Welt notices your shift in mood pretty fast and would at first give you some space. He knows how it feels like and doesn't want to overwhelm you with questions immideatly. Instead, he let's you come to him when he knows your ready. He tells you often, that he'll always be there for you and he meant it.

So, when he knows the time is right and you come shuffling over to him, he let's you relax into his embrace and hugs you close with reassuring and affectionate words. He won't press you to speak on what the issue is, but if you chose to do so, then he'll listen intently and work through your emotions with you. He'll never let you go through it alone.

In the end, he'll showr you with endless gentle love and affection, whilst spoiling you with things he knows will cheer you up. He'll even clear up his usually busy schedule to do whatever you want with him for as long as you need him to. He wants you to be happy after all.

》Blade

Blade is very emotionally unavailable and has a hard time processing his feelings too, so he probably wouldn't notice how sad you are lately at first. And it's not because he doesn't care, but it's rather because he always found emotions to be a weakness, before he met you. You finally made him feel something.

And so, when he finally notices how you've been bottling up all your issues and crying yourself to sleep, he confronts you directly about it. He's worried deep down, even if he comes off as harsh and you know that he means well. But after hiding your emotions for so long, all you can manage as a response, is you hugging him tightly and sobbing into his arms.

He freezes up for a moment in surprise, but eventually begins rubbing your back and just letting you rant about all that's been troubling you lately. He refrains from offering to get rid of the people, who've been causing you issues for now though. He'll instead offer to spend more time with you and spoils you with things he knows you like. He is doing his best for you and hopes you can see his efforts.

》Dan Heng

Dan Heng is not very in tune with his emotions either, but he has a basic understanding on what to do. He also notices pretty easily, when you start feeling very sad and begin to bottle up your emotions. At first, he thinks giving you space is the best approach to this, until he realises that you are just getting worse through it.

And so, he gently confronts you about your emotions by pulling you close and coaxing your troubles out of you with gentle and reassuring words. He'll listen to you rant closely and tries coming up with solutions for you. You two talk through every issue you may have, no matter how minor it is and somehow solve it together. This makes you feel better fast and calm down.

It ends with Dan Heng embracing you in his warm body and cuddling you for as long as you need him to. He'll try getting your mind off of things by telling you some new things he found in the archives or just stories from some Trailblazer missions he was on lately, until you fall into a peaceful slumber at last, free from all worries, thanks to him.

》Gepard Landau

Gepard unfortunately doesn't notice your drastic shift in emotions immideatly, due to how much time he's forced to spend at the frontlines. When he returns home however, he instantly notices that something is wrong with you and makes sure to gently confront you about it, so you won't get overwhelmed.

He didn't expect you to just break down however, the moment his hand touched your face, which made him quickly pull you into his arms tightly. You feel secure and safe in the captains embrace, which encourages you silently to spill all your worries to him. He listens intently and eventually helps you through your problems, once you feel calm enough.

He'll take some time off work after just to take care of you and nurse you back to your usual state. He doesn't care, if you agree to it or not, because seeing you happy and healthy is his first priority in everything. He'll take you out often and spoil you with everything you want. He won't let you even frown once anymore either, from how well he treats you in those days, making sure you know that he'll always be there for you.

Hands of the Emperor - Victoria Goddard - probably my current fave book and protag, read it twice in less than a year despite it being like 1200 pages, if i loved it less i could talk about it more, and without crying. maybe it's niche and imperfect, but to ME? book of all time

The Queen's Thief - Megan Whalen Turner - fave book series for more than a decade, makes me experience shrimp emotions that nothing else will ever be able to replicate

Piranesi - Susanna Clarke - how did a portal fantasy meets psychological horror become actually the most existentially comforting book in the world

Tuyo - Rachel Neumeier - technically a series, with 3 main novels and other novels and novellas about other characters (which i enjoyed less but still), but def start with tuyo. I fully went in expecting to not like it At All and was blown away???? I wept. I still weep. I can't explain why I love it without spoilers but it's technically a fantasy war story and yet is almost entirely character driven

