"Heyy, hi handsome, how are you?" M/n smirked as he sitted on the chair beside Jake's desk.

Jake looked at the unknown man with a soft smile. He seemed kind of drunk and flirtious. "I'm okay." His smile growed. Nobody was around him, and he didn't look like a future prisoner.. but Jake always decided not to judge him, as they barely met. "What are you doing here, huh?"

"My name is M/n McClane, I'm a secret.." He got interrupted.

"This is M/n. He is my brother, we went out to drink.. He thinks he is on Die Hard. My brother is the 'creative person' from my family.." Amy rolled her eyes while making M/n walk with her until they got in the elevator. He winked at Jake, smiling one last time before they both left the place.

Jake is a very sweet, loving, manipulative, protective, obsessive and sometimes delusional yandere

If you have seen the show then you know when Jake gets his into something or sets his heart on something he is all in

And he happened to set his heart on you

Since Jake is a cop he has seen some crappy things. And because of that he is very very protective. He won't even let you in the precient because he is afraid some criminal will target you or put the moves on you

When you first started dating he loved it when you stopped by and dropped off lunch or ate with him. But he was still nervous.

His desk started to kinda become a shine of you. There are photos of you and him everywhere. Jake also has things from your dates on his desk. He kept the cup you guys shared on your 5th date

When Jake has to go into witness protection he stalks you online to no end

You joined the precinct to go help him and Holt. But Jake forced you to stay with Gina and Holt. But of course you three saved the day.

"Y/N!?" Jake yelled when he saw you in the truck. "Hey babe!" You yelled, then ran to him once you saw his blood. You took him to the ambulance then left to check on the rest of thw gang. When you came back you kissed Jake and asked him how he is doing. Jake proceeds to tell you it hurts and he didn't wanna seem week in front of cool EMT Craig. "Do you know my blood type?" He asked. You nodded yes and told him it was B positive. Jake gives you a strange look, "Well, guessed wrong. HEY CRAIG?!"

Not seeing you for 6 months seriously messed with him. He starts to become extra clingy and childish. "I didn't get to see you for 6 months babe! Your friends have seen you more than I have. If you're still gonna go see them than at least let me come with you.

Jake loves to cuddle trap you and make you watch Die Hard

He also loves playing games with you. Especially if you're a bit competitive.

If you do something he doesn't like then he will manipulate you buy making you feel sorry. " You're the only person who has ever made feel this way. And this is how you repay me?"

When Jake goes to prison his side of the room is covered in photos of you. All he does is think about you and his case.

Eventually when he gets freed he will immediately propose to you. But it will still be romantic.

If you say yes (how could you not?) Then the wedding will be amazing. Even with all the bumps that happen. But, if you say no then Jake will seriously gaslight and manipulate you. He'll even start to be aggressive with you. Jake will wear you down tho and you'll say yes.

Most yanderes kill for their love. But since Jake knows a bit better, he'll threaten anyone who is in his way or gets too close to you.

As time goes by more incidents will happen and eventually Jake will kidnap you.

You can fight and scream all you want but Jake is a cop. He is prepared for situations with unstable/upset people.

He'll work extra hard on your case to throw everyone off his scent. He'll even cry at work.

In the beginning of your 'transitioning', Jake will chain you up and lock you in your shared bed room. But if you behave for a while then you'll be allowed to roam around your home. But the windows are locked and painted shut. The doors have six locks on them. And there are cameras everywhere.

Jake's punishments are mental and possibly slight semxual (he believes you do certain things to get the semxual punishments. He is a dominate masochist imo)

He will also take away some of your privileges, such as entertainment and warm clothes (Jake will get a great view and you'll be forced to cuddle him for warmth) and the ability to do things for yourself.

When he has had a hard day from 'working' on your case, he'll yank you from where ever you may be hiding and cuddle you while watching movies

Don't try to escape. Its not worth it. If you try to escape Jake will either catch you or learn about your failed attempt. That will cause him to get angry. He'll break/throw things, yell, and gaslight you.

If you do somehow manage to escape he'll use his ties to the law/NYPD and his detective skills to find you and bring you back home. And he will be PISSED.

"I TAKE CARE OF YOU. I LOVE YOU. YOU ARE MY WIFE, I LEGALLY OWN YOU!". "You are all I have! How could you do this to me!"

When your case finally goes cold he'll retire and find a job to do at home.

