Finally finished baldur's gate three..........
End game spoilers beneath the cut! 😭
OF COURSE I ENDED THE GAME WITH KARLACH
I've cried TWICE during this game, and they were both because of Karlach's damn dialogue - I am still emotional omg. There was no way Tav was leaving her like that on that pier.
it's very on brand for my character to leave behind two love interests for his best friend. honestly, a mood.
Jesus. KARLACH. I'm still not okay.

SJM brushed too much over the fact, didn't go into enough detail that Feyre and Rhys slow danced until/in the early morning hours of Starfall when everyone already fell asleep or went home.

I can’t wait for Malleus’ bday because of all that we know now. Malleus birthday has so much more impact because of everything we have learned.
How he was alone but he kept trying to live because Lilia kept visiting him and talking to him. How Lilia was able to hear his voice.
Lilia told him stories and made him promises. Lilia gave his life force/magic to him.
Lilia learned to love and change because of him and hatched him.
Malleus who was born out of so much love 🥹😭💚

memory loss hurt comfort prompt for the wip game 👀
Ooooo anon, I hope you're ready for this, there's gonna be A LOT of hurt before we get to the comfort here:
It was a beautiful day. Again. The sun was shining. Again, The birds were singing. Always the same song, the same length, the same, the same, the same. The sun was shining, but now it felt cold and hollow, not warm and inviting. There was something very wrong about where he was, and now that he was paying attention, Hob fits the pieces together to form a very simple conclusion.
He was dreaming. He’d been dreaming for the entire time he’d been in this cottage. The knowledge suddenly alerts Hob to a deep ache in his muscles and bones. Wherever his waking body was, it wasn’t here, and it hadn’t moved or been moved in a long time.
Too long, his mind supplies.
Wake up, he tells himself. He’d always been able to get himself to wake up if he knew he was dreaming. But it doesn’t seem to be working this time.
Wake! Up! He tells himself over and over to no avail. Wake up, wake up, wake up!
Nothing.
also tagging @five-and-dimes since this is related to a prompt they sent me 👀
