i've never read a warriors book but i'm aware of like, aspects of the story. i've seen some of excerpts from the newest book (??) and nightheart seemed so....whiny?? idk if that's the word i'm looking for but i can't tell if it's on purpose or if he's just written weirdly. like, it seems like he's suppose to be someone that doesn't get any love from his family but he comes off the opposite way and that he's just spoiled

Welcome to warriors. I dont think its on purpose that hes whiny (them trying to make an unreliable/cunt narrator) i think they think this is good dialogue/we should agree with him because the website seems to be pushing this “oh that rash Flamepaw always in firestars shadow poor him!” angle. Its also a very weird character arc for them to choose when we’ve had PO3 OoTS and AVoS from a Firestar grandkid, TBC from a great-great-grandkid (Bristle<Fern<Lion<Leaf<Fire) and now Flamepaw as a great-grandkid like… the chance was there. They failed to do it with Alderpaw and this just feels like a rehash.

As for the actual character arc… No one in River was mean to him, no one compared him to Firestar directly and told him he had to be like Firestar- it was gentle encouragement if anything- yet the Erins are insisting hes some poor victim of legacy. The subtext of the series/promo material (so far) is that Flamepaw is a poor widdle baby not ‘Flamepaw is a dumb fucking kid/unreliable narrator plagued by insecurity who needs to grow up’ so. I don’t need the narrative to hold my hand and tell me he’s wrong becoz its currently grabbing my throat and demanding i should feel bad for some spoiled kid. The “squirrel and spark have always been this way” kinda doesn’t work becoz Squirrel is nothing but understanding to Hollypaw when she stresses about being a good warrior/deputy/having kids when shes brambleclaw/firestar descended in The Sight (Dark River?) and “traditionalist” Sparkpelt is… a HC if anything.

Uno what i actually typed up some longer “i understand the nightheart sympathisers/squirrel + spark have always been this way camp” “the series is poorly written, the erins will make characters act in extreme ways to push a story” “the erins are pushing for him to be Right” discussion but actually i think hes just fucking whiny and spoiled because nothing that bad has happened to him, the sparkpelt as neglectful is a retcon, and here he is whining about firestar and how dare his mother want him to look up to/be like her esteemed grandfather. And anyway bruv its just a name its literally not that deep its never been that deep before. Cringe!

Dumb Halloween hcs about Reborn/Rejvu because it’s Halloween and I can, but it’s only like 1 for rejvu and no I cannot tell you why my brain just couldn’t come up with ideas.

Because Sigmund is a bastard he didn’t allow the orphanage kids go trick or treating or give them candy on halloween. Radomus goes absolutely wild on the twins first Halloween (and subsequent holidays) back with him because he wants them to be happy. All in all it ends with him having to call their school that they’re sick and can’t come in tomorrow because Noel and Anna ate too much candy and got horrible stomach aches.

Another one with the Vanhenans, Luna absolutely ADORES Halloween. She dresses up as the grim reaper and proceeds to chase trick or treaters through the labyrinth, if she catches them she gives them a scare before guiding them to the castle and giving them extra candy. Shade helps her. People become very scared of the castle on Halloween night.

Luna also DRAGS Taka to do Haunted Houses with her. He fears them, but he knows there is no escape.

Serra used to make Bennet’s costumes for him when he was younger. He doesn’t let her anymore though because he’s embarrassed by it even though she keeps offering.

Goldenleaf was very much know as the “Halloween Town” on Aevium. Due to all the ghost types and spooky stuff. They take Halloween VERY seriously there. People from out of town used to go there on Halloween until the rule preventing outsiders was enacted.

Heather and Lin are the fucking kids who takes all the candy on take 2 bowls. MC has to force them to put most of it back. Then Terra steals the bowl and gives it back to Lin. A chase ensues.

Cain absolutely sings Halloween songs all night. He also tries to get others to join him too.

Blake forces Cal too play horror games with him on Halloween night. He also chooses the games he knows will scare Cal shitless. Brotherly bonding <3

Florina, Titiania, Saphira, Charlotte, Luna and Noel are the people who come out completely neutral face from haunted houses because that shit doesn’t scare them.