Wind, Sand, and Stars - Antione de Saint-Exupery -reading this rn and technically it's billed as a memoir and adventure novel but actually its an existential meditation on the nature of human interaction and the soul and definitely comes from the same core as The Little Prince

If you HAVENT read the cemeteries of amalo/thara celehar spinoff of the goblin emperor PLEASE do, in many ways i love them even more than tge bc thara is up there with kip mdang in terms of characters i cant talk about without crying because it's too personal

The Sparrow Duology - Mary Doria Russell - PLEASE check the trigger warnings, unlike most of the recs on this list, this falls way more to the side of Baru in terms of dark content, but also it's maybe the closest I've ever come to being at peace

I'm definitely missing things, but these are all the books that have made me want to chew drywall in the last 2 years. How had you gone so long harboring your love for Thena? Especially without mentioning it to her or leaving even the slightest clue. You just never thought she’d be able to return your feelings, it had already been a thousand years of friendship, she treated you just as she did any other Eternals. Or were you just blind to the truth?

The others were well aware of your feelings and hers. She was reserved when expressing them, but Thena definitely shared the same love for you, she just wasn’t ready to face it and she didn’t feel like she was running out of time. Why rush it?

Kingo is why. Oh, Kingo was getting sick of tge pining, the silent sulking, and the waiting. He and the rest of your Eternals were desperate to see how this would play out. They’ve even started betting thanks to Makkari.

“Why, hello there, sweet y/n.” Kingo announced once he saw you in the crowded room of Eternals, almost all of which were struggling to contain their laughter. It certainly gained Thena’s attention, too. You stared at him with pure confusion, trying to laugh it off.

“Uh, hi Kingo?” You leaned back against the table and crossed your arms. “What’s going on?” You turned around to see Druig translating your words to Makkari and got rightfully suspicious of these theatrics.

“Oh, not much.” He answered with a pursed bottom lip, shrugging and turning his gaze to Thena to check the status of his plan. “It’s just…I never realized how absolutely stunning you are.” He was quite forward, especially when he took your hand and kissed your knuckles.

“Well, thank you?” You chuckled and tried to play along, wanting to know what it was he was getting at because this certainly couldn’t be real. “You are, too, Kingo.” Thena was growing quite agitated, clutching the piece of fruit in her hand much harder than she should have.

“I think that, well, I think I’d like to ask you on a date.” Kingo suggested with a smirk. “That is, with the blessing of our friends. What do you all say?” There was a chorus of agreement, clapping, and cheers as they channeled their laughter into smiles and screams. “Oh! That’s great news!”

“I didn’t know they all felt this way.” You awkwardly remarked and looked over at your longtime crush, Thena, who was silent and still as stone.

“And you, Thena?” Kingo smugly paced over to her. “Do you give your blessing for me to take our dear friend, y/n, on a date?” She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. “Who knows? Maybe y/n and I are meant to be. I think we’ll have ourselves a big, extravagant wedding. Live happily for thousands of years. Share many…intimate moments.” Kingo sat beside her and leaned his elbow on the table. “But you should approve, yes? So there’s nothing standing in the way of our love?” Suddenly, the fruit in Thena’s grasp burst, sending pieces flying each way just before she stomped out of the room. It was certainly concerning for you and the others, but they had to laugh at the fact that she’d grown so jealous of Kingo.

“What was that all about?” You finally ask once their character was broken and Gilgamesh took the liberty of explaining.

“Thena has been harboring some feelings for you for many years.” He pat you on the shoulder, then grabbing it and shaking you roughly. “Just as you have for her, my friend. Now you know, so go to her!” You nodded and jogged from the room, chasing after a fuming woman who’s flames of love just joined those of anger.

“Thena!” You ran to her as you finally caught sight of her heading toward a more sullen place to calm down. “Thena, hold on!”

