#False Rape Allegation
Text
I want to address something else stupid that anonymous person mentioned to me. And that is the line if a woman tells you they've been sexually assaulted believe them. Why does this person assume I would not believe them? I've never been able to figure this out. Maybe because the first question I would ask them is did they go to the police? No I would not ask about their mental physical well-being I'm not wired that way. But I would still wonder if they informed law enforcement if for no other reason than to establish a public record that a name can be attached to at least one accusation of sexual assault.

I can't believe I live in a reality where a white woman who was falsely accused of rape can sell BLM merch, keep the money, and be praised by tik tok, but a queer musician that everyone thinks is "cringe" gets canceled and accused "profiting from a child's death" by talking about Nex Benedict in a tik tok he earned $0 from, where all he said was "this is why I make the music that I do".

tbh. i don't think false reports are as big of a problem as some people would want you to think. it seems like every man seems to know someone who was falsely accused, while every woman knows someone who was assaulted. and i don't think that's because false reports are an actual big problem. i think it's because rapists and abusers don't go around saying "yeah i did that." they're not gonna proudly claim the label. they're gonna say they were falsely accused. they're gonna say the victim was blowing it out of proportion. that it was fine for some arbitrary reason. that they were in a bad mental state. that they didn't mean to hurt the victim. that they had no way of knowing what they did was wrong. that it wasn't rape, the victim just regretted it after the fact. that they just lost control of their feelings. whatever. and their friends are going to believe them, because why wouldn't they? that's their friend, he's a great guy, and only truly evil people (not even people, monsters) can be rapists.
i think if people really understood how incredibly complicated & difficult & humiliating & frustrating reporting is. whether at a school level, at work, or to the police. how much time it takes. let alone the way every person you retell the story to is scrutinizing every word that comes out of your mouth and every slight change in your expression. how people don't look at you the same when you tell them. even if someone doesn't ever report and only tells their story to friends or on social media or whatever. they still will experience the social consequences of that. and those can be devastating. and i think if people understood that they would be less likely to believe the "false reports" narrative.
not to say that false reports never happen. i'm sure they do. but i don't think they're nearly as common as some people, especially men, will claim they are.
and if you ask me, i think a lot of the people echoing that idea believe it wholeheartedly, and i think some of those people are rapists and abusers. and they can't look at what they did and call it what it is. because they thought it was okay (they ignored clear signs of discomfort), because they were in a bad mental space (they just wanted to feel close to someone), because the victim was wearing a short skirt (they were asking for it), because they just got caught up in their feelings (which they see as more important than the victim's), it's not like they had a weapon or anything (a vast majority of sexual assaults don't involve a weapon at all), whatever. and so they say "false reports are a real problem." they say "i was a victim of false reporting. it ruined my reputation for a while, until she dropped the case." they say "my friend was falsely accused, he had to switch schools." they say "it's one of the cruelest things you can do to someone, to falsely accuse them of something like that." they say "the sentence for false accusations should be just as bad as the sentence for rape." they say "people are innocent until proven guilty," as though they are the us legal system and not a friend of someone who's been accused of abuse.
it's just... so frustrating that people care more about false allegations than they do about victims. and i wonder how many people with stories about "false allegations" against them are just avoiding looking at the truth.

A Stanford employee who claimed she was brutally raped on campus twice by a coworker was charged with lying as part of a revenge scheme that also put some cash in her pockets.
Jennifer Gries, 25, faces felony perjury and other charges for the sham accusations, the Santa Clara District Attorney announced Wednesday.
The Housing Services employee allegedly smeared her coworker because she felt he gave her “false intention” and “turned her friends against her,” according to court documents obtained by The Post.
“Evidence shows that the Gries made up the stories due to being angry at a co-worker,” the DA’s office said in a release.
Gries allegedly told forensic exam nurses in August that an “unknown, late 20s, black male” with a slender build and 6-foot stature attacked her while she was headed to her car inside a campus garage.
“He grabbed both my arms, had me on the ground facing up. He told me not to scream,” Gries told investigators.
Gries said the man forcibly restrained her and took her into a restroom, where he vaginally and anally raped her.
She was cagey with cops after finding out they issued a campus alert about the reported crime but said she knew who her assailant was.
Two months later, Gries reported that the same black man grabbed her arm while she was returning to her office from her lunch break and dragged her to a basement storage closet where he again raped her vaginally and anally.
In both cases, Gries was awarded public money through the California Victim of Crimes Board, the filing shows. It’s not clear how much cash she was eligible for, but applicants can qualify for a maximum of $70,000, program documents show.
Because of the extreme safety risk to the university Gries’ allegations posed, investigators prioritized her rape kits and pushed intense security measures on campus.
But no male DNA was detected on Gries’ kits, the DA said.
...
Gries had a history of lying about her relationship with the man, who was unnamed in the documents. She told one coworker she was in a relationship with him, but that he sexually assaulted her and left her pregnant with his twins before she suffered a miscarriage — which medical records disproved.
“Can’t I just make his life a living hell myself, ”Gries texted her coworker about the alleged assault. “I need to start standing up for myself … I am so annoyed … I’m coming up with a plan. That way he’s s—-ing his pants for multiple days.”
Gries eventually admitted to lying about the multiple rapes after she was confronted by a detective — and after Standford spent $300,000 in investigating the case and securing the campus.
She never named the coworker as her false attacker, but Gries refused to rule him out when asked point-blank.

