as someone who has been very interested in the Las Nevadas Lore and c!Quackity in general, I think many of us have been asking the question:

Will Bench Trio find involvement in the Las Nevadas Lore?

short answer: Yes, most likely.

long answer: Let's get started bois

First of all, I decided to take a look at Big Q's current relationships to the bench trio members.

Tommy and Quackity

how ranboo sees big q (big q's perception of ranboo isn't documented)

In general this honestly seems quite positive, no current existing bad blood between any of them. Also from what we've seen 'til now, it seems c!Quackity has not been holding any plans to involve either of the bench trio within his plans- The last time he spoke to any of them was actually back when he met c!Tommy shortly after his revival (where he expressed his joy upon seeing him alive)

Other people have also made quite the good statements/theories on why c!Quackity hasn't been going after any of them for Las Nevadas

(reaching from "Quackity simply doesn't want them involved", to "Quackity can't get them involved because all three of them have a set support system in eachother that he can't shake", to "All three of them already have a legacy that they'll leave behind, one that Big Q can't erase like he did with Purpled's U.F.O.", even to "He knows they would oppose him")

Now that would give a clear answer, no? These points lead to them not being involved. But, there is a very important factor not mentioned yet, and that is simply the fact that there is no way for them to NOT get involved considering the current people who are in Las Nevadas.

Not only do we have literal Wilbur Soot himself, who c!Tommy promised himself to keep an eye on, no we have also Technoblade who is on Quackitys hitlist (the last stream was literally titled "i will kill technoblade") and if Technoblade gets involved (who will 100% be opposed to Las Nevadas), the Syndicate will get involved. And who's in there? Our favorite enderman hybrid mister Ran be double o.

And regarding Tubbo, even if we ignore the fact that he'll just get pulled in if his platonic husband and best friend get involved, it still has been heavily implied that it was Quackity who got ahold of the nukes and remember those strange messages from Tubbo's streams a few months ago? Huh?

Ladies and Gentlemen, the place most north in the entire Dream SMP is, you guessed it, Las Nevadas!

So the fact that Tubbo is going to have a connection with Las Nevadas is also pretty much confirmed.

Also pretty sure that Les Navadas is going to be this plot point that glues together a bunch of different subplots (<- this has been mentioned by dream I think?) , thus bench trio being involved really just is. a question of when, rather than if.

Now do I want Bench Trio involved? Story wise it would be very interesting but I also want c!Quackity to keep away from c!Bench Trio by a ten foot pole

Conclusion: Bench Trio involvement in Las Nevadas is only a matter of time, we should all live in fear.

The Time Traveling Cabinet

So! Time travel AUs are fun. But what if, instead of sending back Tommy and Wilbur, we try something new for a change?

Concept: Time Travel AU, but the people getting sent back in time are the New L’Manberg Butcher Army.

Ranboo, Fundy, Quackity, and Tubbo are all scattered into the past on December 16th, and it only gets More from there.

Beginning

- Somehow, the New L’Manberg cabinet are all sent into the past at different points of the events of December 16th.

- Ranboo is sent back during the fight in front of Technoblade’s house.

- Fundy is sent back once Punz starts attacking the execution.

- Quackity is sent back a millisecond before Techno’s pickaxe hits his face.

- And Tubbo is sent back right after seeing the pillar and thinking that Tommy is dead.

Ranboo

- Ranboo gets sent back to about a week before Tommy joined.

- He is, understandably, confused.  But he mostly just vibes, leaving cryptic messages, building stuff, and exploring. It's nice to get a break from executions and warring and the messy life in the present day.

- He befriends Tommy again, and they burn down George's house again. This time, Dream barely cares. He doesn't need a reason to hurt Tommy yet.  

- Ranboo also gets to meet his best friend and future husband again!

- Tubbo's a lot less guarded, more willing to speak his mind, doesn't have firework scars on his face and arms. Tommy's still a gremlin, but he's a gremlin with dreams and schemes.  Ranboo doesn't know what to think about this.

- He doesn't get involved in the L'Manberg Revolution or any of the big conflicts, saying something about "preserving the timeline".

- He can’t change anything important anyway. According to the message anonymously whispered to him in chat every time he was stopped from changing something, multiverse creation is disabled until the arrival of all parties.

- Ranboo doesn't feel that bad about it. He isn't in the mood to create paradoxes, and there's nothing during the revolutionary time that he'd really change.

- Except.

- Didn’t Eret do some kind of betrayal thing?

- Ranboo can't recall what they did. Probably just switched sides, and people got mad about it, as people attached to sides often do.

- Then, on August 2nd, he hears explosions.  Against his better judgment, Ranboo sneaks over to L'Manberg to see if Tubbo and Tommy are okay.

- They aren’t.

- Yep, the country has been blown up, and to make things worse Eret leads the L'Manbergians into a death trap that takes more canon lives than anything else in SMP history.  Ranboo's legitimately horrified.

- He sticks around for the peace era and helps rebuild, maybe works at the embassy a little. Mr. Boo is not allowed to be a L'Manberg citizen due to being American, but he remains on good terms with the country.

- Basically, Ranboo learns the true history of this "just a drug van" country, and what it actually stands for.

- He's ready to wait it out until December, so he can get back to the present day with no complications.  One problem: He isn't alone anymore.

Fundy

- Fundy arrives to the Pet War confused as can be.

- He's pretty sure he's dreaming. That's the only explanation for him being in one of the worst times of his life again and Ranboo being there too for some reason.

- So, he tries to stop some of the pet murder, to varying success. He can't kill Sapnap during the duel or save Fungi, but he can save some of the chickens and Leonard the enderman and such.