If you want him to do something or get you something then do what he wants/likes. For example, you want a new game? The cuddle with him and play with his hair. Want more supplieses for your hobby, then cook for him (you'll need his help if you need to cut something. All the sharpe objects are locked up) and tell him how much you love him

He loves to indulge you in your hobbies/ things you love. Just be good and he'll give you what you need or want.

Jake is a scary yandere. But he loves you more than anything. Just love him back

Ooooo can I please request a “Brooklyn nine nine” Jake Peralta x platonic shy male reader who’s in the military and the adoptive son of Holt and Kevin. Pretty cute he surprised them and the 99 at his dads house having party - Anon💜

Standing in front of the door, you smiled to yourself as you quietly opened it and slipped in, setting your pack on the floor by the door, you turned around.

A few people stopped to look at you, and you walked over to one of them.

“Do you happen to know where I could find Keven and Raymond?” You asked quietly.

“I believe I last saw them upstairs.”

Nodding, you made your way upstairs, and followed the sound of talking.

The sound of what seemed to be people being told off and you pushed the door open, making everyone turn their attention towards you.

You smiled and saluted.

“(Y/N)…” Kevin whispered.

You smiled and the captain from the 99th precinct saluted you back.

You stepped into the room and walked over to them both, standing in front of them with your hands clasped behind your back.

“I missed you guys…” you whispered.

“We missed you too.”

Kevin placed his hand on your shoulder, and Holt held his hand out to you and you rolled your eyes, hugging him tightly.

He patted your back a few times and you hugged Kevin and he hugged you back.

“How long have you been back?”

“About two hours give or take.” You said.

They both nodded and you turned to the other people in the room.

“Sorry I didn’t mean to interrupt I uh.. I just wanted you guys to know I was home.”

“Are you turning in for the night?”

You shook your head.

“I’m going to head into my room.”

“It may be a mess, we had some snoopers.”

You smiled and nodded and wondered back downstairs to grab your bag and you rushed back up to your room and closed the door.

“Who’s that?!” Amy whisper yelled.

“That is our son (Y/N). You will leave him alone.” Holt said.

“You have a son?!” Jake gasped.

“Leave him alone.” Kevin repeated.

They finished scolding everyone and ushered them all down the stairs, but Jake had to get upstairs to talk to you.

So when he saw his opening he took it and rushed to the room he saw you go into and knocked frantically on the door.

Walking over, you opened it and Jake all but barrelled inside and grinned at you.

“Hello?”

“I’m Jake Peralta! What’s it like having captain holt as a dad?! Is he stern?! What’s Kevin like?!”

You just stared at him and peaked down the hallway, closing the door and you turned around to look at him.

“I uh.. didn’t my dads tell you to leave me alone?” You asked confused.

“Yeah but I suck at listening.” He grinned.

You nodded your hand and awkwardly stood there looking at him and Jake grinned at you.

“Are you all robotic too?”

You gave a small laugh and shook your head as you walked over to your desk, pulling out a chair you placed it in front of your bed and gestured to it.

Jake sat down and you sat at the top of your bed, looking at him.

“No, I’m not.”

“Is it weird they’re all like robotic basically? Like do they show emotion?”

You shrugged a little.

“Not really I guess. I’m used to it, I know they care…”

Jake carried asking questions and you sat there awkwardly answering them and not long later both your dads came rushing into the room.

“Peralta!” Kevin snapped.

“Sorry! Sorry I was curious!” Jake laughed.

“I’m sorry if he bothered you, he is going now.” Holt said.

You shook your head, waving your hand a little bit.

“It’s alright I guess. Is the party still going on?”

“Yes. You do not have to come down if you choose not too.”

“Thanks dad, but I’ll come down, at least you know he won’t sneak off again.”

Jake grinned sheepishly and you all went down the stairs.

Except this time Kevin and Holt both stuck to your side like glue, scaring anyone from the 99 away if they tried to get closer.

Sitting in a chair behind your dads, you gently tugged at Kevin’s hand and he looked down at you, turning around to look at you.

“Are you okay?” He whispered.

“Stop scaring them away.”

“You want to talk to them?”

“Not really but you know they’re going to keep asking you questions right?”

Kevin sighed and nodded his head.

“I suppose you are right. Raymond it may be best to address this now, you know they will not drop this subject.”

“I know.”

So they rounded up the 99 team and made everyone stand in front of them to ask questions and pretty much all of them were about you and about you growing up with your two dads.

