So I may have a fic prompt for you, because I don't trust myself to do this bunny justice. It's an AU where Izuku gets OFA, but doesn't attend the hero course at UA. Instead he joints the the general management course, because All Might is scared of the attention the hero course will bring in regards to AFO. Izuku trains under Nedzu and uses his analysis skills to become this universes version of Oracle calling himself Deku. He becomes the technical advisor and information broker for several hero agencies.

Due to not being in the hero course All Might had more time to train him in OFA. At night he works as the vigilante Parakeet, dismantling AFO's operation, using Black Whip, Danger Sense and Smokescreen instead of the full stockpiling power. He even collaborates with Gentle on a couple of jobs, but he hates Stain with a passion.

I would love to see this prompt become a reality, just please no AllMight bashing

My Hero Superman AU; Miscellaneous #2

Musutafu Daily News; Earth Has a New Superman; Man of Tomorrow!

It has been almost a full year since the world was introduced to Jon-El at UA’s Sports Festival. The son of Kal-El quickly made a name for himself during the festival as he showcased both incredible power and sportsmanship. After taking on the name of “Superboy”, he attended his first internship under the hero Gran Torino, who took him to patrol the streets of Hosu just as an attack by the “League of Villains” occurred! The group unleashed their engineered “Nomus” upon the streets of the city, Superboy quickly went into action alongside the elderly pro and quickly helped turn the tide of battle.

Mid-battle however, he had heard that his friend Tenya Iida, Ingenium at the time, had gone off to face the Hero Killer Stain, alone. Superboy quickly went to aid his friend and with help from the future Batman, then “Icy-Hot”, they were able to subdue the Insane Hero-Killer, who then went on to proclaim that Superboy was the only one other than All Might who had proven themselves worthy of ending him.

After easily dispatching a Nomu that had tried to abduct him, Jon-El then debated Stain on his ideals, that all pros who used their authority for personal gain in anyway, such as simply becoming heroes to be paid, were “fake” heroes and should be slain. Jon claimed that Stain had no reason to act as judge, jury and executioner on the many people he’s killed and that those who became heroes to earn money were simply trying to provide for their families, families he pointed out, that were left mourning their losses and sent into financial ruin after Stain killed their pro hero parent in cold-blood.

Jon-El claimed that everyone deserves a chance at redemption and that they can change if given the opportunity to do so, but Stain refused to believe so, having fully lost himself to his insane beliefs.

This was the first major event that Superboy took part in, the next being the defeat of the villain All for One in Kamino, where his own father came out of his self imposed retirement years after the world had assumed him dead and revealed his true origins to the world.

Since then, Superboy has gone on to accomplish many feats and takedowns against large groups of villains, alongside his girlfriend, Uravity, and their classmates from UA. Even their adopted daughter has taken to doing her part to make the world safer by donning her family’s emblem and declaring herself “Supergirl”!

Recently however, Jon-El has been spotted wearing a new costume more akin to armor that resembles his father’s own costume. This costume was apparently gifted to him by his father, along with the blessings to use the title given to him by us, the people of Earth.

The young Superman has embraced the mantle given to him by his father with pride and has quickly began helping others alongside his own group of next-gen heroes the “Teen Titans”, with many approving of their actions, despite their young age. Uravity has even gotten her own new costume as well and taken on the name “Superwoman; Galactic Maiden”, and his own sister, Troy, has taken up the mantle of their mother and grandmother, and has become “Wonder Woman; Princess of Power”! Pro hero Mt Lady has even revealed to the public that she can also shrink at will and has taken up a new alias and now goes by the title of “Subatomic Hero; the Atom”, she has since become an official member of the Justice League.

Society hasn’t been shaken to it’s very core for the better like this since All Might and the Justice League made their original debuts. Only time will tell just how much more good Jon-El will perform, but there is one thing this reporter is sure of. The son of Kal-El will help lead us to a better tomorrow!

I want an AU where Stain goes to UA and is actually friends with teenage Eraserhead, Present Mic, and their friends because cmon they are the same age????

I wouldn’t be surprised if he did try out UA at some point and went for their entrance exams. I mean, All Might, his idol for gods sake, is an alumni and who wouldn’t want to follow in their idols footsteps?? You can see from his fighting style he def works out a lot and doesn’t rely that much on his quirk to do work for him. His quirk would also be so suited to Underground Heroics as well??

Also i kinda want Stain to have a chance to be around like-minded or similar minded individuals in his high school years. UA mostly a really good environment for heroics, where most ppl do have a want to help ppl in them somewhere, which is a contrast likely to the private school he went to that is prob full of rich and snobby ppl.

Like cmon he and aizawa would def get along together like a house on fire. He wouldn’t mind Tensei for sure cus the guy is pretty chill, nice, get along with everyone kind of person and all (wow what a stark contrast from canon huh).

He miiiight be a tad annoyed at Oboro, and Midnight due to how much…louder their personalities are, but that would be on the surface. He would appreciate their unique skills and abilities, and is kinda like Aizawa in this friendship relationship dynamic where they are the more quiet, snarky ones. (He would also just facepalm over Midnights costume in her third year like…i know you need your hero costume to support your quirk but whERE THE FUCK IS YOUR PROTECTIVE ARMOR WOMAN?? ALSO WHAT KIND OF IMAGE ARE YOU TRYING TO SEND TO KIDS AND CHILDREN IF THEY SEE YOU WHAT THE FUCK THIS IS NOT ALL MIGHT CHILD FRIENDLY APPROVED-)

Then Stain being his way to becoming a Hero himself, possibly with a lot of beef with the more famous heroes like Endeavour that are not in it to help people. I don’t see him being that well-liked because his cold and judgemental personality towards other heroes, but he’s likely to be well-respected.

I want an AU where it’s revealed that AFO has a child but no one knows who they are.

And by no one, I mean the heroes. Exclusively. Just so I can have this type of exchange for the whole AU.

Heroes: “But who could be the child of the Symbol of Evil? Of course, we will put our best elements on the case but we might never find out.“

The entire villain community: “It’s the bone breaking kid from the Sport Festival.”

Heroes: “Really, this is a riddle for the ages...”

Heroes: “Don’t be ridiculous! The kid is a sunshine personified! Always nervous and fanboying! There is no way!”

Villains: “Sunshine personified punched Muscular through a mountain.”

Heroes: “... That was a one time thing.”

Villains: “It certainly wasn’t but we will get back to that. Didn’t he recently started to use a completely different quirk?”

Heroes: “Oh yeah, common mistake but it’s actually a new form of his bonebreaking quirk.”

Villains: “There is no way you can actually believe that eldritch black tendrils can be related in any way to a power-type quirk so I am just going to assume that you’re in some kind of very deep denial. Or that he used a brainwashing quirk on you since... you know... HE OBVIOUSLY HAS THE ABILITY TO STEAL QUIRKS. How about that time when he was accused of mass murder?”

Heroes: “That was a mix-up.”

Villains: “Like the time where he definitely didn’t help to bring the Hero Killer down despite the very obvious Air Might red sneakers trace on Stain’s face? Or the time where he obviously forced the son of Endeavor to use his flames on live television? Or when he kicked the crap out of a villain Youtuber so his school festival wouldn’t be interrupted? Or that time when a kid matching his description was seen in Kamino... RESCUING THE LEAGUE OF VILLAINS’ HOSTAGE. How about the fact that every villain trying to take AFO’s place met Deku at some point and he personally kicked their ass?”

Heroes: “Well, no, obviously, those aren’t mix-ups...”

Villains: “Finally!”

Heroes: “These are called coincidences.”

Dabi, looking up from his conspiracy board with the words PROPRIETY OF TODOROKI TOUYA written on the back: “I’m not.”

Hawks: “Sure, keep telling yourself that. I was just wondering if you had any theories about who All for One’s kid -”

Dabi, going back to his How To Ruin Endeavor’s Life And Kill My Brother plan: “It’s Midoriya Izuku, the kid who keeps mumbling about quirks and who put the fear of God into the heart of most villains now that All for One is in jail. Can you leave now?”

Hawks: “Listen, I know this is a really popular theory in the villain community but I know he can’t be All for One’s kid. I really shouldn’t tell you that but the Commission is pretty sure that his father is a very important top hero...”

Dabi: “Only a moron would think he is All Might’s secret lovechild. It’s obvious that All Might bribed him with a new identity and his own quirk so he wouldn’t become AFO 2.0.”

Hawks: “It’s crazy. His quirk isn’t All Might’s!”

Dabi: “Then why did the number 1 hero’s activity drastically dropped after a kid with an identical quirk started attending UA? And how come that as soon as Midoriya got a handle on the quirk, All Might retired?”

Hawks: “...”

Dabi: “As for Kamino, I would also be pissed if All Might had deprived me of my villainous heir and I was now stuck with Shigaraki instead.”

Hawks: *leaves because it’s starting to make sense*

Dabi: “YOU CAN’T FLY FROM THE TRUTH!”

Yo Pocket, for teacher fuyumi , how would Hosu go?

So Hosu is supposed to be a week where teachers get half days to catch up on grading and meetings (and agency patrol requirements, if UA isn't their registered agency). I don't know if that's canon but it lines up with my experience so that's what the au has. Fuyumi has to attend the senior team meeting, the freshmen team meeting, and the applied heroics content meeting, but she's pretty caught up on grading and plans about a week more of lessons ahead before leaving after lunch each day. (The first three days, at least.)

She then goes to the Endeavor agency, where she isn't required to do any patrol, but tells her father over dinner that Sunday night that she needs experience in order to teach so many classes since that's her job now (and technically, his fault) so he's like "yeah I heard you handled yourself fine at USJ you can join a sidekick patrol group for the week while I focus on teaching Shoto agency stuff"

At the freshman team meeting she hears about Tenya going to Hosu, and frets, but keeps quiet other than confiding in Thirteen, who reassures her that the likelihood of getting into trouble at Manual's agency is tiny, Tenya is more likely to be bored to tears all week and regret making the choice to go there rashly.

