1. THOUGHTS BECOME THINGS

More importantly, the way you FEEL in conjunction with your thoughts will determine how your reality is sculpted. Your life is the product of your predominant emotional patterns. This means that life will show up and it’s HOW you handle it, perceive it and process the energy that will program your vibration to respond accordingly. If you’re mostly happy, joyful, optimistic and free from shoulds, blame and unrealistic expectations then your life will be allowed to flow more effortlessly. If you hold grudges, lack of forgiveness and bitterness in your heart then you’re on a fast track to keeping yourself in the stronghold of unfulfilled desires. It’s all about cultivating the awareness that you have the power to steer your consciousness.

2. EVERYTHING IS ENERGY

Everything under the sun and within this Universe is in a constant state of motion. Everything is energy. But we must remember that the way we choose to speak, the things we consume, the people we surround ourselves with all carry a vibration and governs our own frequency.

The Universe is constantly tuned in and responding to your vibrational frequency.

3. YOU’RE ALWAYS MANIFESTING

I get people telling me all the time that they have never manifested anything. That’s bullcrap! We’re always manifesting and always have been. What they mean is that they believe they haven’t manifested intentionally, consciousness or proven that they can indeed create their own reality.

Here’s the thing…

We manifest every beautiful moment we have been given. Every moment of life is a blessing. It might not feel like it, but it is. You’re always manifesting.

4. YOU CAN’T MANIFEST FOR SOMEONE ELSE

We all have our own unique soul signature and frequency that vibrates out there into the Universe.

Let’s just say you want to manifest a brand new car for your sister. You could spend countless hours of times visualising your sister driving the new set of wheels. You could create a vision board, meditate daily, do a manifesting ritual and yet nothing seems to appear for her. Why, you might ask?

It all boils down to alignment.

It’s your focus, your energy, your vibration and your frequency. Sure, if your sister is in total alignment with manifesting a new car then it will of course roll into her reality. But was it you that did it for her? Nope. It’s ALL up to the individual.

5. CLARITY IS KEY

When you get super-clear on what you want to create the Universe will have a clear order to respond to. In fact, the Universe loves and thrives on specificity.

6. THE UNIVERSE ALWAYS RESPONDS

All of the vibrations you offer will return to you with an astounding level of accuracy. When you become conscious of what you are offering then you start to see the patterns of intention and feedback echoed into your reality.

7. APPARENT FAILURE IS PART OF THE PROCESS

Just because you are presented with seeming failure doesn’t mean it’s real. It’s an invitation to manage your energy and rise above it to be okay with whatever shows up.

8. YOU ARE WORTHY TO RECEIVE

The underlying cause of self-sabotage in a person’s life is undoubtedly not feeling worthy enough. We tend to create unnecessary drama or obstacles that prevent us from blossoming into our full potential. We might set New Year’s resolutions that fizzle out soon after they’ve been set and then hope to start the diet again on Monday or save money starting next month etc. All it takes to rise above this epidemic of lack of worthiness is to choose a better path in each moment we are presented with. Choose to love yourself a little deeper, choose to nurture you heart and a little harder and watch the magic happen and unfold.

9. DIVINE TIMING GOVERNS THE OUTCOME

Too often we get impatient when things we want don’t show up, and it’s so important to remember that time is pretty irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. What is important to remember is that our souls will experience exactly what they are meant to and have come to earth to heal.

10. UNCERTAINTY IS YOUR GREATEST SPIRITUAL TEACHER

When you get comfortable with uncertainty and you open your heart up to all possibilities then you see the great spiritual teachings guide you on a new and empowered path as you move through life.
