Any chance I could get some Scavengers fun times? Spinister getting off by fingering Krok into several overloads or Misfire insisting Fulcrum sit on his face.
WAP on the WAP
Fulcrum pushes Misfire’s face away with a hand over his mouth, feeling energon flood his neck cables as he becomes increasingly flustered by the flier’s words. This, as he expected, doesn’t deter Misfire who continues to babble on even with his mouth firmly covered to Fulcrum’s dismay. The words are muffled but Fulcrum can easily guess what Misfire is spouting from his previous innuendos and lascivious offers.
“I’m not letting you anywhere near my valve!” Fulcrum snaps, keeping Misfire at arm's length.
Misfire’s retort is completely muffled but that doesn’t stop him from going on and on while bobbing his shoulders suggestively. Fulcrum sighs and removes his hand, regretting the action even as he makes it, before crossing his arms to hear Misfire out.
“What’s the hold-up? I just want to get that landing strip slick-”
Fulcrum covers Misfire’s mouth again and pinches the bridge of his nose.
“Do you just… not know subtlety?” Fulcrum huffs.
Misfire pulls off with a laugh, pushing Fulcrum’s arm away easily, “Subtlety and I don’t get along… So, why not? Just don’t wanna?”
Scoffing, Fulcrum shakes his head, “I’m just not going to let that mouth get anywhere near this valve.” Fulcrum points down between his legs.
Propping his arm on Fulcrum’s shoulder, Misfire grins, “Aww, I grossed you out that much?”
“No…” Fulcrum flushes, “I just… don’t like to do that sort of thing.”
MIsfire’s wings droop slightly, “Ah, huh, never met anyone who didn’t like having their valve licked clean but I guess someone out there wasn’t going to be down with that sort of thing.”
Rubbing his helm awkwardly, Fulcrum glances away, “Uh, well… I just don’t like doing that sort of thing for other people and that’s why you’re offering, right? You want me to…”
“What?” Misfire holds his hands out as if to brush the words away, shaking his head, “No, no, I… I like doing it for other mechs, especially if they’re as handsome as you.” Tapping his cheek, Misfire turns a bit bashful which is a rare enough sight to pull back Fulcrum’s attention fully, “I, um, maybe like it a bit too much.”
A strange feeling goes down Fulcrum’s spinal strut, “Oh, uh…”
Misfire’s optics go wide, flaring softly as he presses his hands together, pleading his spark out.
Fulcrum shuts his optics and sighs, “You really aren’t asking that I return the favor?”
“I swear! I just want to get my face messy in those soft folds of yours and make you drip lubricant,” Misfire grins cheekily, chuckling at Fulcrum’s groan.
“Fine!” Fulcrum snags Misfire and starts dragging him off to the nearest berth. “If it’ll get you to finally shut up!”
They get to a room on the W.A.P. with Misfire eagerly following Fulcrum like a loyal dog, giggling excitedly as Fulcrum pushes him onto the berth.
Misfire flares his hand dramatically over his mouth, “Your seat, sir.”
While glaring at the flier, Fulcrum hefts himself onto the berth to sit on Misfire’s chest and pops his panels open much to Misfire’s delight.
“Tha’s a tasty looking-”
Fulcrum grabs Misfire’s helm and shoves his face into his valve, “Just shut up and get to work already.”
Misfire couldn’t look happier with a face full of valve as he grabs Fulrum’s thighs to pull him firmly against his mouth, nuzzling in to lick Fulcrum’s anterior node slowly with his wet glossa swirling around the circumference. It’s embarrassing to Fulcrum how quickly he gets wet just watching Misfire bury himself into Fulcrum’s valve and then he feels Misfire swirl his tongue and he has to grip both of his hands over his mouth to keep himself from making any sound. As lubricant meets his lips, Misfire is none the wiser, lapping away at Fulcrum’s valve lips, his glossa lighting up node clusters with slow, purposeful strokes as he takes his time to enjoy the feeling. He groans into Fulcrum’s valve which earns him a small gush of lubricant that he licks up greedily before moving to suck gently on Fulcrum’s anterior node. His hands grip Fulcrum’s thighs more firmly as he feels him begin to twitch, not letting Fulcrum escape the onslaught of his glossa.
