What rlly bothers me about Zhen is that the other characters tend to have some sort of pattern on the face, her colors alone look way too soft

ive used 1 skin color as a crutch to emphasize Kaiba brothers, well, brotherhood, before but as the cool toned pale older sibling of a warm toned tan brother i gotta face that i can do so no more. i have to get better art art so that when i draw the whole cast, the shape of their eyes, faces, the neutral way their faces sit or their similes betray brotherhood, even if one brother takes after their mother and one takes after their father they will always look more similar to each other.

[ took myself out for a date today 🥰 it was torrential rain and my shoes were soaked within 15 mins because i missed my bus so i walked all the way down to the train station.

it was nice, though, i didn't see a single soul until i was 5 mins from the station, i was the only customer in the place i ate a late lunch at, and even when i was amongst the crowd of the mall, i felt quiet. i've always been quiet but in the last few years i've been afraid of quiet, and now i am relearning how to be okay with quiet.