She also asks All Might how Izuku's is going, because the impression she got off Gran Torino from his shaking reaction to the offer before the internship week was not great. She feels a little better when Toshi smiles in relief and says Izuku says it's going great, he's getting a lot of progress made on using his quirk. Fuyumi is comforted a little, but still frets. Izuku's a sweet boy, she wouldn't be surprised if he was lying a little for his dad's sake.

She can't really do anything with those frets, though. Then Enji announces he's going to Hosu after Stain and bringing Shoto with him. Fuyumi asks to come too. Enji weighs everything (actually liking this kid, or his idea of her, and wanting her safe, the concerns for him and Shoto's spotlight, the fact she did handle USJ, agency expectations, public expectations, the experience she needs at UA,) and then decides "ok, but you'll be in a patrol group that splits from us to look for more clues, call us immediately if you get a lead on Stain.

She does not get a lead on Stain, the city catches fire, and there are more Nomu running around. It's a very stressful third patrol, but at least she's able to put out fires and evacuate people.

Then her phone pings, and it's a location sent by Midoriya. (After USJ she made sure all students had her number in case of emergency, and has been pleasantly surprised no one used it yet for romantic advice or anything.) She has no clue what to make of it and is distracted by trying to focus on her job helping until she gets another ping, this time from her father, demanding if she sent something that made Shoto run off. She forwards the location pin and says it's from a classmate, maybe Shoto got it too? Enji recognizes the address as the one Shoto called as he ran off, an Echo Street alleyway, and agrees, telling everyone to head there as soon as they can.

As soon as she can is with a group of other heroes, to see her brother and students drag Stain out of an alleyway. Fuyumi is going to make Thirteen buy her coffee all next week for being so wrong. Endeavor shows up, Tsubasa shows up, Stain does his thing. Fuyumi goes to the hospital directly with the boys, citing she's the closest UA staff member and needs to report back.

She makes sure to do so that night, before the cover story is decided and NDAs are required. She meets Manual, decides he's nice and winces at his suspended teaching license. She meets Gran, decides she has no idea what to make of him yet. She's granted the power to decide if the boys will go home after healing, or back to the internship. Shoto and her know there's not much difference either way for him, so she just lets him have some extra time in the hospital before letting him back to the agency. She sends Tenya home and orders him to spend time with his family and brother, and then discuss with Izuku what he wants to do with the single day he'll have left after he's discharged. No surprise, he wants to go back to training. She points out that Gran's teaching lisence is suspended so he can't go there unless there's a sidekick with a lisence. Izuku thinks about it, realizes who Toshinori is, and says there might be- there might be a hero who works with UA, even. Izuku spends the last day of the internship in a gym at UA with All Might and Gran, Toshi delighting in seeing how far he's come this week, and getting to actually talk to Gran face to face, clear some things.

BNHA AU Ideas : Darker Stains

TL;DR: 

Being a villain might run in Izuku's family, but that doesn't mean he needs to be the same type of villain as his dad. After all, the world doesn't need another All for One.

But I could do with another Stain.

AKA: Izuku, stubbornly follows Stain around until the guy warms up to him, all while he slowly poisons his gen ed class against the concept of heroes. Iida is stuck in the middle of all of this and finding himself begrudgingly agreeing with the kid who seems too sweet to be a villain.

Basically, deku is stain's apprentice

Ok less apprentice, more like "kid he cant get rid of"

izuku has afo and is sensei's kid and its kinda been his mission to get stain onside, but he just kinda started staning stain

so he said "love u dad but can i just like, follow this guy" and his dad said "you know what, its good to broaden your villainous horizons" So he makes a deal w stain: the heroes don't have to die, but izuku will take their quirks from them

in this AU izuku can "borrow" a quirk pretty quickly but needs a solid minute of contact to fully take it

izuku goes to ua, hes a gen. ed. student! he's there to get connections/blackmail but he only shows up around 3 days a week because of "family matters" but he’s holding great grades so they haven’t pushed too hard about his attendance. the only quirk izuku is listed as having is minor telekinesis, its all he uses in school but he gets pretty far in the sports festival, all the way to the tournament but has to forfeit his match because he needs to do something

(it was against bakugo. he honestly could have fought it but bakugo would be way angrier not being allowed to fight him so he left a little early)

so bakugo has always been kinda,,, scared of izuku. he lives w his dad, his mum lives in europe or something, bakugo isn't sure (afo told her it'd be safer for her to leave the country because all might vs him would be dangerous. She agreed but asked that he A, look after izuku and B, she be allowed to give her quirk to him as a gift to keep him safe. its izukus favorite quirk) and izuku has always let off a creepy aura. he had a "weak" quirk but did a lot of unexplained things, was too smart etc and his dad was creepy as all hell

bakugo would never admit it, but he was kinda glad he didnt have to fight izuku

Iida doesn’t get the call from his mum until later so he gets his medal and everything.

turns out? tensei was stopped by the hero killers, they don't "kill" people but they do kill heroes, tensei fought, lost and lost his quirk

so everything happens as in canon up till hosu (mirio has ofa) so izuku knows iida a little, was on his team with todoroki (replaced kami, his quirk was great for grabbing headbands). He actually picked iida's team because he wanted to know more about him before they took on ingenium

he wasnt 100% onboard with the removal of ingenium because he wasn't all that bad but he wasn't perfect for stains ideology because he was pretty profit-focused, had no other heroes on team but loads of sidekicks who make lower rates than heroes and give his agency a funding boost and was from a Hero Family so it wasn't super likely he wanted to be a hero just to save people

but he was a nice guy and put his life on the line for people so izuku thought he was pretty ok but stain was sticking to his guns and izuku didn't want the guy dead,,, so he said sure. so, izuku kinda,,, knows iida is going to come after stain. he saw all the people who put in internship forms, he saw where iida put down and put 2 and 2 together. but, thing is? he really likes iida! every time he's met iida the guy has been super nice to him, if a little uptight. during the cavalry battle he even took a hit for izuku he didn’t need to and izuku liked that so he’s trying to steer stain away from where he knows iida is probably going to end up because fuck endeavour and he's in Hosu

(plus izuku wants that sweet sweet fire quirk because he's not allowed to take dabi's)

also: relevant but only just, izuku has a really cutesy villain costume and isn't linked to the hero killer (like, think bunny poncho)

so izuku is wandering around, trying to work out how to lure endeavour into a dark alley and not having much luck because the nomu are L o u d and he ends up getting pushed to the ground and trampled in a person stampede

which he's a little salty about! but, iida, a knight in shining armour, stops his search for the hero killer to help izuku up and ask if hes ok and izuku blushes despite himself because even tho hes trying to steal the number 2 heroes quirk hes a big fan of heroes and iida? pushing all the heroic buttons

so yada yada, stain ends up taking native because endeavour wasnt leaving the crowds and izuku goes over to take the quirk for him and iida shows up

He steps between izuku and stain (assuming stain ment to hurt izuku) and says hes going to get revenge for his brother

and stain just fucking,,, sighs because he can see izuku's blush from here and the kid is all starry eyed over baby ingenium but like, the kid is vengeance-y and that’s not great for a hero, so he thinks the least he can do is rough him up a bit to teach him what a hero should be doing, because he’s trying to make a point more than anything he doesn’t use his quirk yet and tries to explain his point to iida

izuku is sitting off to the side with native and just watching this go down (he,,, may also be stealing native's quirk,, because fuck that guy but thats not the point)

anyway, iida is losing, and pretty badly too because the kid is angry and alone. izuku has finished taking native's quirk, who still hasn’t realized because hes stupid so he hauls iida over his shoulder from where hes a little concussed on the ground and runs off with him, leaving stain to sigh because what has his life come to

izuku talks to iida about stains ideas while patching him up, admitting that he thinks iida's brother was actually a pretty good hero and that stains a little strict. iida cant help but understand stains way of thinking, even though hes mad at himself about it. he tries to ask izuku what he was doing but he just gets shushed

izuku kinda dumps iida on todoroki and runs

(todoroki swears there was something familiar about the rabbit costumed kid)

so, izuku like comes up to iida during school, says he heard ab. stain and that it was really impressive that he did all that yadda yadda, and then leaves, 20 minutes later todoroki sees iida trying to flex his arms and grimacing. iida admits his arms are a little sore but its nbd

during hero training iida collapses a little and ochako runs over, hes trying not to scream because his arms hurt so bad.

he heads to recovery girl and hes? ok? but now also got engines where his brother did? and todoroki and ochako are so lost. todoroki turns to iida and says "i know this is off topic, but didnt your involvement with stain get suppressed from the media?" and iida freezes

iida trying to find this gen ed student but he doesnt really remember izukus name. hes just "green boy w minor telekinesis who knew too much"

i want izuku ducking behind his bestie shinso to hide from the big bad hero student. shinso is ready to throw down for izuku honestly. izuku confided in shinso ab. his villainous quirk and shinso is honestly shaping up to be his righthand man. together they'll show the world what heroes should really be, by tearing the system to shreds

iida is trying to find "green boy". short skinny green boy who hides behind his tall angry friend and is only on campus like, half the week. 

needless to say iida is having some trouble

so iida, honestly losing faith in heroics (in this au, todoroki told iida about the quirk marriage) goes looking for stain

iida: “where is izuku”

everyone in gen ed: 💪🏽👁👄👁👊🏽

iida, now in tears: “what are you  say i ng”

basically in this au izuku has managed to poison the gen ed. kids against heroics. some of them cant stand their teachers anymore, none of them want to transfer, they fake gag when they see the heroics students and some of them have even dropped out but no one suspects izuku because the kid loves heroes!!!

