Sometimes I think about how at Denver Fan Expo a few years ago I met some girl dressed as Dipper Pines with a big Yakko Warner plushy at a Pinky and the Brain panel.
I wonder where she is now. I hope she's doing alright.

*banging pot lids together* TIME TO WAKE UP AND TELL US WHAT IS GOING ON
July 4-7, 11-12, 2024 - it's just a drill*
Tumblr media
Supernatural is not slowing down and continues to trend at random times [x]. Please don't fear though, these are false alarms (likely to desensitize us before the next big thing that will inevitably happen).
Some of the possible contributors are:
Hype for Fan Expo in Denver which will feature several Supernatural actors [x]
Various news being announced via the destiel meme, including, but not limited to: a) boats stuck in a canal bringing back some fond memories [x], b) the UK elections [x]
Jivorce anniversary (my posts from 2021 about the prequel fiasco: [x] [x] [x] [x], and a more fun summary: [x])
Walker cancellation and subsequent chaos on Twitter [x]
Jared Padalecki joining The Boys [x]
June being pride month (and it's a spn site after all)
A sign of a healthy ecosystem
There's possibly more and I'll update the list if I learn of anything else. Sources below the cut.

Thank you so much to everyone who commented or messaged me, I love you and may your days be always free or full of the Supernatural chaos, depending on your preference.

Have you heard? Disney is making another Lion king, but this time, it's a prequel, and it's going to be about Mufasa's backstory. Which i think it's very interesting. i'm open to seeing how they're going to show/represent the movie. Even though it's coming out of nowhere? A prequel after all these years?
I've also seen a lot of criticism about the movie, even though it's not even out yet. A lot of fans are disappointed that Mufasa and Scar/Taka (interesting how they're using "Taka" instead of "Scar") are no longer blood related brothers, but instead, both are orphans which doesn't make much sense since in the original Lion king Mufasa comes from a lineage of royalty and gives Simba a speech talking about “great kings” and “let me tell you what my father told me” I'm open to new ideas and stuff but i don't know how to feel about it. Maybe it’s the nostalgia? This honestly feels like a cheap cash grab, and seeing how Disney has had quality control issues lately, it's either going to be a flop or not.
I'm just HOPING that they're NOT going down the "misunderstood villain arc" because I've had enough of it. if they’re going for the "Mufasa was adopted and usurper who took Scar's rightful place at the throne! Showing that Scar was right all along."
What do you think?
Tumblr media
Oh, I’ve heard of it! I’m not that interested in watching though. I’ll probably just wait for it to come out while praying that TWST gives us free stuff in a promotional campaign and listen to some commentary or review channels give their takes.
According to Wikipedia, Mufasa: The Lion King is supposed to be a sequel to the 2019 live action adaptation, not the original 1994 animated film. The prequel film was confirmed in September of 2020, which isn’t that long after The Lion King live action movie came out. They’ve been steadily releasing new information about Mufasa, such as voice cast reveals in 2021, 2022, and April 2024. It was officially announced and title dropped in 2022 during the D23 Expo. It’s possible that the film took longer to make due to the pandemic and worker’s strikes that occurred between 2020 and now.
On the Scar/Taka thing, I believe “Taka” (I’ve also seen “Askari” in some sources) is Scar’s given name and “Scar” is a nickname Mufasa gave him following an incident in which Taka was as tricked and attacked by other animals, which was the origin of his scar. This information comes from The Lion Guard (a series I haven’t watched myself; this is what I was told by a friend who has). If Scar is being called “Taka” in Mufasa (and assuming The Lion Guard is canon), then that means Mufasa must take place prior to the brothers’ relationship souring and him getting his signature scar.
I watched the trailer and… the phrasing is quite odd??? Now Mufasa is “a lion born without a drop of nobility in his blood”. That implies he and Scar aren’t blood-related. In real life, that makes sense since it’s usually the strongest lion that leads the pack rather than the eldest. Scar has a line where he says Mufasa got the brawn whereas he got the brains, so it sort of supports this idea. However, making it so that Mufasa and Scar are unrelated orphans within the Lion King universe doesn’t make sense if you hold that up next to the already established lore. They imply multiple times that Scar lost his claim to the throne when Simba, Mufasa’s blood-related son, was born to succeed him. So royal blood of the king is important??? The only way Scar could take over was to eliminate those in Mufasa’s lineage. It’s possible that Mufasa’s speech to Simba about the “great kings” and his own father could be in reverence or to show love for his adopted dad or pack…? But that makes those scenes a lot less impactful. Additionally, part of the reason why Scar’s actions are so evil is because he committed fratricide. He turned against his own blood brother, then manipulated his nephew, whom he also shares blood with, into taking the blame. There’s something very visceral and cold-blooded about that—plus it adds to the Hamlet parallels.
Seeing as Mufasa is the titular character, I don’t think they’ll go down the route of intentionally making him the bad guy to Scar. Disney’s so shy about making its main characters morally grey or just bad people… though like you said, they might do it unintentionally because by writing Mufasa as an orphan, that means he’s an illegitimate ruler… meaning Simba is an illegitimate heir… meaning Scar killed/deceived those with no claim to the throne, so actually Scar was not in the wrong at all 💀 But technically it wouldn’t be Scar’s right to rule anyway because he’s not of royal blood either (since you said he's apparently also an orphan? I did not see this mentioned in the trailer though)??? Unless Scar is the one from a royal lineage and everyone else is just dead???
I think it’s still possible that we get something tragic between the two; blood does not determine everything. Mufasa and Taka could form a genuine brotherly bond that later falls apart. It doesn’t really make up for the retconning of current lore, but who knows 😂 maybe they’ll pull some of their old magic out and actually write a story that makes sense to lead into The Lion King. I’m not going to hold my breath though, the live action movies have never been that good to me 💦 I’m going to let the movie come out and speak for itself before I make any real judgments on its quality, as I don’t believe in jumping the gun (even given previous track records).
I wonder what this new movie’s lore would mean for TWST… Since Tamashina Mina was very inspired by The Lion Guard, that means (depending on how the film goes) Mufasa’s events could be retroactively integrated into TWST history?? It’s not a guarantee, but just something to consider.

