A "Datu" was like a king or chief in old Filipino villages. They were in charge of everything, from making laws to leading in battles. Usually, the job went from parent to child, but you could also become a Datu if you were brave or smart enough. They were very important, shaping the culture and rules of the community.

"Kastila" means the Spanish people who once ruled the Philippines for over 300 years. They brought Christianity, schools, and new ways of running things. But life wasn't all good; they made people pay heavy taxes and work hard, causing many fights. Even after they left, their influence is still seen in Filipino culture, language, and religion.

"Linguistics group"

Think of the Philippines like a big family where each group speaks their own language or dialect. There are over 170 different ones, like Tagalog and Cebuano. Speaking the same language brings people together, shapes their culture, and even how they learn or vote. It's a big part of who they are and how they live.

"Leadership" or "Pamumuno" in Filipino means leading a group with kindness and fairness. Here, leaders are expected to look after everyone, using old traditions like helping each other out or showing gratitude. They mix these old ways with new ideas to lead in schools, businesses, or government, always aiming to make life better for everyone.

"Kalayaan" means "freedom" and it's a huge deal in the Philippines. It's about fighting off the Spanish, Americans, and Japanese to be free. But it's more than that; it's about everyone having the right to live, speak, and chase their dreams freely. This idea keeps pushing Filipinos to fight for fairness, rights, and a better life for all.

We are like a river running straight from upstream, never look back at what kind of scenery is behind us.

We go all the way forward and miss a lot, If someone could look back then maybe we could discover each other's mind or maybe each of us would have different happiness.

Still good, everything is not too late yet, those who meant to meet will meet eventually, those who meet again will always meet again.

Daughter of pengu datu, she has the ability to predict the future and sees strong clear visions. Her destiny is a sad one though, she is fated to kill her little brother aurora.

After the death of their father, whos cursed with an illness, aurora loses it and with the demon blood in him from his mother, seeks to destroy the heavens and gods for allowing such curses to attract the living down below. Knowing aurora would destroy the world along with the heavens, its up to Finn to take down her unstoppable brother to save the world and the resting souls above as well.

Cruel and unfair life may be, she manages to balance a social life to keep her busy and her thoughts pure

not the typical team leader, datu is very shy and doesn't talk very much. but he's very smart; not only does he care for his teammates deeply (especially his baby brother!) but knows how they work together best. behind all those befuddled stares is somebody who is actually not befuddled in the slightest. you've been bamboozled!!

also now that all four teammates are finished (finally), here's their height chart :D

Nap time

Some time ago I had a conversation in which I came to the conclusion that Raya could still find it hard to sleep since she got used to being alert during the 6 years she was alone, which led me to want to draw her taking a nap feeling protected by the rest of the gang

Besides, I wanted to draw Boun and Noi because there aren't enough fanarts where the two of them are
