i know this is like preaching 2 the quire (<misspelling of choir but I am keeping it up) cuz we all hate b*tch hartman but i was really stunned 2 watch the first episode of the garden and see how bad it was. the theme song was bad. the designs r weird. the movement is awful. oh my word is the movement so awful. the story was weak.

the credits had like 10 people in it so maybe i could cut some slack but there was just so much unpleasant about it immediately. like how did this get past the design stage. how does an accomplished well known animator make something so poor. idk

Okay not going to lie it is VERY funny that everyone said "B*tch Hartman doesn't deserve Danny Phantom" so hard that it's basically wish fulfillment that DC would adopt him instead. Icon. Something I just realized

Does B*tch Hartman have something against parents and adults in general?

First we have Fairly Odd Parents where the Turners are almost confirmed as canonically neglectful to the point that Timmy qualifies for Fairy God Parents to offset the misery of his terrible parents and Vicki. 

Like, the Turners are by far some of the worst and it was all played for comedy?

Then we have Danny Phantom where the Fentons-while not anywhere near as bad as the Turners-would still have done things that should have had Mr. Lancer calling CPS.

And yeah, Lancer would have had to do so because as a teacher he’s obligated to report suspected problems.

I genuinely think that Bitch Fartman was “attempting” the “absentminded professor” types with Maddie and Jack for comedic effect but playing up their extremes was—in retrospect—not a good look. 

It’s frustrating because the Fentons aren’t bad, but the actions they’ve canonically taken are all things that were I a teacher in the DP world in Amity Park would force me to call shit into CPS.

That is, if anyone was even aware of the shit Danny goes through.

We know Danny’s ghost powers let him heal up super quick from the fact he gets blasted in the beginning of an episode and tends to be fine not long after in universe, so people missing injuries Danny has is actually not their fault if he hides said injuries AND heals too fast for notice.

This also goes for the people like Mr. Lancer who should be keeping an eye on students, but that goes into another problem of the Adults in any Hartman creation.

Namely that they’re usually one of five things: Stupid, Evil, Apathetic, Oblivious, or Incompetent. Sometimes, mixes of those five.

The GiW: Evil and Incompetent. 

Vlad: Evil.

Mr. Lancer: Apathetic. 

Jack (outside of very specific circumstances): Stupid, Oblivious and Incompetent.

Maddie: Oblivious 

It’s frustrating because this also tends to happen in other kids media where the Adults are no help at all to give the kids time to shine and we’re not supposed to think too hard about this but still.

What gives?

It makes you wonder how societies in those shows even function if the adults are all so terrible at their jobs (in the case of Mr. Lancer) and at life.

And it was sort of part of the comedy of the late 90′s and early 00′s to have bizarre shit happen if the parents of the protagonist had a “wacky” or “zany” job or personality. A trend I’m happy to see is dying the death it deserves.

I get it that we’re dealing with CARTOONS. In Cartoons, normal logical reactions can (and often are) thrown out since the more Cartoonish a show is, the more people are shown to be oddly unbreakable. 

Still, it just almost looks like B*tch H*rtman has some Mommy AND Daddy issues since his two biggest properties feature one set of absolutely awful parents (the Turners) and a set that mean well but I won’t deny cause harm (the Fentons) and male underdog protagonists. But I’m not a psychologist. I’m just a person with a laptop on the Internet.

But as a general overview, b*tch is homophobic, transphobic, ablest, made jokes about a person's suicide, disregards people's mental health, is negative towards single mothers, uses his religion as an excuse to laud his ego, and not to mention the whole debacle with his "streaming service" Oaxis which turned out to be more of a scam than an actual project. 

The simple existence of trans Danny is a direct rebellion against b*tch's shitty ideology.

Hey. Me again (LD HC guy, I sent you some more yesterday). I’m not assuming you know but I couldn’t help but ask anyway. B*tch Hartman. I’ve heard people say he’s an asshole. Which is true because he talks shit about autistic people like me, which is already bad enough. But I’ve heard some people say he’s even worse. Do you know anything about this? I mean I know he’s always had a high opinion of himself. I never thought much of him to begin with…idk…

He's also remarkably homophobic and even a bit transphobic. He used to make posts and shit about how shipping gay ships in Danny Phantom made him uncomfy and it started a long-time fan war over that shit. When people decided to hc Danny as trans he specifically went out of his way on fun fact videos to dismiss them and make them invalidated (which, like. Why. You could've told us so many cool fun facts and instead you went out of your way to say 'oh no he's not traaannnnsssssss, i'd NEVER do that')

There's also Oaxsis, which he didn't platform as a religious-based streaming service until after gaining donations, then never gave any money back to people who were unhappy about that. He's also done like 300 dollar commissions just to trace ppls art and call it his own.

Sooooooo yeah. That's only off the top of my head, but. Fuck Butch Hartman and the horse he rid in on.
