Hey y'all, I'm still alive! Huzzah! xD I'll admit August has kinda just flown like a blur, and I'm still trying to recover from my sickness. But while that was going on I hit a nostalgia kick, and... well, this is the result! xD

As a 2000s kid I grew up watching all sorts of cartoons, but I especially remember Thomas and Friends. One of my fondest memories of that time was me and my little brother having breakfast before school, and as the intro played and Thomas went into the tunnel, we'd always be excited to see if today's episode would have the static faces or the moving ones (the show wasn't all CGI yet so we saw both types of episodes). It was a lot of fun. xD 

Of course, none of the episodes were neccessarily in order. But while I was sick I decided to rectify that by going back and watching the show from the beginning, and... yeah, I got hooked on it pretty fast. x'D And it's given me a newfound appreciation for the show that I never really had as a kid, and especially for the characters that I otherwise would barely think twice about.

Like these two little gremlins, good ol' Bill and Ben.

If there are two things I have an incredibly soft spot for, it's the found family trope and just sibling dynamics in general. And Thomas and Friends was kind enough to give me two sets of twin brothers to get hopelessly attached to! xD (I absolutely adore Donald and Douglas as well, and I want to draw them too eventually!! <3)

Between petty sibling banter and causing chaos for all the bigger engines around them, they are just so silly and I love them for it. x'D I also find their relationships with BoCo and Edward particularly sweet, especially in fanworks. There's just so much to love and I'm just such a sucker for this kind of duo. x"D

But yeah! That's pretty much how August has gone for me. Watching the original Thomas and Friends and getting hopelessly attached to the characters in it. xD It's actually been a lot of fun! And learning how to draw the trains has been both challenging and equally fun. :D I think I needed a nice challenge to really get my creative juices flowing again, and this was just the challenge I needed!

Not to worry, though! I'm sure I'll be back in the Fnaf boat soon enough. As, like William Afton, I always come back to it. xD

Oooo, I have sooo much info/fun facts that I love to share to you all about my Masquerade au. (Also, quick drawing of wally, frank and sally. I've been a busy bean, so i'm sorry for the late answer)

Now for the Fun Facts:

-Wally: His height is 5"4 tall. He can give hugs but will sometime go ragdoll if you hug him first without informing him. He's a man that loves sweets, especially if it's apple-related. And his voice claim is *drum roll* Sebastian Michaelis from "Black Butler".

-Juile: Her height is 5"5 tall. She has a big collection of gifts in her room (from guests, and she cherishes the ones from her friends). During the day, she enjoys hanging out with the residents or roam the halls singing. Her voice claim is Anastasia's voice, and maybe her singing voice is Lucille from "Monster in Paris".

-Sally: She's 5'6 ft tall and is a little menace in the mansion. Sally and Home have a sort of sibling relationship, and she always gets clean-up duty when she teases/pranks him too much. Sally's voice claim and singing voice is Sawyer's voice from "Cats Don't Dance".

-Eddie: He's 5'7 ft tall. He became the lead male singer due to Sally overhearing him singing a song to himself as he walked through the garden one day (the song was totally not based on Frank *wink wonk*). His voice claim is Mr fox from "Fantastic Fox," and his singing voice is "Michael Buble".

-Frank: He's 5'5 tall. Frank learned how to play the violin from Home. He loves to garden in mansion grounds and still is a bug lover. His voice claim is Victor from "corpse bride" (I'm still debating this).

-Poppy: Her height is 6 ft. And her dance style is ballet (all forms- classical, neoclassical, and contemporary). She enjoys spending her time in the kitchen or the tea room of the mansion. It's rare to see her dance at the ball because she is shy, but you can still see her dance on her own time during the day. Her voice claim is Maid Marian.

-Barnaby: His height is 7 ft. He loves to joke around and join in on Sally's antics but knows when to step down if it's too much. He loves to hang out with all the residents and is incredibly close to Wally (since they are best of friends) and is seen helping Wally with dealing with the guests. His voice claim is Mogens from "Klaus film".

-Howdy: He is 7'5 ft tall. He loves to create new drinks for guests to try and is an absolute jokester when he is around Barnaby. He tends to keep poppy company during a ball but is also seen helping Barnaby with the guests. His voice claim is Mr rogers.