“Kingo, huh? You two will make a wonderful couple.” She seethed and you tried to laugh it off.

“I was just as surprised as you are, Thena. It was a joke, they were trying to get us to admit our feelings for one another.” You explained to her, causing her to freeze in place and giving you a chance to stand before her.

“Our feelings?” Thena cocked an eyebrow and you nodded.

“I had no idea you felt the same as me.” You reached out for her hand and squeezed in gently, turning her angry red hue into a blushing one. “Everything Kingo said, maybe that’ll apply to us one day.” You tried to make light of their antics.

“That’d be quite nice.” She chuckled and pulled you closer to her, bringing you in for a hug just moments before she opted for a first kiss, too. A perfect setting, alone and content with one another’s company. “But…” Her lips parted from yours by just an inch or two. “We are so getting them back for this.”

They visit a psychic who refuses to read him, because he's too dark

Kate Micucci plays a character who's job is that people(mostly guys) come to her house to watch her live her day-to-day life.

She's questioned as (I think ) a witness

She lets tge guys but they kick them out.

People/they think the crime was done by the crime obsessed guy,who also has a secret room, but he turns out to be inoccent.

They feel guilty because they would have suspected him of that too

They visit a restaurant too eata nd something happens there?

It's done by the new female coroner that tries to kill the old creepy cornoner.

Fairly certain they were involved in school and then later on too.

Sal's lips softened into a light loving smile, feeling his boyfriend's body heat with his palm as the taller boy tangled his hands in Sal's hair. He ran his fingers through the light blue curls and tufts and clusters, trying to rid of any knots. Every time the blonde forced through something more severe, it followed with an "Ow" and a "I'm sorry," and then an " It's okay." And then a grin.

Being sat in his lovers lap, Sal began to lay back into his arms, comfortable. Travis lightly nudged him with two of his fingers, so that he can continue to mess with the others hair. Sal moved forwards. "Sorry." He mumbled, smiling at the freckled boy.

"You don't have to apologize.." Travis got through two or three tangles " You told me that you didn't get alot of sleep.. "

"Its fine. I'm not that tired." Sal would speak quietly. Though it was a bit of a lie. He could fall asleep at that moment if he wanted to. Travis adjusted the shorter boy's head to look up at him, and then bent to plant a short kiss on Sal's lips (It was frankly uncomfortable). "You look tired. Please sleep, babe." Travis sighed, and Sal nodded a 'no'-----. "Fine."

Travis knew little about hair. He didn't take care of himself much, and he never got close to any girls or anybody with a good deal of hair. He took a bunch of the blue locks and split it into three sections, like he had seen some girls do at lunch. Sal purred, closing his eyes.

He tried to remember what to do, until his head gave up and his hands unnatrually began to move around the strands. He undid it, restarting. "Ouch."

After an array of cool weather, the air was pleasingly warm, and the sun shone brightly above, covered by puffs of clouds drifting over and swaying about in the sky. The sidewalk was populated with a short series of people, walking slow to the tone of the morning. In the midst of it all, Midoriya was walking to his new school, with his mother. He gripped onto her hand with one, and with tge other he held onto his plain blue backpack, which had a decorative Allmight chain hanging off of it. He really was obsessed, wasn't he? Izuku looked at his mom curiously as they entered the school, nearing the kindergarden classroom. This was a new school. It was exciting to him, so he smiled, but a set of nervous thoughts still crept over his small shoulders.

His mother bent down, getting on a knee and planting a soft motherly kiss on the boys forehead. "Have a good day, Izuku." She gave him a warm smile which he was happy to recognize. "Mommy will see you soon." She stood up, patting him on his fluffs of green hair and leading him into the classroom. Every other kindergardener stared at him briefly.

The teacher grinned at him. "This is Midoriya. Say hello to him."