Welcome back to the TVA.
In 2021, Marvel journeyed into the multiverse with the decade-hopping Disney+ series Loki, an ambitious, trippy saga centering on Tom Hiddleston's God of Mischief. The six-episode first season followed Loki as he teamed up with Owen Wilson's Mobius and Sophia Di Martino's Sylvie to investigate the mysterious Time Variance Authority, uncovering dark secrets along the way. Now, the hit Marvel series is adding a familiar face in its second season: Oscar winner Ke Huy Quan, who joins the cast as TVA tech expert OB.
Season 2 (premiering Oct. 6 on Disney+) finds Loki and Mobius trekking into the deepest bowels of the TVA, seeking help from Quan's quirky repair guy. OB works in the repairs and advancement department, and his office is stuffed in the basement, a sprawling mishmash of gadgets and gizmos.
"His job is basically every piece of tech, every computer, every thing that is running at the TVA," co-executive producer Kevin Wright tells EW. "He either designed it, or he fixes it and keeps it running."
Tumblr media

Quan, of course, is no stranger to trippy, universe-hopping stories, winning an Oscar earlier this year for Everything Everywhere All at Once. Wright tells EW it was celebrated Marvel casting director Sarah Halley Finn who first suggested Quan for Loki, having caught an early screening of the film. It was April, and Everything Everywhere was about to open wide across the country, so Marvel scrambled to make Quan an offer immediately — knowing that his schedule was about to fill up.
"I think Kevin Feige made a call maybe April 12, just to follow up and say, 'Please, please do this,'" Wright says with a laugh. "Little did we know, Ke is apparently already a giant Marvel fan and was a big fan of Loki season 1."
EW spoke to Quan in August 2022, immediately after his Loki role was first revealed at Disney's D23 Expo. Stepping offstage, the giddy actor admitted that he'd been keeping the role secret even from his family.
"I've been fantasizing about this for many, many years," Quan told EW at the time, "all the way back to when the first Iron Man came out. I saw all the movies in the theaters. I've seen all the films. I constantly watch on YouTube how passionate and enthusiastic these fans are. So to be up on stage today with Sophia and Tom and Owen and Kevin and to be on the receiving end of that… it's just been incredible."
Since the launch of shows like WandaVision and Ms. Marvel, Marvel has built a minor TV empire on Disney+, with multiple new shows still in the works. But Loki is the first Marvel Disney+ show to get a true second season, and Wright says he and the creative team wanted to continue to embrace the storytelling possibilities of episodic television. Season 1 took time to luxuriate in quieter, character-driven moments — like long scenes of Hiddleston and Wilson together, just talking. Wright promises that season 2 will continue to do the same. (In fact, he says, the unlikely buddy-cop friendship between Loki and Mobius is the season's "bread and butter.")
"In our [Marvel] movies, sometimes you have to keep moving forward very rapidly to get to the next thing," Wright explains. "Here, it's like: 'No, we can sit in these moments.' And dramatically, that's an exciting thing."
Season 2 will also find Loki, Sylvie, and Mobius coming up against a new but familiar nemesis: Victor Timely (Jonathan Majors), a brilliant industrialist and inventor living in the early 1900s. Like the menacing He Who Remains, who debuted in the first season finale, Timely is a variant of Kang the Conqueror, a dimension-hopping villain who takes many forms. Majors' version of Timely will play a major role in Loki season 2, even as the actor faces off-screen legal troubles.