Ace doesn’t have a candy bowl, they make candy ‘appear’ for trick or treaters through magic tricks!

The Agate Circus does a yearly Halloween show!

Florina doesn’t really like candy or dressing up but she would go trick or treating with Fern and Julia when they were younger and then give them her candy.

Bennet and Laura are the couple who does cute matching costumes, Hardy and Aya are the couple who’s costumes are WILDLY different from each other.

The kids do a competition on who can get the most candy, Shelly wins.

-I have many thoughts on trans lg3… I keep meaning to make content for it but it’s like trying to look directly into the sun. Anyway. So you know how Pb makes Goliad to be an heir and makes her with her baby tooth so Goliad will be biologically related to her and have a claim to the throne? This implies that Lg1 and therefore lg3 are also genetically related to Pb. And secondly you know how when Lemongrab is turned into a more preferable version of himself he has pink skin (like pb and goliad) and eyelashes and looks more feminine to the point where people who haven’t seen the show frequently mistake him for a genderbent version? I think that Lemonpink is what Lemongrab was supposed to look like after going through some sort of puberty, which would make pb’s dna in him kick in and take over. Lemonpink is also his deadname yeah. Very very deep in the Charlie self indulgence universe here but I’m free. 

So Lg3 does sometimes break out in pink patches and plucks his eyelashes when they grow back in. Has to take the candy person equivalent of hrt to keep the transformation at bay. Tesugarone… idk. He is on testogel bc I’m on testogel and I said so and it’s my fannon universe I get to make him a trans man. Also he has smaller hands than Finn and anyway. If Lemongrab not trans… why high voice and wider hips than other male characters? Checkmate. Very important hc to me…

-I think lg3 being a reanimated corpse is not something I milk enough. I like to think he has v subtle psychic powers because of his experience with death giving him some supernatural properties. Like it’s nothing noticeable but he has minor prophetic powers and has prophetic dreams about things. He is mildly telekinetic to the point where he sometimes unlocks or locks his door with his mind without realising. I think it would be funny if he did not realise he had supernatural powers, so it’s all dumb inconvenient stuff like that. Even funnier if lumpy people are also mildly telekinetic so LSP also doesn’t realise this Is Not Normal after years of living with him because she assumed everyone can move glasses and paper around and open doors just by thinking about it. Another personal fave I love thinking about and should make more content for. 

-The reanimated corpse thing also very very sad. Like I imagine Lemongrab deals with a lot of guilt and shame around his body belonging to other people, and feeling it’s not quite his. He’s not allowed to like being in it, because he stole it. Struggles a lot with feeling disconnected and deals with intense dissociation on his worst days. I do hc that Lemongrab would self harm at least a little bit, but he’d feel so awful about it because of this. The only thing he has left of them is the body parts they left him, and he hurt them. 

-lemongrab autism. Like in the show this is quite problematic I feel the need to mention so please do engage critically with the series! 

Anyway. I like to think that Lemongrab would get a diagnosis after he sees Doctor Princess or someone for trauma related therapy and she takes one look at him and goes “certified autist.” I like thinking about Lemongrab’s life finally making sense to him, and him realising he was never a failed experiment or had something wrong with him he was just disabled the whole time. 

-lumpygrab <3 yeah. I loveee thinking about Lemongrab’s thoughts and feelings when they would have just started dating. I wish Lemongrab realising there’s someone out there who loves him unconditionally for who he really is was something we got to see unfolding more in the show. Like I imagine Lemongrab struggled with a lot of insecurity and fear and guilt around his romantic feelings. Would go through periods of extreme highs and intense euphoria over being with someone who he likes and who cares about him followed by guilt over how lg2 died before they could experience anything like this, and fear that he’s never been good enough for anyone before, why should this be any different? He does get better as time goes on though :v) I just feel very soft for the period in his life when he first realised he could be loved despite everything.

Based off a hc by @leal-5 about kiri being adopted by dinosaurs.

They landed on the ground with a thud as the time travel device plopped then in the middle of what seemed like no where.

Well besides the grass and ferns and a large lake in the distance, there wasn’t much going on except a rather large bird.. wait that’s a pterodactyl.

