anthy himemya, circa 1909
[id: A digital painting of a medium dark-skinned girl, anthy, with violet hair in a rolled updo. She has green eyes and circular glasses, and wears a pair of gold jhumka earrings. She wears an edwardian era jumper dress in a soft green, with a ruffled lacy blouse beneath and a thin, s-bend magenta sash belt. Her expression is neutral and she rests one gloved hand on a table, behind her is a background of green bushes. End id]

This is what I think the uniform for the Slytherin witches would’ve looked like if they were going for the historically accurate
I found it while scrolling on Etsy if anybody’s wondering.

Next one up...
Tester slots OPEN for this dinner bodice pattern! The original has a 38” (97cm) bust and 32.5” (83cm) waist. Advanced sewists only, please (for the testing stage, at least) - this is a motherlode of textures and layers and a classicly Edwardian hidden closure, and I need people who know what they’re doing to test this one 😅 ! There’s a layer of lace flatlined to silver taffeta, and both of them plus the lining are all different patterns 😮💨. Mad respect to whoever made this 🥂.
As usual, pattern will go up on Etsy once testing is done - probably end of January.