It frankly was not an ideal day to be at the playground. The sky was blue, but was ashen and cloudy-- it would certainly rain soon. The playground was unpopulated and minerature, not featuring much equipment. And the only people there were himself and one or two other kids who didn't bother talking to him. Izuku didn't mind though. He clasped onto the swing he sat on, pushing himself back and forward with his legs. He moved slowly. After a while of swinging, he attempted to call out for his mother to push him, but she was distracted by a book.

Midoriya sighed, a bit defeated. He looked over at the seesaw, wondering if anyone would want to go on it with him. His eyes went to the back of a boy, who seemed about his age. He squinted at the features. Hey, was that Kachaan? He waved to him excitedly, grinning widely at the familiar face. "Hey! Hey!"

It was only then, when Denki could realize what he was getting himself into. Sure, he was single. Sure, he was pansexual. He glimpsed over to Sero for a moment, feeling a light brush of pink tint over his cheeks. But if he refused to do it, he knew he wouldn't hear the end of it. Especially because Mina knew that Kami liked Sero.

"Before we start," Denki heard Kirishima begin to speak, sitting up, "You have seven minutes. You cannot forfeit unless you're going to shit yourself. I don't care if you're gay."

Denki gulped, and Mina playfully punched him in the arm. She knew why Denki was nervous. Mina suddenly seized The blonde's hand, placing it on th water bottle. "Kami, why don't you start? I mean, you didn't get to do much in truth or dare, so.."

Denki glared at her. Mina was his best friend, and he really appreciated her-- but she was really pushy with revealing all of his secrets. Not like she had ever done that, its just sometimes he wished Mina wasn't the /only/ person he could go to. "Yeah, sure."

He did get a loose invitation, after all. He didn't want to be rude and say he had plans, because he didn't.

Midoriya had been sitting on the couch, watching from distance as his classmates sat on the floor to play a game of spin the bottle, which he sat out in. Even if he wasn't sober, he didn't want to kiss his friends. He picked at a soda can with his thumb-nail, squinting while trying to open it. "Eeeh.."

Frankly, Todoroki was surprised that his father even agreed with his mother, for once. Even at six, Shoto took notice of the unhealthy relationship his parents shared. He actually wasn't the happiest about going to a public kindergarten, instead of being homeschooled. Sure, he wouldn't have to see his mean father every day, atleast-- not as much. But he didn't usually talk to kids his age, if any at all. He didn't know what they would think of him.

It was the first day of kindergarten. Shoto walked by his dad, quietly. He was a bit unhappy by this, as he didn't want to make a scene in his classroom. His dad was a hero, after all. He didn't really want to be a hero. By how his dad pushed it upon him, it seemed like the hardest job ever. Todoroki didn't know what he wanted to be, but not something like that.

Surprisingly, Endeavor *didn't* go in the class. He stopped by the door, telling him to behave, then leaving, hastily. He didn't really care, though. Its not like he was going to talk to anyone. He sat in a random seat near the back, plopping his backpack next to his seat and watching as a plethora of six-year-olds came in through the door. One of them sat by him. He awkwardly avoided eye contact.

Aw anon, I’m so not gonna give you the answer you hoped you’d get to this haha I’ve talked briefly about something on these lines on my main blog not too long ago, but in general the way I feel about this is, there’s no way Kirishima could ever hate Bakugou. I’m positive their relationship would have been a friendship whatever moment in time they were to meet, tbh!

And this is in part about how Kirishima just doesn’t seem to know how to hate, like, anything so why would he hate Bakugou of all people, but it’s also about how I don’t feel like Bakugou changed all that much between middle school and the first day of high school? Kirishima didn’t meet a perfect version of Bakugou, he met a Bakugou that lauched himself at Deku and had to be restrained by Aizawa, a Bakugou that blew up half a building to beat Deku, a Bakugou that was more yelling and explosions than anything else - and Kirishima looked at him and saw him anyway, you know? He looked at Bakugou fighting against Deku and thought “he looks desperate”. He looked at Bakugou and didn’t stop at his yelling and violence, not even in the very beginning. This would have happened before their UA days too, in my opinion - Kirishima and Bakugou, they have personalities made to fit together. You don’t need to chip anything away for them to like each other, they see worth in each other, they understand each other. When they first became friends Bakugou wasn’t any less shouty and angry and Kirishima wasn’t any less righteous and earnest than how they were back in middle school, all in all!