As much as they didn’t want to, they answered the questions in the hopes it would make everyone drop the subject.

But Jake was determined he wanted to know anything and everything there was to know and he wasn’t going to stop until he knew literally everything.

Before leaving Jake looked at you and grinned.

“You’re my new best friend…” he whispered.

With that he left and you looked to your dads.

“He can’t be serious.”

“Unfortunately he is.” Holt sighed

There were hands everywhere, in your hair, scratching down his back, gripping at your thighs harshly enough to leave bruises, gripping onto the muscles of his biceps.

That's how it usually was with Bucky; fast and rough, demanding, passionate, and domineering. He didn't make love, he fucked. He knew what he wanted and he would take it, rather asking for forgiveness and checking you were OK afterwards instead of asking for permission beforehand. That was just how he was, and you weren't exactly going to complain. It felt too good to be a problem. In these situations you were simply his willing accomplice, prepared and compliant to whatever his plan may be, eager to please.

You focused on his fingertips as they trailed down your thigh, coming to stop at the hem of your skirt, tapping once, twice, before making the trip back upwards towards your waist. He was playing games with you, another of Bucky's habits, one that always kept you greedily coming back for more.

Because that's how you would describe yourself, greedy. When it came to Bucky, you were always greedy. You yearned for those touches, dreamt about his kisses when he was not there to fulfill the ache, insatiably jumped on him whenever there was an ounce of suggestion that he wanted you.

His lips pulled away from yours for an instant, and you whined at the loss, but when they quickly latched onto your neck, emphasized with a pinch at the soft, supple skin on your hips, you couldn't stop the gasp that escaped from your mouth. Kiss after kiss, lick after lick, suck after suck; the attack on your neck was relentless, but never overbearing. He knew your limits, he knew where the line was, and despite his ravenous tendencies, he rarely crossed that line.

So when he slowly snapped his head back, removing himself from your embrace almost entirely, it was safe to say that you were surprised. He leaned in again, his nose brushing over yours as he spoke, his breath warm against your lips, the scent of the mint from his toothpaste overflowing your nostrils. You closed your eyes, simply relishing in that moment of closeness, a moment of which was seldom captured between the two of you.

"Tell me what you want."

His voice was low, laced with the want that you were so used to hearing from him. If you knew anything about Bucky, you knew that it was an order, but it was softer than usual, less demanding, more simply asking. It was strange to hear from him, unexpected, but you were never one to disobey an order.

"Please Bucky," you whined. "Make me feel good." "No, sweet girl." Your eyes fluttered open in surprise. Never before had he said no to your begging, had denied you after you had done what he'd asked you to do. But he continued, and the words that he whispered against you skin next brought goosebumps to your spine. "Tonight you're in charge. You make the decisions. I want you to tell me exactly what you want me to do to you."

You blinked slowly. Was he really doing this? Was he really handing over all of the power, all of the decisions, the entire possible outcome of your night together, on a silver platter for you to take? Never before had this been an option, never before had he even suggested it, and you had always been ok with that. But now, the idea of telling him exactly what you wanted, exactly how to please you, was sending shivers of excitement throughout your body.

"Come on sweet girl," he whispered, planting a quick and soft kiss to your lips. "I know you can do it."

"Kiss me."

He didn't disappoint, immediately pulling you into a bruising kiss, his tongue trailing across your bottom lip, darting into your open mouth. He knew exactly what he was doing he always did. He gripped your thighs tightly, pulling you closer to him. The pair of you hadn't even made it to the bedroom yet, still in the kitchen where he had caught you off-guard earlier with a kiss to you neck.

"Lift me."

Once again, he did as he was told, his grip moving from your thighs to the point where they met your ass, lifting you with ease onto the counter top, never once removing his lips from your own.

"Lower."

You whispered your commands between kisses, the words coming out in gasps rather than the stern demands that Bucky usually made. But he didn't seem to care; if anything he seemed to be edged on by them, pushing him to do exactly what you asked, as if he, for once, was enjoying being without power.

He lips trailed lower, down your neck and towards your collarbone, down to the dip in your chest where your shirt was unbuttoned slightly. He slowly but surely began to unfasten the other buttons, glancing upwards towards you, his eyes connecting with yours as he did so, an action that made your heart flutter, and your mind reel. Your shirt was quickly lost to the kitchen floor, alongside your bra, and his lips swiftly came back into contact with your skin, kissing everything that had been covered only moments ago. Your back arched as he continued his avid onslaught against your chest, before eventually moving lower, past your stomach, down to the hemline of your skirt. You lifted yourself from the counter, allowing him access to pull the zipper down the back painfully slowly, before that too was discarded on the floor.

