Grateful what the body can endure. 👊
I started fight camp not fight fit. I hadn't competitively sparred in years & a round or 2 of bag work had me wishing for the bell to ring. The weight cut seemed like an insurmountable mountain.
But I understand the process. For 12 relentless weeks, I pushed myself, mind and spirit to the limit. I guess this is where the experience worked in my favour as I prepared for a 3 rounds of total chaos.
It wasn't easy, but I proved to myself that with unwavering dedication and hard work, even the toughest challenges can be achieved.
So, to anyone out there with a goal seeming out of reach - believe in yourself, put in the work and watch the impossible become possible.
