With the help of the adoptables, Monthly Mission prompts and the One Fill, One Bingo challenge  for Row 5 - I managed a blackout plus for my @allcapsbingo card  (AC1040)  - such a super-fun and inspiring event!!

Rosie: She'd think it was great somebody was helping out Omegas and such. The colony itself is fiercely protective over the members in it that are Omegas though they don't have two of the designations, specifically the one that's the most discriminated against. Would low-key wonder how they would taste but would never sink her teeth in unless they started trouble in the Town or she was offered.

Alastor:

He thinks it's hilarious that three people are trying to change the foundations of hell. Of course he's wary of them as an unknown player but he's too confident in his own abilities (pre-Adam) to be sincerely concerned. He is jealous that someone manifested unhindered by this darned classification system and it wasn't him.

The V's:

Honestly until it starts really affecting their bottom line they don't really give a shit. They think two of the group is fucking weird and Valentino gets an odd obsession with the third because he's got a power kink and would love to dominate someone who's fighting so hard to try and change things.

Lucifer:

He's got other things to concern himself with, as he hardly concerns himself with what most sinners were doing anyway, but he does find the non-classified one to be a bit of an abomination.

Charlie:

She's just happy for the help and doesn't really discriminate. Might find the non-classified a bit odd at first and not really know how to respond at first but wouldn't be against them or anything. Vaggie attempts to withhold judgement but won't hesitate to kill any of them should they pose a threat to Charlie.

the compilation vids!!! took me two days to finish these, watched imperium then fl season two- then inversion and after shock. it was great rewatching them as heartbreaking as it was. seeing important moments between characters and subtle things (*clears throat* hux and dami) i love these vids, very great and very emotional storytelling!

blake. ugh WHY IS HE SUCH A GOOD ANTAGONIST. this story is great and one of my fav side plots in this universe. it started off so simple and then just became so intense. while people and he have said this audio didn’t move forward a lot i agree with the fact it was important. it makes sense too, brachium spent his powers so he needs to rest, blake is pretty spent and sunshine needs a break. it makes sense to not jump in again right away, i think that’s what the next audio will be for. while i love and want the best for sunshine and elliott, the angst is great and leaves more room for their relationship to grow and become stronger. it’s scary but exciting!

geordiiii- :(( this audio was one of the hardest ones for me. because like he said, as a listener i wouldn’t do what cutie did lol but that’s why we have oc’s like he mentioned. and while it is hard and heartbreaking, not every relationship is perfect and it ties into real life instead of everything being perfect. this story and relationship is a way to show that side of things, and it’s very interesting to listen to. i hope geordi and cutie can recover from this but it won’t be easy, we just gotta hope lol <3

DAVEY AND GREGORY. A rough knock at the door interrupted their conversation. Erik answered, expecting it to be one of Henny’s clients, but smirked devilishly when he saw it was Ares.

“Ayo Shy, ya little boyfriend here,” he called over his shoulder, stepping back to let Ares in.

“Whatever nigga,” Ares said, pushing past Erik.

“Can you give us a moment please, E?” Henny asked sensing the tension in the room.

“You got it Princess. I’ll be in my room if you need me,” he says back, leaving the pair alone in the living room.

“You fucking that nigga?” Ares growled as soon as Erik left the room.

Hennessy was taken aback. Before she could fix her mouth to answer, Ares held up his phone, playing the voicemail she’d left him last Saturday night. She was mortified when she heard her moans mixed with the vulgar things Erik was saying to unravel her.

“Ares, I’m so—“

Quality over quantity as they say - but why not both? I love detail in description, and I am actively seeking someone of the same infamy. My partner should have a basic grasp on grammar, punctuation and somewhat of an interest in knowledgeable writing. I also double! (preferably, but we can always discuss whether it makes sense for our roleplay our not.) When I double, mostly I would like to do it in fandom roleplays. Originals are a different matter. World building & plot: You should be active and help me shape the world around our characters. Even if we discuss many things during and before the roleplay, how we wish for things to play out and take its course, I am always happy to be surprised with a secret of my partner’s character I didn’t know before. You don’t need to lay out all your cards on the table… keep it a little mysterious and suspenseful. Just enough so we can work with the ideas, but not completely kill off the suspense.

Characters: I write canon as well as OC characters. Faceclaims, GIFs, drawings, mood boards or just a plain physical description is absolutely sufficient. Whatever floats your boat when it comes to visualising your character and their backstory, I’m on board. Characters should be flawed, unique, talented, heroic, villainous, spiteful, angry, and everything in-between. In other words, don’t be scared of making them ‘human’, even when they are non-human. Romance: Openly play and accept characters of both genders, preferable m x f pairings, but I am open to m x m and f x f relationships as well. I have more experience with m x f relationships, so I might be more savvy in this one. If the chemistry of two characters compel me, I will ship them no matter what! Classic fangirl shipper here! Ayo, where my shippers at? 
When it comes to sexual scenarios and intimacy (intercourse, foreplay, all that jazz) I will not fade to black. I encourage erotism, but in a tasteful manner (that goes for romance as well). The passion must be felt through the screen, even if its just an description of someone’s deep train of thought. Content: Drama, violence, sex, metamorphosis, horror, symbolism, action, romance, pretty much everything is a-okay. I am unbothered by certain subjects that may or may not be uncomfortable for the general public. Roleplays are fictional stories and we best keep viewing them as such. If there are things you are uncomfortable with, name them and I shall respect those boundaries. But don’t be surprised when suddenly one of our characters bites the dust, or gets tortured. It may be difficult to write and read, but it is all part of the story and furthering the plot. My roleplays imply and involve brutality, mayhem, psychological and physical torture as well as other things. But I also endorse beauty, serenity and placid moments, scenes or characters. I love it when it comes full circle… everyone- and everything has their beautiful and hideous side. Both should be embraced. Communication: OOC-chat friendly! I love meeting new people and making potential friends. Plus it strengthens the compatibility between us. Communication is the alpha and the omega. If there is something that bothers you, or if you think you are left out in some way (be it a mistake on my part or we’re both at fault here), don’t be scared of telling me. Really, it won’t be taken personally - since I know that we slip up every now and then, we’re only human after all. It is also completely sufficient if you only type out a few messages per week. I am super chill about it. It doesn’t bother me re-writing a scene to fit the narrative more. If there are mistakes, they can be corrected - just to get that out there. We can always exchange opinions and see what would benefit the story most. I will also voice my opinion should something arise that could be bothersome. World building & plotting: An active roleplayer is wanted without a doubt. Can’t do the thinking for two now. Let’s row this boat together Limits: My only limits are pedophilia, bestiality, necrophilia , pedophilia, scat, furries and some other bizarre fetishes. Also no one-liners or text-talk messages. The sentences have to be cohesive, coherent and somewhat structured. On my shipping list, the ones that are marked in bold are the ones I am craving at the most right now!

