The inspiration to draw struck me at 4 am so I took the notebook and drew this before sleep lol Changing Evil!Cyn lore agaaaainnnn

Cyn arrives at the gala after asking Tessa and J not to leave the room, something was about to happen according to her "program" and she didn't want to hurt them.

Cyn reveals herself, is there something about her that has made her more different than the other drones, not being afraid of humans? maybe...

The solver had not worked well on her, however she still has difficulty doing certain things but tries to hide them.

We know that in this AU the humans created the AS, but as a weapon to attack each other, and that is something Cyn wanted to avoid, seeing the humans she once cared for fight senselessly.

The Elliotts brought Cyn to the mansion knowing that she had a virus to kill them in that place, it was planned, they did not know that she would become conscious enough to try to change that.

But in the end she couldn't...

Well, we love a guy who cares about personal hygiene.

Personally, I know how disgusting a person can get. I went through this stage, when I was younger, where I dated people that didn't take very good care of themselves. Basement dwellers, you know the type. Men, women... There is a certain funk that comes with the title.

Elliott? You know he showers constantly. His hair is so fragrant that you can smell it anytime he moves.

He wears an expensive cologne but knows not to overdo it. (Probably Versace because that's what I wear lol.)

Forget about him walking past you, you're a fucking goner. His scent is like you're finally home, it's all comfort but also this undeniable craving for him that you can't help but breathe deeply just to linger in the experience.

Did you know that scent is strongly attached to your memories?

Getting hit with the fresh sea air, you think of the first time you met him. All smiles and sweetness, a writer eager to make a new friend.

When you smell pomegranate, you think of the first Autumn in Stardew Valley, seeing Elliott truly excited for the first time. The writer grinning ear to ear as he accepts the fruit and thanks you profusely.

A waft of old wood and a mix of cologne as he held you on a weathered row bow, kissing you for the first time and wishing it would never end.

I think Elliott would be quite serious during sex. Not because he’s a serious person, but because he is more of a romantic person, and sex is when your bodies are intertwining and you are connecting in a way that you can’t connect with anyone else. So he’s not going to be in a very laughing mood when he is trying to portray his love for you. Will laugh if something is funny though, he isn’t totally serious just focused.

J-Jack off (masturbation headcanon)

Sometimes jerks off if you aren’t available and he needs to clear his head. Will only do it if he is so distracted that he can’t get any work done, and trying to wait for his erection to go down doesn’t work. Prefers sex, but is not against masturbation. Thinks sometimes it’s needed, and understands that sometimes you need you time and masturbation is a part of that. He’s not someone who needs to all the time, but he also isn’t opposed to getting himself off.

S-Stamina (how many rounds can they go for? how long do they last?)

Pretty good stamina? I think he can keep going for a while, maybe can go for about 45+ minutes straight and last for all of that if he tries hard. Can go about three rounds with 15 minute breaks in between to hydrate and get back into the mindset that he’s going to be having sex for a while. Likes when sex lasts a long time, so each round will be at least 30 minutes because for each round he has to start over with the foreplay and everything.

V-Volume (how loud they are, what sounds they make, etc.)

Not very loud at all. He groans and grunts into your ear. It’s very low, and even when he is losing his mind he isn’t a yeller or a screamer. He is a very quiet man naturally, it’s not that he’s embarrassed or wants to hide his noises, it’s just that his noises are quiet. Very grunty it’s more of an “uh” type of sound. Very short noises, never drawn out. Makes sure that his mouth is near your ears so you can hear. His sounds are more vibrate-y than audible if that makes sense? ; so wasabi was my first casting for huxley because i have the hc that he had locs that he cut off after the inversion as a form of starting over, and when thinking about what his hair would look like afterwards, i thought abt wasabi. and then i thought abt how they’re similar in that they’re both not taken seriously in their fields due to stereotyping, and how wasabi is big and gentle and huxley is big and gentle too, so here we are. i think this makes sense ; i thought having an actual real person face claim for hux would be good to have, since the other characters have them too. i found this model after doing a bit of looking on pinterest, and i like this guy’s confidence (also he’s like. built. which works perfectly). he seems confident but goofy, which is so perfectly hux-coded. just imagine them combined to make my huxley face claim fgdhsjk or like wasabi is s1-s2 hux & harry samba is s3 or something

Sam is fine with either! If you like being the big spoon, cool! He loves hugs! You wanna be the little spoon? Alright, scooch over so he can get comfortable against your back! This guy is flexible, go-with-the-flow and loves being near you, so he doesn’t have a preference. However he does move around quite a bit in his sleep, and he also runs hot, so don’t expect to go to bed and wake up in the same position—because he will have moved at some point, and probably threw the blankets around a bit. The moment he wakes up, though, he’s glued to you.