A PTERODACTYL?!

The bird (I know it’s not a fucking bird, shush) swoops down and almost takes Kirishima by his leg as he landed with his legs over his head but scrambled to duck down from its talon feet.

Bakugou rubs at the bed head of hair that now has bits of dirt and such scattered in it while Kirishima’s seems to come out clean. (Which like how, he landed pretty much on his head.)

“Where the fuck are we?!” Bakugou got up quickly, Kirishima looking pretty calm for someone who almost became a dinosaur’s full course meal.

“Judging by the fact that there’s pterodactyl’s, I say we’re in the Jurassic Period, about 200 million years in the past.” Kirishima also acted like that wasn’t the smartest thing he’s said in a long fucking time.

“You know that shit yet you can’t get an A on your math test?!”

“What, I like dinosaurs a lot.” He blushed, suddenly embarrassed that he would be thought nerdy like his blonde boyfriend.

“And remember when I said 200 million years ago?” Kirishima seemed to be staring at something in the distance squinting the eye that wasn’t replaced with gold. (A cool idea he learned from a 6 foot tall priestess woman)

“Yeah, you’re suddenly fucking Einstein, what of it?” Bakugou rolled his eyes, wishing they could just hop, skip, and jump their ass back home.

“I was off.. by a lot. We’re 125 million years, in the late Cretaceous period.” Kirishima went stock still, Bakugou still not noticing the thing in the distance moving towards them rather quickly.

“How could you tell, Shitty Hair?” Bakugou’s eyes went wide as he heard the sound, a sound he was all to familiar with from Jurassic Park movies.

“T-Rex!” Kirishima yelled but still didn’t move, a single drop of sweat dripping down his chin and Bakugou was still not afraid enough not to follow it a bit but focused on the matter at hand.

He was about to start running but Kirishima held him in place, telling him to just remain like a statue.

The T-Rex grew close enough where they could both smell the rotting meet trapped between its teeth and its rancid breath.

The red T-Rex got so close to Kirishima’s face that they were practically nose to nose, the large puffs of air from the beast blowing Kirishima’s hair back, even with all the gel in it.

They were even scarier up close, reptilian eyes focusing on them.

But Bakugou saw something really weird in the dinosaur’s eyes, as if they knew Kirishima somehow. The blonde knew this because he’s seen that same look on his mom’s face when she was proud of him.

Uh oh.

Before he could blink, the T- Rex had picked up their head from out of the way and somehow reached Kirishima with their small arms, and grabbed hold of one of his legs.

Kirishima screamed as he was held upside down by his leg, believing he was going to be gobbled down in seconds.

Bakugo scrambled, not sure of what the fuck he was supposed to do about a monster 1000x his size trying to have his boyfriend for a snack.

Luckily it didn’t start chomping away at his- er the redhead! The steps shook his footing on the ground as the animal started to walk away with a still screaming Kirishima.

“Put him down!” He ran as fast as he could after them but damn could a T-Rex fun fast as shit.

“It can run 45 mph!” He heard Kirishima yell in the distance, the ground stopped shaking as they got farther.

Fuck!

What was he gonna do?

Pterodactyl shit decided to drop in near the lake in front of him, for a refreshing taste of water.

That grinch grin he was famous for spread across his face, a very dumb but just might work idea formulating in his plan.

He was gonna take a page out of Kirishima’s book and the ride the bitch.

He didn’t want to be ungrateful, she did get a scratch on her tail from the fight (which he caught on his phone and saved) but he couldn’t eat raw meat.

After a bit, they all started to yawn, all going towards the den, Kirishima following them because he was honestly a bit tired from screaming.

They all started to pile on mom, snuggling on her back as she laid down. Baby sister must’ve realized he wasn’t going to be able to climb her.

She took the back of his shirt in her mouth and dragged him up there with her and put him down next to the oldest brother, which he named Crimson.

He yawned and was out before he could even begin to close his eyes.

Alright y’all, here’s a theory

This one’s a doozy and kinda dumb since it’s a theory on a dating sim nsfw game, but ya know, humor me, cause I lowkey need help

I’m still trying to wrap my head around who the last three girls are, so here’s everything I can think of.