- Leonard is his emotional support monster. He’s going to need one.

- Next, Fundy finds and yells at a bewildered Wilbur.

- Wilbur isn't allowed to hear the whole rant, but he does get 1) He screwed up as a father, 2) He's probably dead?? This does not help his paranoia and self-loathing.

- Fundy also gets to chat with his younger self, who according to one Ghostbur Soot was 14 at the time of the election? I don’t know, fox/phoenix/trickster demigod aging is weird.

- The conversation goes along the lines of:

“Do they ever start taking us seriously?”

“...Yes. Definitely. Sure.”

- Finally, Fundy tells a heap of lies about what he's like in the future to look cool.

- He’s generally is a fan of this situation because time traveling from the future means one thing: Attention. And it has been a while since he's gotten any of that.

- (Ranboo tries to stop him from messing with the past. He's only sometimes successful, and gets roped into Coconut 2020)

- In summary, Fundy clings to his moment in the spotlight, tries and fails to get closure with his dad, and gets to observe the unraveling ball of angst and issues that was his teenage self.

Quackity

- Quackity is sent back to the day of the election.

- He has to see his naive younger self screw up history and plan a spring wedding with Schlatt. It's awful.

- After trying and failing to assassinate the drunken dictator during his speech, and getting the memo about not being able to change the past in big ways, Q runs over to spawn to wait for Wilbur.

- Wilbur shows up after dying to Punz, and Quackity helps him get to Pogtopia for the first time. 

- There, Quackity chats with him and Tommy. He explains as much as he knows (which isn't much), and offers to join the rebellion.

- Wilbur doesn't trust him for five seconds. Honestly, Q's still wearing the Butcher Army uniform. He’s covered in blood!

- So, Quackity is sent out into the night in an offhand "don't call us, we'll call you" way. On the way out, he tries and fails to murder Technoblade. He's got a hit list, and he's going to complete it.

- Meanwhile, Past Quackity does not get along with Future Quackity at all.

- Past Quackity was a neutral good idealist. Future Quackity is a machiavellian, chaotic neutral guy with a murder list. They despise each other.

-Quackity tries to settle things with Schlatt. Not sure how well it works, but he does try.

- He also maps out complex strategies for how to change the future once all members have arrived. He's got Plans.

- Ranboo is very opposed to these Plans. Fundy is mostly onboard with these plans.

-Finally, Quackity desperately hopes that the last member of the party will arrive before the festival. Maybe, just maybe, he can do something to stop the execution.

-Unfortunately, the festival arrives, and Past Tubbo gives his speech, and Technoblade is given the order.

-The execution goes according to plan.

-Then, in the wreckage of the Red Festival, a figure appears.

Tubbo

- Tubbo has been having an awful day.

- First, he fails to execute Technoblade. Then, he finds out that he killed his best friend Tommy is gone. And now he’s standing smack-dab in the middle of the worst thing that ever happened to him?

- It’s all way too much. Tubbo runs away.

- Tubbo disappears for a solid week before finally accepting that he isn't just imagining all of this as a weird stage of grief.

- He then returns to Pogtopia in a suitably dramatic moment.

- Despite the fact that they're all in the past, Tubbo's probably going to end up as the character who gets the most focus. He's having the most Emotions about all of this.

- He's got to deal with his coping mechanisms (Ignore and Avoid) being taken away because he's back in the place he tries to forget.

- On top of that, he has to deal with the fact that he feels guilty about Tommy's death, but can't even process that because Tommy's technically still alive in the past (and in the future, but Tubbo doesn't know that).

- And he has to deal with seeing Wilbur again, and figuring out why Wilbur made him president.

-He’s going to go through a lot.

Character Motives

- Ranboo: Preserving the timeline so they can get home vs. Wanting to keep his friends safe and caring about L'Manberg now.

- Fundy: Fixing things for his past self, and getting closure with his dad.

- Quackity: Completing his hit list and completely changing the timeline. And punching Schlatt in the face.

- Tubbo: Dealing with the various emotional turmoils listed above, getting Tommy and his past self to run away from it all.

- Past Tommy: Finding out what the actual fuck is going on, and protecting the Tubbos (Tubbi?). Also, he wants to know what happened to upset Future Tubbo so much. (His regular Pogtopia motives are also there).

- Past Fundy: Measuring up to how great his future self said their life was.

- Past Quackity: Not becoming his future self at any cost.

- Past Tubbo: Regular Pogtopia motivations, but now he has both Tommy and Ranboo to worry about.

- Past Wilbur: Wilbur already believed that he had a scripted role, and was always going to end up the villain. Well, now he has confirmation of just that. Awesome!

He actually goes through with it. He actually blows it up. He doesn't know if he's proud, disgusted, terrified, or what, but he knows that it's not up to him to go against fate.

