So let's talk about cover changes in the Embers in the Ashes series. The original covers of the first two books are gorgeous and very aesthetically pleasing, but I don't mind the cover changes too much. I am not too found of the new cover for Embers but the covers for Torch and Reaper are still really pretty. I mostly love the focus on Helene. ‪23 Oct 2017.‬ Which cover change bugs you the most? Now, I have a lot that I’m cranky about but let’s go back to the early days and talk about #ArtemisFowl. The covers for the first three books were PERFECTION. Sparkly. Gorgeous. Simple. Atmospheric. Hey guys! Sorry for the late post, I forgot to post and I’ve sick all day. Do you guys normally prefer the old covers or the new covers when they get changed? I’m normally really annoyed when the covers get changed and then I grow to love the new covers. It depends though. I got the new Darkest Minds covers and because they have exclusive short stories in them. But up close I actually really like the new covers. They are very shiny and ‘fresh’ or kinda more modern-looking if that makes sense. I not sure witch ones I like the best 🤔 A small reading update- I’m more then half way through Lord Of Shadows and it’s really good. I also just got the audiobook of THUG so I can read it faster, and I won’t get bored because it’s not a book I would normally read.