"Victor Timely is somebody that we are very, very excited about," Wright says. "When you look at Kang, he has a very funny comic backstory. He has all these iterations. Timely was one that we've always wanted to do in Loki. And I think we're really excited about how that integrates into the season. It's a big part of the show."
Above all, Wright promises that Loki's second season will continue to embrace the weirdness of the first. The upcoming six episodes will zip throughout space and time, stretching from the 1893 Chicago World's Fair to the fluorescent lights of a 1980s McDonald's. After all, this is the show that gave us Alligator Loki and sentient floating clock mascot.
"We made a weird show [in season 1], and people responded to how weird it was," Wright explains. "So, we wanted to push it further."
Loki season 2 will premiere Oct. 6 on Disney+.

i infodump about homestuck history and you pretend to listen
13th of april 2009 Andrew hussie releases the first few pages of the web comic Homestuck.People both commemorate it and celebrate it every year, commemoration of the day is typically ironic and satirical.
2010, After a whole year of viewers deciding the storyline of Homestuck, Andrew Hussie completely takes over, and the last reader request is taken.
Tumblr media
2010,The most important and most recognizable part of the comic (act 5)begins. This is also when the Homestuck fandom begins to be considered “that” annoying fandom. this annoying fandom trope is also where the phrase LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT HOMESTUCK” originates from, this line was typically used to imitate Homestuck fans in a satirical mocking way, poking fun about their constant need to talk about Homestuck and the cult like following it had.
2011,Often referred to as a fandom legend, a still anonymous girl is mentioned in a Tumblr post to have ‘allegedly’ attempted to dye her skin grey for a Homestuck cosplay at anime expo, this was done in a hotel bathtub. She did this By ‘allegedly’ using a mixture of water, vodka, and sharpies, filling the bathtub with it and climbing in. This becomes a very important defining moment in fandom history, with many celebrating its anniversary every year.
Also taking place at the 2011 anime expo, Homestuck fandom members film the infamous YouTube video of people passing around a bucket and spitting in it (in the middle of a family restaurant). They do this with the intention of referencing a popular headcanon of troll reproduction.
Tumblr media
These two anime expo events solidify the horrible reputation Homestuck fans would hold to this day.
2012 the Kickstarter for a Homestuck adventure game is started, making 2.5 million dollars.
In 2013 Andrew Hussie momentarily stops updating Homestuck, this time is known as the gigapause
2014,dashcon takes place it becomes widely known as the worst convention in fandom history, as well as the closest thing to a homestuck convention to ever happen.Theres many pictures of homestuck cosplayers in the famous urine-soaked ball pit at dashcon
Tumblr media
Homestuck goes on its final pause in 2015, this pause doesn’t end until 2016 when the final pages of homestuck are released
2016,The worlds greatest literary mistake is almost over, homestuck is coming to a end.
Homestuck 2.0 is announced in 2016 and video games,a tv series books etc are promised None of these projects ever release, infact nothing EVER comes of ‘homestuck 2.0’.
2021,Andrew Hussie essentially abandons homestuck.
2023, homestuck is updated again in october.