Seb is fine with both, but his preference will depend on your height. In his mind, the taller person is usually the big spoon, so if you’re taller, you get to be the big spoon, and if you aren’t, then he has no complaints about latching onto you like a backpack. He moves a bit in his sleep, but only by switching to lying on his back instead of on his side. But, if I’m being 100% honest with myself and you, he actually prefers cuddling with his head resting on your lower stomach and bracketed between your thighs. Top tier cuddling position for him, hands down. Likes how easy it is for him to turn his head and press kisses to your inner thighs.

Alex is the big spoon. No question about it. His favorite place to kiss you is the back of your neck, and being the big spoon allows him to do so easily. Aside from that, he just loves the feeling of you pressed against his chest. The weight of your body pulled against him like that is a huge comfort to him, and it’s the only way he can fall asleep. He doesn’t move at all in his sleep—it’s a little unsettling at first, because he’s a super deep sleeper as well, so at first you thought he died in his sleep lmfao.

Elliott prefers to be the little spoon! He’s similar to Alex in that he finds it easier to fall asleep, but while you’re holding him. Your night routine also has a lot to do with it; he’s got pretty long hair, and before bed you always take care to braid it for him so it’s out of the way and won’t get tangled in his sleep. It also makes it easier for you when you latch onto his back like a koala, pressing your sleepy smile into the space between his shoulder blades. He loves waking up to you pressing kisses against the slope of his back. 

Shane is a little spoon. I don’t care if that’s controversial, the moment you wrap your arms around him and cuddle close against his back, he is gone. The first time you did it he almost started crying because he couldn’t remember a time when anyone had treated him so softly or gently. Your hold on him is always so loving, too, especially when he rests his palms over your hands on his chest and you lace your hands together? Dude, he’s ready to get down on one knee right then and there.

Harvey likes being the big spoon. With how often you go galavanting through the mines without a care in the world for your neck, he’s constantly anxious about your safety, so being the big spoon allows him just a fraction of comfort. It makes him feel like he’s protecting you from the world—like he’s shielding you from negative outside forces, or any creatures that intend to harm you. And you know, maybe he just likes feeling you curled up in his arms, too.

NASCAR is Kinda Maybe Vaguely Doing Something and People Are Mad About It

In a race weekend of rain, delays, and Stewart Haas cars hitting the barriers every five minutes, the biggest story coming out of the NASCAR Chicago Street Race seems to be this crossover EV prototype...and people are mad at it.

Well, people are also mad that Bubba Wallace steered race winner Alex Bowman into the wall after the race, but one: a NASCAR driver getting mad and bumping into someone else after the race is a non-story, two: the same people that are mad at Bubba are probably the same people that are mad about the EV prototype.

So, at the Chicago Street Race, NASCAR finally unveiled the EV prototype that everyone already knew about - they were going to unveil it at the LA Coliseum preseason race but then they didn't because that race also saw rain and they ended up truncating the weekend - so how did they do this?

Did they announce it was going to replace one of the three national touring series? Maybe trucks since, you know, trucks and crossovers are both big.

Or maybe the Xfinity cars, since those are still a generation behind and Ford and Chevy just run the same models there as in Cup, so maybe a crossover for that series would make sense.

Or maybe start out with a new, more standalone series on street courses or something, sorta like a stock car version of Formula E.

Well, no, they did none of that.

Quite literally all they did was having the car speed off from a standing start and talk about some of the specs.

It's a 1300 hp car designed in collaboration with Ford, Chevy, and Toyota, David Ragan has been the test driver, and it was to promote a new collaboration agreement between NASCAR and ABB - who is also the title sponsor of ABB. That's all it was.