The effect that this is having on Misfire is obvious almost immediately, his spike fully pressurizing as he slips the tip of his glossa into Fulcrum’s entrance, feeling the calipers there starting to clench. He circles the entrance, moaning at the crackling charge that tickles his glossa as he presses it to the soft mesh there dotted with sporadic node clusters and he can feel his spike throb. Fulcrum grabs his spike and squeezes which only urges Misfire on, unable to think as well with Fulcrum’s hand pumping him while he licks mindlessly against Fulcrum’s anterior node. Trying his best to not just overload over Fulcrum’s hand, he moves his glossa back to Fulcrum’s tasty entrance, releasing a buzz of charge from his intake into Fulcrum’s valve, getting him to stiffen up with a shout that has Misfire’s spark melting.
Fulcrum holds onto Misfire for dear life, his digits digging into the flier’s shoulders as he feels Misfire lazily frag him with an eager glossa that hungrily seeks out his nodes only to graze them teasingly. Suddenly, he’s on his back but he doesn’t care with Misfire softly sucking on his anterior node as he nudges it with glossa, keeping a steady flow of charge coursing through his valve that has him completely incoherent. Then, Misfire slides a digit into his entrance and strokes his spike while he keeps that sinful mouth on Fulcrum’s node, easily tipping Fulcrum into overload who grabs Misfire’s helm, pressing Misfire hard against his valve. He humps Misfire’s face, riding out his overload panting and moaning with abandon.
Once spent, Fulcrum lays back with his vents on full blast and immediately regrets looking down where he finds Misfire licking his lips, his face completely drenched in lubricant.
“Good, huh?”
Fulcrum stiffens up and clears his intake, “It was alright. I guess…”
Misfire pushes up a bit and Fulcrum blushes at the sight of Misfire’s still-twitching spike covered in transfluid above a quickly forming puddle, “Well, I certainly had a good time.”
“I… I see…”
Ducking down to kiss Fulcrum’s valve, “Primus, this thing is great.”
Fulcrum pushes at Misfire’s forehelm only to be met with laughter, “Don’t talk about it like that!”
“Oh? Should I shut myself up again?” Misfire smirks.
Freezing, Fulcrum thinks it over but not for as long as he’d have liked to, and nods, yelping softly when Misfire buries himself back into Fulcrum’s valve.

When you get this, answer with five things that make you happy, then send it to the last ten people in your recent activity! 😊💕
Have a great day! ☀️
(completely optional ofc <3)
Thanks! This was fun! 1. Surprisingly, my job. I’m an occupational therapist at a hospital, so I work with people who have had strokes, traumatic brain injuries, heart surgeries, transplants, spinal cord injuries, and other health issues. My favorite part is watching the patient progress from being completely dependent for dressing and walking to independent. It’s very rewarding 🥰
2. My partner makes me stupid happy. He’s always supported me emotionally and mentally. His unfiltered comments and behaviors make me laugh so hard I wheeze.
3. Reading is one of my favorite pastimes. Growing up I loved reading in order to escape into another world and I still do.
4. My friends. They are extremely kind and would do anything for me and vice versa.
5. Hiking or being out and about in nature with my family, friends, and dogs.

I've already made a post about this outfit but it's so beyond ugly that I need to make another because this is literally keeping me up at night.