Watch Kwite's response right now.
youtube
Orion lied about everything and people ended up supporting the abuser the whole time.
Kwite PROVED he was innocent, he dropped tons of evidence proving Orion was a lying. Plus Orion committed a crime posting falsified documents.
My personal opinon: I stayed neutral until Kwite's response because I don't like to blindly believe people nowadays. It is so incredibly easy to make fake screenshots and hide what you did only to make the other person seems bad. So it's not that I didn't believe Orion, I just didn't trust them until Kwite at least said something so I could form an opinion. And I'm glad I did because I had a sneaky suspicion.

I am curious as to what tag provoked that last anonymous quote ask unquote that I received, because I still like an answer to my question of in the event of a crime and there's only the words of the accused and the accuser to go on who should be given the benefit of a doubt

(Ooc: cw sexual assault, rape allegations, false allegations, pregnancy, murder)
Due to recent events we have been digging more into this “unknown” figure.
For legal reasons, we won’t be sharing his name but for now we will be using Jon Doe in its stead.
As it turns out, Jon Doe has a history of taking advantage of young women. This isn’t the first time he’s done this. In his young adult years, he purposefully got an girl drunk and then went on to have sex with her. Due to his vehement protests to the use of male protection, he ended up impregnating her.
He then left her and refused to make contact until two years after the child was born. He murdered the woman and stole legal documents from her as well. He left the child for dead and refused to assist them in the future. From our findings, we can tell that he actually has a history of callously leaving people for dead. Lovers and children alike.
We ask everyone, man, woman, or other, to stay safe out there. He’s not the only one of these people, there are many, and they won’t be stopped without your help.

Now, to address something that anonymous human brought up, and that is the question of why would men fear something as improbable as a false rape accusation?
Once upon a Time I worked at a recreation center come and one of the students at the center got a urinary tract infection, for the record let's just assume it was a biologically female student. Because the mother couldn't fathom how that could have happened she concluded that one of the male employees had to have sexually assaulted her daughter. I was one of those male employees. Long story short no sexual assault had occurred.
I'm not saying this mother should have went to prison for this, but I am saying the people who viewed me is guilty based solely on the accusation could probably use a cactus shoved up their asses

