Moon 113-Greenleaf

Finally, FINALLY, Needlepaw (16) has been made a full Healer.  Her name is Needlepelt, in honor of her emotional maturity.  She’s compassionate and great at diagnosing cats.  Despite her near non-existent earth-blessing, she’ll make a great Healer.  And she’s not the only one who’s been given her full name this moon.  Pythonpaw (10)  has been made a warrior early!  Peakspots (97) has proven his mettle as a mentor, and Pythonpaw excelled at every task put before him.  He’s been given the full name of Pythonrush and honored for his zeal.  Bushmask (123),who has grown quite reverent of star-blessed cats, makes sure to welcome Faiththrift (34) into the Clan.  It can’t hurt to be on good terms with her, right?  His daughter, Antlersky (71), is less thrilled with the newer cats in the Clan.  Especially Gentle (100).  How is he better than her at hunting!  It’s not fair.  Darkpetal (152) has been hanging out with Flinttooth (14), spreading rumors.  He tells her that Graysong (26) has been acting weird, spending a lot more time than normal with that dark-cursed cat.  Graysong has indeed been spending more time with Yellowcreek (40). . .and staying up late at night trying to think of ways to impress him.  Aww.

Updates 1

- A small kit named Mouse is dropped off at the border by a loner. The loner cannot care for the kit and had noticed a group of cats settle near the shore, so they decided it would be best for the kit to be raised by this group. Mouse is given the name Mousekit by Jasperstar and is raised by Slitjaw in the medicine den.

-Mousekit’s favorite cat is Daypaw, he feels most comfortable around her.

-Pythonkit is apprenticed to Bassneedle and becomes Pythonpaw.

-Gravelkit is apprenticed to Curlypatch and becomes Gravelpaw.

-Gravelpaw begins admiring Pythonpaw from afar, beginning to crush on the fellow she-cat.

-Oliva is waiting outside of the border, unsure if he should proceed with asking to join these strange cats, when Curlypatch stumbles upon him. He is brought before Jasperstar before being given his warrior name, Olivawillow.

Another Clangen Wickedclan update:

-it’s about moon 35 right now

-snapdragonpaw and Cougarpaw became Snapdragonsplash and Cougarspots.

-Shinesigh died, killed by her fellow clan mate Ferretflower

-Honeyburn is still the number one med den visiter.

-speaking of Honeyburn she’s just been like the rng’s punching bag at this point lol.

-Dustspeckle started a war with a neighboring clan.

-Nessieleap and Cottonrun became mates.

First some dark forest cats, Pythonpaw(aka Pythontail), Greenfreckle, and Shadepaw(aka Sahdebramble)

They were the first three to die, I drew this a bit ago. I love giving them cool dark forest forms. Also gave the two apprentices who died warrior names.

And then, in sadder news:

A patrol of four cats went out to the border, involving Honeyburn, her ex apprentice Bogbellow, and friends Icicleflood and Feathercurl.

Only Honeyburn survived the attack they faced.

Moons 13-19

Disclaimer: Clangen decided Spottedpaw’s generated warrior name was Spottedspot’s but I just couldn’t accept something that ridiculous lol. 

