Delvintor Kembali Dulang Poin di MXGP Seri Swedia

BALIPORTALNEWS.COM, JAKARTA - Crosser muda binaan PT Astra Honda Honda (AHM), Delvintor Alfarizi yang berlaga di ajang FIM Motocross World Championship (MXGP) berhasil menyelesaikan balapan dan kembali meraih poin pada kelas MX2 di Uddevala, Swedia, Minggu (13/8/2023). Delvintor berhasil finis di posisi ke-18 dan mendapatkan pengalaman berharga pada dua laga yang diikutinya. Sebelum balapan dimulai, crosser Indonesia pertama yang terjun di kancah balap motorcross tertinggi ini mengalami masalah teknis sehingga tidak dapat menyelesaikan sesi kualitifikasi dan harus puas menjalani start dari posisi ke-19. Perjuangan keras ditunjukkan Adel, sapaan Delvintor, sejak balapan pertama. Ia harus menaklukan lintasan berlumpur dan hanya sedikit jalur yang dapat digunakan pebalap akibat hujan lebat pada malam hari sebelumnya. Pada balapan pertama seri ketujuh yang dijalani, Adel melakukan start dengan baik dan dapat berada di grup depan selama 15 menit pertama. Bersaing ketat dengan pebalap manca negara, Adel sempat terjatuh yang menyebabkan tertinggal jauh dengan pebalap lainnya dan hanya mampu finish di posisi ke-18. Sedangkan pada race kedua yang dilakukan pada hari yang sama, crosser JM Racing Astra Honda dan para pebalap lainnya juga kesulitan dengan semakin terbatasnya jalur balapan. Melalui perjuangan keras dan tidak patah semangat, Adel berhasil menyelesaikan balapan hingga kembali finish di posisi ke-18. Pada seri ini, Adel berhasil mendulang 6 poin dan telah mengumpulkan 28 poin di musim ini. “Pada pelaksanaan balapan, kondisi sirkuit sangat berbeda dibandingkan sehari sebelumnya. Balapan pertama saya jauh lebih mendapatkan momentum dibandingkan balapan kedua hingga saya dapat melakukan start yang bagus dan bisa bertahan di grup depan untuk waktu yang lama. Saya puas setelah akhir pekan yang bagus di kondisi lintasan berbeda-beda, karena saya jadi banyak belajar dan menunjukkan kemajuan di kompetisi ini,” ujar Adel. General Manager Marketing Planning and Analysis AHM, Andy Wijaya mengatakan perjuangan keras terus ditunjukkan oleh Delvintor pada ajang balap MXGP yang telah dilakoni sejauh ini. Banyak pelajaran yang didapatkan sehingga ia mampu bersaing ketat dengan puluhan pebalap lainnya. “Adel terus menunjukkan kemajuan yang signifikan dari setiap balap yang dijalani. Hal ini terlihat pada kemampuannya dalam beradaptasi di berbagai kondisi lintasan dan terus meraih poin pada dua balapan seri Eropa. Kami berharap perjuangan crosser binaan AHM ini dapat terus berkembangan, sehingga dapat memberikan prestasi tertinggi pada kejuaraan balap Motorcross Dunia,” ujar Andy. I feel like I should say this as I've been getting tags about it but I've not actually watched indie cross, only heard and seen about it via osmosis which isn't a lot since I've been kinda off Tumblr, and I can't bring myself to watch it

It's that thing where it's like "mm no id like this a little too much and it'd take over my life" ykwim?

Okay. My first impressions of The Shadow Crosser. Here we go:

• First off, the cover art is beautiful. Bravo, Irvin Rodriguez. You've produced for a beautiful purple and turquoise colour scheme that only makes me think of the northern lights or southern lights or something. One of the auroras. It's beautiful. Your best work yet.

• Now…the plot summary on the front jacket gives me some concern. The mayan gods all vanished, zane betrayed, the godborns using a mayan calendar to travel back in time…gods, i'm getting reminded of The Secrets of the Immortal, Nicholas Flamel. If this book follows that book's finale…oh, brother. We might be in for a rough time. I don't need time traveling shenanigans ending with Zane stuck in the past or something. If you go that route, these books will really disappoint me (the same way those Flamel books did). So please…please tell me that doesn't happen.

• Finally, we have Itzamna giving the book's preface and warning that Zane couldn't write it. He says I may not like it, depending what narrative type I prefer. Then he really seems to imply the mayan gods are gone forever. So…i'm really getting concerned here. Is this book going to be a confusing time travel story? Is that really where we're going? Are we going to meet the ancestors of our protagonists? I…ugh. This can't be worse than the crap ending those flamel books had (where the lead characters parents were aliens and then the kids became secretive allies to their future selves in a surrealist plot twist). …can it?

I'm concerned. I'll read onwards for today, but I think i'm gonna need to either look up the ending or force someone on here to allay all of my fears. Because I don't want this book series to end disappointingly. I enjoyed the first two so much. Please…please don't let me down now. sigh…

Angry Cop is a NY Buffalo Police Detective and reserve Drill Sargent. He and his friends support law enforcement, service members active non active and retired, and charities of various kinds. In this clip from the Unsubscribe Podcast on YouTube, he reveals how the Buffalo School District has hidden, lied, and neglected the safety of their students. Angry Cop describes cases he is on and what others in his department are on in regards to these schools.

After learning about this I spoke to a friend on here, tumblr, who lives and works in the Buffalo area about it. They told me they worked at a museum the elementary school is attached to and they told me that there was no security measures in place to prevent outsiders from getting to the school from the museum and vice versa. This was 6years ago and looking back at the video, it shows that neither the school nor museum ever fixed this problem.

The Buffalo School leaders are denying the allegations. They are saying they not received any reports from parents or teachers. However, how are they to receive reports if their employees are deleting evidence and hiding incidents from parents? One teacher didn’t contact police about a student who told them their father was beating them, until the third time when they came in bruised and battered for all to see.

Eli is the main host of Unsubscribe and a veteran. In this video he thanks the fans of the podcast and his friends for spreading the word about this. Unfortunately, he also addresses the media. Telling them to be ashamed of themselves for focusing more about what he and his friends are wearing and that they’re drinking white claws, instead of focusing on the children and their safety. I used to hate getting Better Be Good to me at certain times from a narrative perspective (I feel like it's kind of tonal whiplash if the encounter happens after Beat It or Roll With It). But I really need the footage for an edit now, I'm literally on my second to last crosser BEGGING to get this encounter so I don't have to replay the game again (would usually be fine with that obvs, but I don't want to play through Teen Spirit for the fiftieth time lolol).

Also, I've realized that the game gets pretty hellbent on not letting you walk/hitchhike all the time if there isn't a loaded encounter, which I get because not everyone plays the game like that, but it was an interesting thing to find out.

It's weird.

RJ's first name is apparently Rex. The unicorn cat reminds me of the Fairy Godmother. Rex said he was friends with a pirate named MetalBeard and a spaceman named Benny. That little robot was kinda spacey....

I swear, if this is just that other toy world in a different form, I will lose it.