-Home: He's 8'5 tall. Not only is he a whole mansion, but he also has a puppet form, which he can control both. Now, when he takes on his puppet form, it does not affect the mansion while he roams within himself (it sounds weird as I type it out XD). Also, when he isn't in his puppet form, he shows himself through windows or mirror reflections when he wishes to, mainly with Wally and the residents. (It's a bit hard to explain, but I know many people will ask). Also, Home's glasses crack when he starts to get mad or is angered (a little detail that I can't stop drawing). His voice claim is *drum roll* Mordecai from "Lackadaisy" and his singing voice claim is Fred Astaire.

16. A childhood headcanon

I believe I did mention some stuff in a (very large -_-) ask from Crow that concerned ideas on her past and Arianna's, but the gist of it was that she was orphaned, and picked up in Healing Church since young age by Norbert (the guy before Amelia).

However? I've been enjoying an idea that there was a school connected to the Healing Church; you bet they controlled everything, especially after Cainhurst's fall... And that Adella was one of the people going there, and Edgar was a teacher! Before he ranked up to be trusted into Choir.

I am just trying to say...... the kids antics. Adella never really fit in with the team though, despite Henriett and Alfred being there too (future Healing Church hunters, mind you!) and in fact got others endangered by snitching a few times! She didn't mean bad, she was just a kind easy to fool by adults about "just trying to help". 🙄

24. What do you think is a secret they have that they never told anyone?

She was the last one to see Brador in "reality", as that old man. When Henriett was snooPING AS usual, and Adella tried to control the situation and follow (remember that Henriett is a detractor!). By controlling the situation I mean trying to cut her with the poisoned knife the stealth style, but... long story short, she killed Brador instead. On accident.

Well, his death traumatized her more than himself (You can only say something like that for a FromSoft game, I swear...).

29. How do you think they would be as a parent?

Sigh... Probably not the best one. Adella strikes me as that kind of a (single) mother that would more or less project her issues and gripes onto her (only) baby. She didn't have some sort of convenience or a belief in her youth? Then her child should neither! She would also let her protectiveness to get the best out of her and not only control her child's circle of friends, but in the end lead that child to being very socially unadapted. Never seeing their peers, only Adella's adult friends and associates.

Her kid would either be grow up a huge weenie not prepared for real life and real relationships, OR grow 'in secret' from never trusting their mother (maybe even lying) and allowing their friends teach them life instead. This one depends on the child's starting stats personality.

I think a lot of this could be balanced out by a second parent that'd compensate for her quirks and weaknesses, though! Adella's good traits as a parent is protectiveness and being able to offer strong morals and some discipline, it should just be kept in reasonable amount; the second parent, on the contrary, should know how to offer freedom and some fun. Don't be surprised since what I told about a ship before, but I genuinely could see Arianna being a second parent that'd balance Adella well. x)

I think Terry wants him willing, but knows he’ll never have that (yet at the same time is unable to face that), so he settles for Daniel’s fear. As much as he gets off on hurting him, he ultimately wants him willing.

Somewhere in all this he blames Daniel for his feelings and wants to punish him for it. Which is why ends up hurting him.

I feel like that’s Terry’s mentality in most of your fics.

Mr. Miyagi doesn't want Daniel to have to deal with Terry's antics anymore. He really is going into Father Mode and it kills him that he can't legally do anything yet. (I don't think Miyagi's willing to do prison time......yet. XD)

Daniel being oblivious to anyone's feelings is honestly fun and a little sad to write. Like, he can love with all of his heart but does not often expect that from others.

Writing Terry's POV is something that I've been tempted to do in the past.....maybe one day hehehe

But you definitely hit the nail on the head with this Terry! He really does want Daniel to be willing but, since he isn't, he starts going for the fear factor. After all, Danny boy does look so pretty when he's frightened. But then he sees that somebody else has hurt Daniel and the urge to see him afraid is replaced by anger that he's been hurt by another person.

I've always believed that a part of Terry really liked Daniel (romantically or platonically, whichever is your flavor) but his loyalty to Kreese was unshakable so he stuck with the plan to betray Daniel. However, once that loyalty is shaken...

