That's for another post. I have quite a few treats to share for this anniversary!#Rather...I've been thinking about my own relationships and the bonds I've forged and broken.#The transition between environments...when you leave somewhere and hear about how all the people you were once close with-#-have been moving on without you? It's so bittersweet.#You want to be happy for them. You wish you were at their side. You cannot be at their side.#Relationships change like the tides. They ebb and flow. Sometimes they crash so hard into the shore it reshapes it entirely.#The truth is that we are more surrounded by love than we realize. Even when we feel utterly alone - there is someone who wants to help.#And to me this scene strikes a chord in that way.#This is the reminder than even though you feel like it is all burning down around you - you are loved.#There are people who miss you. People who are so thankful for your presence in their life.#And most importantly of all. And I say this from the heart: There are people you have yet to meet.#Remember this in the darkest of days: The future is full of loves you have yet to see. The present is also full of love you forgot to see.#Another reminder to go tell someone you care about how much they mean to you today. It matters.

Sometimes remembering what the world used to be like 10 years ago feels like remembering life before the zombie apocalypse. I do wonder if there will come a point that I totally forget what life was like, and the absolute certainty I had in the delusion that people are mostly good and that the progress in the world was basically inevitable. I didn't even realize how much I believed in the future until I didn't believe in it anymore.

ok vague lost days Jason & Talia thought I’ve been meaning to share for some time: I am constantly thinking about how much Jason instinctively trusts Talia.

I’ve compared it to him imprinting like a baby duck before because even when he’s in his catatonic state he trusts and recognizes Talia and subconsciously knows that she won’t actually hurt him. And then after his dip in the pit when he’s reeling from grief and anger is coming straight off of a betrayal that resulted in his death he never questions her motives. Even when he eventually clued into the fact that Talia was trying to stall him from killing Bruce he’s like “yeah it’s whatever” and he doesn’t assign malice to her kinda manipulating him

#Jason is crashing out from what he feels is a betrayal from Bruce and he still just trusts Talia at the drop of a hat #He shares even his most concerning thoughts with her easily doesn’t even stop to think hey maybe I shouldn’t be telling Bruce’s ex lover #that I want to kill him she might try to stop me. I do think it'd been hilarious to have a truth-serumed or spelled Dean around Cas, just start spilling his guts and flirting worse. But also genuinely think Cas would get so overwhelmed from going zero to eighty on this that he'd duct tape Dean's mouth shut after attempts to tell him to stop confessing romantic feelings kept failing. Final resort, Cas would whoosh away to some glacier and sit there until he'd collected himself.
