From Concept to Completion: A Look at Large-Scale ECE Projects from Planning to Implementation
Large-scale early childhood education (ECE) projects are complex undertakings that require careful planning and seamless execution. These projects aim to improve the quality and accessibility of early childhood education, providing young children with a strong foundation for their future development. From building new schools to updating curriculum and training teachers, these projects involve multiple stakeholders and require considerable resources and coordination. In this article, we will take a closer look at the process of turning a concept into a successful large-scale ECE project, from planning to implementation.
1. Identifying the Need and Setting Goals
The first step in any large-scale ECE project is identifying the need and setting clear goals. This involves conducting extensive research and gathering data on the current state of early childhood education in the target area. This can include the number of children who are not enrolled in any form of early childhood education, the quality of existing programs, and the availability of resources. Based on this information, the project team can determine what needs to be improved and set realistic goals for the project.
2. Creating a Comprehensive Plan
Once the needs and goals have been identified, the next step is to create a comprehensive plan that outlines the scope, timeline, and budget of the project. This plan should also include a detailed analysis of the resources and stakeholders involved, as well as the potential challenges and risks. It is crucial to involve all relevant parties in the planning process, including government officials, educators, parents, and community leaders. This will ensure that the plan is comprehensive and addresses the needs and concerns of all stakeholders.
3. Securing Funding and Resources
Large-scale ECE projects require significant financial resources, and securing funding can be a challenging task. The project team may need to explore various sources of funding, such as government grants, private donations, and partnerships with businesses or NGOs. It is essential to have a solid plan and a clear understanding of the project's goals and potential impact to convince potential funders to invest in the project.
4. Building Infrastructure and Training Personnel
One of the most crucial aspects of a large-scale ECE project is building the necessary infrastructure and training personnel. This may involve constructing new schools, renovating existing facilities, or providing resources and materials for early childhood education programs. It is also essential to train teachers, administrators, and other staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality education to young children.
5. Implementing and Monitoring the Project
Once all the necessary resources and personnel are in place, the project can be implemented. This involves putting the plan into action and closely monitoring the progress and impact of the project. Regular evaluations and assessments should be conducted to measure the project's success and make any necessary adjustments. It is also crucial to involve the community and gather feedback from parents and caregivers to ensure the project is meeting their needs.
6. Sustaining the Project's Impact
A successful large-scale ECE project should have a lasting impact on the community. To ensure the sustainability of the project, it is crucial to involve the community in the project's implementation and empower them to take ownership of the project. This can include training local leaders and involving parents in the decision-making process. It is also essential to establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses to continue providing resources and support for early childhood education.
In conclusion, large-scale ECE projects require meticulous planning, collaboration, and resourcefulness to turn a concept into a reality. By identifying the need, setting clear goals, securing funding and resources, building infrastructure and training personnel, implementing and monitoring the project, and sustaining its impact, we can provide young children with the quality early childhood education they deserve. Through these efforts, we can build a better future for our children and communities.

so i'm going to go fucking insane because for a while this aspect of malenia's character design has been bothering me and making me think I'm seeing things and going fucking crazy.
the aspect in question is malenia's left arm:
when i first saw malenia's arm my first thought was oh okay they're probably just bandages or some sort of wraps.
but then you look a bit closer and like
idk about you (because i might be losing it) but it seems like the mesh of whatever the fuck that is very clearly melded with her skin in a way/it looks like it's going into and then emerging out of her skin (which is HORRIFYING to think of I won't lie).
and once again i thought i was going crazy and seeing things because surely these were just meant to be wraps or bandages like the ones we see in the scene of her fighting radahn right?
and then the thought of the needle came to my mind. along with something malenia says in her cutscene before we fight her.
"my flesh was dull gold"
huh. now isn't that interesting.
this would imply that in order to stall the rot from consuming his sister, miquella made a plan to sew unalloyed gold into malenia's skin using his needle in a last-ditch attempt to save her arm.
(granted it's funnier to imagine he just sticks it in her arm and goes okay great all done! and that's probably the canon way it went but)
the thought of the sheer pain malenia must've gone through during this process, to be honest, and the thought of the guilt miquella must've felt at having to force his sister to endure even more agony just to help her is just sad.
and all of it is done just in an attempt to salvage what they can of her and hope that more can't be taken.
edit: btw when looking at malenia pre-bloom and pre-losing her needle it looks like there's a proper layer/cover/whatever it is around her arm up till her knuckles making it seem like an actual covering or layer on top of her skin and what not, but when we fight her post-bloom and post-losing needle it appears like some of the layers have either flaked or fallen away and that reveals that it's actually meshed with/into her skin.
#elden ring#im going to sleep now#i think i will be losing it#if i stay awake any longer#because what the fuck is this#what am i supposed to do with this#it's not even canon and im losing my mind over possible implications#because can you imagine#miquella having to literally stitch his sister's rotting skin back together using unalloyed gold#he is scared and desperate and he doesn't know what else to do or how else to possibly help#and malenia is in so much PAIN#but she loves her brother and trusts in what he's doing and so she endures#god i love all their character designs but hers is just INSANE#malenia blade of miquella#miquella the unalloyed#miquella#malenia#okay BUT#the comedy of miquella being like “hey malenia look over there!”#and just sticking the needle into her arm when she's not looking is great#also miquella using his sister as his home ec project#like wow he's practicing sewing using his sister good for him#i'm sorry don't take this seriously i'm losing my mind