A/N: Maya and CoCo are finally meeting. I won’t say too much until the last part is posted but, I would like to say (type) a huge thank you to @brianabreeze for creating such an iconic character and agreeing to work with me on this. If you want to be added of removed from the tag list, let one of us know. Enjoy. 

Friendly conversation pinged from table to table as women from all walks of life settled into the Ritz Carlton ballroom for the scheduled event. Spearheaded by a Los Angeles based support group, the weekend was reserved to celebrate and encourage women that have endured miscarriages. Ladies from all walks of life were invited to share their stories of pain and triumph in a safe and uplifting environment.

Tasha Boseman stood in the near the door, assisting with check-in to distract her brain from the nervous energy surging through her body.

“T, why are you over here,” her best friend and event planner, Yvonne, asked walking up to the table. “I appreciate the help but, I think I got it from here.”

“Damn! Excuse me for wanting to help my girl.”

“Don’t start, heffa. I know you well enough to know that you don’t want to go in there and talk to people.”

“You don’t know shit,” Tasha mumbled, looking around the room at the unfamiliar faces. Motherhood and being a wife had been her security blanket for five years. Now, she was forced to interact with people that weren’t her husband or daughter and she was uncharacteristically nervous. “Okay, you’re right!”

Grabbing her shoulders, Yvonne led a deep breathing exercise. “You are here to meet and bond with women that share your story. It’s okay to be scared but, you’ve gotta get out there and make new friends.”

“Are you saying you don’t want me anymore?”

“I’m saying,” Yvonne turned Tasha’s body to face the large ballroom. “Go mingle. It’s time for you to make more mommy friends. Go on!”

With a light shove, Tasha found herself shying away from the moment. Always the life of the party, she never had issues sparking conversation and meeting new people. Life managed to force her into a cocoon, making her first event since having her daughter feel like her first day of high school.

Nervously, the threaded through the see of people to reach her table. She sat alone and observed the cocktail hour, mentally complimenting outfits and eavesdropping on nearby conversations. Curiosity got the best of Tasha as she began to wonder who she was seated next to for the night.

“Serena Williams, oh thank God,” she commented, thankful that at least one familiar person would join her. “Jacquelyn, Tracy and...Maya Udaku, Queen of Wakanda.”

Her eyes bugged at the nameplate situated beside her seat. Tasha had met various women at the top of their professions from Beyonce to Soledad O’Brien but never a Queen.

Whipping her phone out, she tapped away in the Google search engine, trying to gather any information she could before the event began.

“Bachelor of Arts from Yale, songwriter, and award winning actress? Okay, sis, I see you!” Scrolling through the images, she smiled at a photo of the Queen in her sorority attire. “Uh oh, we got a ‘K’ in the house.”

As an alumnae chapter member of Delta Sigma Theta, Tasha had long pushed past the undergraduate jokes between the sororities and enjoyed spending time with other members of the Divine 9 organizations.

“Good evening, ladies,” Misha, the event’s organizer, started. “If I could get your attention for a moment, we’ll be starting in about ten minutes. Please, continue to mingle as you find your seats.”

As Tasha sent a quick text to her husband to find out more information, a regal presence settled over the room. Maya, in all her glory, came sauntering into the event space flanked by two fierce warriors on either side.

Her energy was warm despite seeming physically uncomfortable. Others would mistake her short introductions and nonchalant demeanor for snob behavior but, Tasha knew better. She was all too familiar with the defense mechanism because she frequently employed it in unfamiliar company. Maya was nervous.

“She looks familiar. Think I’ve seen her on stage before when we lived in New York.”

Chadwick sent back, not answering any of the questions that his wife had asked. Closing the message thread, Tasha focused her attention on the two guards flanking the owner of the last seat at the table.

“My Queen, your seat,” the deep brown woman informed the monarch. All eyes fell on Maya as she took her seat in silence.

“Thank you Ayo. You and Kali can stand outside the doors. I’ll call you if I need you.”

The guards eyed her curiously, remaining steadfast until they were given a reassuring nod. Turning back to the table of women in front of her, Maya gave everyone a once over, trying to decipher the various facial expressions around the table. When she stopped at Tasha, she was greeted with a warm, half smile and extended hand.

“I’m Tasha, Tasha Boseman. How you doin’, sis?” Her familiar Southern accent made Maya smile as she reached out to return the gesture.

“Maya Udaku, Queen of Wakanda. I’m good, girl. Nervous as hell.”

“Girl, you must be reading my mind!”

The new acquaintances shared a brief smile before their attention was drawn to the woman stepping to the podium at the front of the room.

“Again, good evening,” Misha waited for the responses to die down before continuing. “Welcome to our first ever women’s retreat, sponsored by my women’s support group based in LA. We’re so excited to have you here with us. To kick us off for the night, we have a few ice breaker questions in the bowls in the center of your tables. We want you to find a partner at your table and pick questions from the bowl to learn a bit more about each other. How does thirty minutes sound?” Murmurs of agreeance sounded in response. “Good! Time starts...now!”  

Pairing began immediately as the women around the room began to gravitate toward those they knew best. Tasha attempted to turn to Serena, finding that her friend had already paired with Gabrielle Union. Looking to her left, she noticed Maya nervously tapping at the table, watching the commotion around her.

“Should I go first or do you want to?”

Maya snapped out of her daze, offering a small smile. “You go ahead.”

“Okay, first question! Where are you from?”

“Originally? Savannah, Georgia. But, my parents raised me in New York. What about you? I hear that twang in your voice.”

“I was born and raised in Lithonia, Georgia. We’re basically next door neighbors,” Tasha laughed. “Your turn.”

Maya reached for the bowl to pick a slip of paper to unravel. “Oh, this is a good one. Share an interesting fact that not many people know about you.”

“Damn, that’s hard. Uh...not too many people know that I have my husband’s initials tattooed on my ring finger.” Tasha removed her wedding band to show the small “CAB” inscribed on the inner portion of the digit. “Don’t judge me. In my defense, he got his first!”

“Girl, how can I judge? I have my man’s name on me too!”

“Oop,” Tasha quirked her eyebrows at Maya. “I’m gonna assume that you not showing me where it is means that you got it somewhere that only he would see.”

Maya mirrored Tasha’s expression causing the two to fall out in a bout of loud laughter.

“Okay, you caught me! What’s the next question?”

“Alright, let’s see what we got,” Tasha fished for another piece of paper. “Are or were you a member of any organizations?”

“I think the one I take the most pride in is my sorority.”

“Sorority? Let me find out you’re a soror!” Though she knew the answer to the question, Tasha decided to let Maya reveal the information on her own.

“Only if you’re part of the first and finest sorority in all the land.”