And if fate demands a grand finale and a little trinitrotoluene on the side? He can do that.

ways I like to separate the dream smp characters from the content creators:

Dream - this on is probably the hardest but mainly I just give cc!dream no mask whole c!dream has one :) also just little things like a lot more of a rugged clothing style

George - love the whole Heterochromia some artists use to separate his character from himself, having one blue and brown eye? *chef kiss*

Sapnap - since he’s canonically born from fire I like to imagine him with black charcoal eyes and claws I’m not sure why it just fits

Tommyinnit - c!tommy would have loads more scars and wounds and overall a rougher appearance. racconinnit is a huge one aswell but I’ve always loved Phoenix!tommy with little hair braids and huge fucking wings it’s so cool he’s like a padowan

Tubbo - moobloom tubbo supremecy. that or ram horns because dadschlatt my beloved

Ranboo - c!ranboo directly resembles an enderman while cc!ranboo has his cosplay getup :) pretty basic I know but damn he set it up just right

Wilbur - talking more about preghostbur I like to think he has yellow eyes because— it fits so well?? I know it ain’t human but wilbur with yellow eyes- hello?? plus loads of hand scars from pogtopia walls. (alivebur definitely has white stripes through his hair please this is such a good idea)

Technoblade - cc!techno has glasses. that’s it. oh and also different hair lengths because I love the idea of technobraid before he joined dream smp then during the 16th it got damaged and charred from the explosions so he had to cut it off. (plus gold ornament obsession)

Jschlatt - obviously wild ram horns they’re so cool. but I’ve also seen a few where dsmp jschlatt has black hair to separate him from other smps and like- damn?? please??

Philza minecraft - broken wings from 16th explosion vs the biggest fucking wings you’ve seen in your life.

Eret - white eyes white eyes white eyes

Niki - I like to imagine c!niki with pink hair especially recently while cc!niki has more a platinum blonde. plus I once saw a post on niki and techno being distant relatives and like- yes?? so I kinda like the thought of c!niki having little braids throughout her hair and almost an obsession with gold trinkets so she seems more decorated

Puffy - real huge fluff hair. cc!puffy has more chill, straight hair vibes while c!puffy definitely has woolly hair

Jack Manifold - cc is bald, character has hair lol dome head

Fundy - furry vs non furry but then while we’re all out animalistic I love the thought of c!fundy have almost fish elements?? like scales under his eyes and back plating and a fin?? (Sally the salmon my guy)

Awesamdude - c!sam definitely has more creeper features, the more centaur designs always make me melt. while cc!sam just gets the fit I’m afraid

He clears his throat and focuses on the text

"We first start off at the beginning of the server where the only members were Dream and GeorgeNotFound. After a few days, they decided to add a couple of their friends to the server which include Sapnap, Awesamdude and ItsAlyssa. They built concepts on the server, such as the community house, that are still around today. Everything was running pretty smoothly and well until TommyInnit joined the server on July 4th of 2020. Tommy caused problems breaking the server rules such as griefing, murdering, and overall starting a lot of fights. This would go on to affect the entire history of the server, and spreading an outbreak and wars to come.

The Disc War

The first war we come across is the Disc War. The Disc War was between Dream and TommyInnit. The two discs are Tommy’s prized possessions on the server. Dream however wanted to get a hold of them, so he could have complete control over Tommy. They have been going back and forth, using the discs as leverage over one another all until January 21st of 2021 where Tommy and Tubbo fought Dream to the death. Dream ended up losing 2 of his 3 cannon lives that day and was placed in Pandora’s Vault, a prison built on the server by Awesamdude. Dream would have lost all three of his cannon lives that day, but the only thing that kept Tommy from taking all of them was the fact that Dream could revive people after they had lost their third cannon life. So, with Wilbur dead and hopes to bring him back to life, they just locked up Dream for later use.

The L’amanburg War

The second war we see happen on the server is the L’amanburg War. After the addition of WilburSoot joining the server he had decided to create a nation known as L’amanburg. This nation consisted of himself, Tommy, Fundy, Tubbo, Eret, and Fundy. The war first sparked off when Wilbur and Tommy announced their independence as a nation. Dream did not want this to happen, because he would no longer have control of those people anymore. But, it wasn’t looking too good for L’amanburg as Eret betrayed them leaving them in the dust. There wasn’t any other option, or anything L’amanburg could do at this point so Tommy challenged Dream to a duel. If Tommy won, L’amanburg would get to have its independence. However, if Dream won, he would get one of Tommy’s discs. Tommy did end up losing the war but it wasn’t over just yet. Tommy made yet another deal with Dream that he would give him both of his discs for L’amanburg’s independence. The negotiation was a success, and L’amanburg was born.

The Railway War

The next war is the Railway war. This was a very small and anticlimactic war. Tommy had accidently killed Dream with a minecart, but ultimately tried to benefit from it. He stole Dream’s loot in hopes of making a trade with it to get his discs back. However, Dream saw no point in this and could simply get new gear. So, he killed Tommy’s pet horse and the war came to an end as Tommy returned Dream’s items.

The Pet War

As another small war, the Pet War didn’t really end well. Dream SMP member Sapnap had begun the pet war by killing Nihachu’s pet fox as well Fundy’s enderman. Niki got hurt and sought revenge. With Tommy’s help, he stole Sapnap’s two pet fish, Beckerson and Mars, and with the help of Fundy, killed one of Sapnap’s foxes. Sapnap then decided to blow up the gravesite for Niki’s pet, which resulted in a duel between Fundy and Sapnap. Ultimately, Fundy had lost and the war just ended, as neither side had leverage over one another.

The Manberg Rebellion

Wilbur, President of L’amanburg, decided to hold an election since there was no vote giving him his leadership. Four parties were then created. Pog2020 with Wilbur and Tommy, Swag2020 with Quackity and GeorgeNotFound, Coconut2020 with Niki and Fundy, and Schlatt2020 with JSchlatt running solo. A vote was held on Twitter to have viewers determine the outcome. Pog2020 ended up having the most votes, but before the election started, Quackity made a deal with Schlatt saying that if neither of them were the victors, they would combine their votes. As a result, both parties combined votes so that JSchlatt was voted the new President of L’amanburg, with Quackity as his Vice President. Immediately JSchlatt made his first decree to revoke the citizenship of WilburSoot and TommyInnit.