Rushstar and Birchfur strongly disagree on how to combat the dog that killed Shadefrost. Rushstar wants to wait and train the warriors to fight more effectively as a group. Birchfur believes that plan will only give the dog time to recover from its wounds. In the end, Birchfur is forced to surrender to Rushstar’s authority. Spottedpaw finally leaves the nursery and is apprenticed to Birchfur (Rushstar’s attempt to smooth things over with his agitated deputy). Things only get worse, however, when Birchfur secretly gathers a hunting party to track the dog down. He, Slightpond, Pepper, and Seedthroat sneak from the camp in the middle of the night in what turns out to be a doomed crusade. The dog’s mate appears and the group is suddenly forced on the defensive. Luckily, Spottedpaw was following his mentor and flees back to camp to alert Rushstar. Rushstar and the remaining warriors are able to save the party from the dogs, but not before Birchfur is gravely injured. The following day, Birchfur uses the last of his strength to apologize to Rushstar, who grants him forgiveness as he passes on into Starclan. Rushstar promotes Snipswoop to deputy and hopes she will be the last. Mistkit tells Scorchpelt she met a Starclan cat in her dreams who showed her cats in need of help beyond their territory. Scorchpelt soothes her by saying it was only a dream, but privately wonders if his daughter shares his gift of prophecy.   Ashclan attends the first half-moon meeting of the year at the Tall Stones, three white stone pillars placed auspiciously in the center of a forest clearing. Violetclan and Thistleclan get into a dispute over herb trading, but Ashclan is fortunately left out of the dramatics. Sharptree wonders if the other clans might benefit from planting their own herb gardens like they have at the cabin. Back at camp, Mistkit sneaks out into the forest to find the cats from her dream, she doesn’t get very far before two loners by the names of Trout and Smoke find her. The brothers bring the ornery kit back to camp and are welcomed to stay as long as they’d like. The loners are hesitant about joining permanently, but agree to settle down for a while. When everyone from Birchfur’s party has healed from their injuries, Rushstar leads the clan in a hunt for the murderous dogs. After a long battle, Ashclan is finally victorious in slaying the beasts, and thankfully spared any more casualties. Rushstar celebrates by holding Owlpaw, Tulippaw, and Pythonpaw’s apprenticeship ceremony. Seedthroat, Whiteclaw, and Trout are chosen as their mentors. Spottedpaw and O’learypaw are also granted their warrior ceremony. Spottedpaw is given the name Spottedfur, but O’learypaw -like Pepper- forgoes a warrior name and remains simply O’Leary.   The next moon, Morningpaw and Mistpaw also have their apprenticeship ceremony. Morningpaw is apprenticed to Pepper and Mistpaw joins Sharptree and Scorchpelt in the medicine den. Just when the clan thinks they’ve finally emptied out the nursery, Seedthroat has a litter of one kit, Mudkit, and Pepper has a litter of three kits, Emberkit, Lichenkit, and Berrykit. Soon after, a family of loners named Rose, Newtdapple, Sparrowkit, and Sunkit come to the clan asking for refuge. They say they’ve escaped a fearsome band of rogues marauding to the West of Ashclan’s territory.

Loudstar has been following the progress of Fogpaw for moons, and feels that it is finally time for them to get their warrior name. They are granted the name Fogcrawl in honor of their determination

Hazelpaw has reached the age of six moons and has been made an apprentice, with Wreniris as their mentor

Pythonpaw fidgets impatiently beside Tremblemask as they wait for the meeting to end. They're finally an apprentice! They want to hurry up, get out there, and go, go, go!

Deaths

Violetface stares at the body of their sibling, Burrshriek, and can only think of the time they had together, and all the time they've now lost. They are grief stricken Avalanchebeetle is mourning Flaxlily but is not stricken Hazyseed is mourning Burrshriek but is not stricken

Patrols

Treewatcher comes up with a plan to sneak out of camp with Fadedpaw (medium positive effect) While on patrol, Fadedpaw notices an unfamiliar scent. Something here smells like a cat not from PikaClan (proceed) Boldly, Treewatcher follows the scent to a trespassing rogue and confronts them, pointing out the clearly marked border which the rogue has crossed. From their seat above the rogue, perched on a high rock, they listen to the rogue stutter out an explanation and a quick apology, unimpressed and confident in their own strength

Hareburst comes up with a plan to sneak out of camp with Tremblemask (medium positive effect) The patrol looks around for something to disguise their scent while hunting They can't think of anything that would work, but the hunt goes well regardless

Moon 111-Greenleaf

After serving the Clan for many moons, Bushmask (121) has decided that it’s time for a rest.  He thinks fondly of the Clan he knew when he was young, as well as the Clan he has come to know in his old age.  He remembers playing with his sister as apprentices, using his powers to hunt in cold leaf-bares, grieving the loss of his sister, falling in love with Brightfalcon (154), and raising their kits together.  He’s excited to spend the rest of his life in the Elders' den with her.  Cressfreckle (27)  has been spending time with Graysong (24) and Yellowcreek (38) lately.  He really enjoys the time he spends with the two of them.  And he’s glad to see that Graysong has been getting along with Yellowcreek, even remembering his favorite piece of prey.  Graysong’s brother, Flurrypelt (24), is not as big of a Yellowcreek fan.  He thinks the dark-cursed cat is weird and annoying. Graysong ignores his comments, even when Flurrypelt splashes him with water to try and get his attention.  Meanwhile, in the apprentice’s den, Flintpaw (12) still feels like she’s struggling in training.  She can’t even pass it off as being powerless-Pythonpaw (8) doesn’t have magic and he got praised by Yuccastar (90).  What is she doing wrong?  Frostheart (14) is feeling a bit separated from the rest of the Clan.  Their friendliness and constant nagging are just getting at her.  She wants to escape.  So she goes on a patrol, all by herself.  And meets up with a loner, an older she-cat named Swallowbelly (101) with an injured tail and a medium strength water blessing.  It’s nice for Flurrypelt and Chervilcry (90) to have another water-blessed cat in the Clan.  Maybe Chervilcry will even get some help with mediating!