but hes like,, stupidly in love with aizawa and izuku kinda loves eraserhead so izuku makes his dad promise to not hurt 1a/aizawa so in this au? aizawa doesn't get smashed by the nomu. aizawa was trapped by stains quirk so the guy has tr a u m a but he's not in pain. afo is honestly trying to kill allmight but izuku likes all might so they fight about it but like, a soft fight? and it's disturbing even shigiraki because you should not be lightly bickering over the life of a man

shigaraki s in the corner tears in his eyes because izuku just gave afo permission to “lightly maim him” like goddamn kid what’s wrong with u

stain runs into iida and he's like "god please i dont wanna fight you again the boss' kid will cry" and iida is like ",,, so tell me about izuku" and stain fucking glares at him w such intensity iida is both 1, sure he's correct 2, scared for his life

so stain calls kurogiri and throws iida into the bar and izuku jumps like, 6 feet in the air like a cat and is clinging to the roof but he calms the fuck down and iida is so shook that the only thing he can think to say is ",,, we are too young to be in a bar"

and izuku busts a gut and hes like, crying laughing "you're right we are way too young, why don't we go to another room?" dabi wolf whistles, then has to dodge izuku's now flying milkshake iida n izuku just chat! n iida is a little creeped? because izuku is charismatic and charming and iida agrees with him 100% but he shouldn’t be? he should be nervous or angry or at least a little confused but hes just so charming and bubbly its a little odd. honestly, all the stuff izuku pointed out? iida starts to see how bakugo can get away with acting like an ass but shinso can’t even look at someone wrong without getting set upon

iida is making massive leaps in his training because his quirk has doubled in strength! but, it feels like hes stolen something from his brother

but thats not possible, right? you cant give and take quirks.

of course not

iida starts wondering what midoriya's quirk really is, exactly. he never named it. just said "i can use telekinesis on light stuff" but, he hung around villains and seemed to be respected by them, without any visible training, weapons or strength

and shinso, when prompted, said he empathised with midoriya, which iida thought was an odd word choice?

anyway, iida doesnt feel great during hero training. all might's villain costume feels almost offensive? and the profiling aizawa has them do feels wrong, like making assumptions based off the quirk, not the person. it just feels gross and wrong and he's starting to feel really conflicted. because stain hurt people. izuku hurt people.

but he agrees with them

BNHA Students are now Pro-Heroes, and the Heroes/teachers are now the students.

Aizawa thought that he and his friends would get a normal school experience- with the exception of being trained to be heroes – and just go through some teenage drama, rough training, boring classes.

But when A man named shigaraki starts targeting not only their school, but all the popular pro heroes as well, everyone is on high alert and the kids are forced into the life of pro heroes sooner than they think!. Pro heroes start dropping like flies, and time after time their school is attacked. Aizawa thought it couldn’t get worse…until he notices his best friend and love interest acting weird and withdrawn. Guess his father was right…nothing is ever as simple as it appears.

But he wasn’t going down without a fight!

Eri is married to Kouta Izumi, and is Shinsou’s adopted sister (Kouta is a Pro hero known as

Izuku is Inko Midoriya’s uncle, and mentors Toshinori Yagi who he hopes will become the next symbol of peace.

 Midoriya Inko is in the Business Management class at UA… everyone teases Yagi when he disappears for a while, knowing that he is in the Business Class talking with Inko.

 Hizashi is terrified of his quirk

Shouto Todoroki is Enji’s father; Enji feels inferior and therefore has an attitude with everyone

 USJ does happen in this universe as well; Shinsou nearly losing his life while protecting his son and his students. After USJ, all students move into on-campus dorms, which is a god-send for Hizashi.

Hawks and Dabi are UA graduates and are currently dating. Dabi is known as the flame hero: Blue Phoenix

 Eri & Kouta often visit Hitoshi, Denki, and Shouta… and both of them instantly feel protective of the loud yet withdrawn blonde that often visits their nephew.

Meet the cast~

Shouta Aizawa

 Adopted son of Hitoshi Shinsou & Denki Kaminari

16 years old majority of the story

  Adopted at the age of 6 years old by his biological Uncle. Aizawa’s mom was Shinsou’s biological sister…although the two never grew up together, they just share the same genes and were raised in different foster homes. Once Hitoshi found out he had a nephew, he raced to the courthouse and adopted Aizawa on the spot. Aizawa’s biological mother and father are in jail for a life sentence due to…undisclosed reasons.

 Still same personality, though he is much more confident in his abilities

 Made it into the hero course by passing both the written and physical entrance exam due to being trained by Denki and Hitoshi, both of whom knew what the exam would be like and gave him an edge.

He met Hizashi the first day of the exam, and for some reason unknown to even himself…they just clicked as friends. Hizashi sticking by the others side and cheering him on no matter what, and Shouta developing a fierce protectiveness of the blonde and seeing the others vulnerable moments and genuine smiles.

 Shouta is intent on becoming an underground hero, not liking the public’s attention.

 He admires pro heroes, but hates the flashy showmanship they display; pro heroes such as Ground Zero, Deku, and Alien Queen bother him and make his skin itch.

 He is amazing at hand-to-hand combat, and helps his classmates…although under duress of his bemused father

Hizashi chooses Shoutas hero name. And as ridiculous as it is, shouta loves it.

Hizashi Yamada

Placed into foster care immediately after birth, after he damaged the eardrums of his parents and Doctors with his first scream, coming into the world.  

Has been bounced from foster home to foster home, often being forced to wear a muzzle inside the house.  

@spicy-doodles has a headcannon that's amazing where Hizashi never gets adopted ((and more, check them out))

He finally landed in a “decent” home by the time he applied to UA. He was still forced to wear a muzzle indoors at times, but they gave him food to eat, his own soundproof room, and didn’t hit him. They just ignored him, which was fine by him.

To hide what he saw as a flaw on himself, Hizashi is loud, carefree and kind in public. He never hesitates to help someone out, offer a kind word, or make someone feel important 

He hates bugs due to an incident in his foster home…that he has told no one about.  

Although he acts like the stereotypical blonde, Hizashi is 2nd place in their class, following right behind Iida Tensei. 

He loves to cook and learn languages; it keeps him from getting bored and it makes himself feel useful. He often cooks for his friends in the dorms. 

Moving into the dorms was a godsend, it allowed him to leave his foster home (the teachers found out about the muzzle and promptly arrested the foster parents. Shouta was super protective of his friend for a month after this… he is still super protective) 

Hizashi is self-conscious of his singing voice, but after Shouta complimented him he began to sing more and more 

Hizashi almost chooses “Yell-Man” as his hero name…Shouta wouldn’t allow it so he chose “Present Mic”

He is hard-of-hearing, on his way to being totally deaf. he gets regular treatments from recovery girl, and wears special hearing aides

Kan and Hizashi were in the foster care system together, so Kan knows some of what the blonde has gone through, and is super protective. they call each other brother, and intend never to lose that bond

Imagine a world where the roles are reversed

This is my take on the Boku no Hero Academia alignment shift AU, both Villain!Students and Hero!LoV. I will be focusing more on the why each character I cover is on the opposite side and their new interactions with unshifted characters

Most characters I will be altering the background they are given in the anime or manga, but for those with vague or no background, I will go off of major fan theories or make up a background myself. For some with given backgrounds I might still use theories to alter it.

Manga Spoilers Ahead

League of Villains:

Those who were members of the LoV but are good in this AU are: Toga, Jin (Twice), Shigaraki, and Dabi (Todoroki theory). Stain it's also a hero in this AU.

Stain

This version of Stain stayed in school, got his hero license, and decided to change the industry from the inside, starting a small movement with good radical views. He is a well known hero, but not often well liked despite his track record.

Toga

In this AU, she still has her hobbies, but her parents recognize where they are coming from and instead of shunning her they teach her how to engage in her hobbies in a safer way and more sociable way, introducing her to the medical field, which she gets surprisingly interested in. Eventually, when Stain becomes a bigger hero, she sees someone else with a blood based quirk as a well known and successful hero and decided to follow him. With the support of her parents, a model to follow, and her interest in the medical field (learning how to draw blood properly and ask permission first along with other things), she applies for and gets into UA. She is a year above class 1-A but befriends many of them quickly, as she is a very bubbly and friendly person now.

Twice

In this AU, he starts building his clone kingdom like before, believing this to be the only way someone like him could be successful, until he learns about Stain. Once he does research on some of the other heroes out there, he realizes he could do more with his quirk. He starts training and manages to become a pro hero, even making it as a teacher at UA eventually.

Dabi

According to fan theories, Dabi is the missing older brother in the Todoroki family who ran away and had a strong fire quirk. Eventually he turned evil, or he ran away to be evil, or something along those lines.

In this AU, he tries to run away, but is caught by Endeavor. After that, he starts training secretly to use his quirk his own way, eventually refusing his father's lessons. Shoto is trained and punished more as the result, and Dabi finally runs away and enrolls at UA to prove his way is better and to eventually get a house that everyone else can stay in away from Endeavor. He has since graduated and is quickly rising through the ranks of pro heroes.

Shigaraki

In this AU, Nana doesn't abandon her son the way she did in the manga but still manages to keep them unknown enough to not be a target of villains. Since his father didn't hate heroes anymore, rather he loved them, Shigaraki (actually Tenko Shimura) grew up with a nurtured dream of becoming a hero, meaning when he manifested his quirk, it wasn't as deadly originally and he was able to manage it and leave to control it and use it to the range he did in the manga. He eventually enrolls in UA, being able to intentionally destroy large amounts of unconnected objects with a single finger, and only if he wants to, getting him a top spot.

UA students:

Most of these students end up in the altered LoV, though since it started earlier due to different reasons, some of them still attend UA as secret agents. This League is much stealthier, no one knowing it exists or who's in it, and so it also doesn't have some of the other members, and those who are in have different roles. The students who start as evil in this AU are Uraraka, Shoto, Izuku, Momo, and Bakugou.

