Attributes: Sets his hostages in hopeless situations, and laughs in their face when they find that they are in no real danger At first, he has vowed to exact revenge on those who wronged him, and refused to kill them. Save one. However as times passed, he becomes more ruthless with this pranks, leading to death for some of his hostages. Vast variety of weapons, but are twisted to be harmless and deadly. Skilled sales man and sells his inventions at a high price Skilled in mechanics and has keen intelligence Skilled in hand-to-hand combat, preferably to use his trick pogo stick. Has a soft spot for aspiring families.

Dream voice actor: Scott Grimes. Since I was a teenager, I felt that Scott was the best choice to play Charlie. I love his work mainly in Family guy or American Dad and when I see Steve or Kevin, I feel as though Scott can do Charlie nicely. Though I would prefer if his voice was in between the two characters he plays. Not too deep, but not too high either.

Out of all the revamped Oc rogues, Charlie is probably the least changed. He has a few tweaks here and there, but nothing spectacular.

For those who don't know, Prank Master was my absolute first Oc villain I have ever done. Believe it or not, he actually started out as a lame Harley Quinn/Heath Ledger Joker knock off. Called him Charlie Quinn and he was Harley's little brother. I know, real original right? I have no idea what the hell I was thinking when I did that, but I was a teenager, and 13/14 never the less. I didn't know any better.

One of these days I will have to do an evolution page to show you guys how my drawings of Batman rogues started. And boy howdy are they bad. Even for a teen. They're no where near as define as I have them right at this moment.

Edgar Lee, The Actor (hehe more Batman OCs)

Basically I made an OC based off of Maladaptive Daydreaming. A lot of Batman Villains in specific versions of the canon seem to be based off of slightly exaggerated versions of their mental illness or trope, so this guy entered my brain. I needed to write the basic idea down before he left.

☁️ Edgar Lee is a man who is constantly lost in his own world. Ever since he was a young child, he constantly daydreamed. Now that he is a young man, he still engages heavily in fantasy. He even plays pretend, in a way, pretending that he is anybody but himself. He has been quoted saying "If I am anybody but myself, I will be fine."

☁️ With his head lost in the clouds, he enjoys going shopping in order to make costumes for the characters he creates. From buying a cassock to dress as a priest he made in his mind, to buying wigs and makeup to play the role of an alluring seductress, he does his absolute best to become his characters. He usually is pretty good about it, too, with some not recognizing him when he is in character.

☁️ Edgar's stories tend to lean on the... dark side. He even takes real life events and bases a character off of them. Characters like "The Puzzle Maker" or "Boba the Clown" taking clear inspiration from The Riddler and The Joker. As Edgar said, as long as he is anybody but himself, he will be fine. Even if who he is playing is a violent criminal.

☁️ He simply pretended in his room, pacing around and rambling to himself, for the longest of time. He drew his characters, made elaborate backstories for his characters, and even made their names have meaning. Then, one day, the pretending and the rambling and the pacing just... didn't satisfy as much as it used to. Pretending to pull off elaborate schemes didn't satisfy him.

☁️ After committing his first crime, he felt nothing but fear. He was terrified, full of regret and terror at what he had done. That stress caused him to begin fantasizing again, pretending to be a completely different character than the one he committed the crime as. Then, it became a cycle. He'd rather pretend than face his own actions.

☁️ Nobody's heard from Edgar Lee in a while. It is always "Father David Jones" or "Mrs. Williams". Then, when people ask to talk to Edgar as himself, and not a character, he simply begs them to play along with his fantasy. Repeating the same lines of "If I am anybody but myself, I will be fine."

☁️ This has made extracting information and treating Edgar Lee at Arkham Asylum extremely difficult. He is so deep within fantasy, refusing to face reality, that most interviews and sessions are not with him. They are with a character. Any mentions of his crimes to Edgar, while he is in reality and not in a daydream, are faced with fear and regret. Then, he promptly goes back to his fantasies and becomes a character, again. He has made it clear that it is not a case of dissociative identity disorder, saying that he made these characters up and is aware of when he is playing them, choosing to do so.

☁️ Many simply call him The Actor, despite him not creating that name himself, due to his constantly changing persona. One second, he's a mafia boss, the next he will be a con-man scamming people. The Actor is an all encompassing name for the numerous characters he plays. It also describes what he does to a T. He acts as these characters to cope with whatever he is trying to deal with, so much so that it is unhealthy and is now endangering others and himself.

Oooh a rare Fanart that isn’t even finished. Two face is my fave DC villain he’s just a silly little guy (it used to be penguin until child me grew up and found out penguin wasn’t normally like Danny Devito’s funky weird penguin).

I also really like the blue toned twoface but with the background colours i went with the pink skin, so it wasn’t blue on blue 💀

Dream voice actress: Emilia Clarke. I don't know why. But for some reason, I can see Daenerys voicing Bengal. I can just picture her being the voice of one so demented as Bengal being voiced by someone who is "probably" already insane, though it has yet to be determined. In the books anyways, and before…well we don't speak about that train wreck here. THAT certain event(which shall remain nameless) honestly was only one of many things wrong with that dumpster fire of a show and marks many horrible things about storytelling and basic writing. Those two untalented dunderheads should be flipping burgers or operating a dump truck instead of writing. Just wow! What the hell were they thinking?!?! Martin, that rumor about the show and books better be false because there is gonna be hell to pay old man!! But I digress, I also picture her being beside Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy(originally) voicing their respected characters. And maybe that deep within someone good and kind like Daenerys, there is an inner mad queen. And maybe that mad queen is Bengal. And in case you're wondering, she would be using her Sarah Conner voice for Bengal. She pulls an American accent fairly well.

Featured songs: Roar by Twenty One Two (originally by Katy Perry), Monster by Imagine Dragons, and Animals by Maroon 5. For Roar's case, I was originally going to use Animal I have Become but Killer Croc already took that one and made it a rule NOT to use the same song twice. The lyrics seem to fit Bengal's case well especially with the chorus. I chose this particular cover because I just liked that one better than the original. If I find other songs that fit her, then they will be added later. Monster, I feel fits Bengal especially with her time after her transformation, the animal or monster in her is only taking more control of her sanity. Animals, well you can figure that one out pretty easily.

Notes:

Her origin in a sense is similar to Man-Bat's origin.

Since the original looked a bit too human, and finding references from many talented artists who have drawn anthropoid tigers and do fine work I may add, I once again decided to use some of those elements in the new design for Bengal, I even gave her lips, well sort of. Since the outer black of a white tiger's mouth is that shade of black I decided to use that for lips essentially. So once more I say thanks for all who inspired me to make Bengal more animal.

Her cubs have yet to be decided on what type of Tiger/Lion hybrids they will be. I know it matters on the animal's sex and all. But hey this is comics.

There is something so... cathartic about making Batman Villain OCs and I don't know why. Like, making OCs is so fun in general, but like... Batman Villain OCs just hit different.

Does anybody else get this? Where making OCs for a specific media just like... feels different?

I feel like I'm weird and that isn't a bad feeling tbh. I just wanna know if there's a community. Lol