The War of the Burning Eiffel Tower

Another small war on the server was the War of the Burning Eiffel Tower. This war kicked off when Sapnap had accidently killed Tommy’s pet cow Henry. Tommy plotted his revenge recruiting Dream and Technoblde to fight against Sapnap, BadBoyHalo, Skeppy, Punz and Antfrost. Overall Tommy’s team was stronger, and they ended up winning this war.

Manberg vs. Pogtopia

Manberg vs Pogtopia is arguably one of the best wars and the biggest war to have ever happened on the server. This war took place on November 16, 2020. There was a lot of preparation going into this war as Wilbur, Tommy, Tubbo, Technoblade, Fundy, and Nihachu built an underground city known as Pogtopia. With help from Technoblade they received some of the best gear on the server that prepared them for war. Along the way they recruited other members to fight against JSchaltt and his new found nation, Manberg. Schlatt received help from Dream along with some others to fight back, until Dream gave up the location of Schaltt where he was hiding. As Tommy was about to take Jschlatt’s last cannon life, he died from a stroke. But, it wasn’t over just yet. Wilbur and Tommy could regain their spots as President and Vice President, but they ended up giving leadership over to Tubbo with Tommy as his Vice. However, this entire time Dream had warned them that there was a traitor among the members Pogtopia. When Schlatt died he admitted to this being a lie, but he was in fact not telling the truth. Wilbur was the traitor. He had been having thoughts of blowing L’amanburg up for the longest time and it had happened on that date. He was caught right before pushing the button by Philza, but after the deed was done, he requested to die, and Wilbur had lost his final canon life. Yet again, it wasn’t over just then. Technoblade, being an anarchist, did not like the idea of rulers or any higher power. When Tubbo became their new leader and felt betrayed since he had helped them regain L’amanburg from Schlatt. So, he unleashed multiple withers, and once they were defeated, he had become an enemy of the state of the New L’amanburg.

The Doomsday War

This war by far was one of the most devastating. Dream, Technoblade, and Philza went against all the members of L’amanburg. The war was supposed to take place at 3:00 P.M., but they attacked earlier and unexpectedly from above, raining thousands upon thousands of explosives on the nation, and unloading a total of 15 withers. L’amanburg was not prepared for this and was destroyed, leaving behind a huge crater of all the history left behind.

Exile Arc

The Exile Arc kicked off when a new member of the server, Ranboo, joined. Ranboo had been goofing around with Tommy and both decided to burn down and grief George’s house. Dream being George’s very close friend was not happy with this at all, and with Tubbo being the new leader of L’amanburg he had demanded that something be done. Over the course of a couple days Dream was like a gnat in Tubbo’s ear trying to get him to betray Tommy. This eventually did happen when Tubbo exiled Tommy from L’amanburg, and he couldn’t walk on any of the grounds of the SMP that had already been discovered. Dream took Tommy far away and would visit him every week, making sure he stayed put. Tommy’s lore from they’re got pretty dark diving into topics that were pretty serious. Eventually he started to wake and realize that he could just run away while Dream was gone. So, he did just that. On his journey away from exile, he discovered a house in one of the snow biomes of the server. This ended up being Technoblade’s house. From here Techno would provide for Tommy until one day he returned to L’amanburg to confront Tubbo. In their altercation Tubbo gave Dream one of Tommy’s discs. Somehow Tommy also ended up turning on Technoblade and becoming friends with Tubbo once more. This is what kicked off the Doomsday War.

The Imprisonment

The Arc ties a lot into the Disc War. Towards the end of the Disc War, Dream was put in Pandora’s Vault for later use, claiming he could revive the dead. Since then Dream has been in this prison with no way of escaping. The prison system, run by Awesamdude, was thought to be very safe and inescapable. Overtime people have visited Dream including Tommy, Sapnap, BadBodyHalo, and Ranboo. One day Tommy vowed that this would be his last time visiting Dream. Everything was going smooth until unexpected explosions were heard right outside of the prison. With security being so tight and strict in Pandora’s Vault, Tommy would have to remain in prison with Dream until the security situation was resolved. The situation was in fact not resolved for over two weeks. Tommy had been annoying Dream constantly with their time together. One day Dream snapped and killed Tommy taking his last cannon life. Tommy’s next stream we see a pitch black screen, and Tommy is heard talking to Wilbur in the afterlife. Wilbur’s voice all of a sudden gets very faint, to the point of where it vanishes. Tommy’s screen then flashed back to him inside the prison with Dream. Tommy had been brought back to life. With this Tommy was able to escape the cell notifying Sam. Viewers were able to learn that Dream actually had the power to bring people back to life and we are left to wonder what he will do with it.

Ranboo’s Memory

Ranboo’s character has memory loss. He is also half Enderman, and the other half is still yet to be revealed. As Ranboo starts going about his day to day time on the server, we see a voice starting to talk to him. This voice is believed to be Dream. These voices keep appearing in Ranboo’s head, and as a result he builds a panic room. Ranboo also started to journal everything he did in a book so he wouldn’t forget anything. Ranboo also has a condition called an Enderwalk. Certain things trigger his Enderwalk such as when anyone types “:)”. From there he won’t remember anything of what happens when he wakes up, and is able to cause serious damage. If we take a look back to when there was a security issue and Tommy got stuck in the prison. The only person on the server who wasn’t doing anything at the time was Ranboo. It is said that he was the one who planted explosions near the prision and trapped Tommy inside. However, he couldn’t recall what he did that day, so many believe that he was in an Enderwalk state. A little before this event even occurred, Ranboo was thought to have visited Dream. When Ranboo visited the prison, everything seemed a little off. Things started to get really weird when Dream had multiple copies of Ranboo’s journal with him. The screen ended up getting all swirly, and eventually blacked out, only with a “:)” left.