The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court announced on Monday that he is seeking arrest warrants against two top Israeli leaders for crimes in the Gaza Strip. Karim Khan said that he had “reasonable grounds to believe” that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and defense minister Yoav Gallant “bear criminal responsibility” for a number of international crimes committed since 8 October, including starvation as a weapon of war, murder, intentionally attacking civilians, extermination, persecution and other crimes against humanity.
While there will be relief that finally Israel’s shield of immunity and impunity is being punctured, Khan also charged several leaders of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas with various crimes. Khan claims that Hamas politburo leader Ismail Haniyeh, its Gaza leader Yahya Sinwar and the chief of its military wing Muhammad Deif are responsible for crimes including extermination, murder, hostage-taking, torture and rape. The political nature of the charges against the Hamas leaders is clear from the fact that Khan has charged more Palestinians with crimes than Israelis. A cynical view might be that Khan only charged the two Israeli leaders that Washington wants to see gone, while letting countless other Israeli political and military officials off the hook – at least for now.
It is notable that while Khan explicitly charged the Palestinian leaders with “torture,” that word does not appear in the charges against Netanyahu and Gallant, even though there are many credible reports of systematic torture against Palestinians on a horrifying scale, including in closed detention camps. Most glaringly, Khan failed to lay any charges against Netanyahu and Gallant under Article 6 of the ICC’s founding Rome Statute – the section that deals with genocide. He only charged them under chapters 7 and 8, which address crimes against humanity and war crimes – the same articles he used against the Hamas leaders. Khan could also have filed charges related to Israeli crimes elsewhere in Palestine, for example Israel’s construction of illegal colonies all over the occupied West Bank – a crime that has been ongoing for decades. By failing to do so, he is feeding the false impression that history began on 7 October 2023.
But this will also be of no surprise to anyone, least of all Hamas leaders, who would have expected to be charged as the price of obtaining some measure of international justice for their people. In January, for instance, Mousa Abu Marzouk, a senior leader of Hamas, wrote, “Since 2015 Hamas has repeatedly expressed its interest in appearing before and being judged by the ICC not on the basis of unsubstantiated allegations and screams but evidence and facts. Israel has not.” Abu Marzouk added: “Hamas stands ready to appear before the ICC with witnesses and live testimony and bear the burden of any judicial finding against it or its members after a full and fair trial with rules of evidence; with examination and cross examination into what we have done or not over the many years of our leadership as a national liberation movement. Is Israel?”
The arrest warrants – which have still to be formally issued by the court’s judges – will have no immediate impact on Sinwar or Deif, whose whereabouts as underground resistance leaders is unknown. Arrest by the ICC is the least of their concerns. As for Hamas politburo chief Ismail Haniyeh, he lives in Qatar, which is one of only a handful of countries that is not a member of the ICC and is therefore not legally obligated to arrest him and hand him over. Hamas is already outlawed and subject to sanctions by the United States and across Europe so it is not as if the movement’s leaders would have been moving freely anyway.
And although Khan has pulled his punches, the arrest warrants will have an enormous impact on Israel and its leaders, who now find themselves ostracized and constrained in unprecedented ways. Netanyahu and Gallant will be unable to travel to dozens of countries, including most of Europe, without fear of arrest. European countries, in particular, which purport to uphold international law, will either have to detain them and hand them over to the court, or openly defy their legal obligations. This includes Germany, which provides arms for Israel’s genocide while purporting to be a champion of international law.The damage to Israel’s reputation and its descent into even greater pariah status is assured, despite Khan’s every effort to soften the blow. The United States, Israel’s chief arms supplier and accomplice in the genocide, is also not a member of the ICC, and it will not cooperate with the arrest warrants. But even for a government as heedless of international law as Washington, the leaders of its closest ally being charged by the ICC increases both the domestic and international political cost of supporting Israel unconditionally.