First of all. The goth neck brace + funerary radar dish combo. Outfits to give your dog when it has arthritis AND a flea infection. What does Marguerite have against our neck. Is there even a reason for the grey reverse V thing with not one but THREE buttons, one of which is in the INNER part of the cervical collar in an emo phase, or is it just to constantly bother MC? Their chin is gonna chafe and that's just embarrassing. And I do mean their chin because this spinal cord injury contraption is thick enough to reach the very tip of their obnoxiously long jaw. And the button isn't even VISIBLE unless the expectators are going to be sniffing MC's shoulderblades as part of the show. All in all, traumatizing
The pattern on the coat itself makes me mad because it could be something if it... were something, but it's not. Pick. A. Pattern. You can't start with one and then randomly change your mind halfway through, especially when neither of them are good patterns to begin with. It's like she Frankestein'ed her grandma's favorite dish towels and made it silver. Why are there buttons on the lapels (and the neck brace) when the coat doesn't have buttons anywhere else? Why is there a ZIPPER that clearly can't be used due to said buttons, especially when she decided to just hold the coat closed with one of those childrens backpack's handles? And it is clearly TOO TIGHT. This is at least the third CoP2 outfit with a butthole in it, and all I have to say is WHY. Why go out of your way to draw a butthole for your outfit so it looks like it DOESN'T fit right???? This is the fashion equivalent of a stroke simulator
The sleeves are also too long which is just. I mean, seriously. It can't be that hard to locate a wrist and have the sleeve end there. Why is this shit nearly reaching their palm. This isn't fashion this is immobilization fetish gear. Maybe Marguerite is the murderer and she plans to suffocate us with the death belt while we're unable to move our hands and neck. Holy mother of jesus I just realized the turtleneck has stripes. I don't even have the time to unpack that
The cobra ring is just record breakingly ugly. Not to mention big enough to cover MC's ENTIRE KNUCKLE, and everyone knows Choices men have yaoi hands
And then there's the pants. It's like she saw that shoe-pants meme and thought "how can I make this worse". Why would you have zippers that cover the entire leg? Zipping this up would be more effective than most hair removal procedures. A perfect hairless straight line on each leg, just what I've always wanted. And why is it so lumpy? Is MC hiding snacks in their thighs? Do they have leg spikes? WHY would they draw this? Again they're going out of their way to make this seem ill-fitting and weird and then asking us to pay to wear this. It'd make more sense to hold us at gunpoint and demand ransom money to allow us to take this off
In short: Mags, I love you, but STOP FOLLOWING YOUR DREAMS. Go work at IKEA. I can't do this anymore

Why are we here?
This is a post about Billy and the evolution of the Universe.
Billy the dog when he was young. Billy and I go for a long walk almost every day. He tries to be around me as much as he can. When I’m at the computer he lies on the floor right behind me. He’s been that way ever since his buddy Boris died suddenly (a stroke) two years ago. He appeared on our driveway in 2016, about a month before I had spinal surgery (August 7). Boris was a dog that was…

Lower Back Pain Treatment: Exercises for Relief
Tumblr media
Lower back pain is a common problem that affects many people, regardless of age, gender, or occupation. It can be caused by several factors, such as poor posture, sedentary lifestyle, injury, or underlying medical conditions. If you are one of the many individuals suffering from lower back pain, you are probably looking for ways to alleviate your symptoms and improve your quality of life. In this article, we will discuss some exercises that can help relieve lower back pain and promote overall wellness.
Causes of Lower Back Pain
Before diving into the exercises, it is important to understand the causes of lower back pain. As mentioned, there are several factors that can contribute to lower back pain. Some common causes include:
Poor posture
Lack of exercise or physical activity
Muscle strain or sprain
Herniated or slipped disc
Sciatica
Osteoarthritis
Scoliosis
Spinal stenosis
If you are experiencing lower back pain, it is recommended that you consult with a healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment.
Benefits of Exercise for Lower Back Pain Relief
Exercise is a natural and effective way to relieve lower back pain. When done correctly, exercise can help improve posture, increase flexibility, and strengthen the muscles that support the spine. Here are some of the benefits of exercise for lower back pain relief:
Increased blood flow and oxygen to the affected area
Reduced inflammation and swelling
Improved mobility and range of motion
Strengthened core muscles to support the spine
Improved posture and alignment
Reduced risk of future injury or recurrence of pain
Exercises for Lower Back Pain Relief
Now that you understand the benefits of exercise for lower back pain relief, let's discuss some specific exercises that can help alleviate your symptoms.
1.    Cat-Cow Stretch: Begin on your hands and knees, with your wrists directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips. As you inhale, arch your back and lift your head and tailbone towards the ceiling (Cat Pose). As you exhale, round your spine and tuck your chin to your chest (Cow Pose). Repeat 10-15 times.