And yet, NASCAR fans are acting like these things are gonna replace Cup for next year. It's a dramatic overreaction.

I'm not even particularly a fan of EVs. I enjoy the noise and power coming from a car and I think that EVs - particularly Teslas and wannabe Teslas like the Ford Mustang Mach E - are deliberately garish, bulbously proportioned, and expensive props that the driver uses to convey how much more environmentally conscious and morally superior they are to the average driver.

So yeah, to a degree I understand why the "core" NASCAR fan or whatever may not agree with that message.

But...they're not even doing anything with it. It's a promotional piece for NASCAR to take to corporate events and all that.

The closest NASCAR is to an EV series is that there was also talk about them partnering with Dana White to invest in Nitrocross, an EV rallycross series that Conor Daly raced in once.

Even if NASCAR did launch an EV national series, you could just, you know, not watch it. I don't pay attention to Formula E or MotoE despite having long been an F1 fan and currently being a MotoGP fan.

It's just weird to see this very weak, very minor gesture from NASCAR and there being this vicious backlash towards it. I'm the kind of person that gets vaguely disappointed every time I find out a new performance car has some sort of hybrid element to it, so do you have any idea how off-base you need to be for me to disagree with your anger on this?

It's just such a nothing storyline, calm down.

Elsewhere in the Chicago Street Race weekend, the Xfinity race was pretty great actually, another SVG win and some cool battles between him, Gibbs, and Larson throughout, so that was nice. The Cup race was pretty good when it was running but that long rain delay did kinda suck a lot of the energy out of it. Plus, SVG getting speared by an out-of-control Briscoe was pretty lame.

Especially since Chase Briscoe and Josh Berry in their SHR cars would basically spend the whole second half of the race hitting the barriers and/or going off every five or so laps.

Oh, and postrace, Bubba Wallace banged doors with Alex Bowman while Chase Elliott banged doors with Daniel Suarez because, once again, this is NASCAR and that's just the kind of stuff that happens in NASCAR. People are only mad when Bubba does it though. Odd. I wonder if there's a certain thing about Bubba that leads to him being on the receiving take of all this bad faith criticism...

Other than that, Indycar had its hybrid era start at Mid-Ohio in a race that started off boring but ended in Pato O'Ward holding off Alex Palou to take the win for Arrow McLaren.

Something much appreciated since, earlier in the day, McLaren was running 1-2 in the British Grand Prix until they kept Oscar out on slicks on a wet track to lose second, and then switched Norris onto the wrong tyres once things dried up.

And then there was MotoGP. Pecco Bagnaia was chasing down Jorge Martin in the closing stages, Martin first in the championship, Pecco second after dominating the last two race weekends to chip away at Martin's lead. Martin is feeling the pressure, feels he needs to win to stop the bleeding, but just pushes too hard into turn one, the bike slides out from under him, and Pecco goes through to win.

Marc Marquez, the man who beat Jorge Martin to be Bagnaia's 2025 Ducati teammate, came through in second, his brother Alex Marquez in third, and Enea Bastianini - Bagnaia's current teammate - came through in fourth. After the Spanish GP sprint, Jorge Martin was forty-two points ahead of Bagnaia, as recently as after the Catalan GP, that gap was thirty-nine points, now? Bagnaia leads by ten.

Pecco won the Catalan GP main race, swept both races at Mugello, both races at Assen, finished third behind Martin and Miguel Oliveira at the German GP sprint, but then won the German GP main race as Martin crashed out to take the championship lead. Truly a tremendous four race run from Bagnaia.

Keep in mind, nobody won back-to-back main races at all in 2023! Pecco just won four in a row.

This is why I love MotoGP so much, it still has that drama, that magic, that I find so many series lack these days.

Unfortunately, it's schedule is also crap, so MotoGP is off until August 4th. Fuck.

NASCAR at Pocono and Indycar's double race weekend at Iowa will hopefully provide some entertainment next weekend. Now I just need to hope I don't die of MotoGP withdrawal in the meantime...wish me luck.

