Acupuncture is a Chinese medicine approach to healing by inserting fine needles into the skin or muscle on specific body parts. A practitioner uses acupuncture to stimulate over 2,000 acupuncture points, restoring essential life energy to alleviate symptoms of several conditions, including inflammation from arthritis. Some of the issues it targets are neck pain, knee pain, lower back pain, dental pain, headache, pain following surgery, etc.

I want to highlight this exchange you can find in the Vidyadhara realm:
(Yingxing is Blade's old name)
So uh. Yay a tiny slice of canon interaction!
This proves my theory right that Blade was a short life species, and here we see he's referred to as "Middle aged" - I think it's quite likely that Blade spent most of his life span with Dan Feng, considering his age here.
There's also this shot from the trailer:
Perhaps his hair turned darker due to Mara/trauma related reasons, however I think it could be white here because Blade was physically old. Whatever happened to make him immortal might have also restored his youth.
Which is sort of. Really tragic, if you think about it. Blade getting older and older while Dan Feng watched? Dan Feng inviting Blade into his realm, saying whatever they're doing will "make them even" - how so?
Even... Lifespans? He grants Blade two hours with sacred vidyadhara texts for something.
I look forward to hopefully getting more of their lore when Dan Heng IL releases in 1.3. Until then we're stuck speculating.

In contrasy to Garroth, Zane LOVES horses. This is basically canon anyway. Zane is such a horse girl.
(This is canon in mystreet but I think it's also the case in mcd)
Every time I mentally picture Zane, it is on the back of a horse.
I imagine he particularly has a black Arab, just because they’re a very distinctive breed of horse and because the one Arab horse I’ve ever encountered has been a fucking nutter.

TLDR it turns out the shard of bone I dislodged yesterday isn’t a fragment of my wisdom tooth, but a spur that grew from my jaw in response to the trauma of the surgery. It’s a rare complication but since I have zero other symptoms it’s perfectly fine. And yes, they said it’s possible that the spur was compressing on a nerve and it was why I couldn’t taste on the right side of my tongue for 3 months; it’s probably not a coincidence my sense of taste began returning 2 days earlier.
I have a piece of my jawbone in a little jar on my desk, which is pretty cool. Most people don’t own pieces of their own bones outside of fallen out teeth.

Always lovely to go see the sister 🙄
Apparently she’s been telling her arthritis patients that they just need to “move more”, not get joint braces or splints or anything to provide actual support
I just hope they all have the sense to listen to their rheumatologists and actual specialists, not a massage therapist with delusions of grandeur

I would like to offer Boreas an icepack for his back, as someone with arthritis in their lower back, I find this helps on days where the pain is worse!
kinda doubt that would help any because he doesn't have an arthritis in there (which as i am told by some sources can be inflammation or swelling of joints). his main issue is numbness of the soft tissues in there because of the paralyzation. i can't imagine icepack doing much with that, but ah well, it's the thought that counts