Well, what you were talking about was a one-time meeting anyway, right? Considering Bakugou’s always been cocky and shouty but has never engaged in uncalled-for fights, and how all his bully-like behaviours have always been restricted only to interacting with Deku, I doubt he would have actually fought Kirishima. At best he could have told him to mind his own business before angrily stomping away, tbh. A meeting like that would have hardly left an impression on either of them, let’s be real haha

I just read ur thoughts about Levi and I find them very interesting: "I also like that in the end his fulfilling Erwin's final request is really not about hating Zeke, but about aknowledging his humanity and, in a sense, letting him die like he wanted, so that the Rumbling can be stopped." I completely agree with the whole post but the recent guidebook made me worried. It's as if it's betraying us for believing what we believed. Here's a rough translation I just came across with++

(P2)++ "Erwin, I think I'm able to fulfill the promise now." And later, "Levi was hellbent on fulfilling the promise he made to Erwin four years ago by killing the beast titan. Once he was able to achieve that, he was able to meet his friends with a clear heart." Idk if it's 100 % correct or not but if it is, for one idk how I'm supposed to feel about his expression after killing Zeke. As u mentioned as well I too always thought he looked sad, but the guidebook seems to be proving us wrong?++

(P3) ++ Secondly: Levi was attached to fulfilling the promise" I mean we all know Levi cared about the promise so much, there's no denying that, but what strikes me is that the guidebook is making it sound he didn't give a crap about anything+anyone else. Sorry, but I do not really care about the guidebook :) and I do not think it says anything different than what the story shows us.

I think i have mentioned it before, but basically... Levi is a great character with a great arc, but his arc reaches its climax and complexity in the return to Shiganshina portion of the story. After that, he has still his moments, but there is not much to say imo.

He is given one last objective which is to kill Zeke and in the end he succeeds. Isayama played it pretty straight when it comes to Levi, but I still liked that Zeke's death is not really framed as one of Levi's glorious moments, but rather as Zeke's glorious moment.

Zeke gets to die in a cathartic way because he is finally grateful of having been born. This is what that moment is really about. It is about Zeke loving his life hence being ready to sacrifice it in a last act of beauty. It is not about Levi finally getting his revenge.

Levi gets what he wants and gains a sense of closure and symbolically says goodbye to his comrades and his past. This is also why he is able to start a new life staying close with the next generation (Gabi and Falco).

As for Levi caring only for his promise to Erwin to the point that it becomes an obsession, this is false in text.

Levi does not act on his wish to kill Zeke in Liberio because Zeke is imiportant for Paradis’s future. Later on, he chooses to go save the world with the others despite being wounded. He is clearly sad about Hange’s death and he protects everyone in the final fight.

Finally, when the Rumbling starts once again, he is the one who realizes they have to go back in the air to fight Eren and leads the others.

In short, Levi cares about others a lot. For him his promise to kill Zeke was important and it is used as a closure to his story, even if it is not as thematically resonant as other parts of his arc.