September 2nd, 1986

I was so stressed. I had gone to work from nine to five for two weeks in a row and those mornings and evenings before and after work have not felt like much of a break. It hurt that I had to fill in for almost everyone who was supposedly “out sick”, it felt like they were trying to use me ‘cause they knew that I would fill in. I rarely ever saw my boyfriend, Joe either. I never know what he is doing or even how he is doing. 

Today was the one day he could come by and pick me up. I walked out of work to see him sitting in the car. He always looked so good when he wasn’t necessarily paying attention to what was around him. Well, he always looked good. He had this long dirty blond hair, it was always tucked behind his ears. His eyes were a bluish-green and he had a smile of reassurance. If you knew Joe at all, you’d know that whenever he was driving the car, he would be blasting rock n’ roll. 

I never minded that, it was lovely. It made him happy and that makes me happy. We are opposites though, I’ve got an interest in finance and dance, I always have and Joe, well, I think it’s pretty obvious. One thing I always believed about the two of us is that we are soulmates. You know, like a best friend, but better. I’ve known him since kindergarten and we got along immediately. He was the one person I could go to and tell all of my secrets. He never shared them, he helped me with my issues. He was always the sweetest, kindest soul you would meet. 

I knocked on the window of the car and he turned his head, grinned, then opened the car. I opened the door and sat in the passenger seat. He turned down the music and looked at me. 

“You alright?” He asked.

“Yes,” my voice was monotone.

“Y/N,” Oh yeah, he knows me well.

“Fine, I’m not well,” Honestly, there was really no point in keeping up the lie. 

“What’s up?”

“I’m tired,” I played with my fingers on my lap and then I looked back up at him, “I’m tired of having to fill in for everyone who supposedly calls in ‘sick’, I’m tired of working so long,” Joe’s hand slipped into my lap to grab one of my hands. 

“Then stop working, don’t go into work tomorrow, let me take care of you.” 

“I- Joe, I can’t, I don’t want to get fired.” 

“Why would you want to work somewhere where they don’t treat you right?” Joe did have a point, but it took me so long to be able to get this job that leaving wouldn’t be great. 

I didn’t respond, I stared at my lap for a while and then Joe lifted my face. He wasn’t smiling like he usually does, instead his emotions matched mine. We looked into each other’s eyes and tears began to fill in my eyes. Joe allowed me to lay against his chest. His hand rubbed my shoulder while his other hand started the car. 

“Where are we going?” I hiccuped.

“It’s a surprise,” Joe responded while keeping his eyes on the road. I loved and hated surprises at the same time. I lifted myself from his chest and looked at the road. 

“J-Joe.. You know how I feel about surprises.” All he responded with was a shrug and I groaned. The roads were long and the trip just didn’t seem to end, eventually I just stopped paying attention until we stopped. 

I looked up to see a large lake, a lake that I recognized but didn’t quite know the name of. Joe exited the car and came to my side to open the door, “ma’lady,” I couldn’t help, but let out a light giggle as I grabbed his hand. He led me to the small beach surrounding the lake and we both sat down next to each other. 

“Ya know, y/n, you’re really special to me and I want the best for you.” I laid my head on Joe’s shoulder and for a moment, I wondered what I did to deserve a wonderful guy like Joe. 

“Thank you, Joe. That means so much to me.” 

“No need to thank me, princess.” He smiled and kissed my forehead. We stayed like this until the sun set above the lake, it was gorgeous and it was just what I needed. Being here with Joe was just what I needed. 

“Do you want to go back home? Or we can go out to dinner.” Joe suggested after a while. 

“Could we go home? I’d like to cuddle some more.” We both stood up and walked back to the car. 

While driving, Joe was asking me all sorts of cute questions, “babe, if you had the opportunity to go back in time to see us on the tours you haven’t seen. Which one would it be?”

“Oh, that’s a good question,” I paused to think for a second, “Not a tour, just when you first started and I kind of wish I was there for that.” 

“Oh, you would have loved it,” He smiled, “I remember this one time specifically where we had one show in London and oh, wait you were there. It was when Sav’s cable wasn’t cooperating with him and it took the crew about fifteen minutes to find another.” 

“Oh yeah! I remember that!! That was an amazing show!” Joe smiled and turned on the radio again, Space Oddity by David Bowie was playing. Joe loved Bowie, so of course he was singing along. 

