⚫️ Thursday’s Schedule: ⚫️ 🔗 9am - physical therapy ▪️first session, unable to perform most exercises, with the exception of seeing my quad contract. Did come home with some hot new leggings however. 🔶🔶 Fast Forward 🔶🔶 🔗 5pm - physical therapy at home. ▪️unable to perform active hip flexion, hip Adduction, hip Abduction (“screw this I’m doing ISO’s”) 🔺 paused therapy for 3 minutes of Isometrics (Square 1 has taught me all 200+ joint actions at each joint🤓). 🔷🔷🔷 ABLE TO PERFORM ACTIVE HIP FLEXION (video), hip adduction, hip abduction. Not to mention improvements in BALANCE going upstairs, AND less pain. THIS IS WHAT PUMPS A PERSON UP - real, immediate, legitimate RESULTS! And they LAST.