Tales of the SMP

A couple months ago in one of Karl’s streams, we learned that he was able to time travel. Since then he has traveled numerous times to places like The Town That Never Was, The Village That Went Mad, The Beach Episode, The Lost City of Mizu, The Masquerade, The Wild West, The Haunted Mansion and The Pit. All of these streams include little bits of lore from the future and the past. But, when his traveling is done, he returns to a place called The Inbetween. Here we first learn that it was a place meant for time travelers to rest and take a break. It is a beautiful white castle in the sky, and doesn’t seem to have a problem in the world. This is until we see some books that pop up in random places. It is as though one person is telling him this place is safe, and another that is telling him he needs to hide and get out of there. Up until Karl’s most recent Tales stream “The Pit”, Karl wasn’t able to leave The Inbetween, aside from being able to return home. But, there was a portal that we had learned of in the Inbetween, and the gate blocking the portal was no longer there. As Karl raced to the portal, words popped up on the screen that kept telling him to get and and that he was almost there. Once through the portal, we enter a world called The Other Side. In this world there is a black castle. And with a book inside, it assures him that this is a safe place. However, when Karl eventually returns home, he keeps getting weaker. He loses his memory and begins to write down all the adventures he goes on.

The Egg

After the Doomsday War, we see a red type of vine coming from deep below in the crater. It leads to a giant red egg. The egg has taken over people’s minds, and whispers to them in a language that the controlled can only understand. With this a group called the eggpire was formed, with the egg controlling multiple people such as BadBoyHalo, Skeppy, Punz, Antfrost and Hannah. The egg has spread all over the server and up till now has been a nuisance. Recently, however, the egg allowed its followers to destroy the egg vines across the server since it didn’t want to make the other people of the server upset. Members of the eggpire such as BadBoyHalo, AntFrost and Punz have been pushing people to go see the egg and join the empire. Although most of their attempts have been unsuccessful, on April 25, 2021, we are expected to see something called the Red Banquet. Multiple people outside of the eggpire have been invited, and several theories are being churned up for what might happen.

Las Nevadas

SMP member Quackity has been working on a project called Las Nevadas for the past month. Since then, we have gotten two streams building up more and more of Quackity’s lore. In his first lore stream, we see Quackity confront BadBoyHalo to express his desire of wanting his friend back, since he has been corrupted by the egg. We also see a very big moment in which the Awesamdude has allowed Quackity to enter the prison everyday, and tourture Dream until he gets the revive book on how to bring people back to life, but to no avail just quite yet. The final installment that is shown in this first lore stream is all of the memories of El Rapids. El Rapids was a country created by Quackity that included members such as George, Sapnap, and Karl. Participants are led to believe that the three other members just abandoned Quackity, but we see in his next lore stream that wasn’t exactly the case. During his next lore stream we see a “prequel” of the first stream involving Las Nevadas. We see an interaction with Quackity and George after everyone else left El Rapids. Quackity explained how he was building Las Nevadas and would make money with his casinos, hotels, and many more attractions. Then we get a hard hitting question about what happened to El Rapids. George explains that he, Karl, and Sapnap went to go build a new county called Kinoko Kingdom However, Quackity was supposed to be included in all of this, but Karl forgot to tell him. Viewers expect that Karl forgot due to his time traveling problem, hence why it is so hard-hitting.

Overall, the history of the Dream SMP is very long, to say the least. There are definitely more bits and pieces of lore that were not included that can be seen on some of the vods correlated to whichever streamer was streaming a certain event on Twitch or on Youtube. If you plan on watching the Dream SMP or plan on catching up on some of the lore you may have missed, reading this article should put you up to date as of publication time. I also recommend going to watch “SAD-ist” on YouTube. The animatics she has ranging from “Warriors” to “Hog-Hunt” cover the majority of events and wars that have occurred on the server. "

Plot of the Au:

After the L’Manburg Independance War, King Eret arranged a meeting between him and King Tubbo to discuss treaties and alliances. King Tubbo brought Niki and Ranboo with him to the meeting. Fundy and his guard Puffy met up with the young nobles and showed them around. Ranboo and Fundy as well and Niki and Puffy hit it off quite quickly. Ranbo and Fundy split from the group to go check out the mage’s quarters while Puffy and Niki head to the gardens. They pick flowers and eventually Niki shows Puffy how good she is at archery. Uhhhhh…..idk that’s kinda all I have for the main plot right now.

Dream SMP Actor/Show AU

Initial idea from Instagram post by ameramerillo / some of the makeup hcs from comment on post (beanpole_orange)

This is LONG! It has the headcanons, my split-up for Seasons in the time frame of how Seasons are now, and an adapted version from Reddit user (will be credited at bottom). 

(When I say a character name I just mean their actors)

-There’s a whole backup prop room because they’re broken so often

-Cat and Mellohi don’t actually play in a record player (the versions that are tossed around most often, that is), and so someone will spin it on their finger backstage while someone blasts from Spotify (probably WAP)

-They paid So Much Money to make the WAP jokes

-Techno went on wires for Doomsday 

-Speaking of Doomsday, the choreography for the fight scenes took weeks to -perfect, as a long of the shots were continuous

-Dream’s mask is heavy for close-up shots, so he has to have a physical therapist check in to make sure his neck doesn’t get cramped too bad

-Ranboo has to get there so early every day to make sure his makeup goes smoothly-- Techno comes in an hour or so later to get his tusks done. 