2.   Child's Pose: From the Cat-Cow Stretch, lower your hips back towards your heels and stretch your arms out in front of you. Rest your forehead on the mat and hold for 10-15 breaths.
3.   Hip Flexor Stretch: Kneel on your right knee with your left foot in front of you. Place your hands on your left knee and gently push your hips forward until you feel a stretch in your right hip flexor. Hold for 10-15 breaths and repeat on the other side.
4   Bird Dog: Begin on your hands and knees, with your wrists directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips. Reach your right arm forward and your left leg back, keeping your hips level. Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides. Repeat 10-15 times.
5    Bridge: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Slowly lift your hips up towards the ceiling, engaging your glutes and core muscles. Hold for a few breaths, then slowly lower back down. Repeat 10-15 times.
Conclusion
Lower back pain can be a frustrating and debilitating condition, but it doesn't have to control your life. By incorporating these exercises into your daily routine, you can improve your posture, increase your flexibility, and strengthen your core muscles to support your spine. However, it is important to listen to your body and consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program

@brooklynislandgirl :// { is it too late for winter? }
— ☾ —
Ben likes Mos Espa most when the cold sets in. Compared to Wetyin, being the worst combination of wet and cold, probably anywhere, anyway. When Mos Espa is brisk, and the rays ease up, he can work out back in a light jacket and cap (he gave up on sun cream ages ago), and he doesn't have to squint or anticipate any sudden shifts in the light, and nobody bothers him. Nobody wants to deal with the blowing dust Ben has a soft spot for. Sand encrusts the chicken wire like ocherous rhinestones and covers his uncle's old, dilapidated cedar shed in a lustrous haze. Makes it look like Mars out there. He and D.O. walk the gulch sometimes, and while D.O. contents herself with snuffing at the shrubbery, Ben watches the heavens descend the East Espan range while the range ascends the stars. Tonight's different, though. Too blisteringly windy, and the dog needs a bath. Hell, so does he.
But Beth. D.O. bounds over, and with the marrow log resting a stone's throw away, Ben fears the worst for a moment. It must show; Beth mollifies him with a smile, with all the sweetness left in the world, and it works because he's a brainless lunk with eyes and fingers. He's inanimate, one of his unfinished sculptures, an object in his own space. His tongue is wet, unformed clay. His heart is, too.
"Merry... Christmas," he repeats as if he's just learned the words. Ben looks around, bewildered by everything his glowering beholds: Beth's toes peeking out from beneath the blanket, D.O. happily gnawing on her bully stick at the foot of the—well, he'd hate to call it a bed while Beth was laying on it—and the tree.
The tree.
For a time, he is a rabbit in Beth's headlights. Minutes pass before he sheds his rabbit fur and moves. He kneels to unlace his chukkas, not taking his eyes off the little scrap tree for a minute. Sense memory directs his motion as he peels off his fishtail coat and the hat Beth made for him and places them on a shelf.
The hat was enough. Now Beth has helped herself to the sundries of his world and imbued a mote of her light in each one, fundamentally changing them. Ben moves through these alternations slowly, with the timidity of an elk, hemming toward the tree, noting the wood she used while affecting an aura of nonchalance, then toward the stove, furrowing his brows at the stew (with more curiosity and chagrin toward its ingredients (his) than horror, although the sting of horror does prick).
As he picks his way among Beth's doings and helpings, he notices her hair ribbon under the tree and absent-mindedly strokes it with the pad of his thumb. The ribbon's bound around a drawing of hers, a watercolor sketch too ardent to be used as wrapping paper. It's a precious moment before he realizes what he's looking at and that it's for him.
A curious warmth creeps down the back of his neck and spinal column. What do you call that sensation? Pleasure? Thrill? Desire? Which sin fits the profile? Cupidity? (He picked that one up recently; it rhymed with a word he'd use to describe his current state). At the same time, shame and doubt clot his throat, and his hands shake too much to unlace Beth's offering.