THE BIG PICTURE
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is an animated series exploring Peter Parker's early years as a hero in a new multiverse continuity.
The show features iconic characters like Doctor Strange, Norman Osborne, Aunt May, and a gallery of villains set to challenge Spidey.
Craig of the Creek 's Jeff Trammell is behind the series, which is set to premiere on Disney+ on November 2, 2024.
Everyone's favorite web-slinger has made his way to D23 for the new animated prequel-adjacent series Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. Releasing later this year, it's set to portray a variant of Peter Parker's life before first donning the mask and suit in the MCU and during his uneasy first days as a hero in New York. It's been some time since fans were given their first look at the early Spider-Man comics-inspired animation, but the biennial fan expo remedied that with a massive update on the project, with a new convention-exclusive sneak peek at the project.
As reported by Collider's Aidan Kelley and Taylor Gates, the footage featured Peter Parker (Hudson Thames) at school, where his day is interrupted by Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) coming through a portal along with a horned symbiote. We see Peter bitten by a spider in a sequence demonstrating how he got his powers, before the footage catches up with him a few months later, with Norman Osborn (Colman Domingo) helping him strategize as his "guy in the chair."
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is being billed as a meeting between Spidey's earliest years on the page as portrayed by Stan Lee and his earliest years in the MCU. When Tom Holland's web-slinger first appeared on-screen in Captain America: Civil War, he had already obtained his powers a year prior, leaving a gap to fill in between. However, this series will still take place in a different continuity within the multiverse, exploring how Peter navigates the life of a teenager after first getting his powers. His abilities and sense of duty will be tested as he is immediately thrust into battle with formidable foes to protect the city.
One major difference between the series and the MCU is who takes young Peter under their wing. Instead of Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), Spidey gets some much-needed guidance from Norman Osborn, who helps Peter survive high school while he comes into his own as a hero.
Who Is Behind 'Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man'?
Tumblr media
Marvel Studios Head of TV and Streaming Brad Winderbaum also emphasized how important the ensemble around these two will be to the series and Spider-Man's growth, with classic characters from his history that haven't yet appeared in the MCU like Lonnie Lincoln, Nico Minoru, and even Harry Osborn appearing alongside Doctor Strange, Aunt May, and a rogue's gallery of villains ranging from iconic to more obscure. He's also slated to run into Charlie Cox's Daredevil and Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin, setting up a team-up between the web-slinger and the Devil of Hell's Kitchen.
Craig of the Creek writer and story editor Jeff Trammell was tapped to create Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man for Marvel when the series was first announced in 2021 under the guise of Spider-Man: Freshman Year. His resume is full of animated hits, with credits on The Owl House, Amphibia, and the 2023 origin film Craig Before the Creek. Animation, meanwhile, is handled by Polygon Pictures, which has previously worked on episodes of Love, Death & Robots, Transformers Prime, and Star Wars: The Clone Wars among other things. This is just one such Spider-Man-related project in the works at Marvel, alongside a new film starring Holland that has been inching along in development, a Spider-Man Noir series at Prime Video starring a returning Nicolas Cage, and the trilogy capper Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse.
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is currently slated to premiere on Disney+ on November 2. Stay tuned here at Collider for more coverage from D23 throughout the rest of the weekend.