-Tubbo actually needs a couple of hours for his makeup after his second canon death by Techno (blast marks)

-Ranboo makes such realistic Enderman sounds that when he panics they just actually used his voice

-When Ranboo’s Dream side would talk, Dream would stand off-set and say his lines; then, in the recording studio for the voiceover, Ranboo would stand in another studio and say the lines so that Dream could react realistically.

-The main prison’s lava was CGI, but the other walls were real.

-They had a montage of George breaking the obsidian block, which they made canonically take hours. Poor George was filming for quite some time (that’s all they did that day)

-L’manberg blowing up the second time was filmed and then the close-ups were; all the actors were on wires and were yanked to their respective spots.

-Shots above the L’Crater (on a pillar or little hill) were filmed with green screen, but times that they walked through it were filmed in an actual hole. 

-They found a separate crater to film the nuke hole in, and no shots were CGI there.

-Philza held a funeral in Wilbur’s changing room for his wings, which only got to be used for the five minutes pre-explosion before they ruined them and then used ripped models after. 

-Puffy bought Dream a rubber ducky!

-Tales From the SMP is a spin-off show that runs parallel to the main one (think Torchwood if you’re a Doctor Who fan)

-Eret had to wear white contacts after the betrayal-- the idea was that his regular eyes were contacts in character to conceal a part of himself from L’manberg (symbolism)

-Dream XD is barely there, but is in pure neon green when he appears. He emits just like. Pure light. He doesn’t wear a mask because no one can see his face anyways (the light)

-Ghostbur isn’t see-through, but he has to go to the make-up stations early as well every morning. He and Ranboo, who still gets there first, bond over being early

-Friend is a real sheep!

-Schlatt had to take lessons to learn how to balance the horns on his head

-Foolish spends some time in the makeup van, but many of his big add-ons are things that slip on and off (vs. Ranboo, whose makeup is made every day, or Techno, whose tusks gets fitted).

-Music motifs are a big deal; one of the most infamous is the Never Meant To Be theme, which is used in many different variations to give subtle foreshadowing to key moments in development of Wilbur and Niki. 

-When Ghostbur’s memory book is read, dim flashes of the memories are shown.

-Wilbur, Dream, BadBoyHalo, Sapnap, Callahan, Awesamdude, and George are the creative producers, though the main ones are Wilbur and Dream. 

-They have a full writing team but the head writers are similar to how the actual SMP runs.

-Seasons are split the same way that they are canonically now, but there are pauses in the way they are released (Season 1A, 1B, etc) in the way that Doctor Who is split at times, with mid-series finales

Eret adopting Fundy and swooping ranboo and niki into the package. Their group name was misferns (iirc originally was 'misfits' bc they all didnt quite fit in the smp, but someone come up with FERN that are all their initials so they mashed the two)

i miss these days. funboo my fucking beloveds. the ice cream shop kills me to this day. the ice cream shop vs flower shop fight that never got screentime bc the same day tommy came in like a comet and set georges house on fire. ooooh i miss those sideplots ueueueue

Aight, so here me out: I just woke up so this may not make much sense, but bare with me

This AU takes place at the festival, at the execution. After Tubbo dies, instead of respawning in the boxing ring or even at spawn, he respawns at a place far away because of a glitch. In fact, he respawns close enough to the house of a certain enderman hybrid before passing out due to the injuries/scars he sustained.

Back in Pogtopia, they’re all freaking out because they can’t find Tubbo no matter where they look. Eventually, they come to the gruesome conclusion that Tubbo was on his last life, something they weren’t aware of, and everyone in Pogtopia is shattered because of it. Wilbur comes down from his villain high because of it, and swears to take back the land without it taking damage, like what the bee lover would suggest.

However, where one steps down, another steps up in a repeat of history, as Tommy’s last string of sanity breaks. Tommy swears to himself to avenge Tubbo, no matter the cost, no matter the damages, no matter the lives lost, and no matter how extreme the methods are.

In the time span of a week, Tommy convinces Wilbur to take over the Dream SMP after Dream claimed to switching sides. After all, they defeated them once, what’s another one? Then, they’ll have all the supplies and people needed to take back L’manburg, and then they’ll let the Dream SMP go back to how it was before.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, Tubbo’s finally able to walk again after waking up in an unfamiliar house with a stranger a few days prior. He and Ranboo got close in the little time they spent together, and Ranboo quite honestly already expected and hoped Tubbo to stay.

When Ranboo brings this up, Tubbo just smiles sympathetically and says he had to go back home and make sure everyone was okay, as he had just kinda disappeared on them. Before Ranboo can get too sad about it, Tubbo offers Ranboo to come back with him when he leaves. Ranboo (pretends to) think it over for a day before agreeing.

Another week passes, and Pogtopia has successfully overthrown Eret and taken control of the Dream SMP. Techno and Niki are starting to suspect Tommy of something while Wilbur is oblivious. They decide to stay in the castle instead of the cave they grew used to.

Tommy is now trying to convince Wilbur on a battle strategy to take down Manburg, with a more secret plan in his head.

Across the server, Ranboo finally deems Tubbo safe enough for travel, but insists on being the one steering the horse while Tubbo sits in front of him, just in case. They decide to travel on horse in the overworld, as traveling through the Nether would be too dangerous for them without access to the Nether roof.

After another four days, people have finally caught on to what Tommy was doing, and war is declared for ten days after by Techno and Dream. The war is basically the entire server vs. Tommy, with a kidnapped Wilbur. Tommy liked those odds considering his plan. The server is finally told of Tubbo’s apparent death on the day of the festival, as only Pogtopia knew.