Let’s be honest, it would take you two so long to ask each other out. You were probably already really close friends, but the insecurities and “what if?” questions from both of you delayed an actual relationship.

uhm… well I dunno if I’m there yet, but I do try to be realistic xD. Perhaps because of my age too, I’m not as young as most fans/shippers, so it’s not all pink for me. Jikook/Kookmin and BTS in general heal my old soul ♥. But thank you for saying that, it seems I’m on the right track with my posts :-)

However, I can tell you that these moments I list below aren’t in that direction, it’s more like sth personal and meaningful to me… I’m sorry if can’t live up to your expectation… 

So… 1st, my favorite Jikook/Kookmin moments… like we’ve been blessed with so much in the 1st 3 months of this year, but I guess the good old times left stronger impression on me, so imma try my best to find them back in my rusty mind xD

Like, who is a Jikook/Kookmin shipper that doesn’t know about this moment? This was when I started questioning their relationship. As an Asian, I try to find an explanation for this by saying things like “yeah friends and brothers can back-hug too, why not?”… But no, it didn’t work out that way. The way they were swaying, the way Jimin leaned back into Jungkook’s embrace, the way Jungkook just gently held Jimin in his arm, how they did all this while enjoying the music and having a time of their life, plus Hobi’s staring at them. I can see all flowers and butterflies there 🌺🦋. No, this is definitely not usual 🐥🐰.

Not long into the ship I found this, I still remembered how surprised I was, since I hadn’t known that Jungkook had this kind of expression, and it was towards Jimin. Back then Jungkook gave me this kind of rough manly image but here he’s all soft and cute, nervously waiting for Jimin’s answer while looking at him with that longing look… I’m melting, help 💧💦✨

Back to the past a bit further, I dunno how I can explain this, but I just simply love this? Cuties having fun together, those smiles, the way Jungkook’s eye wrinkles shown while looking at Jimin, it’s just… so beautiful to me? 💞💞

I dunno if this is counted as a moment, probably not, but it’s meaningful to me in a way. Since I’m one of those people who believe that in order to take a great picture for another person, you have to have certain type of affection towards that person. When I 1st saw this picture, I thought this was a masterpiece without knowing it was Jungkook who took it. I know it doesn’t make any sense, but that’s just my point of view. This picture just screams “adoration” to me.

The content says it all. 갖고싶다 x3, “I want you” x3. Like I tried to find explanations to why in the middle of Jimin’s shooting, Kookie just had to film him with the kind of compliment like “oh sexy expression” and say that he wants Jimin? Like out of nowhere? And to the caption at the end of the vid, yes he wants Jimin, but no, it never ends xD

Why do I ship them?

Oh my, it’s another long story but imma make it short because it’s too long now haha. So basically I started shipping them as soon as I got into this fandom. Even tho my original bias was a different person, Jimin has always had a special place in my heart, like he has his own category. So I just wanted him to be happy. He loves Jungkook so much, and he didn’t hide it at all, so I was rooting for him to be happy with Jungkook.

But as some other shippers, at some point, I saw him being rejected, I was like just be with Hobi please, I don’t wanna see Jimin being like this anymore, until I coincidentally came accross yutensol90-nim videos (the series is Reason Why I Ship Jikook, please watch them if you have time, it’s really worth it). She doesn’t make videos anymore, maybe she’s busy, but thanks to her, I realize that Jungkook has always been whipped for Jimin, he just didn’t know how to show it, or was just being subtle about it. But not anymore xD

I would say that what has the biggest impact on me is the heart eyes. “Eyes don’t lie” (yutensol90-nim is the one who made the video below too, you can search for the series in her channel).

Do I ship any other ship in BTS?

I probably would get hate for this again, but as I’m trying to be realistic, it’s very unlikely to have a romantic relationship between more than 1 couple within the same group. Of course it can happen, but very unlikely imo. Apart from that, I don’t find any of them having the kind of relationship that Jimin and Jungkook have. If it makes anyone feel better, I know many groups, support a few, but I ship none, completely none, except for Jikook/Kookmin. They’re just very special, so…

If shipping here also means liking to see interactions between one member and the other member more, then I’d say I like how Jin and Jungkook joke around together, how Monie and Jimin get each other back and how Monie is whipped for Jimin’s cuteness (I see myself in him for real xD), how Yoongi and Hobi complement each other, and how Taehyung and Jimin trust each other so much, their friendship and everything they do together are goals.