The fall of Sanders Sides is just depressing honestly.
I don’t consider myself an og. I joined the fandom in 2019 thanks to tiktok. I went to anime expo that same year as Janus.
I joined a small discord server for fans and speak to some of them every day still even though we’ve migrated servers multiple times and I’ve stopped talking to several of them.
Me and one of my friends met in a sanders sides rp server and created one just for the two of us that’s still in use and still used for sanders sides because anything else doesn’t feel the same.
I cosplayed on tiktok until like 2021 or not later. I had mutuals and followed so many people who did sanders sides content. They've either stopped making tiktoks entirely or have moved on. Of all the accounts I follow only one makes (absolutely incredible) sanders sides content.
In my closet is the jacket I hand stitched patches on for my virgil cosplay. Patton’s blue polo, Logan’s black polo and tie. My brothers old baseball bat I painted for Remus. Janus’s caplet, hat and gloves.
On my nightstand is a janus necklace that’s a little fucked up that I used to wear every day. In my junk drawer is Janus’s keychain that’s scratched up from being on my lanyard for months.
In a box are four of the sanders sides youtooz figures. In another is the box the jams came in.
I had one of the signed posters I waited months to get because they all got ruined and had to be reshipped. It left the box twice, nearly got thrown out and I sent to a friend because I never go around to framing it and hanging it up.
Remnants of Sanders Sides is all around me. It meant so much to me for awhile especially in 2020-2021.
And now the magic's gone. I fell in love with the fandom first and foremost. A fandom that's quiet until a new episode comes out then it gets resurrected. Only to slowly die again as the new video hype fades and the cycle repeats.

So I went to Miku Expo 2024 last night (the Vancouver show) and I wanted to talk about it while it's top of mind.
TL;DR I had a lot of fun, while there were some things I wish were different (mostly the screen), it wasn't a bad first Miku concert IMO (But I do wanna see more shows). More under the cut!
First of all, it was super cool to see all the different people there to see Miku and the other Vocaloids. Like, I've been to conventions before and it's always cool to see a horde of people dressed as various anime characters or animals, but to see everyone dressed specifically as Voicaloids and Project Sekai characters was new for me.
About the merch on sale at the concert, I was surprised that they were doing most of it outside and that the inside merch stand had barely anything- at least when I got in. That could just be bad timing on my end. If you're reading this and you wanna buy merch at one of the upcoming shows (especially a glowstick), make sure to get there early. For Vancouver, they did send out an email the day before saying that they were selling merch outside starting at 2pm, but I wasn't able to get there before then.
I did get the VIP package merch but it's kinda.... well it's not bad or anything, and I'm glad to have it but some of it feels a little cheap. For example, the hand fan is cute but feels flimsy, and the tote bag has a really nice design but the heat pressing makes me not wanna use it because I'm worried about cracking the art. On the other hand, I really like the lanyard that came with the package; The art was done by Socky and I liked it so much that I bought the backpack that also has that art.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Onto the show. You may have already heard this but yes, It wasn't the usual hologram, where they have a sheet of glass with the visual projected onto it, it was just a normal screen where they played the visual. It did feel like I was watching one of those hologram-ready videos on my phone but on a giant TV, but it was still cool to see.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Here's also a side-by-side of how the hologram looks vs the display using on the rocks from Magical Mirai 2021 and last night's show. While it's not fair to use a pro-shot vs what looks like a musical theater bootleg sime tutorial to show this, I hope it gets the point across. (Miku Expo 2024 on the left and Magical Mirai 2021 on the right)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I liked the setlist also, it can be found at this link here, but some standouts to me were, Miku by Anamanaguchi, The Vampire, Unknown Mother Goose, Childish War, On the Rocks, Sore ga Anata no Shiawase to Shite mo, Gimmie x Gimmie (Love this song so much), World is Mine (everyone screamed at the first "Sekai de" (including me)), the band introduction, Tell Your World (It's not my favorite or anything, but they shot out confetti at one point and that was cool.), and Intergalactic Bond.
I want to expand a bit on the band introduction and them as a whole, I loved that the band got attention and their names were shown. I watched some Magical Mirai videos and I see that this practice might be from that, so I'm glad that was carried over. They all were stellar and watching them was really exciting, the drummer- Dylan was always so cool to look at, Tobias the keyboardist was dancing near the beginning of Gimmie x Gimmie and that was a vibe, the bassist and guitarist- Leanne and Vixen's Diary respectively were fun to watch when they would get into the song and headbang and bounce around.
Lastly, I was surprised that Luka only got 2 songs (one of them was a duet with Miku). I (very sadly) expect MEIKO and KAITO to get shafted when it comes to songs, but not Luka!
Quick shout-outs to some specific concert goers; Shieonn, who made stickers and was handing them out before the show (Here's her Twitter!),
Tumblr media
The person near me who shouted either "I LOVE YOU JERMA!" or "I LOVE YOU DRUMMER!" at the end of one of the songs (I think it was World is Mine), the girl near me who was trying to get pictures and video of the show using her 3DS, and this one person I saw outside the venue entrance as the show was letting out who was dressed up as Sonic Miku, I wanted to say that I loved the fit, but I didn't wanna just walk up to you randomly at almost 10PM and possibly freak you out.
Overall, I'd go again but please for the love of god, don't just have a screen for the Vocaloids!