The days tick by slowly, as the server prepares and Bee Duo travel.

Finally, the day for the war happens. The server tries to plan as Wilbur tries to get Tommy to back down without much success. Wilbur tries to tell Tommy it’s no use, and he was just going to die. Tommy tells Wilbur to have more faith with dark eyes and a smirk.

Tubbo starts steering after recognizing the Intimidation Tower, and they both go into Pogtopia (Ranboo hates the cramped stairwell with a passion). Nobody is there, obviously having been long abandoned. Tubbo, confused, leads them back up, and decides maybe they’ll have better luck in Manburg (they won’t).

Back at the castle, the server stands across from Tommy, Wilbur stuck in the castle.

Niki tells Tommy this isn’t what Tubbo would want. Tubbo would want peace, and proper negotiation instead of fighting.

Tommy tells Niki this isn’t about what Tubbo would want. This is about what Tommy wants in order to get even with the death of his friend.

Tommy places a button, and obviously is about to press it before someone shouts in shock, and everyone looks to where they’re pointing.

Tubbo, seeing everyone at the castle, starts flooring it once he sees his best friend, and Ranboo almost falls off before holding onto to Tubbo.

(This is more of a me thing than something official or professional, but I just really like imagining just, while flooring it, Tubbo yelling “WEEEEEEEEEEEEE”

And Ranboo going “Tubbo slow down, Tubbo slow down, TUBBO SLOW DOWN” repeatedly in panic)

Tubbo metaphorically hits the brakes in the middle of the two sides, and Ranboo actually gets flung off the horse. Ranboo glares and wheezes while Tubbo smiles awkwardly and apologizes, saying Ranboo probably should’ve held on tighter.

At the sound of Tommy dropping his sword, Tubbo looks over and just squeals with the happiest expression, almost falling off the horse face first in his hurry to get to Tommy. He hugs Tommy, almost crying as he kept rambling about how much he missed Tommy, unaware of Tommy staring off into space before slowly hugging him, crying.

Tubbo keeps rambling about what happened, and Tommy breaks the button and pockets it.

Ranboo cuts Tubbo off from where he was standing by the horse, asking if they interrupted something as he looks between the sides. Tommy quickly says they haven’t interrupted anything, and tells the other side they’re free to get Wilbur and call this entire thing off with a smile, which they quickly do.

I don’t really know what would happen afterwards besides Tommy coming clean about what he did and what he was planning, and Tubbo just completely forgiving him while Ranboo’s in the background like “just like that?? JUST LIKE THAT?? BRUH HE WAS PLANNING ON BLOWING THE ENTIRE PLACE SKY HIGH AND KILLING EVERYONE AND YOU FORGIVE HIM, JUST LIKE THAT???”

Maybe the three would run away to Snowchester and Tommy and Ranboo try to sort through their trust issues with each other while Tubbo properly recovers emotionally from his death. Who knows!

C!Dream... confuses me

He's an interesting character and it's always exciting to see him log onto the server to see what he'll do

At first I thought he genuinely did want what's best for the server and everyone in it (because at first his rules were No Stealing, No Griefing) but then I noticed him doing stuff to escalate chaos rather than fix it

I was fully on L'Manberg's side during the revolution (simply because I thought they were cool lol back then I didnt look too far into intentions or ideals or anything) but the more I looked into it after the more I understood why Dream was so mad at them

L'Manberg Did claim land that wasnt theirs for a drug empire but they fought for it and Dream let them have it. During the war Dream blew up Tommy's base twice, blew up L'Manberg and burned down Tubbo's base. It was during war but like, the other side wasnt nearly as violent and they stated their ideals were to fight with words, no weapons and no violence.

Dream seemed to stop caring about people stealing and griefing after the war. I think he realized just how chaotic and hard to control the server is and joined in himself, sneakily escalating conflicts rather than trying to fix them (my main example of this one is leading Fundy and Niki to Sapnap's pets, telling them "you didnt hear it from me" and then telling Sapnap "oh no Fundy and Niki killed your pets" and "ill look away, do what you feel you have to" when Sapnap was gonna kill Fundy's Enderman)

Even before the L'Manberg war Dream was trying to pick fights with Tommy (example 1 - When Tommy and Fundy were vibing to music discs and Dream logged on just to try to steal the music discs and kill the mobs they were using to make them. Example 2 - when Tommy was trying to have a chill stream mining Blackstone and Dream decided to follow him around and pour lava on him) but I just took this as him messing with Tommy because Tommy messes with him

He confuses me because he does things fairly then turns around and attacks anyway. It's like two different people. He fairly traded the discs with Tommy but then turned around and tried killing him for them back despite this.

Dream got more chaotic as time went on. He started creating more problems than he was trying to fix. Using /kill when Tommy hit him with the Minecart which started The Railway Skirmish, randomly deciding to taunt Tommy with Mellohi during an unrelated scene which lead to Tommy fighting for his disc back when it wasnt previously a disc war. He keeps saying Tommy starts conflicts, which he does, but Dream isnt free of blame either. He keeps taunting Tommy, he keeps provoking him, he WANTS Tommy to start conflicts and encourages it. (Mainly because its entertaining I assume)

Dream ignores every issue everyone else makes on the server (Fundy starting a civil war in L'Manberg vs Eret and Karl and trying to scam his way out of it, the Pet War and everything that happened around the same time where literally everybody was at eachothers throats, where Tubbo and Ponk burned eachothers houses down, when Sapnap burned down Punz's house, etc) if it doesnt involve Tommy. He doesnt seem to care about conflicts that dont involve either him or Tommy because it messes with his whole "Tommy starts every issue on the server" statement.