The drive home was a good half hour long, but I did not mind it. I was with Joe and that’s what mattered. When we got home, Joe turned the light on and went to the kitchen.

“Wait! Joe! Come lay with me on the couch, we can order some food later,” Joe came over and wrapped his arms around my hips.

“But I was gonna make you corned beef hash.” I put my own arms around his large body and leaned against him. 

“That’s really sweet of you, but I’m not that hungry.”

“Alright, you wanna go to the bed then?” 

“Yeah,” I followed Joe into our shared bedroom and then we both changed into some comfortable clothes. I changed into one of Joe’s t-shirts and Joe took off his clothes, but remained in his boxers. I climbed into bed after Joe and moved so that I was resting my head on his chest. 

I always loved listening to his heart beat, it calmed me down so easily. It was like magic. Joe started talking about some stories from our past. He wasn’t telling me to remind me of them, he would tell me random stories because he knew that I loved listening to his voice. It was one of those things about him that was always so comforting. Everything about him was comforting. 

“Are you feeling better, love?” He asked as he rubbed my shoulder.

“Yes, thank you, baby.” Right after that, I closed my eyes and immediately fell asleep on Joe’s chest.

“Good night, beautiful.”

Yeah of course, Anon!! Thanks so much for asking, it's always a ball talking about my little creachers *shakes up the cardboard shoebox that I keep them in*

Dian & Nausikaa are both very good at physical activity in general (Dian is great at dancing as well as most sports if he puts effort in lmao. Nausikaa is very skilled at martial arts as well as swimming/climbing) whereas Nyx is really only good at endurance sports (he's a runner. he's decently fast but the biggest skill he has is running for a long time). Asuka is pretty athletic but he can't do certain sports because of his hypermobility (he will dislocate something, poor boy) and he can't do anything requiring good coordination (Kio @solei-eclipse is helping him with that though). Faisal is fit enough to not be out of breath after going up a few flights of stairs but he doesn't enjoy physical activity and avoids it when possible. He is a drummer so he has pretty good stamina but *shrugs* he does not like exercise. Yumi is not really allowed to exercise by Beau but she's pretty agile/flexible in situations where she's allowed to show that off (I mean, she has really good reaction time).

Asuka listens to vocaloid/hyperpop/j-rock and j-pop, as well as jazz and big band music (billie holliday, nina simone, nat king cole) because he's a chaotic motherfucker.

Dian listens to soul/pop/r&b I think? He seems like the type who would pretty much listen to sad music and love songs exclusively. Maybe he even dabbles a little in folk but I dunno

Faisal listens to hip-hop mostly I think but he probably also listens to some rock and alternative stuff and metal? (i don't listen to much metal. like at all. it hurts my head) but like Linkin Park, Childish Gambino, De La Soul, A Tribe Called Quest, Queen Latifah, Hozier, to name a few.

Nausikaa listens to literally anything. She has no preferences. She mostly listens to Itsaso when it comes to music recommendations so she probably listens to classical/bedroom pop mostly? (sorry @lookatmysillies just making assumptions about your girl's music taste lmao)

Nyx is an eighties/nineties grunge/rock/alternative bitch lmao. Garbage, Smashing Pumpkins, the Cure, Elliott Smith, Weezer, the Breeders, the Pixies, that sort of stuff.

Yumi listens pretty much exclusively to classical music BUT that is not by choice. If she had her way, she would listen to late 20th century rock (blondie, the gogo's, syd barrett, the beatles, david bowie, queen, that sort of thing)

Disclaimer: the story doesn't take place on earth. The generation of the parents & grandparents are moved to Copper-9 due to overpopulation. In this AU C-9 never had an exploded core and is still inhabited by organic life. This is for their families backgrounds from when they moved from earth & to add some details like cultural foods in the narrative

Uzi - Blasian (see parents for specifics, you can't talk me out of making her Blasian bc I love that common hc)

Nori - Filipino, Japanese

Khan - Black or Blasian, undecided (The name Khan is a Turko-Mongol surname [apparently not commonly used as first name], so I might have Turkish and/or Mongolian in there. But it's also commonly found in India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Iran. So I'm unsure what to go for)

Dolls Family stays Russian, needs a Surname

Elliott family:

Tessa, James & Louisa stay Australian

N & Cyn - British

V - Dutch

J - mixed, undecided

Teacher-Family (need Surname):

Thad - Filipino (Teachers Step Son)

Ron - Filipino (Thads maternal uncle)

Lizzy - either fully Filipino or mixed (Thad's half sister)

Teacher - either Filipino or smth else

???, deceased (Thad & Lizzys mom) - Filipino

This is ⏃ silly au ⟟ came up with called “Home”, basically ⏃ sorta what if/Separate au with G and Tessa!