Meet OB, Ke Huy Quan's quirky repair guy in Loki season 2
Executive producer Kevin Wright promises even more weirdness in season 2 of the hit Marvel series.

Yeonguk was part of the Lapis5 subunit. In an interview recently given in France, as he was one of the artist guests at Japan Expo, he explaine that his band used to perform regularly in a theater and that his subunit would produce up to 18 times a month. (X)
In the same interview, he explained that he practiced Taekwondo as a child and intended to become a professional martial artist. However, for personal reasons, he could not achieve that goal. He thus thought about what he wanted to do in life and came up to the conclusion that he loved being in movement above anything else. He thus took interest in dancing and singing.
He also participated to the program G-EGG. He was a part of Team D with 4 other artists. This project was meant to form a band of both Japanese and Korean artists.
He debuted his solo career in 2021 with the title CHECKMATE, during the pandemic. Back then he was back in Korea. Shortly after, he had to do his military service. He said he also had the opportunity to focus on his studies. (X)
He is a Michael Jackson fan. He loves dancing and is good at beatboxing. (I was able to witness that in person, he's really good at it. Also I could sense his Michael Jackson influences. Looking back at it, he did a lot of Moonwalk inspired moves, his gesture and the fluidity of his movements were kinda similar to Michael's. Also he often references to Black and/or white. Even in his outfits on stage, there were a lot of black and white contrast and the color only came from a few accessories or the lighting on stage).
He apparently has three older sisters, one of which was also an idol. Her name is Jeong Sol and she was part of the girl group Skarf from August to December 2012.
He has a nephew that, according to him, looks just like him. (X)
Yeonguk is very dedicated to his work. He trains regularly and takes his job very seriously. He updates about his training or the vocal warmups he does when he's about to perform on his social media. You can clearly see how his taekwondo training plays a role in his physical abilities cause he is super flexible and agile.
He stated that his military service in Korea lead him to reflect on what to do if he were to be in a leading position in his every day life or how to act if a war were to happen. He said that he became more conscious of the impact of his decisions and tries to transfer what he learned at the military in his career as an artist. (X)
He seems to enjoy drawing though he says he's not that good at it. And he plays the piano. (X) (X)
He was and is still pretty close with the artists he worked with in the past, as he mentioned at Japan Expo. (X)
He enjoys coffee and likes to sit in coffee shops to write lyrics. (X)
He attended the Japan Expo convention in Paris from the 11th to the 14th of July 2024 as a guest star. He performed the four days at least two to three times a day, either alone or with French dance groups that covered trendy Kpop hits. His presence on stage is intense and you can feel the passion he has for music. He was very cheerful and friendly with the crowd, he kept interacting with the fans that were on the front row, even the people that were here out of curiousity, taking their phones so they would get better videos of him to post on their socials. He was really smooth with the crowd and the way he occupied space. He was very professional, you could feel his experience in the way he spoke and how he was hyping up the room. I didn't know him at all and to be honest with you I'm very picky when it comes to music. I can guarantee you not a single soul got bored during the live show. And by the end of his stage he held photocalls with the fans. The dedication this guy has, I swear. Poor guy was exhausted and all sweaty and still held a photocall event a few minutes after his performance.