He paused at the sight of your lacy panties, a pair that you had bought earlier that week specifically for a moment such as this, a moment where you could tease him and entice him. He glanced upwards, awaiting his next ruling.

"Take them off."

His fingers slowly and gently hooked around the sides, sliding them down your thighs, letting them go at your knees, two pairs of eyes watching them fall delicately to the floor. You were now on full display to him, and by the sight of his blown pupils, and the way his tongue pulled his bottom lip between his teeth, he was happy.

"Touch me."

That was all you needed to say. Within a moment he was on you, lapping you up, causing your back to arch again, a long, drawn-out moan escaping your lips at the contact. Curses mingled with his name escaped your lips when he sucked on your bundle of nerves, and you truly thought that you would be sent over the edge from only that. He pulled away for a second, glancing up at you, and the sight of him glancing up at you from between your legs alone was enough to give you a high.

Boyle is an interesting yandere in my opinion.

I believe he is a delusional, obsessed, and possessive yandere, just to name a few of his yandere traits.

He definitely fell in love with you extremely quick, like faster than when he fell for Vivian.

And since Charles fell for you so quick he goes full boyle even faster, and 10x worse.

You awoke from your sleep on the couch to heavy and aggressive knocks on your door. Standing up and walking to your door, you started to get an odd feeling in your stomach. But you opened the door. You were met with a crazed and terrified looking Charles, he lunged at you and pulled you into a crushing hug. "You weren't answering my calls or texts! I thought something horrible happened! You can't scare me like that Y/N." Charles told you, tightening his hold on you. Turning your head, you looked at the time displayed on your clock, it read 1 am. You turned back to Boyle, letting out a sigh. "Charles, it one o'clock at night. I was asleep!" you told him while trying to wiggle out of his hold. Boyle wouldn't let go of you though. He started to push his way into your home with you in his hold until Jake came running to your door. "Charles! You're coming on too strong bud!" Jake told his best friend and started to pry him off you. "I'm sorry I took so long to get here Y/N, but I wasn't expecting to have to coming running over here after receiving over 1,000 messages!" Jake said while scolding Boyle. You gave Jake a smile of relieve once he freed you from Boyle, "Thanks Jake.". "Boyle tried walking further in your home trying to convince you to let him spend the night. Jake tried to get Charles to back off and let him take him home, but you gave in. You knew Charles wouldn't relent unless you let him stay. "Its okay Jake. Its late anyways, go ahead and head home. Charles can stay. " Charles gave the biggest grin after you said that. Jake nodded his head, understanding that boyle wouldn't stop till he got what he wanted. Jake tried to tell you goodbye but was interrupted by the door getting slammed in his face by Boyle.

Boyle is so jealous and possessive. Like if you look at a dude too long he will start to freak.

Charles sobbing, "Is it cause he's prettier than me?". "Charles! He's our freaking server! I have to talk to him!"

I can't tell you how many times he has assaulted someone for you. And of course he hides it well. He is a cop after all.

Sometimes though, on bad and stressful days, Charles will get sloppy and come home in a bit of blood. Not enough to scare you. But definitely noticeable.

"Charles, why is there blood on your shirt" you asked. Boyle paused for a second, looked down to his shirt and finally noticing the blood he missed. "Oh its nothing baby! A perp had gotten a couple of cuts while running, so when I tackled him I guess I got some of his blood on me and didn't notice." He answered your question with a weird smile. But you didn't wanna push anything.

Boyle is very forceful with his affections. He'll just randomly attack you with hugs, kisses, etc.

We all know this dude is weirdly over romantic.

He'll randomly show up to your apartment with a tub full of selfcare stuff so he can spoil you in the bath and shampoo your hair.

Expect lots of romantic dinners with some weird ass exotic food.

Boyle is also very very manipulative.

If you do anything he doesn't like then be ready to either be gaslit, guilt tripped, and or threatened.

I honestly believe that if you talked about ever taking a break from him, he would threaten to kill himself.

It shouldn't be too hard to forge your signature on the marriage certificate, Gina will gladly forge it for him.

The whole squad is super happy for you and him. And fully support your relationship. After everything Boyle has gone through he deserves to be happy. And if he needs a little help that may or may not be illegal, then they'll help him.