Moon 110-Newleaf

Things in the Clan are slowly returning to normal.  Brightfalcon (153) loves being an elder.  She gets to chill with apprentices all the time and heckle other Clans at gatherings with them.  Her favorite companion in this activity is Pythonpaw (7).  He reminds her of how she was when she was an apprentice. He’s slightly withdrawn and overlooked, but fully capable of coming up with brilliant insults on the spot. Despite Yuccastar (89) being her only surviving sibling, Chervilcry (89) has been finding her annoying lately.  She’s just so closed off and uptight.  And aggressive.  What happened to her innocent little sister?  Graysong (23) is also picking up on the fact that something’s up with Yuccastar and has been eavesdropping on her.  Some of his clanmates have noticed that Yellowcreek (37) is feeling down lately.  Airclaw (52) decorates his nest with flowers to surprise him, and Midgepaw (7) brings him a piece of prey.

JasperClan

JasperClan is founded on a stormy newleaf day...

The seven cats had escaped from the burning forest, bounding onto the sandy beach, the salt water washing the ashes from their paws. Here, they would start their new life...

Jaspershade had been chosen to lead this new clan. They took on the name Jasperstar, and were hailed as founder of JasperClan.

Jasperstar chose Bassneedle, a shameless, long-furred silver marbled tabby and white tom, to lead by their side.

Slitjaw had always been a little strange, so it came to no one’s surprise when she was chosen by StarClan to become the first medicine cat of JasperClan.

Curlypatch had always been adventurous, so this new clan thing was right up his alley. His slight crush on Bassneedle definitely hadn’t been what persuaded him.

Daypaw had a lot of respect for Jasperstar for starting their own clan. She was incredibly excited to be their apprentice.

Pythonkit had followed the group all the way to their new beach home, so they adopted her in.

Gravelkit  had followed the group all the way to their new beach home, so they adopted her in.

The group had lost one of their own, Bitterfrost, along the way. He will never fade from their memory.

Moon 109-Newleaf

The Clan is shocked by Judaschaser’s death.  She was so powerful.  Who could have killed her?  Only two cats know, and neither of them are saying anything.  Yuccastar (88) doesn’t understand why her Clanmates miss Judaschaser so much.  Couldn’t they see that she was horrible? Oh well, at least nobody seems to have realized it was her that killed Judaschaser. Little does she know that Yellowcreek (36) has now seen her commit two murders.  But no one trusts him.  He’s even heard rumors around camp that he was the one who killed Judaschaser.  He wants to scream at them that he didn’t do it!  But he knows it wouldn’t do any good.  The Clan hates him for something he can’t control, and they will never see past that.  A stream of dark smoke comes out of his nose in frustration. Despite feeling like no one in the Clan likes him, a lot of the younger cats actually really look up to Yellowcreek.  They find him more down to earth than the other powerful cats in the Clan and think he’s easy to talk to.  Needlepaw (12) even tells him to count on her if he needs someone. The Clan has some distractions of the death of their clanmate.  Frostpaw (12) has been given the warrior name of Frostheart, honoring her tranquility.  Gentle’s (96) kits have also been made apprentices.  Midgepaw (6) has been given to Moorleg (21), as the young warrior is ready for her first apprentice.  Timberpaw (6) has been given to Chasingskip (21), as their personalities are similar so she should be able to understand him.  And Pythonpaw (6) has been apprenticed to Peakspots (78), as the deputy has had very few apprentices due to the lack of other fire-blessed cats in the Clan.  He is enjoying having an apprentice and is discussing training methods with Chasingskip.
