disorder APD.
3.       H5: There is a weak positive between developing an Antisocial Personality Disorder ASPD and a Conduct Personality Disorder CPD.