Izuku

I’m using the theory that he had a quirk originally, but the doctor they saw was in fact All-for-One’s doctor who stole Izuku’s quirk for AfO.  In this AU, his mother is much less supportive of him, for whatever reason she has. She tells him that his father left because he was ashamed of Izuku, and dashes all of his dreams to be a hero, making his home life similar to original Shigaraki’s. When his quirk doesn’t manifest, she makes his life worse, especially when things start randomly going wrong around him. When she takes him to the doctor, he initially recognizes that Izuku has a mutation that gives him a quirk unrelated to his parents, and that his quirk is luck manipulation. He was also going to pass it to AfO, but when he pays more attention to Izuku, he sees in him a potential successor for AfO and passes that information along while telling Izuku and his mom that he actually did have a quirk, Bad Luck, while secretly telling Izuku that it is actually Luck Manipulation which includes good luck as well as bad luck. Izuku soon learns how to use it to the detriment of his abusive mother, resulting in an accident that kills her. Since his official quirk is passive bad luck, no one blamed him, but no one helped him either, except AfO. He starts to be groomed to be the successor and suggests building up a group of villains to infiltrate hero society and assist him in getting stronger, leading to this AU’s version of the League of Villains. Izuku leads it and attends UA as normal to start working into hero society. He gets a destructive quirk given to him by AfO for more physical interactions, which allows him to destroy things he touches or that get affected by his other quirk, and passes it off as a mutation of his Bad Luck.

Shoto

Since he was getting trained more vigorously and punished more, he was very resentful to his parents for doing this to him, as well as his brother for causing this by not being responsible and forcing everything on him. When his mom scars him, he lashes out instead of Endeavor, causing his father to scar him as well, leaving a worse burn mark (similar to Zuko’s in AtLA) on the other side of his face. This still leads to his mother being hospitalized, and harsher home life. At one point, AfO is able to get in contact with him while Endeavor is away and promises him revenge if he helps and is patient. Shoto joins the league and attends UA as well, getting in on recommendations. He is even more closed off and harsh to others.

Bakugou

As a kid, Bakugou was unbeatable. The strongest kid around who could do anything. All of a sudden, this twerp that used to occasionally hang around him before and just after he got his quirk showed up and challenged all of his friends to a fight. None of the others could touch him, but Bakugou believed he could, only to get absolutely humiliated. Izuku only continued to humiliate Bakugou, weakening his belief in himself, and in heroes. Eventually, he stops, offering a chance for Bakugou to be stronger, and to let loose without getting in trouble, if he follows Izuku in changing the world. He accepts and becomes Izuku’s second in charge, attending UA with him. With help from Izuku, he gets his cocky attitude back, but he never questions Izuku.

Uraraka

When her parents told her she shouldn’t use her quirk just to help them, she didn’t understand why not. Because of this, she sneaks into their construction site once to help, only for her to accidentally lose control of her quirk after showing herself to her parents, dropping heavy materials, killing a construction worker and gravely injuring her father. She gets greatly scolded by everyone, her parents, the heroes who come to help, the other construction workers, the doctor working on her father, and so many more. None of them realized she only wanted to help, and she was shunned by her parents afterwards, so she eventually decides that she doesn’t want to help others unless there’s something in it for her. She gets found by the newly forming LoV after this, which offers her an entry to being a hero, monetary compensation, and the downfall of the heroes who did nothing but scorn her, in return she just had to hang around Izuku and help him when he needed it. It doesn’t hurt that he is cute, so she joins and follows them to UA.

Momo

Momo comes from money, that much is obvious. While it is known that her family is a popular hero family, where all their money comes from is less well known. People assume it is from something beneficial to humanity or from their countless heroics, but in fact it is their mafia connections and the remnants of AfO’s contacts that give them their innumerable wealth, through either shady business connections, tributes to ensure they keep mafia business out of hero notice, or some other means. Momo is raised to continue this tradition, and develops mafia ties herself at a young age, demonstrating not only a powerful quirk but a skillful mind at manipulation and controlling interactions, as well as disguising herself. While she was still learning, she wanted to do something to prove herself to her parents, but was unable to do anything to the level she wanted. Once she arrived at UA however, she quickly met and deduced that Shoto also had connections to AfO, but that he wasn’t the one who maintained the connection, eventually figuring out Izuku’s secret and convincing him to let her join his group.

Other league members

As this is a new league developed by Izuku, it won’t have any of the other members from the anime, but as Kurogiri was with AfO before that, he is still connected to the new League. He managed to get a hero license himself and worked his way into UA as a teacher. He is keeping an eye out for potential threats and assets as well, monitoring Mirio once One for All starts teaching.

The current LoV doesn’t have anyone else in it, but they are always looking for those who will benefit them and benefit from toppling heroes.

Hero Group

Shigaraki and Dabi, once they both graduated and became pro heroes, formed a hero team, eventually finding and successfully inviting Stain to join them as well. Twice sought them out at one point before becoming a teacher. He keeps an eye out for students who might help, with at least one clone usually helping the group. He is currently hoping to get Shinso and Toga to join once they graduate, especially after a review of the entrance exam showed that Mineta was actually controlled by Shinso all along, doing better then he probably would have otherwise (Mineta is eventually replaced with Shinso in 1-A).

One-for-All and All-for-One

OfA joins UA with no problems and has plans to pass his quirk onto Mirio, but he can’t manage to get a private meeting with him to tell him everything. He starts looking at other students at the meantime, seeing some 1-A students to be extremely powerful and potential successors. He needs to hurry up, he doesn’t have much time left.

AfO is grooming Izuku to take over as the overlord of evil, and he is taking to both leadership and power well. With the new access to the Yaoyorozu connections and wealth, he seems to be able to make strong decisions on his own and is shaping up to be a strong successor. As he doesn’t need to worry too much about his successor, he is more willing to provide assets if necessary, such as orchestrating a fake attack on class 1-B during training. He is also able to focus on countering OfA and finding a way to pass his quirk to Izuku once AfO is vanquished.

Future Ideas

Questions for how the AU could progress based on current characterization and manga spoilers

Is anyone else’s past altered enough to the point where they might accept?

Where does Hawks allegiances actually lay, and can that be used by either side?

Are any of the villain’s starting to doubt their resolve, considering betraying the league to the heroes?

Are there any Pro Heroes or members of the anime LoV who might play a different part in this new world for either side?

Will Izuku create an alternate group to waste hero resources on a wild goose chase, or are there just a lot of unconnected random attacks with support from a unknown source?

How will the interaction with Overhaul and the Liberation Front go for both sides?

How will Mirio interact with Izuku?

Day 2 of @tododeku-week ! Theme for today is Intimacy. I did a Cafe AU for some reason but I hope you like it! I never knew writing about romance could be so draining lol. Enjoy!

Izuku has his back turned when the bell chimes, happily announcing the arrival of a customer. Usually, things at the café are dead during this time, but since it’s located near UA, the university down the road, they usually have students coming in at all hours. It also helps that the coffee shop is hero-themed, which means they have a big market for comic book fans and the like. Posters, movies, figurines—you name it, you’ll most certainly find it here.

Izuku knows that’s what made him choose to work here.

“Psst!”

From the counter, Uraraka attempts to catch his attention with a not-so-subtle—but usual bubbly—wave. From what he knows, she’s a business student at UA and has another part-time job aside from this. An assistant instructor at a dojo, if he remembers correctly.

He raises his eyebrows at her, not even pausing with his cleanup of the espresso machine. If their manager catches them slacking on the job, he’s going to stop bringing his cats to work—and that’s just unacceptable.

“Pretty boy is here,” she mouths at him, her face rosy with excitement.

Immediately, his eyes widen in surprise, feeling the blood rushing to his cheeks. Peeking discretely to the corner Uraraka’s pointing at, Izuku spots a telltale head of red and white and he simultaneously melts and kind of dies inside.

He met Todoroki Shouto in an accounting class he had to take. His first impression of him was some kind of scene kid who’s really into the party culture, but the stoic and rather cold aura he emanates kills that thought abruptly. Even then, Izuku found him interesting. He’s incredibly handsome despite the large scar on his face—and he’s not the only one to think so, as he recalls spotting a few people sneaking peeks at his direction.

They didn’t really have much interaction with each other given how big their class was, except for that one group project they had. Todoroki only attended one meeting, and even then he didn’t say anything. Still, he submitted his part of the paper perfectly, greatly easing the group’s doubts. Then again, he was one of the best students in the class, so it only makes sense.

It wasn’t until he started working at Hero Café that Izuku began to see him regularly.

The first time he saw Todoroki walk in, he was so surprised that he almost dropped the macchiato in his hand. It’s a lot like seeing a cryptid walk into a coffee shop, it was so surreal to Izuku. Perhaps in the back of his mind, he didn’t think beautiful people went to cafes because they have people buying it for them—which, in retrospect, is a ridiculous thought.

It was even more surprising when Todoroki asked him about the new All Might they have in display.

Izuku never would have pegged the most handsome boy in his class to have the same interest as him—never mind that from then on, Todoroki will always talk to him about them whenever he drops by the café. After a few inquiries and stuttering suggestions from Izuku, Todoroki took his order to a nook and began to work on his laptop.

Uraraka, who was on order-prep duty, instantly zoomed to his side to pester him for details. She’s never seen Izuku so flustered, who was always so calm even during the lunch rush. To his mortification, he blurts out that he’s weak around pretty boys—something that’s true even in back when he was a kid.

That’s how his relationship with Bakugou began, after all.

Perhaps it’s clichéd: childhood friend, turned rival, turned boyfriend. Some would say that it’s even a movie-type romance—the kind that leaves a mark on people’s hearts. Maybe, if they were different people, things would have ended differently. But the fact of the matter is that theirs is a love story that doesn’t even make it to the credits.

