❤Italian Pav Bhaji❤ When you crave for Indian and Italian flavours at the same time, you can try out this creative invention by @lekhachheda Jain Version: Can serve upto 4-5 person ⚫Ingredients: 2 red bell peppers 2 yellow bell peppers 2 green bell peppers 4 to 5 baby corns/corn kernel 5to 6 medium size tomatoes 3 to 4 tablespoon oil 1tb spoon butter Cheese 1 cube Pavbhaji masala Salt according to taste Red chilli powder Oregano Chilli flakes Few basil leaves 1/2 cup boiled pasta (any type) Pav ⚫ Ingredients for white sauce: Oil 1tsp Butter 1tbsp Maida( white flour) 1tbsp 1 cup milk Cheese 1 cube Black pepper 1tsp Oregano 1tsp ⚫Recipe: 1⃣ Cut capsicum in medium size ( not too small), baby corn slit length wise 2⃣ Make puree of tomatoes 3⃣ Take oil in pan, saute capsicum for 2 min an high flame, add tomato puree, add salt, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, oregano. 4⃣ Boil for 5 min on slow flame. let it thicken(not to much) in the mean while prepare white sauce 5⃣Take a pan, add oil plus butter 1tb put on low flame add 1 tbsp maida stir for few sec, add milk, black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes add salt bring to boil. Add cheese as it starts thickening pour in bhaji 6⃣ Keep boiling for few minutes as it gets thickening switch off the flame add cheese, boiled pasta serve hot. Tip: Don't make as thick as normal bhaji, keep little flowing ⚫Pav preparation: 1. Cut into square pieces 2. Take pan add oil, butter, oregano, chilli flakes, pavbhaji masala, add pav saute for 1to2 min Tip: To make non jain version add onions , spring onions, ginger garlic paste. I was so amazed by this Calamansi product and I interviewed the lovely owner of Nieta to get her to reveal their secret recipe. If youre a relaxlangmom reader, you’d know that I have a thing for preserves and bottling products. I was humbled by her answer of hard work and lots of squeezing. These jam and preserves are so affordable at P150 for the plain one. But my favorite is Mint and Gin flavor at P175. Too bad there’s no intoxicating effect, haha!

Sabaw Dumplings is a cool reinvention of Xiao Long Bao, the Chinese soupy dumplings. They have funny names like Bula Long Bao, and Tinolang Bao. I see what you did there! The lady manning the store was super cool too. Definitely a standout Pinoy Food Concessionaire with a flare!

All the sugar in today’s drinks are enough to ruin your health. If you’re drinking softdriink daily expect a lot of health problems. obesity, diabetes, etc. Even those drinks pretending to be a health drink is full of sugar! I was pleasantly surprised when I tasted Lokalitea’s Turmeric Tea (because Turmeric, even though healthy, doesnt taste much like anything). It tasted delicious and complimented well with calamansi and lemongrass. And just a hint of sweetness too! Thumbs up Lokalitea!

Healthy Nuggets is a malungay (moringa) based nuggets (like chicken nuggets) for picky kids who doesnt want to eat veggies. I wasnt able to test it until I got home and cooked my loot secretly (without telling them it’s malungay.) Success!

In The Frame Today 😋 Glow of every traditional Maharashtrian Meal 😋 + // KURDAI // + Believe me it's always the grandmother who let's you eat anything and everything. Though it's full of sugar and fat or oil, she will always try to cheer you up starting from a quick bite to multi course meal. Believe me she wants you to be her little cute chubby bundle of joy. No one returns home from their grandparents empty stomach, well I might be fat cuz of that 😁. It had been few days since our last family get-together and a sudden plan was put in place as a surprise ☺️. Don't know how but she had a hint. These were fried and ready before we got there🤷🏻‍♂️. My kid sisters absolutely love Kurdaya, we might be able to live on these 😅. These lite fluffy disks are absolutely amazing🤗. Its made from fermented wheat 🌾 extract. And has a long shell life in completely dried condition ( usually dried in sunshine). It's absolutely light and has a low calorie count. So isn't it better that fast food ? It's might be slightly oily for some of us, but daamm it's crunchy and tasty 😋. My mom got vaccinated in the morning and she has been feeling a bit down. So my sister tried to take over the kitchen and failed marginally.