“Oh no ma’am. I prefer to identify as a woman of vision, a devastating diva!”

“A Delta! Girl, I’m so sorry.”

The ladies shared another laugh, both of them silently excited to find someone that shared their sense of humor. Had Maya attempted that shade with anyone else, it would almost always turn into a passive aggressive altercation. With Tasha, she felt comfortable enough to drop the tidbit of sass and know that it could be appreciated.

“I’ll let you have that one! So, line name and number? You look like the tre.”

“Close, I was the quad. Akatress is what they called me. What about you?”

“I’m the lovely four duck known as Legend4ry in Deltaland,” Tasha answered, flipping her twist out dramatically. “I didn’t get the undergrad, Alpha chapter experience unfortunately. I was in way too much to pledge but, I’m an alumnae chapter member back home in Los Angeles.”

“You all have time for one more question!” Misha informed the group.

Maya unraveled the last slip of paper and read the question, “This is a cute one! Do you have any kids and, if so, do you have any pictures?”

“Lord knows I love showing off my baby,” Tasha beamed, reaching for her phone to show off her only daughter. Clicking the button in the side of her phone, she revealed an adorable picture of Micah showing off the awards she received at her kindergarten graduation. “This is my little one, Micah Noelle.”

“Girl, she is gorgeous! She looks likes my baby Malaika when she was younger. Here, look!” Maya opened her phone to search for a baby picture of her oldest child.

“Wooooow! Literal twins! What does she look like now?”

It was true. Give or take a few features, Mala and Micah could’ve been mistaken as twins at that age. Swiping to the next picture, Maya came to a more recent picture.

“This is her now with her brother, Abdul.”

“She’s such a little model. And look at this handsome young man! Your kids are beautiful!” While viewing the photo, Tasha scrunched her face in curiosity at a figure in the background. “Hey, who i-”

“Times up, ladies!” Maya, oblivious to the confusion on Tasha’s face retrieved her phone before turning to focus her attention on the front of the stage. She didn’t want to seem crazy but, she couldn’t shake the familiar face in the background of the picture.

“Tomorrow is about sharing our stories but, tonight is about fun!” The women in attendance applauded, happy for the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves. “There’s food, music and enough alcohol to make sure everyone has a good time. Feel free to indulge and mingle. Remember, our panel discussion starts the day at 11 am, followed by some group therapy sessions. Now, let’s get this shit started, shall we?”

On cue, DJ Queen of Spade started the mixer with Rihanna’s “Pour it Up” to encourage women to get up and move around. The energy of the room created an open environment for all in attendance, famous and blue collar alike, to spark conversation and enjoy the festivities.

Like magnets, Tasha and Maya remained close for the remainder of the night. As Maya moved, so did Tasha and vice versa. They shared stories of motherhood during dinner, introduced each other to their respective friends and colleagues and made time to take keepsake pictures in the provided photobooth. In a short time, the two women from worlds closer than they thought, became inseparable.

By the end of the night, they were holding each other up, drunkenly engaging in a battle of compliments while they took the elevator from the hotel lobby to their respective floors.

“Oh my God, Star, your shoes are so cute.”

“No no no, Co, your hair though...it’s like, so beautiful.”

“No, your hair is fuckin’ amazing. In Wakanda do they-” Tasha paused to hiccup and laugh at herself. “What was I saying?”

“Girl, I don’t know. What was I saying?”

They laughed together, missing the soft ‘ding’ of the elevator as it reached the19th floor. Neither of them noticed the annoyed figure that stood in front of them with his arms crossed as the doors slid open.

“Kitten, where have you been? It is time for you to come to bed. Do you know how long I sat awake waiting for you?”

Maya kissed her teeth and rolled her eyes at her husband’s pestering, “Cletus, I was having fun. Take your grumpy ass upstairs!” Turning to address Tasha, she noticed her company’s strange expression. “This is my husband, T’Challa. T’Challa, this is Tasha.”

“Good morning, Tasha. I assume you are the one that kept my wife away from me for so long?” He extended his hand to the bewildered woman, growing more agitated when she did not return the gesture.

“Ch-Chadwick?”

“I’ll give you one minute, Maya. Do not make me come and find you.” He warned, ignoring Tasha.

“Yeah, whatever, nigga. I’m grown, too!” Maya shook her head at her husband before turning to address Tasha. “He’s such an old man but, he’s so fine.”

“That’s your husband?”

“Most times. Some days I feel like trading him in for a bottle of Hennessy,” the joking tone in her voice dropped when she noticed Tasha’s expression. “Girl, you are fucked up. You sure you can get back to your room by yourself? I can have one of my guards escort you. Ayo!”

Snapping out of her haze, Tasha shook her head. “No! Don’t...I mean...I can make it on my own. I’ll be okay. I just need to get to my man so he can fix all this.”

“Oooh, same, girl! Challa is mad and I love Daddy when he’s mad! See you in the morning. You wanna meet for breakfast. I don’t know if their food is good but, we can try it out.”

“And if it’s not, I know a place where can go get some good ass biscuits!”

The two Southern women shared a moment, grasping hands while they bonded over their love of a fluffy biscuits and authentic breakfast items.

“Good night, Tasha. Thank you for helping me loosen up.” Past the thin, alcohol induced gloss over her eyes, Maya’s sincerity was on display for Tasha to observe.

“Don’t mention it. We gotta stick together out here. Even if you are an AKA.”

“Oh, girl!”

“KITTEN! I A-”

“I’m got damn coming, T’Challa! Go to bed!” Tasha watched in amusement as the King rolled his eyes and recoiled to enter their suite. Maya returned her attention to the woman in front of her, adding a small smile. “Is 9:45 a good time?”

“It’s perfect. Now, go ahead and get to your man before he comes back. I don’t want no problems.”

“Eh, he’ll get over it. He shouldn’t have followed me here if he was going to complain the whole time.”

After a brief hug, Tasha stayed put to make sure Maya got into her room safely before pushing the button to get to the next floor. The stagger in her walk prolonged the trip and, when she finally reached the door, she fumbled with the key to grant her access to her bed and husband.

On the fifth attempt, the wooden door flung open to reveal her shirtless and groggy partner.

“Somebody had a good time,” He yawned while scratching his chest.

“Are you really Aaron or is this a joke?”

“What are you-” He paused to identify the smell oozing from her pores. “CoCo, you know you can’t drink. Come in here so I can get you in the bed.”

“Aaron, I-”

Chadwick tuned her out as he pulled her inside and closed the door behind her. Her sloppy recounting of the night’s events fell on deaf ears while he undressed her and did his best to tie her scarf around the perimeter of her head. When he was done, he carefully guided her to the bedroom to tuck her in before crawling into the space beside her and pulling her body into his.

“Baby, I swear he looks just like you!”