Maybe it’s because they knew each other too much—knew exactly which buttons to push, knew each other’s weaknesses so well—yet somehow knew too little. Maybe it’s because they have too much heavy history that sometimes it was all they could do to look each other in the eye. Maybe it’s because one is afraid of intimacy, and the other one is steeped in trust issues.

It all came to a head one particular summer night in UA’s parking lot. The place was deserted, students either had already gone home or still in class. Izuku can’t even remember what they were fighting about, just that they suddenly started yelling at each other. Most of their fights end up this way, but something about this one felt like a lot of pent up hurt and anger releasing at once. So much blame and mistakes were thrown between them like a never-ending game of tennis, until, just as quickly as the screaming started, it ended.

Something inside Izuku was just ready to give up—of the screaming matches, the snide comments, and the festering hurt. He could see it clearly in Bakugou too—from the invisible weight on his shoulders to his unclenched fists.

They both just wanted this fight to be over.

“We can’t keep doing this to ourselves,” Izuku said. Already, he could distinctly feel how much weight he’d lost during the past few months. Even Bakugou, who’s known for his healthy sleep schedule, had heavy bags under his eyes.

Bakugou sighed. “So it’s over then?”

Izuku could only nod. “I guess so.”

And just like that, their story ended. No heartfelt musical number, no running in the rain, no miracle. Just two tired people who wanted to stop hurting and hurting each other.

When Bakugou left, Izuku didn’t know how long he stood in that empty parking lot, feeling a overwhelming sense of loss and relief. So, when someone called his name in the middle of what could be an emotional breakdown, he could hardly be faulted for actually jumping in shock.

The shock of red and white had long been familiar to Izuku that he immediately lost his surprise. “Todoroki-kun? What are you doing here?”

Todoroki didn’t reply, only looking at him in that intense way of his. Just as Izuku was about to say something, Todoroki reached for something from his pocket and handed it to him.

It was a handkerchief.

Izuku could only hum in confusion.

Hesitant, but somehow even more determined than before, he extended his offering further to Izuku. “You’re crying.”

He didn’t even notice the tears falling.

As if making up for lost time, a sob tore itself out of his throat and he started crying in earnest. He could only vaguely feel strong arms around him, holding him up when his knees grew weak. He remembered recounting the incident to Todoroki, his customer-slash-sometimes-hero-sounding-board, who only held him tighter in comfort. Which, of course, only made him cry harder.

From then on, their relationship changed.

The next time he saw him, Izuku had been incredibly mortified. He had essentially used Todoroki’s shirt like a rag and basically forced him into an Agony Aunt. He even drove Izuku back to his dorm room. He was so considerate and nice—and Izuku was just a troublesome mess. Part of him was afraid of getting ignored, or even reproached or teased by him.

But once again, Todoroki had proven himself not at all like his ice cold persona.

The moment he walked up to the counter to order, he talked to Izuku like he usually did—chatting about the new Edgeshot movie coming out. Before he left with his tea, he turned to look at Izuku and gave him a tiny smile. “Get better, Midoriya.”

It wasn’t out of pity or even mockery. His were words of comfort, of encouragement. A reminder that things will get better.

That was when Izuku realized that he had a good friend in Todoroki Shouto.

Though it was hard to adjust, losing someone he knew just as well as he knew himself, it was a steady progress of acceptance. Even now, he still considers Bakugou as one of his most important people. But maybe they’ll be better off now as just friends—without the looming weight of commitment and heartbreak.

After that, Izuku focused on his studies as well as taking care of himself. He started jogging in the mornings and working out the way he did before. He participated in class discussions more and strived to do even better. He spent more time with his friends, really listening and hanging out with them. He didn’t realize how much he missed his friends until he welcomed them back in his life—both old and new.

Never mind that his new friend regularly gave Izuku’s heart a good exercise whenever he’s around.

One afternoon, one green tea latte and a lengthy conversation about Stain’s creed and methodology later, Uraraka approached Izuku with a sly grin on her face.

“So have you asked him out yet?”

“What?!” he spluttered, fumbling with the cookie he’s putting on display. “Where did that come from?”

She snorted. “Come on, dude. Anyone with eyes can see that you two like each other.”

Apparently Izuku’s eyes are defective because he did not see anything of the sort. (Sure, he liked Todoroki more than what was considered ‘friendly’, but Todoroki? Liking Izuku? What?!)

Her eyes softened in sympathy. “I know your breakup was tough, but it’s been a year. You deserve a chance at love, Midori. I’m willing to bet even Bakugou thinks so. You just have to give it a chance.”

And so Izuku continued with his routine with Todoroki, happily chatting with him about something or other as his drink was prepared. But now, with Uraraka’s words weighing in his mind, he began to look for what she saw.

And boy was he surprised.

“What do I do?” he hissed at Uraraka when Todoroki left the café. “I can’t believe I never noticed that he likes me!” He tried to slow his breathing but it didn’t really work, much to Uraraka’s amusement.

“If he’s liked me all this time, why hasn’t he asked me out?” he asked, once he’d gotten a hold of himself.

“Well, I think he’s waiting for you to make the first move.”

“What? Why?”

She shrugged. “I mean, if the guy you like had a breakup and you were there to witness his breakdown, wouldn’t you also be wary about making a move? He probably didn’t want to overstep and accidentally take advantage of you.”

Izuku looked at her, his eyes wide with disbelief. “But… that’s crazy! I know Todoroki-kun would never do that.”

“Well,” she said, smiling wryly, “love makes you crazy.”

That it does, Izuku thinks to himself as he caught Todoroki’s eye. A smile immediately springs up to his face, his heart jumping when he spots the corner of Todoroki’s lips turn upwards.

Yesterday, Izuku told him to wait on his favorite seat instead of heading to the counter to order. He didn’t tell Todoroki why, but he readily agreed anyway.

Letting out a long exhale, Izuku meticulously prepares Todoroki’s tea. Then he steels himself and, with a tiny thumbs up from Uraraka, he heads over to Todoroki’s table.

Izuku gives him a nervous smile. “Hey.”

“Hey,” Todoroki shoots back, putting his book down beside him. “Are you sitting with me today?”

“Yeah,” he says, swallowing his nerves back where they should be. “I also have a question for you. I-If that’s okay with you?”

Todoroki’s mismatched eyes light up, something he never would have seen back when they were just people in a class full of strangers. Somehow, without Izuku noticing, he’s began to learn more and more about this beautiful creature who he once thought of as cold—began to notice the little things, the trivial things, the big things, and the essential things.

Part of him is afraid of this, of letting someone get close. If his relationship with the person he’s known his whole life deteriorated just like that, what’s to say this will be any different?

Perhaps that’s why he didn’t notice Todoroki’s feelings right away, afraid as he was to get intimate with another person he could easily lose.

But if there’s one thing he learned from his relationship with Bakugou, it’s that sometimes you just have to say what needs to be said. Their relationship ultimately failed because they let the hurt fester, assuming that they could understand each other without needing to talk.

Izuku will be damned if he let a past mistake ruin a potential future.

So Izuku clears his throat and looks at Todoroki straight in the eye, remembering all the time they spent enjoying each other’s company, and asks, “Will you go out with me?”

Todoroki smiles at him, somehow looking even more radiant than he’s ever seen him before. “I’d love to.”

My Hero Academia AU

So I came up with this AU while rewatching season 2 of My Hero Academia. I started liking Hero Killer Stain, so I made an OC to pair up with him (this is a cannon x oc type.... Thing....).

Here's where the AU takes place. Stain and Clove (my OC) have a child named Nozomi. Like most kids in MHA, she wants to become a hero. Nozomi not knowing that her dad is a Hero Killer (odviously), and he wants to keep it that way.

Even though he kills "fake" heroes, Chizome Akaguro wants nothing more than his daughter, Nozomi, to be happy, doing everything he can to help her.

Everything gets harder to hide when she attends UA.

Clove used to be a mercenary (Kinda like Wade's old job in the movie before he became Deadpool), she's used the money she earned to help pay to become a doctor.

Her quirk is self explanatory, she was lucky to complete her assignments as mercenary. Lucky enough go to become a doctor. Her patients were lucky enough to survive their fatal injuries.

She's also lucky enough to have the Hero Killer fall for her, and bless her with a child.

In order to keep him hidden, their not married married. Yes they are married, but not legally.

Nozomi Akaguro:

Quirk: Light

Nozomi means "Hope" in Japanese. It's a translation for the name "Hope".

She represents Chizome's goodness, hence her name meaning and her quirk, light.

Ya know I feel like few take advantage of the trauma and horror that comes from AUs where izuku isnt at UA like how many kids would have died at USJ? Would Iida be alive or gravely injured? What would todo be doing? Would LoV expand since Stain wouldnt be caught? Would the LoV be part of the Stain arc? Take it a step further: he disappears in middle school! would katsuki be alive? Would the sludge incident have happened? Were sitting on an angst goldmine with only a few fic taking advantage!

You’re right. There’s a lot of under-utilized potential in Izuku not attending U.A., and one of the biggest holes I see fics not using is going the route where a student or several actually are maimed / killed (which could result in the school being shut down -- talk about a game-changer). But for me, the biggest decision would be whether

Izuku still receives OfA but does not attend U.A., which might affect All Might’s decision to even teach there, or

Izuku does not receive OfA and does not attend U.A., in which All Might will probably be looking for another successor -- and who’s to say his choice would be Mirio after he sees all the students?

Chapter 20: What’s the Tea Sis?

It’s the day of the interview and our class was very excited to dress up like we were going to the Gala or some shit. I get visibly giddy and everyone outside the program notices.

“Iida-kun she’s in a good mood!” Kirishima nudges him in the locker rooms after in class training “you should ask her for that coffee date after finals before she gets busy.”

“I’ll ask her when we get to the dorms” Iida buttons up his shirt “she might be pretending again and she’s really stressed and bothered by something we did.”