I have exciting news for you Loud Crowd, and Sonic fans.
Soon this summer, I'm going to get a Lori Loud lithograph to be signed by Catherine Taber at Retro Expo in Fort Worth, TX (Dallas-Fort Worth area, I have Filipino-American relatives living there), meeting Grey DeLisle and Roger Craig Smith in person at Fan Expo Chicago next month. I'm also as well going to greet Grey her early birthday there, as her birthday is 7 days after my visit there maybe this Saturday.
Catherine Taber joins in my Loud sisters autograph collection after I got ones from Cristina Pucelli (Luan Loud), Grey DeLisle (Lana, Lola, and Lily Loud) in 2019, even her son, Tex Hammond (Lincoln Loud in seasons 3-4) in 2020, Lara Jill Miller (Lisa Loud) in 2021, Jessica DiCicco (Lynn and Lucy Loud) in 2023, and Nika Futterman (Luna Loud) earlier this year in 2024. Liliana Mumy (Leni Loud) is the only Loud sister voice actress, I have yet to get an autograph from as I'm currently actively planning to send a fan mail to her, and send back the my fanmade Leni Loud lithograph signed autograph back to me. I only have a Cameo video from Liliana Mumy, I have both from Grey DeLisle, Jessica DiCicco, and Nika Futterman. I'll be one of the only Loud Crowd, that will have all digital and physical pieces of media from the voice actresses of the Loud sisters. Over nearly a decade since 2016, my arts and entertainment brand has been recognized by the Los Angeles-based union (SAG-AFTRA) voice actresses of the Loud House and animation, notably with my voice acting idols, Grey DeLisle and Jessica DiCicco.

Working on something a little different today!
My WIP for Lesson 6 of Nathan Fowkes' Landscape Painting Workout on Schoolism! I haven't done one of these since 2021, so I'm a bit rusty.
Will finish this after Fan Expo! You can find the rest on my IG HERE!

I think there should be an award or something for people like me who has been simping for the same character for like a really long time. Look at him:
Tumblr media
He's Kaito. I love this man. I love him so much that I have been simping for him the last 10 years. Even when he looked like this:

Or this, his first box art:

Or this, which is how many people portrayed him ten years ago in mmd:

Yes, he's just wearing the scarf.
I've loved this man when people suddenly decided his last name was Shion (even though he canonically doesn't have a last name) and was obsessed with ice cream.
And I still simped for him even when Sega and Crypton ignored him and Meiko to focus their efforts on Miku giving them each just 1 solo song in the earlier Project Diva games.
I still simped for him even when he had just one song at my first Miku Expo in 2021 when it was streamed in Twitch and his model looked like shit (But at least his scarf wasn't flying everywhere this time)
And I still love him now that I see him in project sekai finally getting the appreciation he deserves by the fans, Crypton and Sega.
And I will still love this silly man when Crypton decides to put him in the basement again when they eventually do it for some concert or merch like they always do.
Will I still like him in 10 years from now? Hell yeah, just look at him, he's precious even if his english voice sounds like Kermit with a cold sometimes.
I just love this silly dude.