“Mhmm, he looks just like me. I hear you, sweetheart. How about we save this conversation for the morning. Hm?”

“M’kay,” the alcohol was beginning to transform her talkative spell into drowsiness as she snuggled closer to her husband. “You don’t think I’m crazy, right?”

“Of course not, baby. I think you’re drunk,” he kissed her forehead and pulled the covers over her bare shoulders. “And crazy.”

On vacation (kinda-sorta) so a low word count for the week - I touched 3 fics (2 WIPs & 1 new work)  for a total of  1347 words, most of which were on a single fic.

Seek & Destroy Collab

After reading @psychiccatpanda‘s amazing   Morguna and the Green Queen, I  got the itch to explore the Soldier’s POV and talked  Faustie into   collab’ing with me!  We’re working on a new part of the series, and I’ve  contributed about 900 words towards the  2500-ish we have so far.   Going to see if I can squeeze any of my BBB squares into this fic.

I’ve got 26 completed squares (counting unclaimed adoptables), and three WIPs - hoping to get close to a 'natural ' blackout before the event ends!

* Row 5 (One Fill, One Bingo).   “Man, shut the hell up!”, Alpha Bucky Barnes, James Rhodes, Humping, Competitive Idiocy. Posted A Forest's Worth of Pining on Friday - a No Powers WI fic where Sam and Rhodey (and Natasha) are working to get their alpha pals Bucky and Tony together. It came in at 1050 words.

* N3 - FREE – Using this for the next chapter of Technicalities - which is currently sitting at 1175 words -hoping to finish off the smut (and the fic) with another 500-ish words so I can post it by the end of the month.

* G1 - Swapped in my July Adoptable: Mate-induced Heat for this square - which was chapter 4 of A Sugar-Coated Pill

* G3 - Established Relationship - planning to fill this with Chapter 2 of   Half of the Flesh and Blood That Makes Me Whole   - a Bucky POV remix of at least the first part of Take What Was Wrong (And Make it Right), which is current sitting at  52 words.  I’m expecting at least one more chapter, possibly two, depending on how far I want to take the remix.   If I can’t pull this off - a quickie Stucky or SamBucky drabble may have to do. 

* O2 - Canon-adjacent  - Posted The Family You Find   to Ao3 this morning. Ayo takes Bucky to his new Wakandan refuge; it came in at 489 words.

* Sept Adoptable: Dominant Omega - this is of course a perfect match for the next chapter of  Finding Something Fresh (currently sitting at 406 words) - where omega!Dom!Steve and beta!sub!Bucky continue their scene.

WinterIron Bingo  - [WIB_R1]   (Ends 16 Dec 2023)

I have fifteen fills completed and two WIPs for this brand-new bingo event that I’m helping mod!  Along with crossfilling against my other bingos,  I’m going to try to combine my B column squares for the Iron Soldier badge (complete a bingo with a single work). – Alpha Tony Stark, “That was not my intention.”, James Rhodes, Alpine loves Tony and Blind date.   (Tony POV remix of A Sugar Coated Pill?)

U1 - Never the fall that kills you -  I’ve got a WinterIron hanahaki fic idea for this that I might play with.

U3 - Fireplace -  Working on a 1980′s No Powers WinterIron fic set at a ski lodge where Tony’s being wooed by poetry and love letters that Bucky wrote to someone else.   Started poking at this as a crossover with a Love Letters prompt and it’s sitting at 129 words.

C2 - Yelena Belova–   The plan is to use this prompt in the next chapter of Peresmešnik,  (aka Three Avengers and a Baby), which is currently sitting at 1303 words (600-ish of which are mine).

C5 - Marriage of Convenience/Pretend Couple -  next chapter of   Lady Natasha’s Consort and Lord Steve’s Companion.    Got a spark of an idea the other day that might get me a bit further on this fic.

UAAP 82 BASKETBALL PRE-SEASON POWER RANKINGS: AN ATENEO-UP REMATCH?

With the UAAP season now with us, our collective excitement – and maybe stress? – is greatly aggravated.  But along with these sentiments come expectations for the teams we’re rooting for.  Which teams will make the postseason?  Which teams won’t?  What award will this player win?  And the biggest question of them all, who will win all the marbles?  With seniors graduating, fresh blood entering the league, and summer league stints, here’s how I think all eight UAAP teams are going to fare.

1.      UE Red Warriors

After losing super-superstar Alvin Pasaol, the University of the East is undoubtedly in full rebuild mode.  In fact, a day or so before the season opened, coach Joe Silva stepped down as team mentor, and was replaced by Philippine Basketball Association Developmental League coach Lawrence Chongson of the Tanduay Rhum Masters, who led the Red Warriors to the finals in 2009.  This team is definitely not expected to win games this season; its main goal is to expose its players to the rigors of a UAAP season and develop them for the future.  Being a rebuilding team, the Red Warriors have done a tremendous step one of the rebuilding process: recruiting a cache of young talent.  After the team’s final roster cut, 12 out of the 16 players are either rookies or sophomores.  If taught and nurtured right, the Red Warriors are poised to become one of the best teams in the league in 2-3 years’ time.  They may not be contenders now, but they absolutely will not give up on games — they will try to score an upset in all 14 games. As the UE faithful proudly roar, “Go Fight!  UE! Iwakadima!” expect team veterans Philip Manalang and Nick Abanto, along with a bevy of rookies, to keep their alma mater proud – watch out for potential backcourt star Rey Suerte among these.

2.      NU Bulldogs

With a failed season 81 for the National University Bulldogs, expectations have lowered for them this season.  After winning only four games last season, a playoff berth is still a dream for this team.  In a team filled with role players, NU would be best served running the offense exclusively through the younger Ildefonso, Dave.  The sophomore averaged a team-high in points per game with 15.2 to go along with 5.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists.  Dave Ildefonso is expected to take a leap towards being a superstar in this league, together with a developing supporting cast of Senegalese Issa Gaye, streaky scorer John Lloyd Clemente, elder brother and skipper Shaun Ildefonso, and the only two blue-chip recruits of the Bulldogs, Miguel Oczon and Robert Minerv, both from NU Bullpups.  NU has become popular in its recruitment and development of players, particularly from its juniors squad.  NU must emphasize developing star players from the young core, along with continued recruitment from its uber-talented Bullpups squad.

