This is me last night, doing Yin Yoga with a bolster. I'm in child's pose, wondering why I haven't been doing yoga for so long, as it felt so darn good. It just hasn't been huge on my priority list...which isn't good for me. My back is starting to give me problems again which means I really need to be taking care of that part of my body, especially as I am getting older. Spending time focusing on my lower back, trying to create space and get stronger and hopefully stave off whatever is happening there!
