do you have a favorite car
With all of the car-accident-related inquiries lately, I doubt that I have something positive to say about vehicles in general. Not that I consider the matters those people tried to prove to me plausible, just that it is better to be safe than sorry.
However, if I had to provide you with an answer, I would say that, despite not having a single favourite vehicle model, I prefer vintage cars over modern ones, as they are easier to control manually and are just more convenient than their newer counterparts; additionally, their appearance suits my tastes better.

1967 Chevrolet Impala SS
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Could it be??? Yes! It is! A true '67 Impala SS in all of its glory! Well... Past glory at least this guy has clearly seen better days. When a little birdie told me about this car quite a while ago with big claims of an SS Impala just left to rot in the woods with plenty of parts left I just knew I had to go and see for myself. So with a very generalized location I set out on my trusty Yamaha and went hunting. And after a lot of driving in circles through the woods and a bit of walking I stumbled upon it, the fabled Impala. "Surely this can't be it" I said to myself, expecting something with a little more life left in it than the heap that lay before me. But, sure enough, that was her. I identified it due to the bumper shapes that my '67 Bel Air has at home. I quickly found a small gap where the door would've been and decided to climb inside and to my amazement the Super Sport badge still remained on the car- something I took for myself before I left. This car was painted Bolero Red at one point and had the black vinyl bucket seats as well. It came with drums on all four corners and a 12 bolt rear axle. The engine and transmission were long gone. Now, even though this is an SS that doesn't mean it was king of the road with a hulking 427 V8 and 4 speed manual. Often dealerships ordered high trim cars with the normal engines because those sold better. Nonetheless, I can't say I was lied to because it is indeed a '67 SS left to rot... I just expected a little more is all. Cool find!

FYI. totally convinced that if Supernatural was set in the UK, they'd be driving a 1972 Ford Cortina Mk3 GXL four-door.