One thing to note, the “black pumps” I keep referring to from the shoe poll are actually Wedges (I’m so stupid omg), so I’m gonna refer to them as wedges from now on

Lailani is a definite, I will stick by my thinking that the sandals from the shoe poll and the Coral option from the color poll are hers

Dev tries to go for half girls of color, half white girls, 4 and 4 from HP1, 9 and 9 for HCS, and we’re basically at 5 and 5 if we count Lailani (Sarah, Lillian, Candace, Jessie and Polly for white girls and Abia, Nora, Zoey, Lola, and presumably Lailani for girls of color), meaning the last two girls presumably are one white and one of color

Renee has low chances cause we already have Lola and Zoey, and dev likes a diverse cast, so having all three of them here probably won’t happen

Brooke has glasses, which we don’t have yet, and can even out the age ratio, giving us another older woman, plus the wedges match her default, and fern green as her favorite color isn’t impossible, and! She could also be the Vanilla from the poll, so she has good chances

Nadia would give us another Mom, and her default goes with the wedges as well, and she would be good for the Vanilla option in the ice cream poll, but she doesn’t really jump out from the other girls, so she’s on the fence

Marlena would give us another Hispanic, which I think is good idea!, and her outfit *could* go with the wedges, and maybe fern green may refer to her eye color, she has ok chances

For HP1 girls

Kyanna has a good chance because she wears wedges, and would explain how Nora likes to babysit Kyanna’s kid, cause how would she be able to if they live far apart form each other? and she’s Hispanic too, which is good!

Nikki is meh, she doesn’t like to get out, and if anything, her and Nora share the same style of shoes, and I doubt her character would change so much that she stops using sneakers, so she is probably a nope

Audrey would give us a better ratio for flat chested girls, and she’s the most requested, and most popular HP1 girl

But I heard somewhere that so far dev is going with the least popular HP1 girls, so I don’t know how her chances stand

Tiffany is on the fence, she would be great for Jessie’s story if she’s there, but unless Dev changes her a ton, her chances don’t stand high

Aiko has good chances, I would love to have another Asian girl, she could compliment Lailani’s more islander like vibes, but she did say she doesn’t like going away on vacation, but again, a cruise would do good for her stress

Beli probably won’t get in, she’s way too similar to Lailani/Abia, so probably a nope

And that’s not considering the fact that i think it’d be ideal for dev to have 3 New girls, 3 HP1 girls, and 6 HCS girls

Cause it’d make everything very balanced

And how having 2 HP1 girls or 2 New girls or 7 HCS girls sounds really off

AND how dev is recasting HCS girl VAs, so we can’t really use that for or against girls returns

Maybe I’m missing something! What do y’all think? I know I’m getting way too into it but isn’t that what this blog’s about lol

Juuzou is a lot more proud of his height than you might think. He's very proud of being able to fit into small spaces and sneak out of view.

Giving this guy a phone was probably a mistake. He'll call people at 2 in the morning just to fuck with them. Everyone is saved as the weirdest things which has caused a lot of fights when his phone rings in the middle of a meeting.

At one point he developed an obsession with fruit. He loves how sweet it is and carries it around with him sometimes. Sure it's not as good as candy but nothing beats the pure confusion caused by whipping out a whole grapefruit on the train and just eating it.

Honestly he loves confusing people like that. Holding the door open for someone but only holding it slightly open, starting a conversation but randomly walking away midway through, handing people random things while they're on the phone. He'll always find a way to entertain himself like this.

He tends to copy very specific actions of others if he wants to be like them. Rather than copy some of Shinohara's actions and ideas, Juuzou will try and copy how he whistles as he sorts things. Juuzou, however, can't whistle. This doesn't stop him from trying which is hilarious at the best of times and infuriating at worst.

So much of what Shirazu owns is shark themed.

Mugs? Sharks. Hoodies? Sharks. Shoes? Sharks.

He even has multiple bed sheets covered in shark that look like they belong to a 5 year old but they're his most prized possessions.

Don't even get me started on the deco on his bike...

This is all bc whenever someone gets him a birthday gift, it's almost always shark themed. You'd think he'd eventually get sick of it but he absolutely love it and is psyched every time he gets yet another shark mug.

