I’m really sad because I feel like Eddie would’ve loved Candlemass and they didn’t release an album until 1986 and he was probably already DEAD BEFORE HE HEARD IT and that’s an injustice.

You're probably sick of seeing haveyouheard or doyouknowthis blog trend by now, but the person behind this blog was impulsive and decided to hop on the trend.
As the url indicates, it is a blog dedicated to asking if you've heard a certain metal band.

Candlemass - Epicus Doomicus Metallicus
Probably one of the most influential doom metal records of all time. This thing feels like something out of the movie Heavy Metal. Incredibly invested in all things mystical and magic, this record has some genuinely impressive clean vocal performances (some of the only clean vocal performances I actually like in metal), and on top of it the musical composition makes you forget how long these songs are because of how engaging and fun the music is. It’s like getting really into a new fantasy book, before you know it you’re 800 pages in and wishing it would never end. Definitely one of the best albums to come out in the 80’s.