“How do you know that’s what she does?” Mineta asks suspiciously.

“Because I always catch her when I think she’s a good mood to talk about things and she’s on the verge of going off on us.”

“Oof yea wait until then” responded Sero.

The rest of my day went uneventful and I teleported to my dorm the minute school let out for the day. I took my shower and finished before everyone came back from school. Right on the dot, Mimi and Jin portal in my room at 4pm with their outfits get coordinated. I get to flat ironing Mimi’s hair as Jin brushed Muffin 2.0′s fur, I do a dewy look on Mimi to make her eyes pop. I put my hair in a slicked back high sock bun and do a gold eye with glitter gloss, just to make things simple. Once the outfits were put on and we saw each other in the mirror together, we gasped on how much CEO realness we were serving.

“Ladies, shall we sashay out of this building to give these hero wannabes the full fantasy?” Jin got the leash that we put on the robo dog.

“Yes gawd! I wanna serve looks tonight~” I tongue popped like I was a drag queen.

We walk out, radiating power to whoever saw us.

“Oh Palma-san! What opulence you display” Aoyama came up to us as he grabbed my hand and Mimi’s “you ladies are what my dreams are made of” he kisses our hands “And you good sir are one lucky man to prance with these shining beauties!~”

Mimi gives me side eye “You aren’t kidding when you say some of them just throw themselves onto you when dressed up.” She takes out her sliver gun and points it to Aoyama “un-hand us croissant muncher, we got places to go.”

He immediately takes his hands away and backs up, all the boys were cackling at Mimi’s comment. Iida comes up to us and gives me the once over “In all seriousness, where are you 3 going?”

“Mission, top secret” Jin was lying through his teeth but we played along “If successful, we’ll come back richer. If we lose, we might not be coming back at all.”

“Yes, so I guess this is my good bye everyone” I try not to laugh “just in case we slip up.”

We quickly run through the portal Jin deployed so nobody had time to stop us. We laugh at my car as we waited on our other classmates to come out. On the way there, we pass by were I was housed and were Jin was housed. The location was just where the business district begins, not too far into town. We gathered in the parking lot and heading in just in time to give our presentations. There was panel of 3 people, 2 men and one woman in their late 40′s, dressed in executive like clothing. One of the men was clearly an ex-agent, the way he carried himself and the holsters on his waist were branded with a crest that I couldn’t recognize. We started with our term 1 projects, to nobody’s surprise, the robot dog took the interest of the panel. Next was a slide-show presentation of our year in pictures and all of us had a turn talking, the woman spoke up when we talked about Zippy.

“Waitwaitwaitwait! You, as a class, adopted this creature and TRAINED it to hold a gun?” she was having trouble putting it into words “and then you committed FRAUD to the agent board of education to let them give the lizard the test, passing him as a student and he received a license upon passing?!”

“Erm yes” Jin spoke up “but to be fair to the board of education that was present at the licensing exam, they didn’t check the roster nor looked up the student ID we gave them, it wasn’t in our school system and it was just ‘69′ 5 times on a faked school ID card.”

“Wow, a group 9 teens and a lizard outsmarting the board of education” said the other man to the ex-agent “impressive ain’t it? Remind you of old times?”

“Heh, those old geezers don’t know how to run shit” said the ex-agent, remising on his past “ok sorry for the derailment, please continue.”

We continued our presentation and they asked us a few more questions about our living space and off-campus trips. Some questions on our pro-hero practice exam came up and how was our experience with that.

“With your donation” I led into the closing statements “we’d have a better living space and more off-campus trips, despite the villain threat.”

“All we ask are those things” Hansai wrapped things up.

The panel thinks for a bit and talk amongst themselves like they aren’t sure if we are worthy candidates, the ex-agent turned to us for a final question.

“Not that it’ll matter, but how did you get here tonight?”

“Oh we took 3 carpools to get here” I spoke up “the school denied us a bus or limo because it wasn’t in the budget.”

The woman gave us a concerned look “How dare they deny basics! I’d had it with these pompous hero schools trying to suppress their agents!” she stood up and copied herself into 9 copies of herself “congratulations UA Intel A-class, you are our next donation recipients.” She came up to us and shook our hands, I took a peek at her appearance. She was a private agent, the ring she wore was stamped with the Emperor’s Coup crest, one of the highest ranked agencies that work closely with the country’s intelligence. Not to mention, she had a vine tattoo that crept up her right arm, don’t know what that means but it was a nice piece. We stayed a bit longer to thank them before heading back to the cars to debrief. 

“Ok kids, let me say, I’m proud of you for swaying them to giving us the money” Diya sensei started “but I want all of you to get your butts to bed! It’s nearing 8pm and I’m not going to play games with you tomorrow morning. Do I make myself clear?”

“Yes sir” we said weakly, Jin raised his hand.

“Yes Matsui?”

“Can we get McDonalds? Under the condition that we pay for our own stuff and drive thru only?”

Diya thinks about it “If you give those conditions, then I don’t see why not.”

We cheer and Jin gets cocky as we pile in the cars to get to the nearest McDonalds, he plays Lip Gloss by Lil Mama on the way. We get our food and get so excited to go eat our food knowing we deserve it. I park and see my classmates off to their dorms, I teleport to the commons room, it’s empty and quiet. I don’t think much of it and I walk over to my room. I turn on my light and see Iida on my bed, tear stained like he was crying for hours.

“Oh my god!” I put my stuff down and run to him “What happened? Are you ok?” I put my hand on his face to check his vitals, he was alright but I was still concerned.

“You’re back! I was so afraid you weren’t coming back!” he held me “please, please take me with you on your missions. I don’t think I can live with myself if you got hurt or worse.”

I was confused at first and then I remembered that Jin lied to them, I was about to continue on the lie “Thank you for your concern but I’m fine! It was a success and nobody got hurt” I wiped his tears with my thumb “no more tears, come on big guy.” I levitated him up from my bed and to his room “I have some debriefing to do before bed and it’s way past your bedtime!” I plop him down on his bed and turn to leave.

“Wait! Ita” I turn to see him and he’s sitting up on his bed “I need to tell you something.”

“What is it?”

His mind blanked the moment I said that, we stood in silence as he turned red “Umm that I am so grateful that you’re alive and well!” he rushed his words “and I would love to spend this cold season with you.”

“I don’t know what all that means but um thanks?” I really didn’t know why he said any of that “well good night Tenya, sweet dreams.”

He waved good bye to me and screamed into his pillow because he messed up his wording. He meant to say ‘I’m glad you’re safe and let’s spend the winter season together after finals.’ “Why am I like this?” he spoke into the pillow “one look and my mind goes blank like I don’t have motor functions.” 

Next few days were my insanity days with studying and training for the crackheads. All us intel kids were really holding it together to take our 200 question multiple choice final on Tuesday. It would’ve been fine but it was just so much to take in one sitting, I finished in an hour and 24 minutes, you bet I floated my ass to the ceiling to weep to myself for comfort. Everyone else finished before lunch but I still had to go to hero class, I was too mentally exhausted to teleport so I walked. As I calmed myself to go to class, I run into the Big 3.

“Ah Palma-san!” Nejire waved me down “its been too long!”

“hahaha yea! It’s like I’ve been avoiding yall” I was uncomfortable but trying to be polite “are you 3 ready to graduate?”

“Ye-yea, we can’t wait to get out there in the workforce” Amajiki seemed a little more confident.

“Yes! And I would like to extend the invitation to attend our graduation” Mirio bowed as he handed me an envelope with my name on it “and also to my graduation party, since I know you like parties.”

“Oh thank you, I’ll be there!” I got giddy “see you then! I gotta get to class.” I waved them off as I briskly walked to class to flex on my classmates that I got personally invited to the graduation ceremony. But then I hear another voice call out my name.

“Palma-san! Hey over here!” it was Kendo and she looked worried.

“Oh? Hi Kendo-san, how are you doing today?”

“I’m feeling a little stressed but alright, thanks for asking” she shifts from a small smile to worried again “hey I heard about you cutting off Monoma, and I don’t blame you, thats not why I approached you.”

“Hmm, is he getting worse?” 

“Yea, he just isn’t motivated like he used to” she exhaled “the exam is tomorrow and he has one shoddy technique to show for all that time you spent with him, I just want to apologize for all that wasted time and his bad attitude.”

“No need to apologize, I knew what I was getting myself into” I sighed “if he wants to come back to technique developing with me, he’s more than welcome at any time but I already told him that he needs an attitude change if he wants to get far.”

“He didn’t mention that to me” she gave me a small smile “all he said that he liked you and wanted to win you over by improving before the next term starts.”

“Heh I don’t believe that liking me part” I laughed “but I’m looking forward to him improving.” I look at the time “oh jeez, gotta run Kendo! See you around, good luck tomorrow!”

She waved me off as I ran to class, and just in time too. I spend the class time with the final session of training and I really pushed it a bit to my ability and almost fucked myself up. But then I got fucked over because Mina wasn’t aware of her surroundings and almost got rekt by Bakugo’s blast wave, I used my teleportation to get her to safety but completely exhausted my mental capacity. 

“Oh my gosh Palma-san!” screamed Mina as I was face down on the ground “please please wake up! I’m sorry I was being a dumb bitch and you sacrificed yourself!” She was bawling as she shook my limp body.

“Binch I’m conscious, stop shaking me!” I groaned “flip me over tho.” She flips me over and I gasped for air “oof there’s rocks in my bra and ass bruh.”

Everyone stops and gathers around me, Aizawa breaks them up and kneels at me “Are you good Miss Palma? You were about to tap out before that tackle.”

“Nah nah I’m good” I wasn’t okay but I’m no bitch “lemme just get up.” I didn’t move as I tried to levitate up “Okaaay, let try the old fashioned way, hup!” I tried to sit up and could barely lift my head, I sighed in defeat “oh dear, I may have exhausted myself. How annoying!”