3.      FEU Tamaraws

After making the playoffs in dramatic fashion, the Far Eastern University Tamaraws lost the man that made it all happen.  While FEU’s offense doesn’t revolve around a star, losing your best scorer will always hurt the team.  That star, Arvin Tolentino, is now graduated, so FEU’s focus should shift towards grooming their next best scorer.  The Tamaraws are also generally young so their search for a new star may take long, but once they do get to do it, FEU should be back in the postseason in no time.  With the team now built around veteran combo guard Wendell Comboy, expect a faster-paced Tamaraw squad on both ends of the floor.  Together with him in the backcourt is point guard LJ Gonzalez, who is a shifty ballhandler and can score if he needs to.  Other vets like forwards Kenneth Tuffin and Barkley Eboña should help beef up the Tamaraw frontline and ably back up rookie center Patrick Tchuente of Cameroon in the post.  For sure, celebrated Blue Eagle and now-FEU mentor Olsen Racela and his assistants – former PBA legends Johnny Abarrientos (who also starred for the Tamaraws in college) and Jojo Lastimosa (himself a former Blue Eagle), as well as retired PBA slotman Gilbert Lao – will have their hands full pushing their wards to vie for a playoff spot.

4.      DLSU Green Archers

If you are a diehard De La Salle University alumni or fan under the impression that your Green Archers will win the championship, let alone make the playoffs, then this is a season to forget.  The three imports that the Green Archers recruited last year were one-and-done this season, and one wonders how this will help in securing their team’s long-term prospects.  In addition to having no reliable recruits yet, the team lost former team captain Kib Montalbo and Santi Santilian. With two key cogs gone, La Salle is due for an elevated performance from sharpshooter Aljun Melecio and Mythical Five selection Justine Baltazar.  La Salle isn’t picked to make the playoffs this year, but with the team’s rich history and championship DNA, it may be too early to count the Archers out.  Let’s see what type of noise they can make.

5.      UST Growling Tigers

The University of Sto. Tomas is a sexy pick to make its postseason return this year.  As CJ Cansino resumes rehabilitation of his torn ACL (he is expected to play in the season opener against UE), the team’s roster represents a predominantly young team, with majority being rookies.  While many of these Growling Tigers may be rookies, their potential is off the charts and they have the mentality and talent to make it to the playoffs.  These new and fresh faces include Beninese big man Soulémane Chabi Yo, former La Salle swingman Brent Paraiso, the long and athletic small forward from Pangasinan, Rhenz Abando, and Mark Nonoy, a UAAP “seniors-ready rookie” from the juniors program of UST.  Spearheaded by this army of newcomers, the Growling Tigers are ready to make some noise this season 82 under highly-regarded coach Aldin Ayo.

6.      Adamson Soaring Falcons

After having fallen short season after season after season, the Adamson University Soaring Falcons’ window of opportunity is closing; this year may be their last chance to win a UAAP championship.  Definitely, they will have to rely on sweet shooter Jerrick Ahanmisi to deliver the goods for them, as for the first time in his collegiate career, he is the alpha dog of this team.  Bolstered by a more-than-solid supporting cast, the Soaring Falcons are once again a contending team this year.  This season, they aren’t generally picked to end up with the twice-to-beat advantage they had last season.  This puts them in familiar position.  From Seasons 79-80, the San Marcelino-based squad was challenged with having to beat the then-Ben Mbala-led Green Archers.  Despite losing to those Archers in both seasons, an upset victory in a playoff series with any team should heal the wounds of all the Falcons’ past playoff shortcomings.

7.      UP Fighting Maroons

To be the champions, you gotta beat the champions.  The Fighting Maroons of the University of the Philippines are primed to win it all this season 82.  After coming out of nowhere to reach the finals last year, everyone now knows what to expect from this team.  This is because despite losing star skipper and leader of the “Atin ‘to” movement, Paul Desiderio, the Maroons have reinforced their squad with former La Salle star Ricci Rivero and the ever-popular Kobe Paras.  After years of winless seasons and playoff absences, this is the deepest team the Fighting Maroons have ever had since their last championship team back in ’86, when Kobe’s dad, Benjie Paras, Ronnie Magsanoc and Eric Altamirano starred for the Maroons.  With the two new stars combining with the uber-talented Gomez de Liaño brothers and floor general Jun Manzo, Bo Perasol’s army is in the running for becoming eventual UAAP champions.  The only team in their way...

8.      Ateneo Blue Eagles

Fresh from a back-to-back championship victory last season, the Ateneo Blue Eagles have the proverbial target on their backs.  In a general interview by ABS-CBN, Ateneo is the consensus team to beat.  Despite losing two games in the regular season last year, the Blue Eagles elevated their game onto extraordinary levels that they looked practically unbeatable. However, season 82 will be completely different from last season.  Many teams have bolstered their rosters.  Moreover, they are playing this season without Raffy Verano, Jolo Mendoza and the graduated Anton Asistio.  Most importantly, their biggest threat, the UP Fighting Maroons, may even be more star-studded than themselves — this season would definitely be no walk in the park for the Blue Eagles.  But despite being a team full of star power as well, coach Tab Baldwin’s men do not rely on a superstar (even someone of Thirdy Ravena’s caliber); they have a system, a system so successful it has led them to three finals appearances, along with two chips.  But considering all circumstances surrounding the team, Ateneo should get ready to be able to defend its crown and continue its dynasty.

1.       MERRIAM. Mostly sa mga medical term. Sa kanya ko una narinig yung salitang “toxic” at “benign”.  To the point na nakakarelate ka na nga sa mga casual na usapan nila mga kasama nya kasi palagi mong naririnig sa kanya ang mga ganong klaseng salita. Wag kang magtaka if during babe time especially kapag quality talk time magagamitan ka ng mga ganitong klaseng kataga. Ang ibig sabihin lang non ay kampante na sya sayo bes. Kaya benign! 

2.       OC-OC NG TAON. Obsessive-Compulsive bes. Yung pati kaliit liitan na detalye dapat nasa ayos. Baket? Kasi naging nature na nila yun sa work. Madalas silang nagdedeal sa mga gross stuff, literal ha,  gusto nilang maayos at malinis ang kanilang work station. Nga lang, nadadala nila sa everyday life, minsan kahit na pagod mula sa 12hours duty kapag may nakitang dumi sa kusina, sa banyo or sa sala kesa mamahinga ay naglilinis pa. Yung tipong hindi sila mapakali at makakilos sa ganun klase ng ayos. Kaya kung ikaw if you’re dating a nurse, ayusin mong mabuti ang mga gamit mo sa bahay kung hindi ibibili ka talaga nya ng organizer- she just did!

3.       NUTRITIONIST. Dito mo ma-aapreciate ang chemistry lesson mo nung 3rd year high school ka. Kung line of 7 ka katulad ko eh I sesearch mo pa ang mga minerals at vitamins na nababanggit nya. Sila yung punong puno ng rationale at background study sa isang situation. Halimbawa, sa bottled water na inumin,  ihanda mo ang sarili mo dahil iddiscuss nya ng kumpleto ang sodium content ng bawat brand ng tubig na iniinom mo. Sasamahan pa nya ng related literature na keso yan mga nagigiging sakit ng mga OFW sakit bato xyz… anu ka may figures pa! alam kung ilang ang percent at ratio-oha! Mainit din ang mga mata nila sa chips at junk food, kung ayaw mong balikan ang chemistry class mo nuon umayos ka. “yung totoo Nicart” ayan ang laging linya nya… pero ang totoo concern lang sya sa mga kinakain mo dahil ayaw ka nyan magkasakit- sweet though.