Pone Reviews 76: Horse Play Hello and welcome back to Pone Reviews! Before I go see "Avengers: Infinity War" tonight, I bring you my latest Season 8 episode review. Celestia is doing something again... and I can't say I'm impressed. Here's "Horse Play!" First, the moral. "The truth is always better than a well-meant lie." Riiiiiiiiiight. Hey Little Timmy, your mom isn't coming home because she overdosed on heroin and died. Hey Little Susie, Daddy beat a hooker to death and now he's in jail for the rest of his natural life. Hey Mr. President, your wife slaps your hand away because she wants a divorce. The truth is nice and all that, but is it necessary *all the time?* Sure, there are ways of saying the truth that don't sound as harsh as how I delivered them, but it can still do more harm than good. Celestia needed to know that her acting wasn't up to presentable standards. But no one thought she could take the truth that easily? She is stronger than you and you know it. OR you could help her improve and make your show a success! You don't have to say her acting is awful. The lesson here should be, "The truth might hurt, but the REAL truth sucks ass." And now, the plot. It's Celestia's ones-iversary, and what better way to celebrate than put on a play? Let's cast Celestia as the lead role! As much as I appreciate that Celestia is doing shit, I don't appreciate how the other characters treated her. They stress how bad she is at acting, but maybe that's because it's her first time doing so? The Young Six were there. Were they born actors before they did this, or were they as awful as Sunbutt? Celestia may have been bad, Applejack, but I still think she should have gotten a chance. Twilight was being nicer here, IMHO. The Method Mares could have done a little better, too. Why not just explain to Celestia that the box is imaginary and that's how acting works? Could have saved yourselves a lot of trouble there. And here's one more real thing about all this: Celestia may be a laughing stock in the end, but she's the ALL-MIGHTY WIELDER OF TGE SUN. She could fuck your shit up if you make fun of her. Treat Celestia better, you guys. Here are some more laughing stocks from this episode: *Gallus has to wear fake hooves... even though he basically has the same claws as Silverstream. *Come on Celestia, eavesdropping on Twilight and Spike's conversation is low. *Go ahead and raise the sun early, Celestia. Not like that fucks up the entire ecosystem. Unless the play is at dawn, which is also a problem. *Rarity of all ponies couldn't fix those costumes before the play? Even with the delay? And here are some things about this episode that can go up to take a bow: *OKAY THE LINE WHERE PINKIE BUYS A FIREWORK FROM TRIXIE IN AN ALLEY AT MIDNIGHT IS MY NEW FAVORITE LINE HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH *Sandbar's little Star Swirl outfit is so cute! Also is Yona supposed to be Clover the Clever? *Raspberry Beret. The kind you find in a second-hand store. (In all seriousness, I didn't expect to see the Method Mares again and I think they were a nice touch.) *Ocellus is still cutest student. To conclude: A theatrical episode with a sucky moral and a screwed up Equestrian ecosystem. 3 out of 5 rainbows 🌈🌈🌈 Thanks for reading another Pone Reviews. Review: teen titans go

Hello everyone, This will be my thoughts on tge new show teen titans go. I will inform you all that we both grew up on the original show so this new version is interesting. Now then in my opinion I don't really enjoy watching this show. After a few episodes I could tell they twisted the characters around. Let's take raven for example. Raven was the dark, mysterious and quite type. She was a demon but she was considered a sacrifice to her father. In her mirror world she had other selfs that would make up her emotions and give her power. In the new show teen titans go Raven smiles, watches My little pony, and even dates. In one episode she said she loved to dance by her father says "demons don't dance" and came through a portal just to tear up her outfit for the dance. She even went all white power self and was a giggling girl. What happened? One of the episodes I've seen if teen titans go I considered insulting to British people and bad for kids for the message it sent. In that episode cyborg made tea and the gang (except robin) drank it. Everyone (expect robin) turned british. It was insulting because it said 'being british was evil" Robin had tried to get his friends to not drink it because of the "evil" British people trying to take over america. The message it sent that I didn't think was acceptable for kids was "soda is America's drink and it must be the only drink we need" In the episode robin kept saying how soda was America's drink and we much drink it to stay american. My question is how did this great anime turn into a fanfictanion? It screams marysue fanfic. Also in the original show it was canon that robin and starfire were a couple, ( in the movie where they went to japan) And yet i would think instead of remaking the anime that they would want to make new episodes where they left off. I give the new show 2 stars for animation (why? Everyone of cartoon network shows look exactly like that show. It's not different or original) 1 star for characters personality (changing the original character is a bad move especially if someone grew up on that show watched the horror of your remake)
