I was talking about Helluva Boss.
Also, you CAN pirate legally by simply downloading a video instead of giving the creator views. Sorry if I didnt mention this in the video.'
Mentioning it in the description rn.
Tumblr media
Also to the second comment, sorry if you didnt like the editing style.
I wanted to make this as quick as possible so it doesnt go off of people's attention spans. I just wanted to tell everyone to protest and boycott Vivziepop. (Which is important!) So sorry if you dont personally prefer the editing direction of the video. Thanks for the critiques everybody! Goodnight!

Why does Youtube keep pushing the advertisements for the Israeli Eurovision entry onto me. So relentlessly, since yesterday.

So anyways as someone who has played Genshin Impact from pretty close to launch (December 22 2020 according to my Discord messages) and uninstalled around 2-3 years ago and is not involved in the fandom anymore this really has been a surreal watch because as a content creator tweet in the video has said nothing about this "new" scandal hasn't been talked about 2 years ago lol this to me at least is an excellent case of drawing the line between appreciation vs appropriation because the characters and lore and world design are clearly based on different cultures of the world without representing the actual people

clear card headcanon:
Yuna D. Kaito's "Seal of D" was him getting trapped in Clockland and it activated not because he used his remaining strength to work forbidden magicks against the congregation but because the rest of the Clockland cast escaped the pages of the book through his magic instead of finishing the story as intended.
Tumblr media
like the number one rule when you use the relic is that when you do the magics to activate yeah., everyone involved (or is in it) must remain inside and fulfill their roles until the end of the story— but since the Clockland book didn't have a proper ending, they have to write what's next as they're within the book's power.
but when Sakura wished that she and Akiho switched roles and created exchange, that's where the clockland plot gets wonky: Sakura creates exchange, Yuna D. Kaito takes it so he can use it, the three (Sakura, Syaoran & Akiho) got out because of the magic that didn't only rewinded time, switch Sakura & Akiho's roles but ALSO rewrote their stories.
in the Clockland plot, it was Alice (Sakura) who gets to decide, but at the end, Yuna D. Kaito took that role and not only he did the decision to continue with the plan, he also kicked the rest of the cast out of the book's universe— in which by the book's rules, was cheating. and since he really doesn't have enough time and power left to save himself, he was left there in the Red Queen's castle... looking at the space where he last saw the 3 who got out of the book ... all that remains was him... and the book's guardian (Momo). In a world where he has to fulfill all of the roles and be trapped there, forever.
Because when the deed is already done, you can never go back.
or that's what Yuna D. Kaito thought.
...
i got inspired when i remembered that Yuna D. Kaito said that "all the cast remains within the pages of the book" and started asking myself, since they didn't... what would've happened if they did? or why do the cast needed to stay within the pages of the book? I couldn't think of a good answer for my first question but I did have an idea for the 2nd one so i just went with it 🤷🏻‍♀️ this one's kinda inconsistent though so idk if it's good enough or no i really just wanted to put out more akiho and kaito content that i can think offffff
now why am i writing a lot of yunaaki headcanons recently— im posting the 2nd one and now im starting to think of another one like????

Linking Legal Eagle’s video on the OGL to hopefully spread it around tumblr amidst the fear-mongering.
The tldr is that theres legal precedent in the united states to say that rules/methodology cant be copyrighted. So as long as an individual doesnt use any of the copywrightable material created by wotc (names, characters, artwork, adventure modules, ect), but are just using the rules and systems of dnd, they would be legally fine. So things like CR and D20 are fine cause theyre basically all homebrew. Now this doesnt mean that moneybags wotc wouldnt have tried to fight them in court anyway, but the legal precedent is there, and even under the 1.1 draft they likely would have been fine. Basically, wotc are massive losers and the money grab is horrifically obvious, but their attempts at grabbing said money would have likely fallen flat in most cases.
Honest to god the biggest change for CR may be that they dont all shout “WE PLAY DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS” at the top of every stream anymore

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE BOYCOTT YOUTUBE A LITTLE BIT
Like just a little bit. There's no way we would survive too long without it, but just watch YouTube less. They put too many ads lately. Its annoying. I'm fine with some, but I got around seven ads in one 28 minute video. We should boycott JUST A LITTLE BIT.
But only if you can survive without it. I dare you to try to live without YouTube, for just a day. Just one.

The Eurovision song contest is facing intense scrunity and accusations of discrimination after it rebuked Swedish-Palestinian pop star Eric Saade for wearing a Palestinian scarf in the opening act of the semi-finals. Saade, whose father is of Palestinian origin, kicked off the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmo, Sweden on Tuesday evening with a keffiyeh, a traditional Palestinian and Arab male headdress, wrapped around his wrist. [...] In response, the organisers of the contest, European Broadcasting Union (EBU) released a statement saying it "regretted" that Saade wore the scarf. "The Eurovision Song Contest is a live TV show. All performers are made aware of the rules of the contest, and we regret that Eric Saade chose to compromise the non-political nature of the event," it said. [...] Eurovision later posted clips of the performances of the other two opening acts on its social media pages, but did not share Saade’s, prompting social media users to share the performance on their personal pages to show support for the artist.
Waving Palestinian flags, wearing traditional Palestinian garments, or if we're being honest, just being Palestinian, is now officially "too political" for Eurovision.
Literally, all Saade did was wear a keffiyeh around his wrist—while being Palestinian—and that was enough to get a statement from the EBU, and have his opening performance scrubbed from Youtube.
If you're not already boycotting Eurovision this year, then what the fuck is wrong with you?
Tumblr media
Below are two statements from Saade. The first one, giving his reason for participating, was posted a few days ago, and the other was in response to the EBU accusing him of 'compromising the non-political nature' of the Genocide Song Contest:
