If you're a flintfeather lore veteran, you might remember my old comic Alterity from years back. Well, I'm now happy to show you the new and improved Alterity story. No longer is it any way related to warriors but is instead a story about a group of sun worshipping cats dealing with the erasure of their culture and conflict between families.

It is still very much in the story development phase but I've had these characters for such a long time now that I wanted to show them off

Notes:

troutpaw being poly is now... not really canon. it was based off an idea that kinda faded away. maybe she is? idk

ferretpatch was probably canon and probably in creekclan, we just don't know where he is in the family tree

splashspirit and gale have 2 more kits, Jaggedsun (dead) and wolffall

flintfeather is now fleetfeather because a cat in heron's Crossing already exists with the "flint" prefix (flintfoot)

finchwish is now kitewish because there is already Finchstar

First draft allegiances!! With some fun facts at the bottom. It’s about time I finished the quartet. 

WildClan:

Leader: Stagstar- long-furred gray tabby she-cat Deputy: Amberheart- long-furred dark gray tabby tom with white patches and a thick scar across his throat. Mute. Medicine Cat: Eaglebranch- broad-shouldered black and white tom

 WARRIORS:

Rockstorm- dusty gray tom

Applehawk- calico molly. Fallen Bird.

Tinytail- pale gray molly with darker flecks and a blunted tail

Apprentice: Dogpaw

Shadeshine- sleek black tom

Pearsong- bright white tom

Redleap- ginger molly with kinked tail. Fallen Bird.

Apprentice: Tigerpaw

Honeybird- cream-and-white tom

Lionfur- bulky sandy tabby molly

Apprentice: Crowpaw

Flintfeather- gray tabby tom

Ivyblaze- silver-and-white tabby cat (he/they)

Apprentice: Palepaw

APPRENTICES:

Dogpaw- lithe brown she-cat 

Palepaw- silver she-cat

Tigerpaw- light ginger tom 

Crowpaw- dark tabby she-cat. Fallen Bird. 

QUEENS:

Clawheart- scarred up long-furred black molly.

Mothpoppy- dappled golden tabby she-cat. Mother to Bluepaw (blueish-gray tom), Lightpaw (golden tabby tom), and Alderpaw (dark brown tabby tom)

ELDERS:

Cherryleaf- yellow tabby tom

FUN FACTS:

Crowpaw didn’t fall so much as she simply left, but TreeClan considers her a bird nonetheless.

Stagstar’s first kill was a stag, and she chose the stereotypically masculine name in honor of that

Amberheart is brothers with Brown of BurrowClan, and the adopted father of Dogpaw

Tinytail is the smallest cat in the valley (natural munchkin) but considered the most dangerous bc she goes for the belly and doesn’t let up

Clawheart is Amberheart’s and Brown’s other mother; she stays in the nursery to protect other queens

Lionfur was a rogue, and chose her own name, hence why it stands out

Redleap is often spotted on TreeClan territory picking fights.

RULES

- These adoptables can ONLY BE USED IN THE ROLEPLAY GROUP HORIZON REMAINS!

- Please read ALL OF THE INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE before trying to apply for these characters.

- You must be 18 years or older to apply.

- We will be checking social media accounts. If your account(s) are inactive or brand new, you will not qualify for this round of new members! Please select a well-used account. 

- You must have a discord to join our group.

- You may change the name of this adopt, but you may not change the clan unless it is unspecified.

- When applying for these designs, you will be asked to provide your ideas for the character- this could be a personality, a brief history, name changes, relationships you’d like to form, personal plots. The more detail the better. 

- These are NOT first come first serve. We are not obligated to accept any and all who apply, and we are not obligated to give these designs to someone even if they are the only person who applied for them. We will be selecting owners/members based on their ideas and how we think they will fit in with the rest of our members. 

- Upon winning a design, you will be contacted no later than [date specified in google docs form] and given a link to the discord. Once in the chat, you will have 2 weeks to complete your application fully and send it into review. Failure to complete your application within the allotted time or without requesting an extension will result in your removal from the group. You will be free to reapply in the future, still!

- If you win a design, you must be active in the group with them. Should you attempt to leave the group in under a 6 month time span, or use them outside of Horizon Remains within this time span, we will reclaim the adopt/design and give it to someone else.