4.       PHYSICIAN. Vigilant sila sa lahat ng detalye sayo. Parang  pakiramdam nila mas kabisado pa nila yung katawan mo kesa sayo. O eto ha, halimbawa may long term mannerism kana or allergic reaction na kapag kakagising mo lang lalo na kapag sa aircon, kumakati ung ilong mo at you can’t help kung hindi singhot ka ng singhot. To the rescue si physician super reseta na gamot at advise na ng medical history kesyo allergen, kesyo sa place mo yung mga sampay, kesa sa kumot xyz… Maubo ka lang ng konti, samaan ka lang ng pakiramdam, mag benda ka lang ng very light dahil na sprain kakalaro sa trabaho eh nadiagnose kana agad at may libreng reseta pa ng gamot na dapat inumin at SERMON. Oha ipasok kita jan sa peysbuk eh. Pero hindi, syempre exposed sila sa ganun field at nauuwaan nila ang mga ganun bagay again love at concern lang yun kaya ganun sila sobrang maalaga at compassionate lang. Bekenemen:)

5.       HOST. Magandang buhay! Mga ganitong level- talk show host. Magaling silang listener. Kasi ba naman sa trabaho nila kailangan nilang chikahin yung mga pasyente nila. Alamin yung mga detalye sa buhay ng pasyente, trabaho, lifestyle, pati personal life kapitbahay, kamag anak –ganern! Kapag sinuswerte ka at nagkaroon ka ng alpha na GF, bukod sa good listener ay dapat lagi silang may say-unsolicited opinion. Siguro para ipakita nila na smart sila. Kasi naman ang course na natapos nila pang matalino talaga. Ikaw pa naman ang magkabisa ng mga medical terms, mga parts of the body, mga gamot ek-ek kaya mejo ang stereotype nila ang matalino talaga. Pang host bes!

6.       NAD CARRIER. Nursing Anxiety Disorder. Negatron, panic attack, crying outburst, fatigue, mood swing at mga self-diagnoses. Iba kasi silang mag laan sa trabaho, as in 200 pursyento ang binibigay nila kaya siguro takot lang magkamali, syempre madalas buhay ng tao ang mundong ginagalawan nila. Kaya kung paminsan minsan sinusumpong ng NAD, ikaw na bahalang magpasensya.

7.       COMPLAINANT. Eto tropa to ng NAD or malayong pinsan. Dahil nga sa toxic na masyado sa work place nila (in and out) di nila naiiwasan ang maglabas ng mga hinanaing tungkol sa hospital politics, cattiness, at mga shits (literal) pero at the of the day  kahit tough ang work nila rewarding naman. Sa hirap nga ng shift nila, kadalasang tinatawag din silang mga diner everywhere kahit nakatayo, naglalakad, sa likod ng medical curtain kumakain sila kasi di maiwan ang pasyente. Aba matinde!

8.       MULTI TASKER- 6 patients, 1 discharge, two intakes- No Problem bes! Sa totoo lang magagaling sila sa pagmumulti task. Sobrang minaster na nila yun kaya kung minsan kapag babe time nyo akala mo hindi sya nakikinig sayo at nag cecelfone lang mali ka, nakikinig yan ipaulet mo pa. Uwian na, Ginalingan eh!

9.       MOTHER THERESA-  Sabi ko nga kanina likas sa mga nurse ang magbigay ng 200 percent ng TLC sa pasyente. Kahit sariling break at minsan day off isasacrifice dahil walang mag momonitor sa pasyente nila. Mahalaga at critical sa kanila ang development ng pasyente 24/7 kaya ganun nalang ang serbsiyong inilalaan nila. Sa kabila ng lahat ng bukas pusong pagbibigay nila ng kanilang serbisyo, ni minsan hindi sila nangarap  ng kahit anong tropeo at karangalan kapalit mula dito bagkus sila ay natutong maging appreciative mula sa kaliit liitang bagay. Mula sa simpleng ngiti ng pasyente, sa pagsasabi ng thank you, pagyakap, at pangangamusta ay kanilang ginawang inspiration upang labanan  ang bawat toxic na shift . Kaya maswerte ka dahil sa maliit na bagay at effort na gagawin mo sobra mo na silang mapapaligaya. Ganern!

10.   SUPERMAN. Kahit ang pinaka makapangyarihan na super hero ay may kahinaan din- kryptonite. Minsan tingin natin sa knila ay one tough cookie marahil sa likas nilang pagiging malakas at pursigido. Pero ang hindi natin alam at the end of 12 hours shift, kailangan nila ng taong magaalaga naman sa kanila. Yung taong susuporta at naiintindihan ang kahalagahan ng salitang REST. More than anything else, they need a shoulder to lean on and FOOD of course.

After reading @psychiccatpanda‘s amazing   Morguna and the Green Queen, I  got the itch to explore the Soldier’s POV and talked  Faustie into   collab’ing with me!  We’re working on a new part of the series, and I’ve  contributed about 700 words towards the  2100 we have so far.

* O4 - AU: Supernatural -  got inspired by a dream to start a Stucky fantasy AU (magician!Steve/ensorcelled!Bucky) that @bill-longbow   is collaborating on with me. We’re currently sitting at 1640 words (984-ish of which are mine).    Will probably continue on this sometime in April.  

*Adoptable1 - Remix one of your own fics -- Finally cracked this thanks to another 3 Prompts --> Summary game: Wings, Transformation, Confession.  I’m planning a Bucky POV of part of Take What Was Wrong (And Make it Right) the obvious title - Half of the Flesh and Blood That Makes Me Whole.  😁

Avengers Bingo Round Four [AvB_R4] (Ends 2 June)

This  time around the card is a 3x3,  so am looking at writing different   pairings for my two favorite Avengers - Tony and Steve.    I have 3 fills  completed and two WIPs, with a couple more ideas in play.

* B3 - Mistaken Identity -  I’m planning a third chapter of my Tony/Rhodey  Western AU   Decision at Sundown   based on the ficlet I wrote to fill the “Wet Your Whistle”  FFC23 prompt.   The expansion will make both this square (and probably the fic itself) more explicit.  😁

This will crossover with my  ACB Babysitter square and will involve  Steve, Bucky & Tony kidfic shenanigans.  We’re up to 2205 words (my part - roughly 1400 words)  and I think it’s going multi-chapter.

