I haven't posted a lot this week, I've been busy, I've been sick, I've been waking up at 130 am every morning unable to go back to sleep...so I've been doing more Bible study. I've also been reworking my bullet journal and set up and changing some things around. Plus, I've worked every day this week except one!! It's been awhile since I've been able to do that! So I'm very grateful and happy. I'm going back to trying to fast every day until at least 4 pm and be finished eating by 8 pm. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm running late today. So I simpler salad, baby greens, spinach, multi-colored peppers, some onion, baby heirloom tomatoes, eggs, homemade bacon bits and some canned chicken. Oh and a few broccoli florets cut up. I will be up and at em by 4 am tomorrow, my first class starts at 4:50 which means I'll be signed in at 4:45 doing introductions. I hope tomorrow is better than this morning, as I really felt my rhythm was off.