The girls love having girls night with you. You love it too. Its the only thing Charles will let you do without his unbearable presence.

But little do you know that he planted a bug on you. And if you do anything he wouldn't approve off, you'll get ratted out to him by one of the three girls. (Probably Amy)

Your outing with the girls allows them to intervene if you two are having problems (aka you tried to escape again). They'll convince you that what Charles is doing is okay. And it usually works, so you stop trying to escape for a bit.

The squad loves you a lot and loves how happy you make Boyle. So if them sorta manipulating, gaslighting you, and looking the other way keeps you with him. Then so be it.

Holt, Rosa, Gina are the most likely to gaslight you. Terry, Jake, and Amy will 100% manipulate you.

They just want you to be with someone who truly loves you. And Charles really really really loves you

Like I said, you're gonna get married to charles no matter what.

It'll be a very extravagant and erotic wedding. But of course only the squad and just maybe your parents can come. Charles just doesn't want them to disapprove of your relationship with him. Not that that really matters.

By the time it gets to the "I do"s you're probably gonna be in shock. But you have to say I do. Or else all hell will break loose.

After the wedding, you're officially screwed. You no longer have a chance to escape.

If you somehow managed to. Then Charles has basically the whole NYPD after you.

So really, there's no point in you trying to escape. Unless you manage to find the tracker he put in you, take it out, and flee the country.

Oh, by the way, you know how much Charles wants to be a papa? Well right after you two get married, its baby making time!

You might not be super pumped to be a mom but you don't really have a choice.

He might be shooting blanks but he will do whatever it takes to get his samples from his ex-wife. You two are going to have children, no matter what

Charles will randomly send you lists of baby names or themes for a nursery.

Everyone on the squad is super pumped once you do get pregnant. They're all gonna be aunts and uncles.

Jake can't wait to be a godfather.

Gina, Amy, and Rosa will 100% fight over who gets to be the god mother.

As we know, Boyle has delivered so many Boyle babies that he will want to do a hom birth. He will not let you go to the hospital. Not only will he miss out on being the duola but you might try to escape to.

Once your sweet baby is born you'll probably love it and hold it. Charles will be so happy.

Charles: "Isn't he/she beautiful?".

You: " ☺ Yeah, he/she is. If you ever make me do this again I will rip your testicles out and feed them to you"

Charles will spam message you during the day while he is at work. It gets to the point where you start leaving your phone far away from you. Of course every time you do that you get a terrified and upset Charles bursting through the door because he thinks something happened to you.

Charles will share every little detail about you and the baby. No matter how personal the story is.

"Charles, I swear to god if you tell another poor waitress about my morning sickness I will break your nose"

As we know, Boyle is into some weeeeird stuff when it comes to the bedroom.

Remember that box of stuff he sent to Jake and Amy on their honeymoon? He bought a duplicate and tested everything out on you first.

You were low key traumatized after and sent Amy a very long message about the box telling her to either enjoy it like freaky Charles did, or burn it before its too late.

I whole heartedly believe that in the beginning of your relationship with Charles, (aka before he showed you his creepy yandere side) he would drug your food with aphrodisiacs (to get you in the mood) or he would drug it with things that would calm you and make you compliant. (Before you knew he was drugging you, you just thought that he was really the one since you were always so calm and 'happy' with him)

You know how weirdly possessive and clingy he can be with Jake?(Like when he destroyed government property because he thought Jake was replacing him)

Well he's way worse with you. He would hint at attacking a friend of Jake's, but with you he threatens and 100% attacks people that he thinks are too close to you.

He might even kill a few if push comes to shove, and will he be upset about it?

Not really, sure he'll be in shock for a minute or two. But he won't be upset about taking a life, because it was for you. For your relationship with him.

Charles is a family man, so seeing you mom Nikolja makes his heart swell. Sure when you first started dating Charles you knew about Nikolja, and you were prepared to take on a mother figure role if your relationship developed. But you were not ready for how quickly Charles thrusted that role upon you

From the moment Charles saw you he knew you were gonna be his wife no matter what. So he drilled into Niko that you're gonna be his new mom, even before you actually started dating.

He would take sneaky photos of you, he constantly staked you out before and after you started dating, and he would show the appropriate photos of you to Niko and would say "That's your new mommy."

Yes, Charles takes creepy inappropriate photos of you, 95% of them without you knowing. Don't act surprised.