* C2 - Accidentally in Love - using this  and BB_C4 squares for chapter 2 of Making All Things New  Omega!Sex Worker!Bucky falling for  Alpha!Cap!Steve  (and vice versa) during an assignment.  It’s up to 1214 words and probably can wrap it up in another 500 or so...?

After reading @psychiccatpanda‘s amazing   Morguna and the Green Queen, I  got the itch to explore the Soldier’s POV and talked  Faustie into   collab’ing with me!  We’re working on a new part of the series, and I’ve  contributed about 900 words towards the  2500-ish we have so far.   Going to see if I can squeeze any of my BBB squares into this fic.

Week 5: Sweet or Steamy - Posted Chapter One of Keeping All My Secrets Safe Tonight last Friday. It crossed over with my TSB KINK: Deep throating and SAUB AU: Spy squares and came in at 1466 words including the original ficlet. Due to the time crunch, I only got a bit of steaminess going, but am working on Chapter Two, which is up to 562 words and will include Tony's mission as well as the encounter between Steve and Tony alluded to in Chapter 1.

I’ve got twenty completed fics, and four WIPs and  am in good shape for a blackout, since I'm finally starting on the "The hell I can���t! I’m a Captain!" challenge.

* Row 5 (One Fill, One Bingo).   “Man, shut the hell up!”, Alpha Bucky Barnes, James Rhodes, Humping, Competitive Idiocy. I'm about 255 words into Sam and Rhodey working to get their alpha besties together after watching them pine over each other for way too long.

* N2 - Sex Toys - Filling this with the upcoming Chapter Five of Finding Something Fresh - Beta!Sub!Bucky and Omega!Dom!Steve enjoy their first sexual scene together. It will cross over with my SVB Tied to a Bed square. It's up to 988 words and will hopefully post Friday.

* G1 - Isaiah Bradley -  Planning to add more to The Fist, Defeated.  (possibly present day)

* G3 - Established Relationship - planning to fill this with Chapter 2 of   Half of the Flesh and Blood That Makes Me Whole   - a Bucky POV remix of at least the first part of Take What Was Wrong (And Make it Right), which is current sitting at  52 words.  I’m expecting at least one more chapter, possibly two, depending on how far I want to take the remix.  

* O3 - Pararescue Sam Wilson - Wrote a remix of  Falling For You from Sam’s POV as a crossover with @flashfictionfridayofficial prompt: [#FFF212 Gotta Go Fast]. Braking Their Fall came in at 607 words and will post to Ao3 before this event is over.

* N1 - Bucharest –  I think I can fold this into a future chapter of My Love is Vengeance -  where a young!Tony and a recovering!Bucky have been kidnapped by Hydra, who still thinks Bucky is the Soldier.  

* G2 - Eye contact during sex - This will come into play in Chapter 6 of A Sugar-Coated Pill, where Bucky figures out what making love really means, with Tony’s help. It’s crossing over with BBB KINK: Gentle Sex and is up to 312 words.

* G4 - AU: College Students – looking to expand Beaten to the Punch with some backstory on Bucky and Tony as science camp counselors to fit with this square - will also cross over with my WFB  Volunteering Together square.

B2 - KINK: Seduction Mission - might add a new chapter to Card Sharks - where Sam/Natasha and Steve finish what they started to get Bucky onboard for a poly partnership.

U1 - Never the fall that kills you -  I’ve got a WinterIron hanahaki fic idea for this that I might play with.

U3 - Fireplace -  Working on a 1980′s No Powers WinterIron fic set at a ski lodge where Tony’s being wooed by poetry and love letters that Bucky wrote to someone else.   Started poking at this as a crossover with a Love Letters prompt and it's sitting at 129 words.

C2 - Yelena Belova–   The plan is to use this prompt in the next chapter of Peresmešnik,  (aka Three Avengers and a Baby), which is currently sitting at 1100 words (400-ish of which are mine).

C5 - Marriage of Convenience/Pretend Couple -  next chapter of   Lady Natasha’s Consort and Lord Steve’s Companion.    Got a spark of an idea the other day that might get me a bit further on this fic.  

K3 - Magic -  Aro!Bucky healing with a kiss idea?

Another normal-ish week, writing wise.   I touched 6 fics (4 WIPs  & 2  new  works)  for a total of  xxxx words.   That puts me at   over 30k for the first quarter of the year, which means I’m on track  for around 120k words for 2023!

* O4 - AU: Supernatural -  got inspired by a dream to start a Stucky fantasy AU (magician!Steve/ensorcelled!Bucky) that @bill-longbow   is collaborating on with me. We’re currently sitting at 1640 words (984-ish of which are mine).    Will probably continue on this sometime in April.

I have  20 semi-active WIPs  😬 with my  current  deadline being the All Caps Bingo that wraps at the end of September.

See  below cut for what I’m working on/planning to work on - arranged more or less by bingos/challenges/etc.  As always, feel free to send me   prompts or plot bunnies as well as asks regarding  any of these projects  or any other WIPs I’ve got out there.   Interaction really helps feed the Muse and keep me motivated!

Seek & Destroy Collab

After reading @psychiccatpanda‘s amazing   Morguna and the Green Queen, I  got the itch to explore the Soldier’s POV and talked  Faustie into   collab’ing with me!  We’re working on a new part of the series, and I’ve  contributed about 900 words towards the  2500-ish we have so far.   Going to see if I can squeeze any of my BBB squares into this fic.  

All Caps Bingo [ACB_R1]  (Ends 30 Sep)

I’ve got 28 completed squares (counting unclaimed adoptables), so I made my blackout! I have one fic to post on Friday - am working on my fill submissions in the meanwhile and will have a masterpost put together sometime next week.

* N3 - FREE – Posted the last chapter of  Technicalities  on Friday - where Steve and Bucky finish off their sexytimes.  This chapter came in at 1512 words.

* G3 - Established Relationship - Ended up writing a quick Stucky drabble - Two Little Words, which posted this morning and came in at 100 words..

* Sept Adoptable: Dominant Omega - This is of course a perfect match for the next/final chapter of  Finding Something Fresh where omega!Dom!Steve and beta!sub!Bucky complete their scene.  It's drafted at 919 words and will post on Friday.

Sam Wilson Bingo [SWB_R3]  (Ends 15 Oct 2023)

I have six fills and one WIP -  I need to work on cross fills between this and the Bucky Barnes and Captain Bottom bingo - hoping to manage a bingo in the next two weeks.

* B4 - Natasha Romanoff -  Maybe add on to my Card Sharks drabble, where  SamNat & Steve conspire to create a polycule with Bucky?  this idea crosses over nicely with my BBB KINK: Seduction mission square

* N5 - James Rhodes - filled with Braking Their Fall - see ACB Pararescue Sam Wilson above.