Dream's character got incredibly confusing to me around the Pogtopia arc. At first he endorsed Schlatt and gave him a weapon to murder his enemies but when Schlatt won he turned around and helped Tommy and gave him items and he seemed genuinely confused when Wilbur said the Old L'Manberg wasnt coming back. I thought he had started to care about Tommy, Wilbur and L'Manberg but he turned around again and sided with Schlatt (I do wonder what Schlatt gave him..) and went WILD during the finale, cheering when it blew up and helping slaughter people and using extra TNT. Maybe this is around the time he stopped caring about everything on the server besides the discs? When he offered to help Tommy fight Schlatt and sided with him when his pet was murdered I thought Dream had genuinely started to care about him but further actions prove otherwise... Maybe he does in his own twisted way?

He exiled Tommy for rebelling against him a lot and griefing the king but let Quackity off when Quackity did the same thing and even Quackity had started rebelling against Dream. Quackity no longer listens to Dream, claiming he's pulling the strings. Dream doesnt like Tommy for not listening to him but doesnt really bat an eye at Quackity saying the same stuff. What does he have against Tommy? Why is he so biased against Tommy? Quackity's in a position where more people are going to listen to his Anti Dream stuff but Dream STILL cares more about dealing with Tommy ..

He keeps saying stuff but doing the exact opposite, his actions don't match his words and it's so confusing. Like saying he wants to unite the server while also paying for a prison to be built

I would kill to know what's going on in his head and WHY he did what he did to Tommy and WHY he causes so much chaos if he wants the server to be a Big Happy Family like he says. What are your intentions, mysterious green man?

Dream is the perfect example of the Dream SMP - a chaotic server with a chaotic creator. He's just as chaotic as the rest of them lol

Coming up with an entire thought of how the Dream SMP area works. And here is what I go, includes many youtubers, new and old. 

New World - This world is also called the SMP World. A week or so across the ocean from East or West, it’s a massive land form that no one has seen the other side of ocean on.  To the East is the Dream SMP area, containing areas that we know of the SMP area. Going through it’s own problems really To the West is the Minecraftia area, this is where the people of the Sundown World settled. Containing many areas and ‘tribes’ all under the rule of King Sky. 

Note: Neither side has ever met each other, the New World is MASSIVE, even Techno possibly has only see half of their world, but he knows most of it. He got to a large chasm area where he couldn’t see the bottom or the other side. And assumed he reached the ‘edge’ (Really it’s just a huge ravine.) Also he had been traveling for weeks so yeah...

This world has it’s own ‘Gods’, but no one has really met them. And many people (Dream) have claimed to be a god, but it’s unsure if they are speaking the truth.

Old World - Hybrids like Avians, Enderman, Creepers, Fauns, and among other creatures lived here under the rule of humans. Their ‘God’ was just one that people were forced to worship. It’s even unsure if he existed or not as no influence of him is seen. The Church of Prime started up, after someone claimed to be a God, and these people settled on the east side of the New World.  Many hybrids went there to escaped oppression by the human ruling class and sought better opportunities. 

No one has really tried to return to the Old World, and no one has seen another ship from their world since settling there. Those that do come, often come on small boats that crash on the shore. (Puffy)

Sundown World - Given how massive the world is the Old and Sundown World have never met. Neither have knowledge the other exists. The Sundown World contain mostly older youtubers we know of.  Their people mostly consist of humans, sorcerers, mages, spawns, netherains, aer, bacs, squidlings and Poke people.

There are many territories in the Sundown World. The Sparkles Kingdom, Yogcast Kingdom, Ore Empire, and others.  Their gods are Notch of the Aether, Herobrine of the Nether, Victor of the Overworld, Jean and Ignis - Dragon Gods of The End, and the Twin Void Gods Chaos and Order. 

NOTES

- The Nether is divided by many layers of bedrock, but Herobrine controls the biggest portion of it with the Netherains. They have never met Piglins who live in other parts of the Nether.  - The Aether has never been accessed by anyone outside the Sundown World.  - The Sundown World does not have updates like the Aquatic/Nether Update. - Where The Old World has Drowned, the Sundown World ahs Squidlings in the Squid ‘Empire’.  - The Sundown World has learned to make Redstone and Lapis weapons, but do not have Tridents and such. This is their version of ‘better than diamonds’ where the Old World has Netherrite. (Both are about equal, ie: Redstone vs Netherrite would do same damage and get same enchantments) - The Void Gods exist in all worlds, but some refuse to acknowledge them over others.  - The End was never accessed by the Old World.  - Netherains and Piglins are cousins of each other, but Netherains looks more human like with their red skins and less pig like features. (Think Orcs from most fantasy things.) - Avains might be a cousin of Aer but it’s unsure as these worlds haven’t met to know.  - Gods of the New World do exist, but either haven’t cared to show themselves or are silently messing with people without them knowing. (This mostly happens in the Dream SMP side of things.) - Wither stays the same, but where the Old World sees it as a monster the Sundown World calls it ‘Death’ and some see it as a God. - In my mind, the Egg is connected to the Void. Do with that what you will.  - Eret and Puffy are from the Sundown World, but Eret has sworn to Herobrine to never speak of the other world and to let people find it for themselves (something about demigods not meant to get involved in human affairs too much.) and Puffy can’t remember the Sundown World after her ship crashed.  - Foolish might be from the Sundown World... or not, no one knows really, and Foolish isn’t talking.  - Sky/Adam moved his kingdom to the New World after the Squid ‘Empire’ tried to harm his people there.  - His old Kingdom is run by his son Mason and is known as the Ore Empire.