“Aww fuck sorry Palma” Bakugo apologized “here let me take you to the nurse.” he picks me up with some struggle. Iida runs up to us.

“No please allow me Bakugo I can-”

“Fuck off four eyes” he snapped “just because you like to baby her doesn’t mean you’re the only one that should help her.”

“Just hand her to me! You’re struggling to carry her” Iida wasn’t playing games, he took her from his arms. They started to fight over her on who was take her to the nurse.

“Um guys?” Midoriya started as he saw me slip into unconsciousness.

“STOP SHE’S SLIPPING INTO UNCONSCIOUSNESS!” Aizawa yelled as he activated his erasure for safety. “I’m going to take her to the nurse, class is over.”

I wake up in the nurse’s office and Recovery Girl was relieved “Oh good you woke up, you really pushed yourself Miss Palma.”

“I did?” I sat up and now I could actually move my body.

“Yes, I did a scan and your body was exhausted but your brain waves are strained and weakened.” She showed me a graph of the waves “here, it’s pretty close to unstable levels, I’m prescribing 5 days no quirk using.”

“Alright, I can deal with that” I sighed “at least it’s not going to get in the way of anything now that school is letting out.” I get released in time to go to Stats and Strats. I take the final and we were allowed to leave when we finished. Jin and I finish at around the same time and he portals me to my room to go into deep sleep. I change out of my uniform and go to sleep right away. I woke up close to 7pm, fuck I missed dinner I thought as my stomach growled I guess I’ll fuck off and eat yogurt and berries. I walk out to the kitchen and see the lights are dimmed and there was a plate of food on the counter. I wasn’t sure if it was for me but then I saw the note with my name on it: For Palma-san, sorry for being dumb.

“Well at least they know they’re dumb” I said as I sat down to eat. Before I could bring my fork to my mouth, somebody flipped on the light to full brightness. “Ay! mis ojos!”

“Oh sorry Palma-san!” Iida apologized and dimmed the lights again “I didn’t know you woke up.”

“Yea I did” I rubbed my eyes “I’m so hungry and just want to sleep for a few days to heal myself.”

“I’m sorry that we’ve been so inconsiderate of your health” he sat next to me “but let me make it up to you” he put his hand on my hand “lets go to coffee after finals tomorrow, to take the edge off.”

“Oh I’d love to but I got invited to graduation and a graduation party” I said to not sound like I didn’t want to spend time with him “maybe next week? I’m not doing anything and I really want to spend time with you again.”

He perked up “Really? You like to spend time with me?”

“Yea! You’re a great at conversation and I love how you willingly go where I want to go” I don’t see his face but he’s blushing “In America, I never got to do what I wanted and others often didn’t want to talk to me more than they wanted to. But when we have our alone time, I get heard and cherished like I’ve always wanted to.” I look at him and he tenses up “you’re one of my only friends Tenya, I don’t know where I’d be without you. And not to sound like a shojo beat manga but, you’re one of few that I have that I consider my chosen family.”

“Chosen family?” he asked with curiosity “whats that?”

“Oh um it’s a group of people you trust and get along with more than your own family” I explained “in this case, I’m separated from mine so I find trust and comfort in you, my squadron and Midnight.”

“I see now, I feel honored that you have me in that circle” he hugged me “thank you for seeing me as such.”

“No thank you, for approaching me on that day” I nestled myself in his chest “also I don’t know if this is weird but you’ve been improving on your hugs” I tighten my hug “they’re much less soul crushing and more gentle and caring, like the ones my dad gives me when I’m too stressed to close my eyes. He would hold me like this until I fall asleep.”

I yawned and he saw how relaxed I got “I will keep that in mind when you can’t sleep.” He let me finish eating before I fell asleep on the counter. I went to bed again and was very excited to see what’s going to unfold.

-The next day, sitting in on the hero placement exam-

I sit behind safety glass to observe all the hero courses go at it to show their skills. I was the only student in the small audience, everyone else was a teacher or staff member.

“So this is the legend herself” a deep male voice said behind me “Miss Palma, American born, double wielder and the most patient young lady in the world.”

I turn and see Vlad sensei “Oh! hello, I don’t know about all that but yes, I am Miss Palma.”

“You’ve put in great work to help my students to be better strategists and develop techniques” he bowed to me “thank you for your generosity and I apologize on behalf of Monoma for being a stress on your time with him.”

“Oh its not a problem! He’s welcome to seek me out when he changes his mentality on respect.”

“Thats a reasonable compromise” the siren rings to warn the students to be at the starting gates “I hope this will change his mind about it.”

I tried not to root for any one or scream when they’re fucking up. I saw alot of my techniques out on that field and it was a bit strange for me. Not because it’s my techniques but its because they found it useful enough to keep it in their repertoire. It ended and they got the final results but they won’t know until after school, but I got the insider scoop and the one person thats going in A class is  Shinso. Aizawa and I got really excited since he sought us out for his training and it payed off. I meet up with the others when they dressed and I let them know I was in the audience. After lunch, I took my hero course final with Aizawa and it was not as bad as I thought. There was no Stats and Strats because graduation. I attended their graduation in the auditorium, it was really nice, way better than American high school graduation. I got to see the Big 3 in each program and what made them the Big 3. Afterwards when I went up to the graduates, I was given a uniform button from Mirio, Amajiki, Agent 420 and some girl in Mirio’s class that everyone called SeaWitch (she has an amphibious quirk). I didn’t know what it all meant but I was polite and said my thank yous. I drove back to the dorms to change for the party later.

“Oh you’re back!” Hagakure jumped up “how was it? did you get any buttons?”

“How did you know I got buttons?”

All the girls gasped and swarmed me “SHOW US THE BUTTONS!” they all chanted.

“Oh jeez it must be a huge deal” I show them the 4 buttons “I got one from Mirio, Amajiki, a 3rd year in intelligence and from that one girl in 3rd year that turns into a mermaid.”

“I can’t believe it! Four buttons!” Momo looked at me with envy “I’d be lucky to even get one!”

“Not to be a baka-gaijin” I got shy because I have no idea “but what’s so special about getting a button?”

“Oh thats right! You don’t know about these little gestures” Uraraka remembers that I wasn’t born here “when you get a button from a graduate, that means they’re confessing that they liked you and never got the chance to tell you. It’s almost like a last chance to tell them you like them and maybe you’ll start dating or be friends.”

“Oh I see” I look at the buttons on my hand and remembered their faces when they gave me the button “its gonna get super awkward at Mirio’s party because I’m going and so are all the people that gave me buttons.”

“Oh dear that sounds sooooo awful” Jiro said sarcastically “I hate it when all my love interests are all at the same party I am!”

“Jiro-chan! you don’t have to put it like that!” elbowed Mina.

I shrugged it off and I dressed to go to his party. Now, I was under the impression that it was a clean party and his parents are going to be there so I should wear something to cover my tattoos and it should be cute and simple. I drive to his place and arrive at around 7pm, a bit after what the invite said. I enter and its a house party, no parents in sight, booze chilled, music starting to pop BUT the guests aren’t really partaking in the booze.

“HEY YOU MADE IT!” it was Mirio coming at me at full speed.

I dodge his hug tackle “Yes I’ve arrived, glad to see that you have your pants on.” 

“Lil mama! Come here, I saved you a seat” it was agent 420 and he was patting his lap.

I wasn’t that into him but I also didn’t want to talk to Mirio all night. I walked over and he proceeded to confess. Not to really shit on his feelings but I softly let him down and he just accepted it like a champ. I didn’t really drink or had fun, the music was garbage but the food was great! It was 9pm, I was sober again and the party was basically dead. I went to the kitchen to see what type of cereal they had because I was that bored, couldn’t find the cereal but I saw in the kitchen window the things going on there. There was SeaWitch and her friends just sitting in a bunch of kiddie pools. I walk out there and asked if I could join them because I hated what was going on inside the house. They let me sit with them and I found out SeaWitch’s real name, Its Mary Kuna. She then confessed to me and I had to say that while I don’t feel the same, I support her in coming out via button to me. I chat with everyone in the kiddie pools and I hear my name being called out.

“Oh hey its Mirio-san and Han-san” Mary pointed out with a cup in her hand.

“So thats his last name” I said softly as I turn to see Mirio, agent 420 and Amajiki hiding behind Mirio “whats the haps fellas?”

“We were talking and we came to a conclusion” Mirio spoke with his arms crossed “you aren’t having fun and you haven’t been paying much attention to us after confessing but are having fun out here with the water dwellers.”

“So heres the deal lil mama” agent 420 leaned in “you gotta choose between us if you want to have some fun and we’ll make it worth while and if you want to leave you have to kiss one of us.”

I was disgusted by this display, they were playing against me to choose for my freedom. But I had a plan “So I have to choose somebody that confessed to me to stay and have fun or kiss them to leave?” I asked to the 3 boys for clarity.

“Yes that is correct” said Mirio very eagerly like I was going to choose him.

I turn to Mary “May I have this kiss? I’ve had fun with you and I feel very unsafe being pressured to choose between naked man, weed number and shy McGee.” She nods and we give a very light kiss and I stand up from the kiddie pool I was sitting in “Now that I made my decision, I’ll be taking my leave from one of the lamest parties I’ve been invited to.”

“Wait up, let me walk you to your car” Mary stood up and retract her scales and fins “I’d hate to see any of these boys following you and pressure you to do anything else.” She put her arm through mine and her friends also stood up to escort me. “If you 3 do so much as follow us outside, you’ll have to face the wrath of me and my friends. I don’t care how strong you are, you don’t pressure girls to kiss you if they want to leave. I hope you 3 never reproduce!”