What is the other plush? What medium are you using to make it? And most imporantly, can we see pictures of when its done?
I don't have a lot to show yet because it's still extremely WIP (just cutting out all the fabric pieces took nine and a half hours aaa) but this is the tag for my progress on my sideblog if ur interested
this is the 3D model I made to create the sewing patterns tho, so he's hopefully gonna look something like this when he's done
(he won't stand though, he's taller than the ceilings in my house. he's just gonna be floppy)
most of his body is gonna be minky, but his socks and wristband are gonna be terry cloth, his shoes are canvas and the rubber part of his shoes are pleather. I also have some really huge foam inserts for his shoes because stuffing them with regular stuffing would make the bottoms bulge out and I want them to be flat. might also put a bit of pool noodle in his neck to support his giant head too. we'll see how that goes
but yeah if enough people are interested I can reblog the final thing here, or you can follow @wiltenjoyer for progress pics. the queue only posts three times a day so it won't clog up your dash lmao
#this is. I guess technically my fourth plush ever?#made a cat when I was 8 with my mom's help (it was mostly my mom doing everything lmao)#ice cream cone in home ec class in like. 2009#two years ago I did a hand sewn frog for my aunt. you might've seen that frog sewing pattern post on tumblr I think it was popular for a bi#but this is like my first *real* sewing project

Hihi! Im making my own clangen blog and I really like how you do your bgs :)!
Any tips you think you can give on how you do you do your bgs? 👀
Thank you so much!!
Admittedly I try to make them as simple as I can. As the comic has gone on I've made them more and more simple due to workflow stuff.
I usually try to have pre-planned ideas of what the camp/territory look like. It helps with continuity and making sure the audience sorta has a grasp for where we are (whether it be outside camp or inside camp). I have different palettes for each season as well. A lot of what I do with backgrounds is done in order to keep the emphasis on the main subject of the panel, so backgrounds are lineless and very simple by comparison
#ec ask#yet another sincere apology for not having very many pages up#once again I have been slammed with homework + personal projects outside of echoclan#HOWEVER echoclan is still going#I want to try and finish it by the end of the year so stay tuned

my new headcanon is that rudy gets diagnosed with celiac disease when he's 12 or 13 (one of his many many health issues and allergies) and when he tells louise that he's sad he cant eat at bob's burgers anymore bcuz the buns have gluten in them bob makes a special order for gluten free buns and stores them seperately so that rudy can always enjoy his burgers :) <- and anyone else who is gluten intolerant there's like a special sign that says "ask about our gluten free options!!"
#bob is always slightly resistent to changing his menu but i do think he'll eventually have more gluten free and vegan options#bcuz it brings in more customers but also its just a nice thing to do and it means more of his kids friends can enjoy his food#my best friend in middle school had a pretty severe case of celiac disease and finding food that she could eat was a NIGHTMARE#for home ec class we made a gluten free gingerbread house and that was a whole Project lmao#txt#bob's burgers

Heyo!!! So, I officially passed 200 followers a bit ago, and idk how many of you are artists so I wanted to put out a poll to see what I should do to celebrate! (If anything at all-)
Idk if I actually will do anything, kinda relies on feedback lmao? Worst case Y'all just get a silly doodle and I move on w/ life 😅
#utmv#Spotatalk#everything included in this pole would be utmv related btw#and the “Open Collab” would be me drawing a character of mine for others to draw their own beside/interacting with!#letting this stay up for a week but tbh I'll probably decide sooner than that!#oh! and the writing project would involve another pole to see what y'all want to see more of from me! like#doppletale or catacombtale or ec-4o.verse etc!
