This DNS error code is really making me mad

And it's probably someone hacking my Wi-Fi, who's ever hacking my Wi-Fi better get out and stay out, because hacking someone's Wi-Fi is hacking the internet and it's a Federal Crime, so the person who is causing the DNS error code should get out of my Wi-Fi and stay out!

URGENT!!

I recently tried loading my save (the one I use for Phillips Legacy) and I've gotten an error code:

110:83165b0:99987177

I've looked on many forums about this error code and have tried many fixes and nothings working. It's only on one lot in my save so if anyone has any ideas on how to fix it please please please let me know I don't wanna lose my lot 😭😭

UPDATE: I believe I've fixed it. I loaded into another lot on the save and then back to the previously broken one and it worked! I also had my mods disabled as well.

I've been trying to finish the game I've only got talk to Voss about orpheaus and defeat Gortash for the last stone before going to the elder brain. I suddenly can't go into Wyrm Crossing. Ive tried fast traveling and just crossing the boarder but it always sends me to the main menu.

I can fast travel to the undercity fine but just not to place I need to go.

I have no mods installed but it does give me a 302 error code after.
