Good Morning 🌞 I like it! Let's use it! What are you going to start TODAY to make your tomorrows better? I actually started Monday, but I haven't told anyone, so therefore at this time have ZERO accountability 🤐 So, I am telling you all NOW. My first mini goal is to make it 2 weeks with NO sweets, and NO hard liquor. OK... You realize that means ZERO Jameson, right? Not saying it has become a "problem" again really, just saying that I have been leaning on the crutch awfully hard lately to help me relax. That said, I am actually on Day 3 today for both. I am still allowing 1 granola bar and 1protein bar a day for snacks when needed, because I am away from my home a large part of my week days, and need time to get back in the habit of making take and go snacks that are healthier. But I'm gonna be honest. I turn an OBSCENE age in less than 7 months.