Haise was really excited to see how the Qs decorated their rooms until Shirazu pulled up with multiple boxes of shark things.

favorite thing about them: I like how his growth as a person didn't feel unnatural or sudden as you'd imagine it being. By the time of re:, he's clearly grown a lot and is a very stable team leader. This doesn't mean he perfectly fits into the corporate hellscape that is the CCG though. I love how he kept his childlike and energetic nature without sacrificing proper growth and development.

mutsuki in uni hcs? like what would he major in, any extracurriculars, etc :D

Oooooooh this is a good one \(★ω★)

(Going with a no ghoul au for obvious reasons)

Mutsuki took a lot longer than most people to decide on his major than others. It stressed him out a lot bc he hates deadlines and freaks out a decent but over them. His first thought was nursing because he genuinely wants to help people and knows quite a lot about biology from books (he's totally one of those people who just knows a ton of useless facts and will share them whenever like me) but then remembered how much blood is typically involved and noped out. He ended up settling on psychology, primarily working with children, because he's great with kids and wants people to live to be better than him (crying just live yourself you dumbass T_T) He also did a minor in anthropology out of pure curiosity and actually loved it.

He had a hard time finding roommates but eventually settled for a certain blue haired anime nerd. You could probably guess the chores aren't spread that evenly but he doesn't mind bc there isn't too much to clean outside her room and she's not judgy so win ig? He does often nag her to go to her lectures more often tho which usually ends with a snack wrapper in the face.

Mutsuki never really planned on joining any extracurriculars or societies but I feel he'd join a book club briefly before realising everyone there has the most awful takes known to man and makes up an excuse to leave first chance he gets (me too it's ok king). He ends up hanging out with a gaming group by Saiko's request and ends up liking them a lot. He shares a lot of their reading tastes and ends up making his own book club with them. He meets some of the best people he's ever met there and yknow what good for him ^_^

4. If you could put this character in any other media, what would it be? I feel it's been said but both him and Kaneki deserve to be in a sports anime together. Hide is so typically forced to carry the consequences of other people's actions and does so with a smile on his face so the least I could do is lessen the weight.

As a quick personal note, I've been showing my non-tg friend pics of tg men and Yomo os like the only she actually finds attractive (been debating showing some of her opinions on here bc I have her permission and she's hilarious)

Ok now for the hcs :)

Yomo is the type to unintentionally leave someone on delivered for a long ass time without realising. He replies in his head and just closes the message thinking he replied. Both Uta and Itori despise him for this after he left them on delivered for weeks and they sincerely thought something happened.

I'd like to think out of all the Anteiku staff, Yomo is the best when it comes to hair. Kaya is a close second but nobody can beat him in really complex intricate things. He tried passing this knowledge onto the Kirishima siblings but unfortunately neither of them have any clue what they're doing with hair.

Yono is awful with ending conversations. If the topic ends, he'll just walk away. Not even to be rude, he just didn't think to say goodbye or anything. Yoshimura tried to get this habit out of him but it's only gotten worse over the years and people are too intimidated to do anything about it nowadays.

He may be an old soul, but Yomo has a knack for video games. Particularly ones like smash bros. He holds the controller or presses the keyboard like he has no clue what he's doing he's actually got the thing down to a fault and it drives Touka insane.

Yomo in his younger years used to take a lot of comfort on rooftops. Some people would walk by and wonder why there was a teenager just stood on the roof but would quickly move on when said teenager started throwing things at them. He'd love to do it now but people get more concerned when there's like. A grown ass man in a trench coat stood on a roof looking down on people.

Uta might know exactly which of his buttons to press but he also knows Uta's. He's a lot more subtle about it but leaving Uta's studio completely reorganised whenever he comes over has become one of his favourite pastimes. That's not to say he doesn't like messing things up as well though. A knocked over book here. Coffee off the counter there. The man's practically a giant cat.

I was once in P.E. at school outside when I was really cold and yelled to a couple friends "at least I don't need top surgery now bc I'm FREEZING MY BLOODY TITS OFF OVER HERE" and a teacher overheard and I got in trouble.
