there a lot of similar and contrasting elements here. arya and mycah met by chance on the road too. they were playmates until mycah was murdered by the lannisters. sansa is brought forth by ned to tell the truth of what happened but she doesn't and, for a time, embraces the lannister lie that mycah was a threat. he was just an innocent commoner, though. like tysha.

tysha loved tyrion, but tywin went on a warpath when he discovered their union. they were both abused on his orders. jaime is commanded by tywin to lie and he was too afraid to stand up against it. he keeps up the lie for years until confessing and tyrion is, understandably, enraged

likewise arya is "furious" over sansa's lie - even when its brought up well into storm. in the end neither jaime nor sansa's lies are the reason that mycah and tysha met their respective ends, but arya and tyrion still feel betrayed. they also internalize a lot of the guilt on themselves too.
