I thought I'd share how helpful I find colour therapy for my depression and anxiety. I've struggled this last week and couldn't really concentrate and be interested in my hobbies. But this completely washed my mind in calmness. I recommend anyone try it. Plus, it's fun as well as feeling achievement ❤️.

Hehe dinosaur colouring page complete! Lots of fun, have had artist's block for a while so was nice to not think so much, but still get to play with colours.

These guys are super cute! A group of them were fossilized together in what is now Big Bend National Park in Texas. We don't know what his real colours actually were, which makes me kind of sad.

They may have lived in herds and used their frills for display, so decided to give this guy more distinct light markings around edges of his frill and eyes, rather than just for counter-shading on his tummy + tail. Like to think distinct splotches would have let herd friends tell each other apart.

Idea is that twisting + moving his head would have helped attract attention and show off markings his eyes, cheeks and edges of his frill. Very fancy!

i like to colour in for my silly little mental health but what's funny is that my silly little mental health is scared of using things up, so i am torn between Wanting to Colour and the Fear That One Day I Will Use Up My Pens and Pencils

I wasn't really happy with how this was turning out until I started adding the oranges and then it was like the whole thing just snapped together. I wish I'd taken in-progress pics. This is from 50 Easy Patterns published by Jade Summer and was colored with Shuttle Art gel pens.