Anyyways, Charles loves putting you in that mommy role with Niko. He makes you partake in the bedtime routine, has you go on mommy/son dates (before he trapped you), makes you go to parent teacher conferences, introduces you as his mom (and you can't disagree because you'll look shitty, Charles will be upset, if niko hears you said that you weren't his mommy he'll be so sad :(, and you do actually love Niko in a maternal way)

On the sweeter side of this mess, Charles is very understanding and caring when it comes to your mental health. If you're going through a depression episode then he'll pamper you, hold you, and do anything (almost anything) to make you feel even a little bit better. He'll always make sure you're actually taking your meds if you're on them. Charles will even let you see a therapist!

He'll make it be online appointments though, and the room you're in will be bugged. So telling your therapist about your true situation will really do nothing for you, Charles will convince the doctor and anyone else the doc tells, that you're just really struggling, you're so overwhelmed that you're hallucinating! Which you know isn't true.

If you're struggling mentally, Niko will go to wherever you're at and cuddle with you, trying to make his mama feel better. He'll even bring you home a drawing he made of you and him at his art class.

Of course you love it, how could you not? So you make Charles buy a frame big enough for the picture and hang it up on your wall. The picture makes you feel a bit better when you look at it.

All in all, Charles does care about you in his own twisted way.

Making your way downstairs, you glanced at your watch before walking into the kitchen where your husband was getting a glass of water.

“Raymond, I need to head out to work, there’s been some problems at the office.”

He turned around.

“Is everything alright?”

“Yeah, I think it’s more so just some of the interns accidentally filed some paperwork wrong. Are you heading to work today?”

“Yes, I will be there all day.”

You nodded, walking over and kissed his cheek before making your way across the kitchen to grab your coffee.

“I’ll come by after I’m finished.”

With that you jogged away, having to get to the office as quickly as you possibly could.

Making your way in, you found the interns lined up against the wall, and you furrowed your brows a little bit in confusion.

“Why’re you stood there?” You asked.

“Thomas told us to stand here until you get back sir.” One replied.

You sighed, pinching the bridge of your nose.

“This isn’t a military training camp, go on, go sit down in the conference room.”

They nodded, making their way over there and you walked behind Thomas, lightly hitting the back of his head.

“Be nicer to them.”

“They could’ve messed up big time.” He huffed.

“This is their first job, give them all some credit. If you’ve got all the files we’ll go through them with them all and explain the process again.”

“Alright alright.”

You took one half of the interns while he took the other half to a different room.

You spent an hour carefully explaining everything step by step by step with them, and getting them to show you when you had shown them.

“Just remember if you’re not sure always ask, even if you come ask me, there’s no such thing as a stupid question. If you have to ask it a hundred times then you asked a hundred times.”

One of the interns put her hand up, and you smiled at her, dismissing the others and letting her come over.

“I’m not entirely sure what to do afterwards…”

“That’s alright Sophie, let’s go have a look.”

She nodded, following after you with the files in her hands.

“Everything is set up in alphabetical order, so you’ll want to find the first letter of the file, so if you set them all down and pick up the first one.”

You carried on showing her what to do, and you made sure she completely understood everything.

Making your way back to the office you wrote a step by step listen, and you taped it to the wall next to the cabinet, letting them all know it was there.

While you were there you decided to do some work, and went back to your desk.

Not long after you started your work your phone chined and you picked it up.

Jake: come bring me lunch please!

Laughing a little bit, you sent a reply back.

You: sure I’ll be there soon.

Putting your work away, you went to pick up Jakes favourite food, then to the precinct.

Heading up, you made your way to his and dropped the bag down on the desk, placing your hand on his head, ruffling his hair a little bit.

“Yes you’re the best!”

“You’re always broke. Seriously Jake, how to you survive?”

“Hey! I’m not broke!” He huffed.

Laughing a little, you took the fries from the bag and stood there eating while you listened to him talk about what he had been up too.

He stopped eating and looked up at you.

“Where the hell have you been anyway? It’s been ages.”

“Sorry, I’ve been busy with work. Then we’ve been redecorating our home, so that’s taken a lot of free time as well.”

“When am I going to meet this husband? I can’t believe you got married without me…” he pouted.

You laughed softly, patting his head a couple of times.

“I know, I’m sorry, but when we got married I wasn’t actually out as gay to mom or you, so I thought it was easier.”

You stood up, excusing yourself to go and wash your hands and you came back, making your way to the captains office instead and knocked on the door.