Generosity tends to ask a lot of the recipient, and gifts beg for eye contact. He can't crumble. He has to say something and look at Beth when he says the words, but he doesn't know what to say or where to look. He swallows.
"Beth..."
Ben wrings his hands with duress enough to wrest the gravel from his knuckles. He hasn't looked at her yet, not anywhere a man customarily does or thinks he should.
"You didn't have to," he mumbles, using the rare possessive. "I just. Just..."
And now that he's looking, Ben jerks on the crag of his unfinished sentence and flushes deeply. She isn't entirely naked. Beth knows that'd mortify him, he'd flee, but she conjures the image with her soft, sleepy smile and the inviting contour of one sun-kissed and delicately placed thigh. He isn't alarmed by her brazen displays the way he is by how badly he wants to spoil the glory of her flesh. Then they'd see about the bath. The words are on the tip of his tongue.
Truth is, he's getting used to her. Beth in his shirts, Beth in his sheets. She's made an imprint on his futon, on him. For all Beth has the gall to give, he hasn't to ask for more.
Ben brings the gift over when he can't bring forth speech, comes and sits on the paint-splattered egg crate to Beth's left, and takes a breath, approaching the ribbon by rolfing its tail between his middle finger and thumb.
'Getting used to' is a terrible thing. It means you fall when whatever it is you got used to is ripped out from under you. Even when that thing's no good, but most especially when it is.
He touches the wax pencils, suspicious at first, then stunned. Beth has underestimated their potential to shatter the earth.
Ben sniffs. And softly, "Thank you."
She could fill in his smile with her brush strokes.

It's been a year (& 3 days!) since Barney suffered from a spinal stroke (fibrocartilaginous embolism - FCE). He collapsed in the garden & within a few hours, Barney was paralysed in his back end - losing all feeling & function in both hind legs & totally unable to walk. It was such a shock. He wasn’t in pain, thank goodness but was really distressed & confused & I was just devastated. Especially given Barney's age, I really wasn't sure if he'd recover from this & the first few months after the FCE were hard, as he needed help to stand, or move...
However, 1 year on & although Barney isn't 100% & is a bit frail & wobbly, he is happily walking around by himself again. In fact, every now & again he even has a little "run" & we occasionally have ridiculous slow motion chases when Barney decides he is definitely deaf & ignores me, so I have to go trotting after him! Good old Barney is still the same happy, bouncy chappie he's always been & not looking too bad for 15.5 years old. What a dog! Love this pup so much ❤

Hello/aanii!!
A strong indigenous person Pihêsiw is asking for help to cover disability expenses so they can live comfortably without pain everyday! They put in so much labour into the native community. They need help for the expenses of a wheelchair and a service dog! Since indian affairs and Canadian healthcare can be awful to Indigenous people especially if they have a disbillty.
Lets help Pihêsiw get a wheelchair and service dog!!!!!!
this is their story (they/them pronouns)
“Since the age of 5 I have been disabled. During my second heart surgery I had what they call a spinal chord infarction, essentially a stroke in the spine. At first I was told I would never walk again, but fortunately regained some feeling and usage of my legs. I spent the next 9 years in and out of rehabilitation, physio therapy and multiple surgeries. As I get older I get weaker, I deal with chronic muscular and skeletal pain, nerve pain and partial paralysis. I use a cane but lately have been needing something for more me to live a more comfortable life to continue to be independent so I am fundraising money for a wheelchair. Unfortunately FNIHB will not cover wheelchair costs until I get an assessment done by a OT but due to COVID-19 that could be months. I am also in the process of getting a mobility service dog, a well trained service dog costs up to 30,000$. A mobility service dog assist in many tasks, a few to name would be stabilizing and bracing, alerting bystanders if I have fallen, bringing my wheelchair to me if I am unable and many other tasks. All proceeds will be going to a light weight active wheelchair, installation of medical equipment for me to easily and safely access my home and a service dog.  (shower aid installations, etc) so I continue living my everyday life comfortably.  I deeply appreciate the community support to helping me fulfill my financial goal.”
Please share, reblog, donate!!!!! When you help one indigenous person, you help the whole community!!!