15 Facts About E. Jean Carroll’s Allegations Against Trump the Media Don’t Want You to Know
Tumblr media
1.  Bergdorf Goodman has no surveillance video of the alleged incident.
2.  There are zero witnesses to the alleged sexual attack.
3.  Carroll first came forward — conveniently — with the allegations while promoting her book What Do We Need Men For? in 2019, which featured a list of “The Most Hideous Men of My Life.”
4.  Carroll was unable to remember when this alleged attack even occurred. She told her lawyer in 2023, “This question, the when, the when, the date, has been something I’ve [been] constantly trying to pin down.” She has jumped years — originally beginning with 1994, then moving to 1995, and even floating to 1996. She cannot remember the season in which the alleged attack occurred either.
5.  The Donna Karan blazer dress she claims to have worn during the alleged incident was not even available at the time of her claims. Trump Attorney Boris Epshteyn told reporters, “She said, ‘This is the dress I wore in 1994.’ They went back, they checked. The dress wasn’t even made in 1994.”
“And that’s why the date’s moved around. This is the 80s. Is it the 90s? Is it the 2000s? President Trump has consistently stated that he was falsely accused, and he has the right to defend himself,” he added.
6.  She never came forward with these allegations over the years despite constantly being open about sexuality, posting things that were very sexual in nature on social media — many of which Trump has shared. They include remarks such as “How do you know your ‘unwanted sexual advance’ is unwanted, until you advance it?” and “Sex Tip I Learned From My Dog: When in heat, chase the male until he collapses with exhaustion … then jump him!”
7.  She said she was never raped, telling the New York Times’ podcast, The Daily,“Every woman gets to choose her word. Every woman gets to choose how she describes it. This is my way of saying it. This is my word. My word is ‘fight.’ My word is not the ‘victim’ word. I have not — I have not been raped,” she continued. “I have — something has not been done to me. I fought. That’s the thing.”
8.  She named her cat “Vagina.” “Her dog, or her cat, was named ‘Vagina.’ The judge wouldn’t allow us to put that in — all of these things — but with her, they could put in anything: Access Hollywood,” Trump told CNN.
9.  Joe Tacopina, an attorney for Trump, pointed out in May 2023 that Carroll’s entire story has incredible similarities to a 2012 episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. In that episode, titled “Theatre and Tricks,” an individual talks about a rape fantasy in Bergdorf Goodman — the same department store where Carroll claims the incident took place.
10.  Speaking of shows, Carroll loved Trump’s show The Apprentice.
“I was a big fan of the show. Very impressed by it,” Carroll said on the witness stand, adding that she “had never seen such a witty competition on TV, and it was about something worthwhile, competing.”
11.  Carroll made a joke associating sex with Bergdorf Goodman in a November 1993 edition of Elle, which was before the alleged Trump attack took place. As Breitbart News detailed:
Carroll was responding to a letter from a female reader concerned that she was having trouble achieving orgasm through sexual intercourse alone while the reader said that she could climax through foreplay. “Is there any way I could learn to reach orgasm through sex?” asked the reader in the November 1993 edition. “Maybe books I could read?” Carroll replied with the following advice (emphasis added): Dear Snowed Under: Stop flagellating yourself. Gadzooks! At least you have orgasms. And if that isn’t spontaneous sex I don’t know what is. Most women (about 70 percent) experience difficulties climaxing through intercourse alone. So you’re perfectly normal. Begin by reading For Yourself by Dr. Lonnie Barbach. She’ll give you excellent instructions on how to have an orgasm during intercourse. Then after 313 queenhell love-wiggles, move on to Gretta Garbo’s favorite love position – the top. (In erotic scenes, Garbo is always above the man. So are Sharon Stone, Bette Midler and Katherine Hepburn). Indeed, this location works better for women than the fourth floor of Bergdorf’s.
12.  Carroll is financially backed by anti-Trump Democrat megadonor Reid Hoffman, who has openly admitted to visiting convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s private island.
13.  Democrat party activists back her as well, as Breitbart News detailed:
Indeed, one of Carroll’s attorneys is Roberta Kaplan — a Democrat Party activist who led the group Time’s Up. She left the activist group after it was revealed she was aiding former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo in attempting to discredit the Democrat’s accusers. It served as a great irony as Time’s Up seeks to defend women from what it claims is discrimination and harassment. This fact has led to mounting speculation that Kaplan only gets involved in cases that she views as politically expedient. Further, Federal District Judge Lewis Kaplan is overseeing the process and has connections to Carroll’s other attorney, Shawn Crowley. She was actually a law clerk for Judge Kaplan, and he officiated her wedding. That aside, Trump has denied knowing the left-wing activist as the only evidence of any contact is a single picture with Carroll greeting Trump and his ex-wife Ivana at an event greeting line over 35 years ago. Carroll has yet to provide solid evidence of this alleged encounter and will not use the dress that she claims had DNA on it from this alleged incident. Even Trump publicly said the dress should be part of the case. Further, there are no eyewitnesses of this alleged incident, which supposedly occurred at the popular New York City department store.
14.  The lawsuit was only able to proceed after Democrats created the Adult Survivors Act in 2022. She conveniently pursued this suit in November following the law going into effect, which allowed her to avoid the statute of limitations for this case.
15.  Carroll once said, “Most people think of rape as sexy.”
Donald Trump Jr. also retweeted a list of facts about Carroll, urging others to take a look:
- She couldn't recall the date, month, season, or year the incident happened -
She never told anyone about it, despite being publicly obsessed with her own sexuality -
The dress she claims to have been wearing didn't exist at the time -
Her description of the dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman was inaccurate, making her sequence of events impossible -
Her lawsuit was bankrolled by Jeffrey Epstein pal and Democrat (and Nikki Haley) mega-donor Reid Hoffman -
Democrats created a law (The Adult Survivors Act in 2022) to enable her lawsuit to proceed - Her accusation is the exact plotline of an episode of Law & Order (one of her "favorite shows") -
Trump's Apprentice was also one of her favorite shows -
She has a history of falsely accusing men of r*pe, including Les Moonves - She told Anderson Cooper, "most people think of r*pe as being sexy. Think of the fantasies." -
She made a career promoting promiscuity, even writing glowingly of sexual assault and naming her cat Vagina
We owe Stalin and Hitler a huge apology. We are ever so bad as they ever were. This isn't Justice. Its punishment for for disobeying the deep state elites.