When ⏃ bunch of strange humans were rounding up the worker drones, Tessa was afraid to let some of them go, she tried to snag N, V, or J and hide them away so they could hopefully stay with her in the manor and not go to wherever it was that they were taking the others, but she failed at that, with them at least, the only one Tessa managed to get was G, so she told her to stay somewhere they wouldn’t find her so she would be safe and stay with her, and so G obeyed and stayed put, and Tessa was right, they never found her, so there G stayed, free from the torment and manipulation of the company and staying under Tessa’s care until she eventually decided to upgrade her, she tricked the others into thinking G was ⏃ whole new drone that acted as friend for Tessa because she got very lonely at the manor often, despite all the parties and balls the Elliott’s threw there, no one was exactly the nicest.

So G stayed in the Manor and roamed freely, acting as Tessa’s bodyguard as well as her loyal friend, awhile later they probably went out to Copper-9 to see what was going on after Tessa found out where they had sent the others all those years ago but I’m not sure what would exactly happen then so it’s up for y’all’s interpretation ⟟ suppose :3c

Ash called King George, so alright he's him, but if he wasn't I would've put Anon as KG and Ash as Lafayette or Laurens because of the unhinged energy. If I wasn't Hamilton already I would've considered him for it, bc I also based some of my modern one-shot dialogues with ham on real conversations I've had with ash

Vanessa... before I start singing The Club, I'm gonna say she's Jefferson, the sassy version. Flawless. Could kill you, bold, but also wears fucking floor length fuchsia gowns and 100% listens to nessa barrett. Also like bffr Vanessa would have a goat which kills little boys and a mockingbird called Dick

Baby bee is Lafayette/Laurens, the one ash isn't. Why, same unhinged energy, probably braids their hair for fun, has a deadly spider as a pet (bbb has one but Lafayette and laurens didn't, Lafayette had an alligator he then regifted to John Quincy Adams bc he was like what the fuck do I do with is, and giving a spare alligator to the president is something I can totally see them doing)

Lylli (you probably don't know her as much, but she's an angel) gives like some heather McNamara energy and I think the character in Hamilton who is most similar to heather McNamara is Madison. Wrong side, but is a fucking cinnamon roll. Could kill you if necessary and has the kind of madness to do something stupid like buy prostitutes on accident (Madison) or eat someone as a joke (lilli) /j

Summer's mulligan. Underrated as fuck, iconic, the kind of friend who asks about you and then traumadumps once a month and you're like "how the fuck are you alive." Like that energy. Also mulligan was the only one of the hamilsquad to not cheat on his wife and I firmly believe summer would be the same.

And about the Schuyler sisters? well, who else than you, Bea, Ari and Veil? I'm not sure which would be each, tho, so let me explain myself.

Ari couldn't be Eliza, they don't have the same hopeless romantic energy you and Veil do have. So now she'd be either Angelica or Peggy. Angelica, as we know, is smart, a feminist, and also the middle point between super-romantic Eliza and probably-aroace Peggy. I think Ari is Angelica.

Bea, you're Eliza, kind of influenced by the fact she's your pfp, but also because she was artistic (she liked drawing), a good musician (she played the piano), a cinnamon roll, but she could also be a menace when she wanted to. Like, when she fucking dragged Monroe. Iconic.

Which leaves us with Veil as Peggy. And no, she's not "and Peggy," I've been reading (common sense by Thomas Paine) Hamilton and Peggy! by L. M. Elliott and let me tell you Peggy was not only a cinnamon roll like Eliza but she was also a feminist, smart and quick-witted girl as Angelica. She combines the best characteristics of the two in her own style. She was not as naive as Eliza or as impulsive as Angelica but she kept her own head up high