I was floored by the power of those words and how it made the boys back off. When they took me to my car, I hugged all of them for coming to my aid. We exchanged social media handles and then I left. It was a bit past 10pm when I got to the dorms, everyone was in their rooms and didn’t notice when I got there. I changed out of my wet clothes and got into bed. The next day, I woke up at exactly 10am and I was pumped because it was finally winter break, christmas was a week away and school resumes a few days before the start of February. I come out of my room and straight to the kitchen and everyone greeted me and my brain cells weren’t clocked in to do their job.

“Good morning! FELLAS!” I spot the baguette on the counter “is it gay? to eat bread?!” I hit the hardest dab anyone has ever seen.  The girls were confused but the boys laughed but then got serious like they were pondering on my question.

“Wait! IS it gay to eat bread?” asked Sero as he looked at his plate “I mean it’s in the shape of a dick.”

“GUYS! with that logic” Mineta said with wide eyes “breadsticks, bread DICKS!” I wish I knew how to describe the room with the boys hollering that they confirmed that eating bread is gay and the girls now more confused than ever before. All the while I was just standing there and I wasn’t being serious. Bakugo and Kirishima come to the kitchen.

“Guys! do you think eating bread is gay?!” Kaminari asked the other two.

“What kind of- WHO SAID THAT SHIT?!” Bakugo yelled, ready to fight whoever said that.

“Woah woah woah there Bakugo!” Kirishima tried to level the situation “I firmly believe eating bread is gay on the account that you use your mouth to eat a dick shaped thing BUT I will never give up bread.”

I crept my way to the coffee maker because I did not want to get bashed for being on my dumb shit so early. Todoroki and Midoriya then enter. Same question asked, but this time Midoriya pondered the question and Todoroki went back to his room. Iida then came in and locked eyes with me but he was soon hit with the question.

“Iida-kun! Is it gay to eat bread?” Mineta spoke up.

“HOW IS IT HOMOSEXUAL TO EAT BREAD?!” he yelled and chopped furiously at that dumb shit.

“Palma-san brought it up and I need your opinion” Mineta retorted “are you pro-bread or not gay?”

“Wait- PALMA-SAN SAID THAT DUMB SHIT?!” Bakugo yelled as I was about to eat a piece of the baguette “do you have any idea the fuckery you just caused?!”

“To be fair” I put my bread down “I just asked the question, Mineta took it to the extreme with the bread politics. I don’t think bread is gay but if it was, I’m still going to eat it.”

Breakfast was calmer after that and I was sitting in the commons room to see the pictures of last night’s lame ass party. Iida came up to me “Hey um mind if I sit with you?”

“Hm? Oh sure go ahead.” I was distracted by the video of the mini fight that broke out after I left the party.

“How was the party?” he asked as he scanned my neck for any hickeys.

“Eh it was lame, Mirio tried to kiss me and it wasn’t fun because everyone doesn’t know how to have fun at one. I made a new friend and I came to the dorms at around 10 last night.”

“Wow it must’ve been lame if you came back so early” he tried to change the subject “so um now that you’re indefinitely free until school starts...do you want to plan some things with me?”

“You want to plan more than just that coffee?” I locked my phone and thought about it “what did you have in mind?”

His mind blanked, he didn’t think she’d pick up that he wanted to plan more things “Um like maybe spending Christmas with my family, going to the farmers market, going to a skating rink...”

“Woah slow down there Tenya” he was talking so quick I couldn’t pick up what he was saying “lets just set the day for the coffee!...how does Monday sound?”

“That sounds great! I guess we’ll talk more about other plans later.”

Before I could say anything, Midnight walks in “Oh Itati! Just the girl I was looking for” she was carrying a small box and a folder that I recognized as my official documents folder “I have a delivery and good news.”

“Thats great!” I jumped up “lets go to my room then.”

“Why can’t it be discussed out here?” asked Iida suspiciously.

“Don’t be nosey Tenya” scolded Midnight “you and your brother have a habit of being up in everyone’s personal business. And this is no exception, if you could please give us some privacy.”

“Sorry, but she’s right” I stood up “girl stuff, you wouldn’t understand.”

“I see” he didn’t understand what that meant “I’ll be going now.”

We go into my room and she hands me the package as she sits down “Ok so I got your feminine hygiene products and good news!”

“Alright, whats the news?”

“Since your program got the large donation, the whole intel dorm is going to be redone and will accommodate for all the incoming for A class. In addition, we’ve accelerated your switch over and you’ll be moving to the proper dorms on Feburary 7th, your birthday!”

My jaw dropped “Really?! Now I’m super excited!”

“Yes, now for the good but a bit boring news.” she takes out a few documents “heres a peek at your 2nd year schedule, as you can see there’s a lot of holes in it. You have options of taking up another non-general ed course, take up 2 free periods or do some under-study credit and assist Mic in the advanced english courses.”

I look over the schedule and I have homeroom, vehicles and mechanics, Math 2, Strategy and Communications and an empty space. “I see that I don’t come in for the hero course strategy and communications until 2nd term?”

“Oh since you took a 3rd year course this past school year and passed, you have a free pass for any other strategy based course work. That class is 1st term strategy and 2nd term hero to control center communications.”

“oh alright, then I can I do a combo of having that term 1 hole as my free period and the empty slot as understudy for Mic?”

“You got it” She took the document back to write my request “Alright that’s all for now, we’ll be releasing the official schedule the week before school starts. Stay warm and be safe Itati, you can call me anytime if you need anything.”

“Thank you Midnight” I hugged her “I’m so fortunate to have you as my adult reliance, I appreciate you.”

“Aww stop I’m going to cry” she said welling up with tears “it was the least I could do.”

She leaves and I get to putting away my products. I keep thinking about my move in and how things are going the way I want them to. It’s finally not a huge dumpster fire that I didn’t cause but have to deal with.

Get an early start

What if, where Deku is at the end of Season 3, is how strong he is when he starts at UA. Imagine how the entrance exam, the mock battles, USJ, the Sports Festival, Stain, the Forest Training. Imagine how far he would be by now if he had a modified Shoot Style Full Cowling from the get go without having to destroy his arms in the process.

Imagine how pissed Bakugo would be at Deku being as strong as he is.

So, my idea behind an AU of this is as follows (dubbed Jump Start AU) (slight manga Spoilers Ahead):

Deku, while crushed early on, started looking at other heroes. All might is still his idol, but if he can't be All Might, he see if there are other heroes he can better identify with

Soon after, he finds info on tons of different pro heroes who don't have combat based quirks, or highly specific quirks, and therefore usually are the brains of a team, or out smart villains on the regular. Even then, these heroes tend to be able to stand their own in a fight, so he figures if they can fight and be smart, he's already got the planning part down, he just needs to start exercising and training.

This leads to a Deku who is still a hero fanboy, still has his journal, but uses it more as a strategy guide and keeps notes on different villain strategies and how to counter them. He has also been working out for years now and is training in different martial arts styles he learned about from different heroes, mixing them to better suit himself.

He has also stood up for himself against Bakugo, making it so that he still dislikes Deku and will make snide remarks, and can beat Deku up if he really wants, but it would be annoying, and the nerd seems to be getting better every time.

Slime still happens, catching Deku off guard, and Deku is still a massive All Might fan. Deku isn't as heartbroken about AM's advice, but when slime shows up again and once again Deku is useless, that's what gets to him.

All might offers him the chance, and they start the training, but he finishes in only a few months due to being stronger already. He trains a little with All Might after this, but his body still isn't built right for controlling OfA the way All Might is used to, so he sends Deku to Grab Torino in hopes of helping Deku get a better grasp. He develops Full Cowling quickly, and combines it with his martial arts training to get his Shoot Style Full Cowling (he does focus more on legs due to reasons, but utilize his full body and doesn't need to worry about any damages arms)

After some more training with Gran Torino, in which he focuses on building up speed, he goes back with his new style to train with All Might and build power, as well as develop a good work out regiment. By the time he attends the entrance exam, he's easily able to use Full Cowling at around 15% of his power, and can use more concentrated if he needs to without hurting himself to much.

He still destroys the giant mech, because that's who he is, but he's able to recover on his own and he got plenty of robots before that, securing his place in 1-A.

In the mock battles, Bakugo is even more pissed that Deku is so strong, and Deku is able to outmaneuver him easily, taking him out quickly, then he and Uraraka tag team and beat Iida and capture the bomb. There isn't the confession scene, as he still wants to be friends with Bakugo, but knows he gets unnecessarily pissed often, and isn't going to try and appease him.

During the USJ, he gets his group out much faster, but still isn't able to do anything to the nomu, and feels helpless again, triggering the appearance of one of AfO's other quirks, maybe the one from the manga, maybe a different one, but he has the vision and gets a new power that helps beat the nomu, after Todaroki leaves

In the Sports exam, he is able to take down a giant mech with ease and sprint ahead, his speed and agility allowing him to avoid most obstacles and getting first with a big lead. In the Cavalry battle, he stays on the ground and puts Fumikage on top as he would be more about to defend his headband, and Deku is better at mobility now. They lose Deku's headband but manage second in all the chaos. He still fights against Todaroki second, he still has his speech, but it's less power against power and more speed against speed, with them restoring to the final punch when neither is able to catch the other. Deku rings out after, admitting he had no actual plan if Todaroki did use his fire and probably wouldn't have been able to get past it as he was

Due to his better performance throughout, he actually got an internship, but he still ended up in Hosu that fateful night and managed to help take down Stain a little quicker then before. As for the teacher finals, that went similarly on the basis of Bakugo being Bakugo, but Deku was able to hold his own against All Might much better then I'm the show, actually almost beating him before he started actually trying, eventually pulling Bakugo with him on the way out

That's all for now. I find this interesting, and I have ideas for season 3, plus manga, but it's hard to mess with considering much of it is just him using more of OfA consistently, bring able to do bigger concentrated hits without breaking more often, and developing new quirks that the show hasn't offered. I need to think on how Muscular's fight goes, and what new quirks Deku gets, and when. Also special moves and how his fighting style works in the first place.
