It was a warm August summer day and my neighbor had texted me to ask if I was annoyed by the children loudly playing outside of our apartments. As someone who lived in a progressive metal household filled with the sound of blast beats in my 20's, children screaming outside does not really bother me. Being a witch, I asked my neighbor if she wanted me to do something about it. She answered, "Yes, please." and I say, "Please hold."

Then out of nowhere, you see a flash light up the sky, a crack of thunder and it starts down pouring out of nowhere, kids run off screaming in multiple directions and only thing that can be heard is the sound of the rain hitting the ground.

I get another text from my neighbor asking, "So, do you like cupcakes? I have some cupcakes and I feel like I have to give you an offering because I don't know if you're like a god or an entity."

I answer back, "Sure. Cupcake is fine."