When he looked up you smiled at him, leaning against the doorframe.

“How’s work going?”

“It is the same as every other day. Did you fix the mistake?”

You nodded your head, making your way inside.

You sat down in the chair opposite him, explaining to him what had happened, and what you did to help them fix the mistake.

He listened as you spoke while doing his own work.

“Oh, by the way Jake keeps asking who I’m married to.”

“Have you not told him?”

“Well, I decided it was your choice. You’re his boss.”

“You are his brother.”

You laughed a little bit, nodding your head.

Thank you so much for your prompt/request. This is my first prompt that isn’t Marvel so yay. I’m pretty caught up with Brooklyn Nine-Nine, I just haven’t watched Season 6 yet, so I hope that I captured Jake okay in this imagine and I hope that it’s okay for you. This prompt was kind of inspired by the song ‘Taking You’ by Why Don’t We. This is what happens when you listen to music to get you inspired.

The New York Police Department, the most intense job of them all. You were constantly putting yourself in danger along with your co-workers. You were always so serious and not immature at all… well that’s what everyone thought that the 99th precinct was like on the outside at least.

It was another gruelling day at the job, you had paperwork up to your neck and you were drowning with the work, that and your nightmare of a boyfriend trying to distract you at any given moment. See, Jake had finished all his paperwork and was sticking around to help you with yours. If by helping you out consisted of him spinning in a wheelie chair that was squeaky and saying, “are you done yet?” repeatedly. He was a great help.

You glared over at Jake and shook your head, sighing before returning to your work. You were one of the only ones left at work and it was stressing you out. Usually you were on top of your work and everything would run smoothly but ever since you agreed to work overtime, it was too much for you to handle.

You felt a finger poke into your side as you looked up to see your boyfriend smiling down at you. “Come on, Y/N, we can take some files home and we can work on them together… After we’ve eaten though, I am starving.”

You couldn’t help but chuckle at how immature yet spontaneous he was, it was one of the many things that you loved about Jake. You nodded your head and put the files into the box that they came in, picking it up and making your way towards the elevator before your name was being called, Jake sprinting towards you and taking the box from your hands before planting a small kiss on the side of your cheek.

You smiled widely as you took his free hand and made your way down to the car that was waiting in the parking lot, leaning over the gearbox and pressing a soft kiss to Jake’s lips in return.

“You know, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere without you. You’ve become the best thing in my life lately and I want to say thank you.” He gushed, smiling like an idiot up at you. “Y/N, you’ve really made me the luckiest guy in the entirety of Brooklyn.”

You scoffed and hit him lightly on the arm, blushing like mad. It wasn’t unusual for Jake to profess his undying love for you, but it wasn’t something that you had grown used to yet. You enjoyed feeling loved by the older male though, there was no denying that.

“Come on, these cases aren’t going to close themselves.” You laughed before starting the car and driving off to your shared apartment to a night full of jokes, case files and lots of make out sessions.

A/N: So this has taken a reallly long time to upload but has been sat in my Grammarly drafts for ages, and since I am getting back in to writing I figured imma finish my series. 

After you had made your predictions that Detective Jake Peralta (AKA your boyfrie...your date?...) was investigating you and your crew (also known as 'The Ghost' which is why Jake didn't think you were... well...  you) you decided to risk it for the sake of your crew and investigate Jake Peralta's case.

"Okay, let's make a plan... What do we need to be able to keep tabs on Jake's case, Sniffer?" You asked as you paced the empty apartment of your base.

"Hard to say, I don't know what kind of software he has, different software takes a different hack," Sniffer replied, his voice laced with exhaustion as he rubbed his forehead.

"There could be a case file at his place" You hear Jonesy say in his gruff voice. "If that's the case, you could always just break in, saves us all a job" he added with a smirk.

"Saves everyone getting involved that's for sure" You reply, a playful glare towards Jonesy. "I'll set up a date," You say as you start to walk to one of the bedrooms for your phone call with Jake "whilst I do that... Try and figure out what computers the precinct have and then Sniffer..." You turn back around to look at your team who are all eyes on you. Sniffer nods understanding that you want him to create a bug that you can plant. You head down the hall to the bedroom furthest from the team so you can't be heard on the phone.

You can hear his phone ringing through and then... "Hi, Jake". --- "I have an Instagram picture of one of Jake's work colleagues, Gina, It's a selfie, but her work computer is in the back of the picture, it's just a HP computer, nothin special" Creeps spoke up after going from Jake's Instagram followers and working out who Jake works with off of the last names that Sniffer had managed to find from some of the newspapers. From there, he found Gina's and, well, he hit the jackpot.