* G3 - Joaquin Torres - possible expansion of A Rising Star

* G5 - Wilson Family Dynamics - filled this with As Night Falls, a TFaWS canon-compliant Sam & Bucky ficlet set in Delacroix. It came in at 368 words.

Halloween Horror Bingo - [HHB_23] (Ends 31 Oct 2023)

Just signed up for this event, hosted by @halloweenhorrorbingo. After picking three horror films, you get a 3x3 card (with 3 alternates) with prompts based on those films.

ALT1 - There's something under the bed - I have a fun WInterHawk Werewolf Au idea for this one - 388 words in so far and may cross over with my BBB Accidental Villainy square.

WinterIron Bingo  - [WIB_R1]   (Ends 16 Dec 2023)

I have sixteen fills completed and two WIPs for this brand-new bingo event that I’m helping mod!  Along with crossfilling against my other bingos,  I’m going to try to combine my B column squares for the Iron Soldier badge (complete a bingo with a single work). – Alpha Tony Stark, “That was not my intention.”, James Rhodes, Alpine loves Tony and Blind date.   (Tony POV remix of A Sugar Coated Pill?)

* N1 - Bucharest –  I think I can fold this into a future chapter of My Love is Vengeance -  where a young!Tony and a recovering!Bucky have been kidnapped by Hydra, who still thinks Bucky is the Soldier.  

* G2 - Eye contact during sex - This will come into play in Chapter 6 of A Sugar-Coated Pill, where Bucky figures out what making love really means, with Tony’s help. It’s crossing over with BBB KINK: Gentle Sex and is up to 503 words.

* G4 - AU: College Students – looking to expand Beaten to the Punch with some backstory on Bucky and Tony as science camp counselors to fit with this square - will also cross over with my WFB  Volunteering Together square.  

* O5 - Gentle – use this poem  as inspiration?

Stucky’Verse Bingo Round 1 - [SVB_R1]   (Ends 22 Dec)

Eleven fills, two WIPs and a couple of ideas.

* A1 - Harem - crossover with CABB Secret/Forbidden Relationship - Bucky and shrimpy!Steve are both concubines - they love each other more than their lord. I poked at this a little last week and have 71 words.

* A4 - Fairy Tale Curse  - this seems custom-made for a continuation of Beyond the Beast😁  Nothing written yet, other than some Vague Ideas.  

* C3 - FREE - Need to find a good match for Chapter 2 of   Half of the Flesh and Blood That Makes Me Whole   - a Bucky POV remix of at least the first part of Take What Was Wrong (And Make it Right), which is current sitting at  52 words.  I’m expecting at least one more chapter, possibly two, depending on how far I want to take the remix.   This could also slot into D2 - Sleep Deprivation or C5 - Last Resort

Bucky Barnes Bingo  - [BBB_R5]   (Ends 10 Jan 2024)

I’ve got  eleven fills,  four WIPs,   and a couple more Vague ideas.

B2 - KINK: Seduction Mission - might add a new chapter to Card Sharks - where Sam/Natasha and Steve finish what they started to get Bucky onboard for a poly partnership.

U1 - Never the fall that kills you -  I’ve got a WinterIron hanahaki fic idea for this that I might play with.

U3 - Fireplace -  Working on a 1980′s No Powers WinterIron fic set at a ski lodge where Tony’s being wooed by poetry and love letters that Bucky wrote to someone else.   Started poking at this as a crossover with a Love Letters prompt and it’s sitting at 129 words.

C2 - Yelena Belova–   The plan is to use this prompt in the next chapter of Peresmešnik,  (aka Three Avengers and a Baby), which is currently sitting at 1303 words (600-ish of which are mine).

C5 - Marriage of Convenience/Pretend Couple -  next chapter of   Lady Natasha’s Consort and Lord Steve’s Companion.    Got a spark of an idea the other day that might get me a bit further on this fic.  

K3 - Magic -  Aro!Bucky healing with a kiss idea?

Y1 - Gentle Sex – In-progress Chapter 6 of Sugar-Coated Pill- see WIB Eye Contact During Sex.

Y3 - Alpine  - see WIB Iron Soldier combo.

Y4 - Forgotten Things -   using this for Chapter 4 of   You Can’t Stop It With a Gun  - it’s sitting at  116 words at the moment.

May Adopted - Insomnia - finally got this filled with The Dead of Night, which also filled a Flash Fiction Friday prompt [#FFF211 An Old Friend] along with my JBB FREE square. It came in at 317 words and will post to Ao3 before this event ends.

August Adoptable: Take the Shot - sounds like a WinterHawk fic to me… maybe cross over with JBB Touch-starved?

Tony Stark Bingo Round 7  - [TSB_R7]   (ends 15 Feb)

Ten fills and zero WIPs, with a couple of ideas in play.  

* S1 - Galaxy - possibly use in final chapter of   Never More to Go Astray ?  

* T5 - Shawarma - possible crossover with SAUB Canon Divergence – Battle of New York-related?

* A2 - KINK: Concubine - possible crossover with SAUB Gentle Dom

* R1 - Animal Transformation - DemonPanda shared a fun prompt on the WIB server - Tony as a short-haired werewolf who needs to cuddle his pack members for warmth.

* R5 - Doppelganger/Evil Twins -   The Flash Fiction Friday prompt [#FFF214 Broken Mirror] got me at least a good start on the idea I’ve been playing with for this square. I posted NamNori on Tumblr and have a general idea of how I want to build on it to also fill my SAUB AU: Crack square. It’s currently sitting at 360 words.

* S1 - Edging - Filled this with Ringing in the New, where Tony makes a suggestion to improve/change up their love life. It's a crossover with a Flash Fiction Friday prompt: How Do You Use ‘It’? and came in at 324 words - I will post it to Ao3 before the event is over.

Captain (America) Bottom Bingo - Round 2 [CABB] (ends 28 Feb 2024)

I signed up for a 3x3 card for this bingo and have four fills, one WIPs and a couple of crossover ideas.

Post July Break Bingo  [JBB_23p] (Ends Apr 2024)

@julybreakbingo is running another event to tide participants over with a 2x3 non-fandom-specific card - I got mine earlier this week and am checking it over for potential crossovers.

A1 - “It’s you. It’s always been you.” - This might fit in with my TSB Doppelgangers/Evil Twins fill NamNori above :: ponders::

B2 - Character’s personality is split into two different beings – I’ve never played with Bucky & the Soldier being two different people, but this seems like the perfect opportunity! Will see what might be a good crossover on BBB or WIB (or even SVB)

C1 - Touch Starved – another good fit for a Bucky-centric fic. (Steve or Tony or Clint) possibly crossover with BBB Take the shot?

Warm and Fluffy   Bingo  - [WFB]   (no end date)

I got my card from  @warmandfluffybingocards back in February but really hadn’t done much with it  - however, I’m picking it back up for some crossover possibilities!
