Bell family headcanon time :D
I think Micah was the first of the two brothers, and that's also the reason Micah has the name he does. His parents planned to continue the tradition of naming children after their ancestors; Micah Bell I, II and now III. However, Micah's mother suddenly became pregnant with Amos—who wasn't a planned pregnancy. Their parents got a little sloppy and suddenly, the mother was pregnant. And the reason Amos has the name he does, is because their family tradition had to somehow be carried on, so Amos got named after his grandfather from his mother's side, to keep it 'fair' for Micah. So essentially, Amos' name is actually 'Amos Bell II'.
I just started thinking about this and I really like the idea.