"This picture was a year ago; they could have gotten new systems now, a few precincts got new computers a few months ago as a good work initiative, didn't they." Creeps replied.

AJ grabs the phone from Creeps and looks through a few photos of Gina "Okay, so her spirit animal is a wolf, she loves Beyonce, and... believes in psychics... Get me her work number; I have an idea."

Sniffer found the work number, that was the easy part, AJ put her phone on private, dialled in the number and let it ring through.

"Hello, Is this Miss Linetti?" AJ asked through the phone, making sure to put on an accent. 'This is she' Gina replied.

"Oh, good, I'm with HP, and I see on my list that the 99th Precinct should be... due for a... computer software update soon, I am just ringing to check that everything is working well before we go ahead and send the update." 'Yeah... I guess everything is working' Gina again replied.

"Oh, excellent, I'll go ahead and send that email for you just to confirm you want the update... and then it will take a few days to come through, but first I need to take some details just to make sure our information matches your software otherwise the update might make your computer do a system reboot." At this, Sniffer actually facepalmed. 'I don't know those deets'

Sniffer started to write something down before showing AJ "It can be confusing at times but don't worry, there is a straightforward way of seeing... erm..." AJ vigorously shakes her head at Sniffer, saying no, whilst Sniffer nods his head at AJ as he shoves the paper closer to her face. "What does the windows logo look like on the keyboard?" 'Like a flag.' "Like a flag? Okay... and does it have a circle around it or does it look like the end is pixelated like it belongs in 'Avengers: Infinity War'?" AJ asks. 'Circle one?'  Gina finally said as if analysing the logo on her keyboard.

"The circle one" AJ confirms looking at Sniffer who nods eagerly. "Excellent, thank you Ms Linetti, that's the one we have on our systems too.  That's the Windows Vista software, well we have confirmed that and we will continue with the update. Thank you for the help." 'No problem, I guess' Gina replied before hanging up.

"How did you know it was the Windows Vista from just 'flag' and  'circle'?" AJ asked Sniffer who was getting a high five from Creeps at that point.

"Windows logo changed a bit; I would have been screwed if she said neither coz that means it could either be XP or 7 and we would have had no way of telling them apart."

Sniffer sat back down at his computer from being stood; next AJ was he vigorously wrote notes and hints down for her whilst on the phone, as he got done making the bug email for you, you appeared from the bedroom.

"I have a date, It took some time and convincing, but I am picking him up from the precinct, did you find out what computer system they were using or whatever?"

"Creeps found the person to call and AJ rang, she was brilliant on the phone, taught her well. Quick on her feet. Sniffer managed to figure out what computer systems the 99 was using and created the bug email, and I just stood 'ere looking pretty." Jonesy relayed everything that had happened whilst you were in the other room.

"You are amazing at standing there and looking pretty, Jonesy" You say with a smile as Sniffer sends off the bugged email.

"Don't you know it" Jonesy replied with a grin. ------

You were heading to the precinct whilst you were on your phone. "Now remember, we can't help you when you are in there, no earpieces, no calls, you are totally dark in there." Creeps said on the other end of the phone.

"Oh no, 'cause I really wanted you lot listening in on our date" You reply sarcastically.

"Okay, Okay" Sniffer joined the call. "Right, once you reach Jake's computer, add the hard drive and send over the file. It will be visible in your hard drive file but not on the computer - due to the bug we sent to Ms Linetti via email. Once you have sent it over, we can then take a look at anything and everything on Jake's laptop and then whenever he sends an email - with our keywords; the bug will automatically multiply and attach to the emails and docs sent, and then once we are ready, we can erase every single file and email about the Ghosts."

"Very nice touch, Sniffer" You say pleased with his thinking.  "I'll be in touch after everything is done" After that you hang up, knowing that your team no doubt had a dozen comments about what 'Everything' could be.  

When you walked into the 99, you headed into the bullpen when you heard someone speak to you. "Hi, can I help you" A short man wearing a detective's badge asks.

"Yes, actually... I'm looking for Jake Peralta, this is where he works, isn't it?" You ask feigning innocents.  

"Jake... Yeah, he's out at the minute, but his desk is just there if you want to wait" The man replied with a soft tone.

"Perfect, Thank you."
